Eine gut kurierte Auswahl fränkischer Küche (kaum vegetarische/vegane Auswahl), sehr lecker zubereitet. Rustikales Flair, herzliche Bedienung, faire Preise.

Das beste Schnitzel, das ich je gegessen habe. Dünn, knusprig und einfach köstlich. Der Service war überaus freundlich und insgesamt ein fantastischer Zwischenstopp.

Wir besuchten dieses wunderbare Restaurant erstmals 2005. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher, wenn wir in Nürnberg sind oder die Stadt besuchen. Am Freitagabend waren wir mit der Familie wieder dort, und wir sind nach wie vor überzeugt, dass dies zweifellos das beste und charmanteste Restaurant der Stadt ist.

Ich habe Sauerbraten bestellt. Er sah zwar ungewöhnlich aus, aber Geschmack und Zubereitung waren sehr beeindruckend, eine echte Überraschung. Das Essen hat mir gut geschmeckt.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Leckeres Essen, nettes Personal.

Ein inhabergeführtes Restaurant mit äusserst leckerem Essen und sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Wir haben Schnitzel mit Spargel gewählt und es war wunderbar! Die kleine Menükarte zeigt, dass alles frisch und selber gemacht ist.

Wir waren zu mit sieben Leuten im "Flößla" und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wirtin hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt - das Essen war vorzüglich, das Ambiente gemütlich und der Service vorbildlich! Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Ein super schönes Übriges Gasthaus. Die Bedienung hatte immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und einen Spruch auf den Lippen. Außerdem war das Essen richtig gut!

Sehr lecker, gemütlich. Es gibt praktisch keine Toilette. Keine Seife, das Wasser läuft nur kurz, 1 Sekunde, und es ist sehr eng.

Das Essen war hervorragend, auch die regionalen Spezialitäten waren köstlich. Sehr hundefreundlich. Der Service war exzellent und sehr freundlich. Bitte reservieren Sie nach Möglichkeit.

Was für eine tolle Gaststube, so wie man es sich vorstellt. Bedingungen top, fix und freundlich. Sehr gutes Bier und noch besseres Essen. Das war einfach großartig (Wurstsuppe und Ochsenbäckchen - ein Traum). Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank

Unfreundliches Personal: Der Mann an der Bar sagte mir, sie seien voll, obwohl drinnen, draußen und an der Bar noch Tische frei waren und gerade zwei Gruppen gingen.

Ein absolutes Muss bei einem Besuch in Nürnberg! Das Restaurant wird von zwei Schwestern geführt, und man spürt sofort die positive Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist fantastisch, und man merkt die Liebe, die sie in Küche und Service stecken. Ich war jetzt schon zum vierten Mal hier und komme bei meinem nächsten Nürnberg-Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir haben köstlich gegessen, man musste uns fast aus dem Lokal rollen… Service und Essen erstklassig, Lage erstklassig – was will man mehr!

Ruhiges und gemütliches Restaurant. Der Service ist schnell und freundlich. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Man sollte unbedingt im Voraus reservieren, denn als wir dort waren, gab es keinen einzigen freien Tisch.

Ehrlich gesagt das beste Essen, das ich je in Deutschland gegessen habe. Ein sehr gemütliches Lokal mit köstlichem Essen. Selbst an einem so geschäftigen Tag wie Valentinstag war das Essen hervorragend.

Rundum perfektes Erlebnis. Das Essen war super lecker, absolut authentische fränkische Küche. Wir hatten die Schweinelenden in Steinpilzsosse und das Schäufele... und beides war ein Träumchen! Der Kaiserschmarrn war auch erstklassig. Noch dazu ein herzlicher Service, der einem ein sehr willkommenes und gemütliches Gefühl vermittelt. Auch zu betonen ist, dass dort garkeine Hektik aufkommt, selbst wenn das Lokal komplett ausgebucht ist. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder vorbei! :)

Wir haben Cordon Bleu mit Bratkartoffeln und hausgemachten Sülze mit Bratkartoffeln bestellt. Schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen! Wir kommen gerne wieder ....

Ein urig eingerichtetes Lokal mit hervorragender fränkischer Küche. Wir haben das Schäufele gegessen und waren begeistert. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Da im Innenbereich nur rund 40 Plätze zur Verfügung stehen, sollte man vorher reservieren.

Wir kommen aus Nürnberg, und kannten das Flößla nicht. Was eine Schande! Meine Uri geht öfter hierher! Das Essen dort war eines der Besten, was ich je in Nürnberg gegessen habe. Ein Gedicht! Ein sehr großes Lob an die Köche dort! Es ist alles rundum perfekt gewesen! Wer wirklich fränkisches Essen haben möchte, MUSS hier her! Die Preise sind für diese Quaöotät absolut in Ordnung! Mein neues Stammrestaurant! Sehr gemütlich und familiär. Man fühlt sich gleich als Stammgast.anche Tische sind etwas eng für Menschen mit langen Beinen.

Ein rundum leckerer und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Kartoffelknödl waren super und das Schäufele ein Gedicht. Dazu ein sehr gutes Dunkles, sehr gute Schnäpse sowie ein leckerer Kaiserschmarrn, was will man mehr. Unbedingt reservieren!

Ich hatte ein hervorragendes Erlebnis im Restaurant. Das Essen war einfach exquisit: perfekt abgestimmte Aromen, und der Service trug zusätzlich zu einem gelungenen Besuch bei. Die Inhaberin nimmt die Bestellungen entgegen, aber ich habe noch nie eine so charmante Gastgeberin erlebt! Sie kümmert sich um jeden Tisch wie eine Glucke! Man merkt, wie sehr sie ihr Restaurant liebt, die Gerichte sind himmlisch und die Portionen riesig. Als sie hörte, dass wir Ungarisch sprachen, zeigte sie uns ihre wenigen Ungarischkenntnisse und wünschte uns einen guten Appetit! Ich war begeistert, und wenn ich könnte, würde sie zehn Sterne bekommen!

Essen war Top, Sitzplätze sind für "größere" Menschen leider teilweise sehr eng!

Ich war das letzte Mal vor 15 Jahren dort und gestern wieder. Gleichbleibenden Qualität. Unsere Gerichte waren vorzüglich, der Service herzlich und professionell wie man ihn nur noch selten findet und die Location ist urig und schnuckelig. Jetzt wieder regelmäßig. Weiter so🫶🏻

Our family of three had made a reservation days in advance, but it wasn't recorded. Mistakes happen, but the way we were treated was very disappointing. We were simply shown the door, effectively ending our evening during the Christmas season because there were no other tables available. What a lovely way to spend St. Nicholas Day! Hospitality taken to a whole new level.

Highly recommended if you're in Nuremberg. The pork shoulder had a fantastic crust and was beautifully juicy. The schnitzel was also excellent. Fair price/performance ratio. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Ideally, reserve early, or, like us, try your luck and arrive at 5 pm hoping for an empty table.

Simply a quaint, authentic place. Family-run, good, honest food, warm service. Not cheap, but definitely worth a visit.

Unfortunately, only 3 stars. The food was great, but the prices were high; €9 for a wine spritzer is borderline. What's completely unacceptable is that you're practically pressured to pay in cash; card payments are only reluctantly accepted.

A lovely little restaurant with a very friendly owner and a wonderful atmosphere. The three of us arrived without a reservation about 30 minutes before the first reservation period. Nevertheless, we were seated immediately and received our food in less than 20 minutes. The cordon bleu with fried potatoes is highly recommended.

A quaint Nuremberg restaurant with really good food and friendly service. Reservations are absolutely necessary.

Five stars are definitely not enough here. Fresh, fresher, to the point of being flossed! You feel like heaven in France, and the shoulder of pork comes flying to you in very high quality. The two sisters have the place firmly under control and know their craft! Gastronomy that's second to none! Hats off, we'll be back!

The food was okay. Small portions for a high price. It's very touristy. I wouldn't go back. I know other places where the value is better. The server was nice.

Authentic German restaurant with a traditional regional menu and specials. It is a cosy place with limited seating.... So you may be better off booking! We didn't, so had to come back and hour later when they could fit us in. We are glad we waited. The food was delicious, and service was fantastic, our server spoke fantastic English and translated everything for us and made recommendations. We had the pork fillet medallions with peppercorn sauce, pork shoulder and a schnitzel. All of which were fantastic. Highly recommend this place for a local experience.

The food was fantastic! Truly authentic Franconian cuisine. We felt like we were at Grandma's! The young lady's service was also extremely warm, courteous, and professional! We'd be happy to come back anytime.

We had dinner on Friday, October 10th. Excellent! Small, quaint restaurant. The shoulder of pork could be cut off with a fork. A knife was only needed for the rind. Roast lamb was a dream. The sauerbraten was perfectly cooked. Our vegetarian companion was also easily accommodated: spaghetti with a Parmesan cream sauce. Delicious, of course. Suddenly, "Mutti" from the kitchen appeared at our table. Man, you can't eat that dry, you need sauce. Bam, there was a jug of sauce on the side. Friendly and chatty hosts. In any case, we were absolutely satisfied with the evening. The only problem is, the menu isn't available online. We looked at the pictures from other guests' posts. Definitely worth a visit. Make a reservation...

Had an amazing experience here for dinner. Arrived early as I didn’t have a booking, was made to feel comfortable and given a table promptly. The pork shoulder was perfect! The restaurant is cosy and warm. Definitely recommend coming here. Would return without question.

Fantastic friendly service and tasty Franconian food. The indoor seating was full when we arrived but the outdoor part was covered and welcoming. We had our 3 month old daughter with us and the staff were great with her.

Really good! The food was incredibly delicious; I had a shoulder of pork and loved it. The waitresses were super friendly and on the ball! I also thought it was great that the cook came out of the kitchen and asked how the food was. The place was completely booked on a Tuesday, which I think speaks volumes about the quality! If you're with more than two people, it's best to make a reservation.
