Nice little Japanese restaurant with lots of outposts, very friendly service and prices that are reasonable. Unfortunately no card payment possible. recommended!

Very tasty and filling food at fair prices, with fast and friendly service. My 1.3 year old child also enjoyed eating the noodles. The servers were attentive to special requests (my daughter doesn't like sauces, and the request not to put sauce over the fillet was honored). We'll definitely be back!

Small inconspicuous shop, but great taste. The takoyaki took my socks off…. They were delicious when young. From now on my favorite place for ramen in Hamburg

Good location and friendly service. Unfortunately, the ramen didn't taste like much, the meat was dry and probably not fresh from the stove. It then had to be seasoned properly.

Not ramen, Instant noodles, the broth was just beef stock. Drinks very heavily priced

Always very tasty. I can recommend Crispy Tofu as a starter and Red Ramen as a main course. The cocktails are also very tasty. Price-performance is right!

We visited Wabi Sabi very spontaneously and were extremely satisfied. The food was absolutely delicious. We started with the Ebi Tempura and the Bao Bun Burger with beef, and then for the main course we had the Crispy Tofu Bowl and the Spicy Tantanmen Ramen. I had the latter and thought it was simply outstanding.

In my opinion the best ramen in town.

Very very good food at reasonable prices. For me, the best ramen in Hamburg is here. But also rice bowls and other things. Very nicely prepared and it tastes good. The staff is also friendly and helpful. The only thing I think is a shame is that card payments are not possible. The ambience is more of a matter of taste but not disturbing either.

We are regulars and come here for the delicious ramen. It’s really good on a cold day in winter. It always comes with a delicious poached egg and enoki mushrooms. The crispy chicken in yellow ramen is great and so is the braised pork in the spicy ramen. There’s also vegan green ramen. They also do sushi which I haven’t tried yet. The place has a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Recommended. Prices reasonable too. Ramen around 15 €

The food was quite delicious... unfortunately we received a dish that we hadn't ordered. But the waiter claimed that we had ordered it. Basically not dramatic. But it was quite cheeky to blame the guest and of course… after paying, he didn't even say goodbye to the guest. Too bad. Because of a bad waiter the whole place was painted in a negative light..

Had the Tantanmen Ramen there. It was incredibly good and flavourful. The minced meat added such a nice texture to the broth. Highly recommended.

We had two different ramens, one veggie and one with crispy chicken. Both were very tasty. The portions are large and filling. Happy to come back! :)

The food is very good, there were three of us and everyone ordered something different. We didn't wait long to be served and the food came quickly. It only took forever to clear things up, or whether we wanted drinks again, there is definitely room for improvement. So we just paid and left it at that. Kitchen very good, service could be improved.

Nice staff, Very friendly. Soup was all right, but did not taste like Ramen at all. I would say it's a touristy place, nothing authentic about the Ramen - go somewhere else if you crave a hearty bowl of tonkotsu.

Very tasty ramen! There is a small selection of different broths. I had the Red Ramen, my companion had the Yellow Ramen. We were both very convinced and fed up afterwards. The veggie gyoza are really good, some of the best I've had so far! The service is friendly and quick. It wasn't very busy when we were there, so the ambience was calm and pleasant. There are also places outside for the warmer days :)

I ate the dark ramen for 17€ and it was mediocre at best. No card payment accepted. Also this restaurant is managed by non japanese. Would not go there a second time ever.

We ordered an old school ramen, salmon poke bowl, and ponzu salmon bites. Everything was super tasty! The old school ramen isn’t your tradition Japanese shoyu broth (which I would normally found salty) this broth was unique! It was clean and very tasty. Not overtly salty, had a lot of different depth to it. Would recommend :)

I love that the menu has pictures of the dishes! It is much easier to choose what to eat. Great options from sushi to sashimi, ramen, poke bowls, tempuras, vietnamise and asian dishes in general. We had fried rice and fried duck. Very delicious

Food was decent enough but not anything to get excited about. It seems very touristy and forgettable. Service was very friendly and attentive. Had two starters. The tempura was absolutely buried in a ridiculous amount of batter, no taste if what was hidden inside came through. Gyoza we're OK. Ramen and rice bowl thingy were fine but ... I'd go again if I had to, but I'm happy I don't have to ;)

The sushi was exceptionally good (top temperature!). Cajun Salmon is awesome. Very nice service, very okay in terms of price.

We came spontaneously without a reservation and luckily got a table. Unfortunately, you actually sit a bit cramped, so you can easily and involuntarily overhear the conversations of the tables next to you, but you can ignore that. The service was great, the food came really quickly and it was so damn tasty. The takoyaki is amazing and the ramen was very tasteful. The restaurant was busy, which meant we had to wait a little longer for our bill, but we are completely satisfied and will come back and recommend it to others!

We absolutely loved the small Japanese restaurant “Wabi Sabi” on Karolinenstrasse! It is decorated in a minimalist style, with original wall and ceiling decoration. We immediately felt at home here. There are many, all fresh, handmade and unusual dishes on the menu. We had the baked octopus balls, the fried gyozas and the sashimi hamachi ponzu. Sensationally delicious! The service is very attentive and very friendly. We'll definitely be back as there's a lot more on the menu that we want to try.

Shared burger on recommendation, was worth it. Sushi very tasty, atmosphere pleasant. After a strenuous day, a backrest on the seating would be nice, but everything else is fine.

The food is great, but the seating is very uncomfortable. Benches outside, wooden stools inside.

Überschaubare Karte (was ich positiv finde) und wirklich gute Qualität. Das Essen wird sehr schnell serviert, ist frisch und perfekt gewürzt. Gerade für eine Mittagspause vom Landgericht aus m.E. der beste Laden. Nicht ganz günstig für "Mittagstisch", aber es lohnt sich.

Der kleine Laden ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die hausgemachten Limonaden sind teuer aber lecker. Und für die Ramen werde ich sicherlich wieder kommen. Wiederkommen hat sich gelohnt, Ramen weiterhin gut!

Today we decided to go on a date to WabiSabi. For drinks we chose the Bubbly Yuzu and Macha Ice Tea. The Yuzu is nice lemony sweet and the macha has a great tang to it. For the food we chose the veggie bento and chicken rolls. Everything was wonderful, but even as a meat eater I have to admit that the veggie bento is amazing! The staff is friendly and not pushy.
