Delicious food. It's nice to sit outside. Nice service. Recommended!

We chose this place as we were nearby, it was a good decision because it's definitely a tasty Japanese restaurant.

Old school ramen and matcha iced tea are my favorites!

We had two different ramens, one veggie and one with crispy chicken. Both were very tasty. The portions are large and filling. Happy to come back! :)

The food is very good, there were three of us and everyone ordered something different. We didn't wait long to be served and the food came quickly. It only took forever to clear things up, or whether we wanted drinks again, there is definitely room for improvement. So we just paid and left it at that. Kitchen very good, service could be improved.

All the dishes we had were extremely tasty. The service was quick and friendly. Lovely again!

Nice staff, Very friendly. Soup was all right, but did not taste like Ramen at all. I would say it's a touristy place, nothing authentic about the Ramen - go somewhere else if you crave a hearty bowl of tonkotsu.

Very tasty ramen! There is a small selection of different broths. I had the Red Ramen, my companion had the Yellow Ramen. We were both very convinced and fed up afterwards. The veggie gyoza are really good, some of the best I've had so far! The service is friendly and quick. It wasn't very busy when we were there, so the ambience was calm and pleasant. There are also places outside for the warmer days :)

I ate the dark ramen for 17€ and it was mediocre at best. No card payment accepted. Also this restaurant is managed by non japanese. Would not go there a second time ever.

We ordered an old school ramen, salmon poke bowl, and ponzu salmon bites. Everything was super tasty! The old school ramen isn’t your tradition Japanese shoyu broth (which I would normally found salty) this broth was unique! It was clean and very tasty. Not overtly salty, had a lot of different depth to it. Would recommend :)

I love that the menu has pictures of the dishes! It is much easier to choose what to eat. Great options from sushi to sashimi, ramen, poke bowls, tempuras, vietnamise and asian dishes in general. We had fried rice and fried duck. Very delicious

Food was decent enough but not anything to get excited about. It seems very touristy and forgettable. Service was very friendly and attentive. Had two starters. The tempura was absolutely buried in a ridiculous amount of batter, no taste if what was hidden inside came through. Gyoza we're OK. Ramen and rice bowl thingy were fine but ... I'd go again if I had to, but I'm happy I don't have to ;)

The sushi was exceptionally good (top temperature!). Cajun Salmon is awesome. Very nice service, very okay in terms of price.

We came spontaneously without a reservation and luckily got a table. Unfortunately, you actually sit a bit cramped, so you can easily and involuntarily overhear the conversations of the tables next to you, but you can ignore that. The service was great, the food came really quickly and it was so damn tasty. The takoyaki is amazing and the ramen was very tasteful. The restaurant was busy, which meant we had to wait a little longer for our bill, but we are completely satisfied and will come back and recommend it to others!

We absolutely loved the small Japanese restaurant “Wabi Sabi” on Karolinenstrasse! It is decorated in a minimalist style, with original wall and ceiling decoration. We immediately felt at home here. There are many, all fresh, handmade and unusual dishes on the menu. We had the baked octopus balls, the fried gyozas and the sashimi hamachi ponzu. Sensationally delicious! The service is very attentive and very friendly. We'll definitely be back as there's a lot more on the menu that we want to try.

Shared burger on recommendation, was worth it. Sushi very tasty, atmosphere pleasant. After a strenuous day, a backrest on the seating would be nice, but everything else is fine.

The food is great, but the seating is very uncomfortable. Benches outside, wooden stools inside.

I had the chicken ramen or called yellow ramen here. Okish but nothing extraordinary ... maybe the sushi is better ?

Super niedlicher Laden mit toller japanischer Küche. Keine Ahnung ob authentisch oder nicht, da habe ich keine Ahnung von, aber auf jeden Fall super lecker. Netter Service! Alle Gerichte frisch zubereitet und Sushi handgerollt und super angerichtet ❤

Essen und Bedienung waren ok, nichts besonders.

Überschaubare Karte (was ich positiv finde) und wirklich gute Qualität. Das Essen wird sehr schnell serviert, ist frisch und perfekt gewürzt. Gerade für eine Mittagspause vom Landgericht aus m.E. der beste Laden. Nicht ganz günstig für "Mittagstisch", aber es lohnt sich.

Tolles Essen, tolles Personal, tolles Ambiente. Das Essen kam auch sehr schnell und wir wurden vorher von der Kellnerin sehr gut beraten. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Der kleine Laden ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die hausgemachten Limonaden sind teuer aber lecker. Und für die Ramen werde ich sicherlich wieder kommen. Wiederkommen hat sich gelohnt, Ramen weiterhin gut!

Today we decided to go on a date to WabiSabi. For drinks we chose the Bubbly Yuzu and Macha Ice Tea. The Yuzu is nice lemony sweet and the macha has a great tang to it. For the food we chose the veggie bento and chicken rolls. Everything was wonderful, but even as a meat eater I have to admit that the veggie bento is amazing! The staff is friendly and not pushy.

Eigentlich muss man nicht viel Schreiben, Super leckerer Ramen und Essen. Nix zu beanstanden absolute Empfehlung !

Mein erstes Mal Ramen und ich war begeistert. Kleine, abwechslungsreiche Auswahl an Gerichten. Super freundlicher Bedienung.

Food is filling, but quality is lacking. Ramen was a thin soup with a barely marinated egg, Gyoza did not have a crunchy side and drinks were tiny. All while being pricey. The stools are uncomfortable and combined with the loud music make you want to leave quickly.

Both the dark and red ramen are amazing, the broth has a very rich taste that I really liked, but the red one is my favorite because it's spicy. I also highly recommend trying the Bao Bun. The place is usually full so there might be some waiting time, but the food is served pretty quickly and the people who work there are very friendly! They only accept payment in cash so keep that in mind.

Sencillamente delicioso, puede ser que sea el mejor sushi que haya probado en Hamburgo, si quieren probar buen sushi este es el sitio ideal.

Das beste Sushi was wir bisher kennen gelernt haben. Wer es mag sollte es unbedingt probieren. Zumal das Restaurant direkt am Messegelände liegt.

Best Sushi and Ramen I've ever had. Price is great too, with most dishes / plates being around 15-17 € (September 2023). Staff is really friendly. Went there for three evenings of my Hamburg trip. Would consider taking a 8 hour train ride just for this. Something to note: At the time of writing, they only take cash.

Die Red und veggie Ramen waren sehr köstlich. Der Cocktail Kyoto Nights ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen.

Es war ok. Für den Preis, nicht zu viele Zutaten im Ramen gewesen. Der Geschmack war ok, aber leider nicht mehr. Die Karte von Ramen ist sehr klein, dafür sind da auch Bowls und Sushi. Die Getränke waren lecker.

An sich sehr schön .. aber es gab schon bessere ramen aber sonst sehr lecker
