Food delicious. Older gentleman very friendly. Unfortunately, the female waiter is so unfriendly that it really gets on your nerves. We wanted to sit outside but they said there would be no service outside. Half an hour later, customers were being served outside. There is an offer. Cafe and panna cotta. But it's just an espresso with panna cotta. The taste of the pinsa and the panna cotta was very good.

A great eating experience. Was received very friendly. The homemade pasta is a dream and the beef capaccio. At its best. My family received very nice service. Everything was very good. Can only be recommended. A so-called insider tip💁🏼‍♀️👍🏽💯

We ordered, the wrong items arrived and some items were burnt. Quality very bad. The meat was raw in the middle. Lettuce already had brown spots.

They don't respect quiet times and there is a lot of noise after 10pm.

We went there to eat twice during our short vacation in August 2024 because the quality and freshness of the food was excellent.

We ordered from through Eats. Our order was canceled by 3 drivers because they went to the restaurant and waited for a long time. According to the driver, the waitress is very arrogant and aggressive and told him that the order will take 7-8 minutes. The driver was there for over 15 minutes. After 90 minutes we finally got the order but it wasn't tasty. Never again!!!!!

Order should suddenly come after 120 minutes instead of 30. Ubereats canceled the order without my request and kept my money.

Unfortunately we are very disappointed with the order. We had pinsa and salad. The first bite of pinsa was only ok then the dough was already ten and the salad was almost without dressing and the chicken strips were very dry.

I am extremely disappointed with my order via Uber Eats. I ordered fresh pasta, but it was anything but fresh. The noodles were stuck together and lumpy, and the meat inside was barely there - 3-5 tiny tough pieces at most. This does not correspond at all to what was promised to me during the ordering process. I am very upset with the quality of this delivery and will definitely not order from this restaurant again.

I brought people to this restaurant for a year. I organize events in Munich and Frankfurt, everything went well in the beginning. In winter there were 35 to 40 people, but they have become fewer and fewer. The feedback was the same: the food was good, the lady at the checkout was too unfriendly. People have always felt like they were a nuisance. I tried to protect her, but it was also clear to me that she was unfriendly. Last Friday I brought people back and this lady accused me of wanting to argue every time; I even threatened not to go to the restaurant again if there wasn't a salad there. The lady insulted me by telling me that I had always been rude to her. She was screaming, she looked so angry all evening, people were shocked, unfortunately it was too late to leave. I can say one thing: Battista is a great guy, he works a lot, the staff is also very good, the food is good, but there are many good restaurants in Munich, that's not the only one. By the time this lady gets to the checkout she will destroy her boyfriend's work. The fact that the customer is king..... can be forgotten here. It's a shame about the time I spent promoting them. They probably wouldn't have needed the whole thing if they behaved like that! We will definitely never visit the restaurant again!

Apart from the family I don't know who could give 2-3 stars to this establishment. One star is too much!

I ate pinsa, it was extremely tasty. Was there again the next day. I also found it to be very good in terms of price/performance ratio. The staff there were very friendly and I felt very comfortable.

As a local guide, I have visited many places, but “Da Battista Bistró Basi Pinse Artigianali” really impressed me. The pinse are an absolute delight – crispy, airy and topped with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The taste is simply incomparable. The service is outstanding; the staff is friendly and attentive, making the visit a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The central location makes the bistro easily accessible and a perfect place for authentic Italian cuisine in Munich. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone!

Absolute disgrace regarding service. We ordered via Uber Eats and received an incorrect delivery. We wanted to return these and get our order. When we called there we were shouted at on the phone to just take the food. Statement: “not our problem, Uber Eats is to blame”

Here, most of the food on offer is home-made. This is no longer commonplace these days. The homemade bread had a good taste, the pasta was tasty and not too heavy. Meatballs were fluffy and tasted good. A bistro style restaurant, that's something to keep in mind. The service is really Italian and the red wine is well chosen.

We were here as a family and had a delicious meal. You can tell that this is still real craftsmanship with fresh products.

The place is not inviting at all. Very dark and uncomfortable! Service behind the counter was very unsatisfactory. The lady couldn't recommend anything to us and we didn't get any correct answers to our questions. “Sorry, we were new to you and expected a different service.” Picking up the pizza was quick and the taste was also very good. There's nothing wrong with that.

Great pasta and pinsa. Had the pasta ortolana today = mega. Juicy sauce (please continue in the same way), great homemade bread and delicious pinsa.

We ordered there last week and ordered 4 pasta dishes with entrecote strips. We got pasta with tomato sauce. When I called they said flat out "not our problem, UberEats problem" UberEats said the same thing to me, not our problem. We paid prices for pasta with entrecote and received pasta with tomato sauce. Be careful with complaints to this restaurant, you will not be helped.

I can only agree with the last review. On site, the price appears to be determined based on the customer's appearance. I ALSO paid more when picking up than online in the menu, Liferando. Don't come back. Plus, the taste isn't really convincing either.

One of the worst pastas I've ever eaten. 3 shreds of soup meat, instead of entrecôte and strangely sticky overcooked pasta. Plus a bland tomato sauce with no taste. The pizza looks better, but the pasta is a disaster.

The most expensive and worst food we have ever ordered. The antipasti plate was missing, nothing was offered to us over the phone and we were referred to lieferando....a cheek...you should really save your money... ordered polpete, among other things, there were exactly 6 mini polpete for this high price, too What a disgrace...you should really think about whether you're throwing your money out the window like that...

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food as it didn't get that far!!!! We had reserved for 7 p.m. and the restaurant was completely empty. The employees were busy packing the deliveries. It took a while until the card was brought to us. With a very small selection. You will notice that there is a lot to choose from when ordering online. I then asked if we could also order something from the internet menu. Annoyed we were told there was only what was on the menu. OK!? A pity. After another 10 minutes of intensive work on packing the deliveries and we still couldn't order anything to drink, we decided to leave! We just told the waitress that the online delivery business seemed to have more priority than sitting customers on site. Then she just rolled her eyes and left. It's a shame the food actually has a good reputation!!! Unfortunately we won't be coming anymore.

We were here yesterday and we all loved the pinsa they serve there. Pinsa is a type of flatbread made from a special dough made from wheat, soy and rice flour. It is crispy, airy and easy to digest. The restaurant offers a variety of toppings, from classic ones like tomatoes and mozzarella to creative ones like arugula and Parma ham. We ordered 2 different pinsas and each was delicious and filling. The portions were generous and the price was reasonable. The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambience was cozy and inviting. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. It's a great address for anyone who loves or wants to try Pinsa. In my opinion it is one of the best Italian restaurants in the city.

I have rarely been so disappointed! Specially ordered online for collection so as not to make things too complicated on site. -Panini vegetables 1. Selected "Without rocket, without tomatoes" via the order portal - However, it came with it. 2. In the field for the note to the cook asked to avoid peppers if possible - This was ignored. It can happen. 3. - The worst thing though: The eggplant on the panini was completely CHARRED. I'm not talking about "burned" or a bit "scorched", but CHARRED. I bit into the panini and thought I had an ashtray in my mouth. The bitter taste lingered forever. And it's not just about ONE PIECE of eggplant, but at least 80%. At first I thought it was the remains of a pan coating because it was so charred it could BREAK. There were lots of black, hard "chips" on the panini. So after I HARDLY removed the pepper, rocket, tomato and unfortunately also the eggplant from the panini, I was still very frustrated because these plates couldn't be completely removed and every bite was bitter where there had been eggplant. My frustration was then topped by the fact that I had an extra portion of grilled eggplant as a side dish - this entire extra side dish was also charred. (No comparison to the eggplant I got there the day before.) And now the upper hammer: I actually thought this could now be sorted out politely and respectfully over the phone, because "OK, anyone can have a bad day, it can happen." Unfortunately, I was taught otherwise. I was rejected extremely rudely on the phone. The statement "Eggplant is grilled, it's darker, everything's good with it." It's a shame because I had already bought the grilled eggplant the day before and it was absolutely perfect. (Which was also the reason why I went there again the next day.) Customer support: 0 stars Food (because burnt): 0 stars Weak. It's a shame, I didn't even really want to have the panini refunded, although that would have been appropriate, I just wanted at least the 3.50 back for the CHARRED EGGPLANT SIDE. Then to demand that they be brought to the restaurant (a day later) is a disgrace, of course the eggplant was thrown away after they first tried to tear it apart and remove the burnt thing - but no chance. The charcoal taste hung throughout the package. (Pictures were taken before I threw it away, unfortunately you can't see it that well) That could have gone differently. Very unfortunate.

Zur Mittagszeit habe ich eine Pinsa Margerita bestellt. Die Dame hat 9,50 verlangt, obwohl das Gericht sogar beim Online Essenslieferdienst nur 9€ kostet. Zur Mittagszeit habe ich gefragt, ob ich wie es die anderen Kunden auch bekommen, den Salat dazu haben kann. Da meinte diese unfreundliche Frau, dass das nur für Gäste ist, die vor Ort essen, da sie sonst mehr ausgaben wegen Verpackung hat?!? Was soll das? Nie wieder komme ich! Verarschen lass ich mich nicht. Danke für nichts. Kein Wunder weshalb nie was los ist bei euch. UPDATE: Danke für die Antwort. Dass der Salat für die Wartezeit ist wusste ich nicht. Daher habe ich aufgebessert von 1 Stern auf 3 Sterne. Die Pinsa war ganz okay. Trotzdem fühle ich mich verarscht, da die Pinsa 9€ kostet. Ihre Frau hat aber 9,50€ kassiert. Normalerweise muss es doch bei Abholung 10% Rabatt geben, das heißt normalerweise Pinsa Margerita 8,10€ . Ihre Frau hat mir also 1,40€ zu viel genommen und das extra gemacht, schade!

Just don't order lasagna there. It costs a fortune and any frozen alternative is just as good. Total impudence!

Bistro Ristorante mit eigene Produktion Pinsa Brot und Nudel Sehr sehr schön Laden ! Ein Stück Italien in München:)

Also ich esse bei sehr vielen Italienern. Und dieser ist mit Abstand der beste seit langem. Beim Essen fühle ich mich wie im Italien Urlaub. Frisch zubereitet und ansehnlich serviert. Klasse Laden 👍🏽

Leider katastrophal: Spaghetti Aglio e Olio bestanden aus verkochter Pasta mit Öl, das obendrein eher nach Sonnenblumen- als nach Olivenöl schmeckte, sowie drei Tomatenhälften. Von Knoblauch und der versprochenen Petersilie keine Spur. Dafür war aus irgendeinem Grund noch Mozzarella dabei, was das Ganze noch weiter von Aglio e Olio entfernte. Der Battista-Burger machte absolut keinen frischen Eindruck — das Brot war zäh, der Rucola welk und das Fleisch schmeckte so alt, dass man sich gar nicht traute, den Burger weiter zu essen. Das war wohl auch der Grund dafür, dass das Fleisch durchgebraten war und nicht, wie auf euren Bildern und in anderen Rezensionen, rosa. Das einzige Genießbare waren die Beilagenkartoffelecken. Sorry, aber das war ein kompletter Reinfall, dabei wäre doch dank selbstgemachter Pasta und Brote so viel Potential vorhanden. Stattdessen gab es lieblose Pasta und einen Mülleimer, der zugunsten der körperlichen Unversehrtheit um einen Burger reicher werden musste.

Mal richtig schön rustikal italienisch essen. Leckere Pinsa, super belegt. Selbstgemachte Pasta. Freundlicher Service.

Die Pinsa hier ist optisch ausgesprochen ansprechend und geschmacklich hervorragend. Alles wird hier selbst hergestellt. Auch die Nudeln. Dieses Lokal ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Die Ausstattung ist gemütlich und rustikal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden freundlich bedient. Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

Habe über Lieferservice bestellt. Die Nudeln waren leider etwas zu weich, aber trotzdem mega lecker. Und die wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Mit dem 2 für 1 Angebot beim Ubereats lohnt sich es wirklich.

Sehr leckere Pinsa (ich hatte Frutti do Mare), und es gibt auch Wahnsinnig leckere Semmeln. Draußen kann man schön sitzen und alle sind super Kinderfreundlich :)

5 Sterne sind noch zu wenig, die ganzen negativen bewertungen sind von irgendwelchen Leuten, die Probleme mit den externen Lieferservice hatten und dort nicht mal gegessen haben, ansonsten hätte das Lokal über 4,5 Sterne.. Habe dort bereits zum dritten mal über ubereats bestellt, sehr schnelle Lieferung und ausgezeichnete Qualität, auf der Pinsa Frutti di Mare sind frische Garnelen und Muscheln, kein TK wie bei vielen anderen, es wird frischer Parmaschinken und Mozarella der nicht aus dem Supermarkt stammt verwendet. Leider habe ich bei der letzten Bestellung die falsche Pinsa erhalten (wohl Vitello Tonato statt Focaccia Grana Padano, nicht schlimm weil auch die war lecker) habe dort auch schon Spaghetti bestellt, diese sind in der Tat frisch zubereitet, das schmeckt man aber auch.. alles in allem werde ich hier weiter bestellen PS: fände es cool wenn man evtl. über uber bzw lieferando irgendwann auch frische Nudeln (ungekocht) mitbestellen könnte :)

Ich habe eine Tomatensuppe bestellt, es stand nirgends, dass Sahne drin ist. Lediglich Tomaten Basilikum und Olivenöl, da hab ich mich schon gefreut, da ich Sahne und Milch nicht vertrage. Auch wenn man hier online schaut steht nichts von Sahne. Ich habe gefragt ob die Croutons vegan sind, dies wurde mir bestätigt und ich gehe davon aus, dass nachdem nichts gesagt worden ist, die Suppe ebenfalls vegan ist. Nachdem ich die Suppe erhalten hatte, sah es schon ein bisschen aus, als wäre Sahne drin, aber nachdem nichts gesagt worden ist, habe ich sie gegessen. War geschmacklich an sich okay; bloß blöd, dass ich dann nochmal beim Bezahlen nachfragte ob Sahne drin war "nur ein bisschen". Sehr toll. Nun darf ich mich mit Bauchschmerzen herumplagen. Positiv: Die Bruschetta meiner Begleitung sahen sehr lecker aus und waren wohl auch sehr lecker. Das selbstgemachte Brot macht einiges her. Mein Vorschlag: Allergene sichtbar in die Karte aufnehmen. Es könnte einigen helfen. Danke

Verdammt lecker wenn man die italienische Küche wählt und super Brot. Fürs Ambiente fehlt noch die Kundschaft und Bekanntheit. Aber wenns stimmt, kommt auch das.
