Der Hasen in Kornwestheim ist eine Institution. Hier wird noch nach schwäbischen Tugenden serviert: große Portion, viel Soße und günstig. Wer gutbürgerliche schwäbische Küche mag, ist hier richtig. Der Beilagensalat besteht immer aus mehreren hausgemachten Rohkostsalaten und grünem Salat. Die Soßen sind köstlich. Teils gibt es auch Gemüsebeilage (wo gibt es das noch?). Alles köstlich und so reichhaltig, dass wir immer ein "Doggybag" mit nachhause nehmen, weil wir es nicht schaffen aufzuessen. Tipp: zur Spargelzeit lohnt es sich besonders im Hasen zu essen, weil es da leckere Gerichte mit einer großen Portion Spargel gibt. Das Ambiente ist sehr gediegend. Das Zielpublikum sind "alte Hasen" ;-)) Dennoch einen Besuch wert! Die Familie Renninger bedient dort selbst. Angestellte wie auch die Famile sowie auch die Azubies ...alle immer sehr freundlich und zu einem Schwätzchen bereit, wenn es die Zeit zulässt. Extrawünsche wurden mir immer erfüllt. :-) Nach der Corona-Flaute sind im Hasen die Öffnungszeiten reduziert worden. Am besten informiert man sich auf der Webseite, wann offen ist. Einen Platz reservieren ist auch ratsam, weil immer viel los ist. Leider sind die Preise auch etwas angehoben worden. Es liegt aber alles noch im Rahmen.

Im Sommer einen wunderschönen Biergarten, lecker Spanferkel von Grill oder im Herbst Muscheln. Ein Traum und genug Platz für Kinder. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Die Wartezeit für das Essen und dazu nich die hohen Preise sind eine Unverschämtheit. Die Qualität des Essens ist für den Preis nicht in Ordnung.

We ordered yesterday. Lasagna and pasta are absolutely not recommended. My husband ate the lasagne with a few forks and the pasta was also quickly eaten because the portion was so small that even my 6 year old daughter couldn't get enough of it. For the price it's just a rip off!!! The pizza was only very thinly topped. Only the driver was very nice, otherwise we will order somewhere else in the future.

Great, thank you very much for nothing. Ordered online and everything was fine. Called after an hour and couldn't reach anyone. It's great if you're not there you should also switch off your online ordering.

Worst pizza ever, my buddy and I had to throw up several times afterwards. And we had ordered a pizza special and a fish pizza came, actually 0 points and the health department would have to stop by.
