We've always been very happy with the food there. But today (not even an hour after eating), we got extremely severe stomach cramps and vomited several times. Even after a few hours, the cramps were still severe... what could have gone wrong... food poisoning 🤔... unfortunately, never again.

This was our first time at the Baltic Sea and we chose the Strandhotel Ostende. We were very satisfied with the service, the food, the facilities, and the location! All the staff are very helpful and friendly, and the rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel is also very dog-friendly! We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back! A beautiful, unique, and inviting personal restaurant. It feels like visiting friends. The staff exudes a calming atmosphere! And yet, the drinks and food arrive quickly. We were a party of eight with a reservation and had a starter that was perfect for sharing, bowls, and kale. Since the chef always brings back new inspiration from her travels, you can look forward to new variations.

You can tell they truly value hospitality here. But the real star is the food! The Boss Burger was simply fantastic. The meat was cooked to perfection, juicy, and of excellent quality, the toppings were fresh, and the bun was crispy. Definitely one of the best burgers I've had in a long time! The fries and the fried chicken were also top-notch. In short: If you're looking for a first-class burger and a thoroughly positive experience with warm and welcoming service, this is the place for you. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back!

A fantastic Greek restaurant. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive – the service is truly outstanding. The food was consistently delicious and fresh. Whether it was grilled fish, tender squid, or the hearty meat dishes with their aromatic sauce, the quality was excellent. We'll definitely be back!
