Great service, first class ramen. No idea what you're doing wrong here, I always get a smile and attention. Spicy ball and real eggs available. For me this is #top3 next to the theramen. No bonus needed, just enjoy.

Unfortunately not a good day in service. Hectic and neither particularly friendly nor attentive. For example, we were denied a table at the windowsill because the reservation system had rescheduled the table for something else. However, we had a lot of luggage, which is why the window seat option would have been more pleasant for all guests. That brings me to my next point: It really is way too narrow. This isn't much fun anymore. From a culinary point of view, I was largely convinced. Our starters were all good, if not exceptional. The ramen was also tasty. A bitter disappointment, however, was the matcha ice cream, where you could only taste sweetness and no matcha at all. Tl;dr: Good food, weak surroundings.

Various types of well-executed Ramen in an informal atmosphere.

The soup including noodles was delicious! However, three pieces of meat and a hint of sprouts is not the addition that I expect for 16/17€. About the ambience: we were seated at a window, which let in the wind so much that my partner had to sit there with a scarf and partly a jacket. We then left the restaurant, which was actually very warm, feeling hypothermic. Ventilation is good, but putting a table directly in front of it isn't great at these temperatures. All in all, the price-performance ratio wasn't right, even though the broth was really good.

Recently only pure mass processing. As soon as the bowl is empty, you are asked to give up the table. Unfortunately there is no time for a second drink/bedside table. It's a shame because the quality is otherwise great.

Unfortunately not really recommended. In addition to very slow and attentive service, the food is particularly unconvincing. Neither the gyoza as a starter, nor the very boring ramen, in which the broth in particular lacks the nice fattiness and complexity of really good ramen, nor the matcha ice cream, which tastes nothing like matcha and is sprinkled with far too sweet syrup, appealed to us can convince in terms of taste.

Essen war wie immer super lecker! Wir wurden jedoch lange vor der Tür im Kalten stehen gelassen und 15 Minuten nicht beachtet, trotz Reservierung.

So lecker!! (Mehr Gemüse in den Suppen hätte einen weiteren Stern verdient).

After giving incorrect information about the delivery time, I wanted to cancel my €100 order. 3 minutes after ordering, the restaurant refused to cancel the order that was coming in 1 1/2 hours. The restaurant employee on the phone is completely overwhelmed and just says you should write an email if you have a problem. So option 1. the restaurant absolutely refuses to accept a cancellation, even if the preparation of the food has not yet started. Or option 2. the food sits in the restaurant for 1 hour and 20 minutes before it is delivered to me for the 10 minutes, which would also be incredibly disgusting. I can only advise against ordering here!

Very tasty ramen, good portion and a fair price in the lunch menu. The service was very attentive and nice. Unfortunately, the oolong tea was easily 95-100 degrees warm when steeped, which is far too hot for oolong and destroys the entire taste. Very unfortunate. It is relatively cool, dark and drafty in the restaurant. But luckily the ramen warms you up inside ;)

Ramen mega lecker, japanisches Bier vom Fass, freundlicher und schneller Service. Ich komme garantiert nicht nur einmal wieder.

As an Asian, I used to enjoy ramen better. Unfortunately today the noodles were almost too soft and the broth was no longer as intense. The food probably appeals more to German tastes.

Best Ramen in Hamburg. Great staff and local. Please book before you arrive, the place is crowded for a good reason. The meal is AMAZING 😍

The ramen is super tasty. But despite having a reservation, we were not very politely asked to leave after an hour on the grounds that there was another reservation, even though half of the restaurant was empty. We were not informed about this beforehand.

It was so incredibly delicious again. I had tofu buns first and vegan ramen as the main course - totally good and tasty.

Essen und Ambiente ok Reserviert mit 4 Personen für 21:00. zügig bestellt - mit Vorspeise - und schon deutlich vor 22:00 wurden wir während wir noch assen zum Bezahlen aufgefordert. Fanden wir sehr störend. Anscheinend muss aus welchen Gründen auch immer um 22:15 alles geputzt und verschlossen sein.

Reserved with 4 people for 9 p.m. Ordered quickly - with a starter - and well before 10 p.m. we were asked to pay while we were still eating. We found it very disturbing. Apparently, for whatever reason, everything has to be cleaned and locked by 10:15 p.m.

Essen und Service sind hervorragend. Ramen habe ich bisher nirgendwo besser gegessen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt sind die etwas beengten Sitzplätze. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Very nice selection of ramen. The broth has a balanced taste and the noodles are cooked to perfection. The flavor of the filling was fantastic and the egg was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is stylish, cozy and despite the limited space you don't feel cramped. The service was very friendly and attentive. I will happily come back and recommend the restaurant :)

The food was very good. The staff was also very nice. Ambience? Not really available. Uncomfortable wooden stools etc. However, after 2 hours we were asked to pay and leave. You have 1:45 time in this shop and nothing more! This was NOT stated when booking the table! They apologized for it, but that doesn't help anymore. If we had known that, we wouldn't have come here! Well, we were there with 7 people and only left a measly 300 euros...you can't expect anything for so little money...That was it for us! 300 euros to then be thrown out after 2 hours?! Old age doesn't work at all...And 18 euros for a noodle soup, even if it was good, isn't really...Oh no, let's go

It was our first time here and we didn't know the store was so popular. We didn't make a reservation and still got something after a short wait. The service is super nice and the food is really good.

A strong recommendation! The ramen tasted delicious and I would love to eat it every night! Unfortunately we got our drinks very late, but that was probably just bad luck... The ambience is also very nice and pleasant. Not a spacious restaurant, but the noise level is very bearable and I was able to have a very good conversation with my girlfriend. Gladly again!

Went there for the first time today and it was so delicious! Super lovely people who work there and simply incredibly delicious! Even if it's not cheap, I would go there again in a heartbeat. Card payment possible! We had reserved for Sunday at 1:30 p.m. and at that time there were still a few free tables. By the time we left, it was already very full, so we would reserve as a precaution (it's easy to do online via the website). Portions were really big too, I had the rest of mine packed up, that wasn't a problem either. Always happy ❤️ thank you Momos

We are actually fans of good and authentic ramen and wanted to order this time instead of eating on site. But I have to say a delivery time of over 2 hours is absolutely outrageous...

The food was excellent, but unfortunately the service was a bit inattentive or not present. But I would definitely come back for the ramen 👍

Crazy ramen, it's delicious, it has a Michelin star for a reason, fresh, well seasoned, the meat delicious and well cooked, ramen made on the premises, excellent!

Momo Ramen in Hamburg is absolutely recommended! The ramen is incredibly tasty and made with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is very friendly and attentive. The only small drawback is that it is a little tight there but that is more due to the location. A must for every ramen lover!

Die Musik ist mir persönlich einfach zu laut. Wenn der Laden voll ist, sind die Gespräche schon laut, gefühlt versucht der Laden die Gespräche mit der Musik noch zu übertrumpfen, was schnell anstrengend werden kann.

Yummy food! Really loved the dry spicy Tantanmen. Perfect amount and a wholesome meal. Also the dumplings with the chilli sauce is a must try here. Staff were really friendly and polite. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the drinks but apart from that I am defo going back for another round of ramen ❤️🥰

We had to wait half an hour for a table because the restaurant was completely full. But the wait was more than worth it, ramen like in Japan. Rarely eaten so deliciously!

I like to come here often because of the excellent food. However, the service (blonde older woman) is absolutely rude and unfriendly. If you complain that you got the wrong food, you'll be smiled at provocatively and asked if you're doing a better job than them, and you'll answer no, but that's not what I ordered, and you'll be told that everything was fine and that was what you wanted, she wished you a good appetite and simply walked away and didn't come to the table again. I haven't experienced such bad service in a long time. There are still plenty of other very tasty restaurants in Hamburg. The selection is huge. Anyone who doesn't honor the customer isn't worth my money.

We've been here several times now, and every time it's a pleasure! The ramen cannot be compared to any other restaurant in Hamburg. We're talking fresh, full-bodied and loaded with flavors! The menu is always filled with delicacies according to the time of day. The homemade drinks also leave nothing to be desired and you pay surprisingly little for all these fantastic things! In my opinion you should visit if you are in Hamburg!

Wie immer gut und das schon seit Jahren immer gleich

Als Ü50 werde ich mir Momo Ramen nicht mehr antun. Wir hatten einen Tisch für 3 Personen mittags vorbestellt. Der ganze Laden war leer. Wir wurden nach ganz hinten platziert. Unsere Bitte weiter vorne zu sitzen, wurde nicht entsprochen, angeblich sei alles reserviert. Bei Verlassen der Ramenbar waren immer noch ein Drittel der Tische frei. Bedienung war allerhöchstens 2 Tage im Job, mausig unfreundlich, unbeholfen „seid ihr durch?“. Ja, waren wir. Die Ramen waren auch mal besser, aber ok. Brühe gut, Tofu latschig. Leider nicht heiß. Keine Lust mehr auf den Laden. Das muss ich mir nicht antun.

Very nice and welcoming place in the Sternschanze area. The best ramen I've ever eaten, super friendly, kind and professional staff. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and advised us very thoroughly on what to eat based on our tastes. We will definitely be back, highly recommended!

Wie immer war es fantastisch lecker und der Service von Abi ist der Hammer. Er lässt sich nie aus der Ruhe bringen, ist wahnsinnig nett, löst Probleme bei der Tischreservierung schnell und unkompliziert. Essen top, Service top!

I never actually give reviews after a visit, but I'm happy to make an exception here. The best frame soup I've ever tasted. Really. The starters were also really good. The atmosphere is very relaxed, the crowd is mixed and urban, and the service is top notch. So yes, 5*****

Unfortunately I didn't like the food. The vegan ramen was somehow way too cinnamony (?), but neither of us liked it. For the price there were really very few vegetables in it... and at €3.50 for an egg there was a lot...

Always full, for reasons. The food is amazing and the broth is brutally delicious. Due to the high workload and fluctuation, it can sometimes be a bit hectic and busy.

Ramen was very tasty and also perfectly priced. But the ambience is neither nice nor authentic. Unfortunately we were accommodated in the “basement”. Very cramped and uncomfortable on bar stools facing the walls. It's fine for a quick meal, but it doesn't invite you to linger.

I recently visited Momo in the food court and had a great experience. The server was fantastic, super friendly and quick. The ramen was incredibly tasty, with a flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles. It was also nice to be in a food court where I could explore other food options. I definitely recommend Momo for a delicious and speedy meal!

In fact, we were not very hungry, but we came to eat after seeing others recommend it. We ordered spicy miso pork spicy miso pork ramen. The noodles were very soft and hard! Very delicious! I thought it wouldn't be spicy, but I enjoyed the spiciness, which increased the deliciousness! I also ordered chicken dumplings, which were really delicious dipped in Japanese soy sauce. The skin of the dumplings was very thin! Full of filling👍🏼 It's very worthy of five stars! Although I didn’t see any Japanese shop assistants😂, the employees were very kind!

Ramen with too many spices and herbs, 0 umami. The buns and some starters were delicious. However, the service was a disaster: the waiter was unprofessional: at 9:30 p.m. he asked us for the last round of drinks and to pay the bill without first picking up the plates. From the time he was greeted until he left the place there was little warmth, his priority was getting off work. Unfortunately never again!!!

The ramen was very good, but I loved the buns!! If I had to complain about the food, is that it is a bit salty, more than usual for this type of food. A bit overpriced (come on, even in Manhattan we didn’t pay that much for a ramen), but they are always full, so of course they will keep increasing prices. Reservation recommended. Staff very nice, they all spoke good English. PS.: the prices in the English menu is outdated.

The different ramen are very tasty. You have to be there on time, then the place will work out. Service is as good as possible, but I sometimes waited a little too long for an order or payment (with a card, of course). It's definitely worth it for the delicious food

I was there with my vegetarian friend, the selection wasn't huge for her but it was tasty.

Das Essen ist richtig gut und es lohnt sich manchmal das warten, aber unsere letzte mal hatten wir einfach Pech oder war kein guten Tag für das Personal und hat alles noch extra gedauert obwohl wir reserviert haben. Trotzdem ist das beste Ramen Hamburg

I was there a few years ago and recently again relatively shortly after a four-week vacation in Japan and it was the best place to simply extend the vacation feeling a little longer

2nd visiting: I added photos from the 2nd time of my visiting. The broth and noodle were still delicious, undoubtedly. But the chashu became tooooo thick, salty and over cooked. It was quite disappointing. But it was still delicious. My friend said the Tantan noodle was too salty. I think it’s because of the meats topping. - Best Ramen experience in Germany. I’ve visited some ramen places in Berlin and Bayern (not yet in Düsseldorf). Hier was the top so far. Especially the Tonkotsu ramen has amazing broth. You should try it. It was really well cooked and they bring out really well the taste of pork. And even a bit sticky which means there is collagen. And it smells any bad things from the pork. That’s not easy to cook. I‘m so thankful for the effort of the kitchen crew. (I saw there was no Japanese! Amazing) And the noodle was also amazing. Momo Style Spicy Miso had other noodle than Tonkotsu. Tonkotsu was thiner. And it was my taste. Last important thing, the toppings! Especially the Chashu. It was just legit. And perfectly melting in my mouth. To compare to the ramen restaurant in Korea or Japan, here is absolutely also on the high level. Service was also good. Order and the payment went smooth. Even we were at the deep corner seats. I send huge clap clap clap to their efforts 👏🏻

I love this ramen place since the day it opened. But today we had a not-so-good experience with the waitress. We had a reservation but the waitress placed us in a reserved table for another customer who will arrive in an hour & told us that we only have 1 hour to stay (like why are we being rushed when we have in fact a reservation?!). Then we finished eating but my husband was still drinking his beverage then this waitress asked us if we would like to pay (she was rushing us coz maybe the customer for the reserved table is coming) so we paid without tipping her because she doesn’t deserve it. Then I heard her telling her coworker „so cheap“ which I’m pretty sure she’s pertaining to us -_-

Die Ramen haben uns einfach fantastisch geschmeckt.

Leckere verschiede Ramen und Goyas bekommt man hier. Man sollte, aber lieber vorher ein Platz reservieren, da es teilweise voll werden kann.
