We ordered two pakora starters for delivery and specifically wrote that the three dips should be delivered as they had already been forgotten last time. Of course these were missing again, whereupon I contacted the restaurant directly, where I was told that there was a lot going on and there were no more dips. No information in advance, we don't like the starters without dips, money wasted. Even a promised extra dip for the next time doesn't help me, money back would have been more appropriate here. Unfortunately it was the last time we ordered here.

Gnocci & Carbonara were a disaster! Service was very lackluster. For an old established Italian restaurant it was really disappointing!
Beer garden unfortunately very disappointing compared to last year.
Long waiting time for a portion of fries even though there weren't many visitors. The aperitif is missing some love/decoration and a straw.
We would be happy if something improved here again :)
Ordered yufka, lamacun, and kebab there today. The prices are overpriced, and the food could have been a lot more filling. The bill was for beef, but it was chicken. And the service wasn't exactly the fastest.
Der HendlCube (ehem. Wienerwald) ist eine gute Gelegenheit um seinen Hunger zu stillen.
Neben verschiedenen Hähnchen und Hähnchenteilen, verschiedene Beilagen wie Pommes und Nachspeisen wie Kaiserschmarrn ist besonders der recht preiswerte Partycube für Familien zu empfehlen.

Generally recommended. On the plus side, dogs are allowed in the restaurant. The food tastes very good. Opinions about the service are mixed, as part of the restaurant is already served by robots. Who likes that?! 🤷♀️.
What bothers me personally about the restaurant is that if you manage to get a window seat, you'll have a horizontal iron bar separating the windows at eye level. The architecture wasn't well thought out, and therefore only 4 stars for the ambience.
Really absolutely bottomless staff. So the whole crew could be fired. They don't respond to requests, are unfriendly or make each other stupid. Really catastrophe there.
The worst pizza service I have ever experienced! The pizza came way too late and was cold. The dough was tough and the ingredients tasted really old. Customer service does not respond to complaints!! Definitely not recommended - I will never order here again! Pizza arrived 2 hours later after ordering + my 17 calls were ignored!
Pasta had pieces of ham that were 6cm long and tasted more than just stale. When I get up in the morning, I greet the toilet first!!
I ordered something to be delivered via Lieferando for the second time. The first time everything was fine and super friendly. With the current order, well. You can perhaps ignore the delivery time of 1 hour, but what happened with the delivery today I have to say has never happened to me since I ordered food, no matter where.
If you pay 57€ for an amount of 27€ and only 20€ is handed to you, then when you ask, you pay 5€ and then it is assumed that you only paid 50€+2€. I don't think it's okay to point out that you get annoyed and that you are again accused of having given a different amount. I'm thinking about not ordering or picking up there anymore. Then it's better to go to another BK branch.

Sometimes you get a great pizza, and sometimes a cold piece of leather.
More consistent, good quality would be desirable here.
