We were promised a Wiener Schnitzel on the phone, so we made our way to the restaurant. Unfortunately, it turned out on site that this doesn't exist there after all.

The small restaurant is very cozy, an open kitchen and nice staff 😊. What more could you want? We had chili and it was delicious. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely stop here, thanks for the wonderful food ❤️.

Yesterday we had lunch with 10 colleagues in the Zeppelin restaurant and were very positively impressed. Friendly & fast service. We had burgers and schnitzel, everyone was happy and full. Very tasty food and pleasant atmosphere, we would all come back.

This restaurant is located in the center of Schwerin. It is very rustically furnished. The food and drinks on offer are very good and the service is friendly and helpful. We have felt comfortable here many times.

Unfriendliness in the highest form. When we read the menu we were reprimanded at the door, in a tone that wasn't acceptable. We looked for another restaurant.

If you want to get full, this is the right place for you. The food tastes delicious and the portions are really big

Etwas versteckt und kleiner als gedacht. Speisekarte ist ok ,Preise auch. Die Größe der Portinonen sind ok ,es hat uns geschmeckt. Personal war freundlich. Biersorten wurden angeboten die man selten bekommt ,das war prima.

One thing in advance, reservation is best, otherwise you'll make long faces. We didn't have a reservation and sat outside. Here too, the service was noticeably always there and we didn't feel forgotten or anything like that. The atmosphere in the restaurant is really very appealing and the open kitchen is an eye-catcher. The service is always very friendly and the very nice young ladies were really quick and were also open to special requests, even though the restaurant was really full. There are no long waiting times, despite the many guests. The food was really great. Both the size of the portion, as well as the taste and price. The stay was really nice and we booked a table before our next visit. Keep it up.

I haven't been there for a long time and everyone deserves a second chance. A lot has happened. Fresh paint and a little renovation go a long way. Apparently the ventilation system was also taken care of. Very good. The food was good, the fried potatoes were a bit too greasy. But otherwise ok. The service girls were very nice and friendly. I'll probably come back more often now.

The Staff behavior is awful, better to say was racist!!! we came into and all the restaurant was empty, the gave us a seat near toilet it smell like toilet, and they didn't let us take another seat with a very bad behavior , we left !!!!! And sure will never come back !!!!!

The restaurant makes a good impression, despite it being burger day we got a table for two without a reservation. However, the sanitary facilities leave a lot to be desired. Missing soap and towels are a no go.

Spontaneously visiting Schwerin and looking for a restaurant we ended up at Zeppelin. The friendly waitress told us when we joined that it would take about an hour until the food was ready. We hesitated briefly and decidedly and then took a seat. The starter was the cheddar garlic bread and the main course was the BBQ platter with spare ribs, strips of beef fillet and chicken - everything was really on point and attractively prepared. The beer was also poured into the glass via the pitcher by the attentive waiter as it neared the end. Due to the weather, it was quite crowded inside and therefore noisy, but this definitely didn't detract from the meal. Clear recommendation when visiting Schwerin.

Top food, top location, top service despite many muggles

Unfortunately, everyone on the Internet still says that it is an XXL restaurant... which unfortunately doesn't seem to be true. Today we weren't asked what we wanted to eat even after sitting for 1.5 hours... But we got drinks... There were only two other tables occupied. So you can't talk about stress either. When paying for the drinks we asked why we hadn't been asked for food... but unfortunately there was no answer.

We booked a table for two at 8.30pm. We arrived very punctually and pointed out that we had a reserved table; the person who welcomed us treated us very badly and prevented us from being able to sit outside, on the terrace, where there were several customers and free tables. He rudely forced us into a table in the dining room and almost threw the menu at us. Exactly 2 minutes after the menu was delivered, a waitress showed up to take the order. When we asked to wait a few minutes we were told that the kitchen was closing and that it could not wait for us. When we pointed out that on their website it was written that the kitchen closes at 11pm, the same waitress looked at us badly while the one who welcomed us probably offended us with bad words in German. At that point we left without consuming. Terrible staff.

Nice restaurant to have lunch whilst you are in Schwerin. I love Schnitzel, so I decided to try it. The portions are huge, So bare that in mind, you might want to share with others. They have several types of Schnitzel, I opted for the one topped with mushrooms and roasted potatoes with caramelized onions and bacon, it was delicious. For appetizers, we tried their cheesy bread and mozzarella sticks. Albeit a bit expensive, they were homemade and not frozen. The service was much better than the average German standard and the restaurant has comfortable sitting areas and is clean. I definitely don't regret going there.

Rustic furnishings. Food great. There is something for everyone when it comes to food and drinks. The dishes are highly recommended. Children were also considered. Food at affordable prices. Service friendly and accommodating. However, the level of the toilets still needs to be worked on. It's definitely worth taking a look and trying.

We were there with 9 people who arrived at the restaurant in two groups... no problem as a table was reserved. In contrast to our last visit, the menu has become smaller, which I don't think is a bad thing. Food, as always here, very good. What went a little slow was ordering drinks for the last group to arrive. All in all, a pleasant meal with friendly and attentive service staff.

The red-haired waitress is very unfriendly, waters the flowers even though you're eating there and gets splashed. Rarely have I had such unfriendly service.

A real tip if you want to eat really tasty food in the city center, but it's better to call and reserve in advance otherwise it could be tight. The food is worth every cent and everything is fresh and prepared with love. The staff is really nice and always in a good mood. The restaurant is barrier-free except for the toilets, so you have to take the stairs. It's a shame, but that's perhaps the only small point of criticism, otherwise it gets full marks.❤❤❤👍

Animals and people not welcome, on an empty terrace and an empty zeppelin! We had bad experiences in the Zeppelin 5 years ago, but hey new operator, we've only heard good things so far, let's try our luck... (First of all, we looked at the reservations on the site in advance, everything was free! Great then our decision, Zeppelin!) Yes, light rain but great umbrellas on the terrace that kept most of the rain out, we went into the shop and asked if we could sit outside, a quick, stupid answer, it's not outside... all clear, no problem for us, then we'll come in!  Next question, do you have a reservation? No! Then we have no room...Bammm door closed...Thanks!! By the way, s.h. Attachment, still no reservations after 6:30 p.m Ciao Zeppelin, opportunity lost forever, apparently you don't need it...🤷 Well, that's how the good-humored and super friendly Bolero team received our turnover of €110....❤️

The four of us had no problem getting a table on a Saturday evening without a reservation. We ate well and felt at home.

Top restaurant and top food and top service. A nice little restaurant in Schwerin. We were warmly welcomed and had a good meal with 6 people, and it didn't take long. The spare ribs were tender and delicious. The Yenkey schnitzel was delicious 😋 If we are in Schwerin again, we will come back 👍👍👍👍

Unfortunately not so good. Hardly any choice as a vegetarian. And even then there was a little more roasted flavor than desired. And an ingredient was canceled but it was still served.

rude guy working told me they were closed even though closing time is at 11pm and it was only 8:45pm. there were also several tables with no reserved signs. are you just too lazy to take anymore people for the evening OR are you just a conservative german who has something against tourists?

The service is super nice. The food was also very, very good... Points are deducted for the ambience. A level of noise in the place. Abnormally annoying. (No, it wasn't the renovation.) I recommend installing records or something. As I said. The food and staff are great, but when there are 30 people in there it's unbearable.

It's very nice because the food tastes great and I can only recommend it to everyone. The staff very friendly. If we go on holiday to Schwerin again, we would love to come and eat here again.

Very nice and fast service. Despite the full house, we were served food quickly. The food was to die for. Large portion and fresh. We always enjoy going there.

A little too loud. But otherwise everything was great. What's unfortunately not nice is that there are no ashtrays outside. In the summer they are on the tables outside, but in the winter you don't know where to put them.

Very friendly service. We got a place without any problem, even though everything was reserved. The food was very tasty, but the portions are really big. A small schnitzel each would have been enough for us. The price is within the current range.

We've eaten here several times and it's always been delicious. This time too there was nothing to complain about. It was very quick and the staff was very friendly. I would also recommend making reservations during the week as it was quite busy. We had our dog with us and that wasn't a problem at all, she even got something to drink. Clear recommendation, we'll be back!

Wir hatten für 18:30 Uhr einen Tisch reserviert, Geburtstagsessen mit Freunden.. Das Lokal sehr voll.. Hell.. Laut.. Ok.. Nach 20 min Wartezeit wurde die Getränke-und Essenbestellung aufgenommen.. Auf unsere Frage, eine Karte für eine evtl. Dessertbestellung zu behalten wurde kurz und knapp mit „Nein“ geantwortet. Die Getränke wurden nach 30 min serviert mit der Information „Ihr Tisch ist nur bis 20:15 uhr reserviert, dann kommen neue Gäste!“. Das Essen war gut, zum Espresso danach fehlte der Zucker.. Auf wiederholte Nachfrage wurden trotzdem erst zwei Tische abkassiert, bevor der Zucker kam. Fazit: Espresso kalt.. Kein freundliches Wort der Bedienung, kein „waren Sie zufrieden, hat es geschmeckt?, die Servicekraft unmotiviert und anscheinend überfordert. Alles in allem, kein schöner Abend und für uns keinen Besuch mehr wert, schade Zeppelin, wir hatten Euch besser in Erinnerung.

We had reserved a table for 6:30 p.m., birthday dinner with friends. The place was very full to keep a possible dessert order was answered succinctly with “no”. The drinks were served after 30 minutes with the information “Your table is only reserved until 8:15 p.m., then new guests will arrive!”. The food was good, but there was no sugar for the espresso afterwards. When asked repeatedly, two tables were charged before the sugar came. Conclusion: cold espresso.. No friendly word from the waitress, no “were you satisfied, did you enjoy it?”, the service staff was unmotivated and apparently overwhelmed. All in all, not a nice evening and no longer worth a visit for us, it's a shame Zeppelin, we remembered you better.

Had a reserved table this evening, no reception, very loud, no conversation possible. After 25 minutes the drinks arrived with the announcement that the reservation would expire in an hour. Zero friendliness, no request for new drinks, let alone dessert, etc. Youthful recklessness from the staff is absolutely inappropriate. Food was good, service was a disaster. A total flop as a birthday meal. It's a shame, we always enjoyed being there.

Lots of relatives from Saxony-Anhalt demand a meal at Zeppelin XXL every time they visit, a long-standing tradition. The food is plentiful for the not low price. So far, wishes have been taken into account and there has been no trouble even if the vase is broken. Only the cocktails are not appropriate for the price. There was even a sweet surprise for the birthday woman. I will continue to stop by and come in regularly with my people.

The food was very good and great service.

We were in the restaurant 18 minutes before the end of the lunch offer and had to wait 10 minutes with our selection ready for our order to finally be taken. The staff preferred to chat privately for 8 minutes at the neighboring table. Unfortunately it was 2 p.m. and 37 seconds too late to order lunch. Well, you can do it - it's on the internet ;-) With that in mind, food was ok, service didn't impress.

Das Zeppelin hat meine Familie seit 2014 begleitet. Es hat durch seinen Charm, sein Personal und seine Gerichte Überzeugt. Es war Rustikal die Kellner waren Freundlich und manchmal auf amüsante art auch Frech, was das Zeppelin zu einem sehr Warmen und Wunderbaren Ort machte. Das Ambiente passte zum Thema und es passte einfach alles zusammen. Heute 2024 hat es sich zu etwas entwickelt was all diese Vorzüge von Früher wet macht. Das Ambiente kommt einer Imbissbude nahe die versucht Teuer zu wirken. Das Personal scheint unterbestzt zu sein und die Speisekarte ist auf ein minimum geschrumpft(was ich nachvolziehen kann) Die preise der Gerichte sind alles andere als angemessen. Wobei einige Gerichte gut und ander schlecht gewürzt waren. Die Stühle und Tische füllen den ganzen Raum, während die dekorativen Elemente gänzlich gewichen sind. Ich sehe das Problem des Zeppelins deutlich nicht beim Personal auch wenn wir 30 minuten warten musste damit wir unser essen bestellen können. Allerdings finde ich es dreisst, das das Personal angewiesen wird die Kunden auf die Tischzeit zu verweisen und dies das erste ist, was man gesagt bekommt, nachdem man die getränke bestellt hat. Ich hoffe das der derzeitige Plan der Führungs und Entscheidungsträger noch einmal überdacht und das Zeppelin zu seiner, meiner Meinung nach, alten stärke zurückkehren kann.

Super delicious food, an incredibly great atmosphere and our waitress Sandy was great! She helped us very well and recommended dishes to us and was always friendly and helpful when we had any questions. The food was delicious and prepared quickly, you felt very well looked after in this restaurant. We will come back for dinner.

We were lucky and didn't pre-order and got a table for two. The restaurant was almost empty. The service was very strange at first. Very nicely presented. Unfortunately the meat was tough. I asked the waitress Sandy about that and she just said we can't look inside the pig.🙈 Well, since I only managed half of my meal, I asked her to pack it up. Just like you can do it anywhere these days, without any problem. Then Sandy came back with a small half steak wrapped in aluminum foil. After asking where mine was, over half of the fried potatoes and the hint of seasoned meat, she said that it wasn't common here. When I insisted, she said then I have to get it out again. Whatever it's made of...trash can🙈Exactly the same thing with my companion. When we unpacked it at home, we were almost shocked, everything slammed together. It doesn't work at all. Then we'd better go back to the Schnitzelhaus, then I'd rather pay more and the tip doesn't seem to have been enough for her either. There wasn't even a thank you. I'm disappointed.
