We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. My friend ordered the roast pork and I had the Weinbauer Schnitzel and they were equally delicious! We sat outside but if you're allergic to bees, stay inside! Bees are common in the summer wherever you are in Germany! Our server, Phillip is an aviation enthusiast and was very charming and welcoming. I'm coming back here!

I visited the Weinbauer restaurant in Munich again in August 2024 and, as always, I was absolutely thrilled. The location is simply great - relaxed and cozy, perfect for hanging out. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. And the food? Just fantastic! Every dish was top. We come here often and will definitely come back again and again. Clear recommendation!

Be sure to try the currywurst and apple cakes! It was uniquely delicious! The sausage is nice and spicy, the sauce is fruity and slightly spicy. The cakes are hot, crispy and appley. We would come back just for that. :-) The atmosphere is nice and rustic.

We "only" ate there and don't regret the culinary trip to the hidden second row of houses away from the hustle and bustle of the main street! Everything delicious, reasonable waiting times and super friendly staff! The Kaiserschmarrn deserves special mention. Freshly prepared with a stated preparation time of around 30 minutes. This wait is definitely worth it! I have never eaten such a large and delicious portion and it definitely justifies the price! Just please leave enough space and order/eat with at least two people. Otherwise you can also get a doggy bag to take with you 😉

Reservation 10 people for 5 p.m. It's raining. 5 degrees. We were there 10 minutes earlier. We are acknowledged, but no door opens so that we can at least wait in the entrance area. No, the candles have to be lit calmly first. The food was good but the service was a bit slow. Reservation only for 2.5 hours. Next time I'll choose a different restaurant.

Bavarian restaurant with beautiful wooden tables. The menu almost exclusively contains meat dishes, but they are very tasty. The beer is from Hacker-Pschorr, but at least it's on tap. A lot of visitors and therefore loud. Good conversation is hardly possible.

The perfect place to enjoy Bavarian specialties. I was really impressed and will definitely come back here. Hats off to the suckling pig. The beer also tastes very good. See you soon 👋

roast beef from Abendskarte was nice. service as always in German restaurants - nothing to count on.

On March 21st, 2024, three of us were at the wine farmer and all three of us had chili loin (a €19.90) ordered. The meat was completely tough, with tendons running through it and everything else but loin. The winemaker from earlier times is no longer recognizable, as rising prices go hand in hand with declining quality. This was definitely our last visit to the wine farm!

Weinbauer has been one of my absolute favorite restaurants for years. In my opinion, quality, feel-good guarantee and service are guaranteed. I have already spent birthdays, family celebrations, regular meetings or short visits here. I was never disappointed. The change of annual decorations is always a feast for the eyes. Keep it up!

Had an amazing meal. Had the house specialty schnitzel in a pretzel crumb which was absolutely delicious. Also had the Kaiserchmarrn, which has to be up there in one of the best desserts I have had. Is massive (at least for two) but was absolutely amazing and a must get, there version is unlike any other.

Super cozy Bavarian restaurant centrally located parallel to Leopoldstrasse. Good Bavarian cuisine and great service. You have to try the Kaiserschmarren. A portion quite easily for two👍😉

Rustic and very cozy without being cliched or kitschy. Full without being overcrowded. Upscale Bavarian cuisine without being aloof. Not cheap, but worth every penny.

The food was delicious, the price was very fair, but unfortunately the service was a bit unfriendly because we took a while to order the food. I find it a bit unnecessary, but so be it.

It is a great Bavarian place with excellent service. One of the few places I have praised for good service. Food is also fantastic and a dish I highly recommend is the König Ludwig Bleu, which is a cordon Bleu with truffled Salami instead of Ham. Its just one block away from Leopoldstrasse, cant go wrong by eating here.

Do' tre stelle a questo ristorante semplicemente perché sono andata appositamente per assaggiare il dolce che è una loro specialità ma ahimè, quando l ho richiesto dopo la cena mi è stato comunicato che la cucina era già chiusa, tutto questo alle 22. Lo stesso dolce era stato servito due minuti prima al tavolo di fianco, gli ho espresso tutto il mio dispiacere, sicuramente un occhio lo potevano chiudere o per meglio dire "aprire", invece, sono stati fermi nella loro posizione, peccato, altrimenti qualche stella in più l'avrei data, ottimo il bretzel con i formaggi e buona anche la salsiccia con patatine, forse la salsa era un pò eccessiva soprattutto se non la gusti. Abbiamo speso 44 euro in due per due birre+bretzel con formaggi+ due piatti di salsicce. Prezzi standard.

Waren gestern (3.11.´23) zu ca. 10 Personen im "Weinbauer". PERFEKT! Top Service, Top Speisen (hervorragende Grundqualität - super zubereitet), angemessene Preise, Top Getränkeauswahl. Klasse Münchner Ambiente - Toiletten zeitgemäß modern und sauber. Demnächst wieder. Vielen Dank an das gesamte "Weinbauer"- Team!

Sehr gemütlich und super Service 👌👍 Ganz lecker gegessen!... und getrunken 😉 kann ich nur empfehlen..... und werde natürlich auch selbst dort wieder auftauchen 😉 .... uuund den Kaiserschmarrn probieren... ein Traum 😋😌 und bei schönem Wetter sitzt man draußen auch sehr gemütlich! Jedes Mal wenn ich/wir in München sind ein Besuch wert!

Waren spontan Abends in diesem Wirtshaus. Essen war sehr lecker. Beispielsweise der Kaiserschmarrn mit gerösteten Mandeln und selbst gemachtem Apfelmus. Obwohl es sehr voll war, war die Bedienung sehr freundlich und man musste nicht lange warten! Absolute Empfehlung.

Spinatknödel waren der Hammer und Schnäpse im Hirschgeweih ein (optisches) Highlight. Super gutes Essen!

Wir waren Freitag spät Abends auf der Suche nach etwas zum Essen, obwohl im Weinbauer auch sehr voll war hat uns die nette Dame zu einen schon besetzten Tisch dazu gesetzt. Wir hatten dann einen klasse Schweinebraten mit Knödel. Dafür gibt's 5 ⭐ für Service und Küche

Richtig gutes bayerisches „Komfi“-Food zu ehrlich guten Preisen. Die Stimmung ist locker, bis gelöst, der Service sehr freundlich. Lokale wie das „Weinbauer“ gibt es in München (leider) nicht mehr viele. Zum gezeigten Essen kam noch ein Spezi und ein Dessert - alles in Allem: 35,-€
