Very nice and accommodating staff and good food after a day in the mountains. Recommended.

I can praise EVERYTHING: the cleanliness, the great facilities, the friendliness of the owners and staff, the beer garden, and, best of all, the food. I saved my praise for last! We even ate there twice during our short vacation. Thanks to the manager for the wonderful stay.

Unfortunately, they only serve frozen items like cevapcici and burger patties. It's a shame, really, as the atmosphere was quite nice. Given the prices, you wouldn't expect a takeaway.

Great local food. We had spaetzle, currywurst and skewers, all delicious! Since the restaurant is a bit tucked away, there was plenty of space during the late lunch hour. The service was nice, although we had a bit of a hard time communicating despite the language barrier. We even got some shots on the restaurant's bill before we left.

We ordered online from the restaurant and had it delivered. We were very grateful for this, as after a long day of hiking, we were staying at a guesthouse with nowhere else to eat nearby. Even though the restaurant was 15 minutes away, the food arrived on time and was hot—and delicious, too. You definitely saved our evening—thank you☺️

I ordered German Pleskavica with ajavar and baked potatoes and my wife ordered Cheeseburger with steak fries, both dishes were very tasty, large portions, decent price, you can eat until you are full 😉 Beer at a very good price 4.5 euros 👌 There is a parking lot next to the restaurant where you can park without any problems 😉 Very nice service 💪

We only ordered the Kaiserschmarren, which is offered as dessert, and asked if we could have a scoop of ice cream with it. That wasn't a problem, even though they don't offer ice cream on the menu. And what can I say? It was some of the best ice cream we've ever eaten. The Kaiserschmarren were also very tasty, and the portions were more like a main course. The service was super friendly, and even though the decor is a bit dated, we felt completely at home. We'd love to come back and highly recommend ordering ice cream.

A cozy restaurant with honest, hearty German-Croatian home cooking – expertly prepared. You immediately notice: The cooking here is done with passion. What's especially nice is that your every wish is fulfilled – friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. The quality is consistently high, and every dish so far has been delicious! It's now become our regular restaurant. If you appreciate good food and friendly hospitality, this is the place to be.

Prices are reasonable. The owner and his nephew are very friendly. Suitable for families with children. The food is delicious. I had pork fillet with pepper sauce, croquettes, and salad. The sauce contained a lot of onions and a few peppercorns. Unfortunately, the salad was missing, and I had to reorder it.

We were there with our dog late in the evening (10 p.m.), but were still greeted very lovingly and friendly. The food was delicious and the prices are fair. In addition, the new operating couple is very attentive, nice and motivated. The fireplace makes your stay even more pleasant, you just feel comfortable. All in all: Very people and dog friendly. The NEW TENANTS are really nice. Croatian menu with down-to-earth dishes prepared very tastefully. The service was very attentive and friendly. The new operators make a very nice impression and deserve to be given a chance when restarting this traditional restaurant. Of course, local institutions are also called upon here. If I want to keep an inn steeped in history in the town, as a local I have to stop by there every now and then. Only the holidaymakers don't save it. Otherwise, my son and I were very impressed with the food. The map, which was still quite small for the time being, still offered us enough alternatives. The cevapcici and the coleslaw are highly recommended. Camilla and Roman, who always had a great time, have apparently found worthy successors.

We more or less ended up in the inn after a tour. We were greeted very friendly and served very quickly. My wife and I both ordered Civapcici. The food was very plentiful and tasted excellent. After the meal we were offered another Slivovic, which we had to politely decline. An espresso was immediately brought as an alternative. After dinner we chatted briefly with the new owner. We were thrilled with both the food and the value for money. We wish the new owners much success and keep it up. 💪💪💪

What a dirty pub. 15 guests were crammed into a broom closet and looked like they had had 7 days of rainy weather. We fled before we even had our first beer.

The location didn't make a good impression from the outside, but this was reinforced by the unpleasant musty and smoky smell inside. We were a larger group that was led into a side room that was more like a junk room. The room was cold and cluttered. Although the restaurant was almost empty. The service was rude and there was no welcome. I can't say anything about the food because we decided to leave the restaurant.

There was a negative reaction to our comments that we would also sit at the front and that we didn't necessarily have to sit at a table. We left again

We ate the Schlutzkrapfen and the Schützensteak. Both were excellent. The Schlutzkrapfen with a spinach and curd filling, very delicate and fresh and the pork loin with onions and bacon baked with cheese. Perfect French fries. Located away from main tourism, absolutely recommended. Very good price-performance ratio. Really great.

Quaint inn with great home-made dishes and a very nice owner. Swabian meets South Tyrolean. The homemade goulash soup/liver dumpling soup was a poem, salad beautifully prepared with delicious dressing, schnitzel with spaetzle and mushrooms were super delicious. We ate very well and had a nice chat. Highly recommended, we will be back.

Der Laden ist die komplette Service-Wüste. Nach einem pampigen Empfang durften wir 20 Minuten auf Getränke warten, obwohl nur ein anderer Tisch besetzt war und die Theke dauerhaft mit einem Kellner versehen war. Das Essen kam Zeitverzögert, sodass einer schon halb fertig war, bevor mal das andere Gericht kam. Anstatt mal zu fragen, ob man noch etwas trinken möchte, trinkt man hier lieber mit anderen Gästen zwei Schnäpse und ignoriert die anderen einfach, obwohl sie genau im Sichtfeld sitzen. Das Essen war lecker und das Ambiente ist urig-bodenständig aber auf den Rest kann man verzichten.

Einfache, aber leckere Küche mit sehr netter Bewirtung. Ruhiger Biergarten mit lokalem Bier. Wir haben auch schon am späten Nachmittag warme Abendküche erhalten.
