Amigo Night Pizza in Heilbronn

I have ordered here several times because the food tasted reasonably good. But yesterday it gave me everything. Let's start with the fact that I got the wrong Coke twice two weeks ago. I ordered Coca-Cola and Coca-Cola Light arrived both days. One day the delivery person wanted to hand me a thirst quencher and assure me that I had ordered it, which is not true at all. I then said that I didn't order a thirst quencher, but rather Coke. Then he went back to the car and came back with Sprite and Diet Coke. I had to choose between the two drinks. He said, "I only had this in the car," and I thought to myself that this was the second time I've ordered Coca-Cola and then gotten the wrong one. All well and good. The order included two burgers. One of the burgers had a huge piece of plastic on it, probably from cheese. I called there; The employee who answered was very nice, there was nothing wrong with him. He offered me compensation straight away. I was disgusted, but thought to myself: Well, okay, there's no money back anyway, so it'll be delivered to me again. The supplier, a different one this time, was very unsympathetic. He gave me the burger and wanted my eaten burger back with the plastic part in it. He stopped me at the door and said, “The burger is half gone.” Hello? How would I know there was plastic on it? I had the plastic in my mouth. He took my eaten burger with him. So, the following situation: I ordered again on Saturday, this time fried Chinese noodles. I specifically specified: without curry, egg and vegetables because my son can't tolerate it. What's coming? Fried noodles with curry. I called there again. The guy on the phone said, "Yes, you're right, that was the wrong order, sorry." He again offered to redo the order. I thought: “Yeah, no problem, how long does it take?” He said “approx. 20 minutes.” 20 minutes turned into an hour. So the unsympathetic delivery person came back and wanted the other food back, the one with curry. I thought to myself: Why do they always want the open food? I don't know that; Also for hygiene reasons, you take away food from others that you have already touched. I don't want to know who they sold it to; really disgusting. The last situation that gave me the kick that I'll never order again: Yesterday I ordered for €23.88. I paid with two €10 bills, €2 and €1 small, so 50, 10, 20, 10 cent pieces (€1 in total). And the 88 were 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10 cent pieces and 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 2, 1 cent pieces. I didn't have it any other way. Briefly to mention: the delivery person was again very unfriendly and annoyed. I want to pay, he says: “I don’t accept brown money.” And I’m like: “How?” He: “Yes, don’t you have it any other way? I don’t accept any brown money.” I’m like, “No,” because I don’t have it any other way. He said: “Okay, but next time I won’t accept any more brown money.” Then I also thought to myself: What’s the point now? Let's face it, money is money. That can't be true. That gave me the last thing. I won't order from there anymore. According to my husband, who is a lawyer, he would also have to accept the money. If he doesn't do that, I'm not obligated to pay for the meal. It's not my fault that he doesn't accept it. I've never had such an unhygienic, do-it-yourself pizzeria experience like this.

Rude service. Not recommended. People don't listen here, they brush them off with disinterest.

-I know the Peking soup differently and it is probably my own interpretation but delicious. -Tortelini ham cream were also delicious. -The pizza bread dough could have been left to rise a little longer. Only the lasagne is not recommended. The tomato sauce is unbalanced and too acidic. There is no bechamel sauce and the slices of shoulder ham, which are too large, don't go with it. -The second delivery was on time to the minute. -The spring rolls were as you would expect from frozen goods. -The Chrunchy Burger was OK. But I don't have to order it a second time. The Chrispy Chicken at BK has a better price/performance ratio. Update: unfortunately you are not able to put garlic on a pizza and pizza bread after repeated requests and calls. This still needs to be discussed. Absolute no-go!

The place if you want to get sick the next day because you have an upset stomach! The food was absolutely subpar, after waiting over an hour and a half for the food. The spinach pizza just had raw spinach on it. The wantan was just fingertips big and rock hard. The pizzas were dripping with grease. Normally you would have had to get money to eat a meal!!!

I waited 1 1/2 hours for my spinach pizza. When it finally arrived, it was only lukewarm, with almost no tomato sauce on it and large chunks of spinach on top. Unfortunately a big disappointment...! Absolutely not recommended

Unfortunately completely burned... every kitchen worker should have noticed that...

I often order pizza and pasta there. And there has never been a day where it didn't taste good. Everything was great except once the noodles were slightly hard but only a few times.

We ordered relatively late, delivery arrived after an hour (Obersulm), which isn't long for the route. Pizzas taste very good, chicken Thai curry is better than some Chinese and the burger for 5.50 is very good compared to our regional suppliers. Top. Will order again. The delivery person was very friendly, I forgot the tip, which I normally always give in cash (I paid for my food online), but I still left without a murmur and a friendly farewell (next time there will be double the tip).

If you like Indian food you should definitely order here. It is sooooooooooooooooo incredibly tasty, you say a 10 out of 10 and I say a 1000 out of 1000 so delicious, other Indian restaurants can't keep up with it and lots of meat, the Garlic Naan was super tasty. Today we had the butter chicken, which was simply bombastic, and the pizzas and pasta dishes were also highly recommended. We look forward to the next time and big praise to the great chef. The food is always delivered very quickly. Today I had a mango lassi, it was very tasty and not sweet, exactly my taste. Keep it up dear Amigo Night Team. Many greetings from the Ahmed family

In any case very bad service. I order gyros with rice, he delivers me gyros with fries and he makes his customer wait for over an hour. I definitely can't recommend it, I'm losing my appetite.

Aioun is the most correct delivery person, he was simply personable

They have very vast offering of food menu. I have tried their chicken tikka, paneer tikka and Chicago pizza. Its really delicious! If you are from India the taste is exactly the same. Must must try. Their paneer and chicken curries are good too. The people & service is good. They only do home delievers. You cant physically go and pick up the pizza. Opt for directly calling them or by liferando. Super afordable place.

I ordered through Lieferando and as a note I wrote that the driver should leave in front of which door because I have a very cold and I don't want to put him in danger. I also paid a 15% tip for that... So unfortunately it didn't work out and when you call the restaurant you get the answer that you didn't get the note and that I really ordered there? And it's all very arrogant...no comment...

I ordered at 11:20 p.m. and have been here since then at 2 a.m. and they're running out and I don't have any food.

Otherwise we were always satisfied. Ordered the food today, paid in advance and didn't receive any food... not even after about 2 hours. Tried to reach you by phone 10 times, without success. There was also no response to emails. Thanks to PayPal I at least get my money back. It was probably the last time!!!

I ordered… waited 2 hours…. 2 drinks were missing... that's what we got under "scalloped potatoes" and a bit of quark with it. I paid just under 12 euros for it...I'm really very disappointed and we were really looking forward to eating after a hard day... We order here regularly (about twice a week) but this will be the last time...we tried to call countless times...of course no one answered. I've never experienced that in my life :(

Absolute crap shop, don't order if you want delivery. According to Lieferando 1 hour delivery time, after 2 1/2 hours still nothing. The store cannot be reached by phone either.

After 2 hours the food still wasn't there!! Never arrived either. They have a free phone because it's always busy! Incomprehensible…. So far everything has always been good, now we've moved and they probably don't feel like going any further. The food is no longer what it used to be because the owner changes like some people change their underwear. They have definitely lost a regular customer and I will NEVER order from them again!!

I ordered a pizza and a 1 liter cola bottle and had to wait 1 hour 35 minutes for a cold pizza without cola. I called and was told I would get 2x cola as compensation then I waited 2 hours and when I said I wanted my money back I was in the face hung up

Ordered today (online) and after more than 60 minutes I called the pizzeria and wanted to find out where my order was. The absolute stunner, my online order was confirmed (not via Lieferando, but via their HP) with the order number and the gentleman said I received my order. The children's service is horrible... They won't understand you and won't take them seriously either..... The DÖNERPIZZA wasn't a DÖNERPIZZA but a minced meat pizza 🤣 I also received the order confirmation by email. So all I can say is, the juice shop is full...

Ich habe vor 2h bestellt. Essen kam nie. Es geht auch keiner ran. Wir haben während der Öffnungszeiten mindestens 15mal angerufen. Bestellung im Wert von über 60€ einfach liegen lassen ohne uns in Kenntnis zu setzen. Reine Katastrophe.

We ordered 2 hours ago and the order didn't arrive. I would recommend you not to order there! It's a disaster, you want to call and no one answers or is busy!

The Indian food here is amazing. . The prices are reasonable. . If you are someone who craves for desi food then you should try this.

Pizza Champignons war in 10min fertig zur Abholung. Jalapeno war sehr scharf (sehr gut), Teig lecker und knusprig.

Super lecker essen ,Brokkoli Rösti und döner Pizza . Essen kam schneller als die Zeit angegeben war im der Email ca 20 Minuten vorher. Essen wahr noch heiß 🔥 und der lieferand wahr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.es wahr alles super und top werde auf jeden fall ein 2 mal bestellen

Ich habe Kurz nach Mitternacht eine Party Pizza nach Willsbach bestellt. 50 Minuten später war Alles so da so wie ich es bestellt habe einschließlich 1 Liter Gratis Coca Cola. Die Pizza war heiß, umd hat mir und meinen Gästen gut geschmeckt. Der Pizza Fahrer sehr freundlich. Macht weiter so .

Schmeckt gut aber 1 Stunde Wartezeit für 2 Burger und Pommes ist echt zu viel. Und man wohnt nicht weit von denen

Für mich ist es einer der besten Burger den ich je gegessen habe aber ich glaube es war nur so gut und schnell weil ich es selber abgeholt habe und gewartet habe deshalb kann ich nicht beurteilen wie der Lieferservice ist aber wenn sie nicht so faul sind und selber hinlaufen dann ist es ein sehr guter laden 👍

Beste überbackene Nudeln und Pizza ist sehr lecker! Die Lieferung ist bisher auch immer in Zeit gekommen.

Ich habe mir die Bacon Burger Combo XXL und das Knoblauchbrot bestellt. Die zwei Sterne werden nur aus den Gründen vergeben, dass die Pizzeria 1. überhaupt Bestellungen liefert, und 2. auch um 2 Uhr Nachts noch liefert. Abgelesen davon, dass die Burger alles andere als XXL waren, waren sie zudem auch noch kalt. Die "Pommes" wurden höchstens mal von einer Fritteuse schief angeschaut, aber waren definitiv nie in einer drin. Auch was Ketchup und Majo angeht wurde an allen Ecken gespart. Das Knoblauchbrot war mehr eine Pizza Margaritha ohne Käse und ohne Knoblauch als ein echtes Knoblauchbrot. Außerdem war die Lieferung 30 min zu spät, und man musste sie an der der Straße abholen, im Gegensatz zu der versprochenen Lieferung. Alles im allem nur ein Angebot für Besoffene um 1.00 Uhr Nachts.

Nach anderthalb Stunden war das Essen da. Sehr lecker aber es ging niemand ans Telefon , deshalb war es sehr ungewiss ob das Essen überhaupt kommt.

Haben hier bestellt und sind nicht ganz zu Frieden. Essen ist recht schnell gekommen aber die pommes waren matschig und 0 knusprig. Das war nicht das was wir uns vorgestellt hatten.

Waren anfangs aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Bewertungen skeptisch. Nachdem wir jetzt aber zum 2. mal dort bestellt haben (bei der 1. Bestellung Gyros), jetzt die Wunschfamilienpizza, können wir diesen Pizzaservice nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lieferung kam wie bestellt und auch relativ schnell (ca. 30 Minuten), auch waren die Fahrer sehr freundlich.
