We're in Hechingen for the night. Came across this pub. It didn't look that much on the outside. Lots of building work in the town. The beer garden was surrounded by a construction site. Inside was calm, quiet. It was quirky with lots of old photos and features. Specials on the board. Friendly waitress. Discovered Blanks beer. Very good. Food home made and well cooked.

The only one in the area that uses real sliced ​​meat! Finally I don't have to eat these minced meat things kebab style anymore. Otherwise great creations like bowls. And the shop is extremely well maintained. For me this is the first one that can also call a kebab kebab.

Here the so-called open cash register is still being collected, which has put a strong damper on this wonderful evening. Luckily my guests didn't see that anymore. Addendum to the team's answer: A highly digitalized cash register with many useful features is available between €50 and €250 per month with a monthly cancellation option including 24/7/365 personal support service and great service for the Internet. Nowadays you can equip entire branch systems for €12 thousand.

The best thing first: very friendly and attentive service with a good feeling for the guest - I'm delighted! Pleasant smell of Italian pizza in the entrance area. The salad for €9 was not Italian for an Insalata Mista with the ready-made salad mix and a normal "ready-made sauce". The pizzas were visually appealing - unfortunately the smell was not reflected in the taste when entering the restaurant. Knife too blunt for the pizza. The espresso was great!
