Very tasty ramen. We look forward to the next visit.

Been here twice and have to be honest, this is the dingiest restaurant I've ever been to. About two years ago when I first visited, the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was just centimeter-thick dust on the surfaces and in the corners, really disgusting. The toilet brush was also absolutely worn out and disgusting - sorry, but replacing it costs one euro. A new toilet seat for €20 should also be included. The restaurant rooms have not been cleaned everywhere, especially on the floors and the pipes on the walls. The tables look disgusting too. On my last visit, about six months ago, the toilet was a little cleaner, but unfortunately the restaurant was still as dirty, if not dirtier. It just looks like you sweep the room sloppily in the morning and you're done. Also literally the tiniest, most uncomfortable toilet I've ever been on. The (vegan) ramen itself tastes very good, including the broth, but I find the toppings far too few. The two small tofu cubes that come with it are a joke. It's a shame that the fried vegetable thing isn't vegan. The second time I ordered the free bean sprouts and 2/3 of my bowl was full of sprouts??? Completely exaggerated and after a while a bit disgusting because I want to eat ramen and not sprouts with a dollop of broth lol. There was a piece of plastic in my friend's ramen - he got dessert as compensation. What I found really nice was that a small ice cream was brought to me especially because the balls weren't vegan, even though there was nothing wrong with my food and I didn't ask or anything. So props to the waitress, I was really happy about that. I've eaten in several Takumis in Düsseldorf and the other one in HH and find the restaurants far better, both in terms of atmosphere and cleanliness. And with extra sprouts you don't end up with a whole can haha. In general, there is better vegan ramen with significantly more and nicer toppings in HH and especially Berlin for better prices.

The food was very good, I was a little lacking in spice, I actually know ramen differently. There were also too many noodles and not enough vegetables for my taste. The location is really cute, but there's definitely not a lot of space.

Very tasty frames, maybe a bit expensive because there aren't that many ingredients in them and then, for example, €16.50 is a lot, but it's definitely tasty. The noodles taste almost homemade, I liked them best, they have a nice firm consistency and don't get soggy quickly. The atmosphere is very pleasant, it smells good and it's nice and cozy and familiar and not so huge. The waitress is very friendly.

Conclusion: Very good ramen soup in Hamburg! This restaurant offers an exceptional culinary experience that is second to none. Particularly positive is the impressive variety of dishes, which are easy to find on the clearly structured and concise menu. In terms of taste, the dishes are convincing across the board – they are simply outstanding. However, some dishes are only available in limited quantities due to their elaborate preparation, which is understandable but still a shame. The ambience of the restaurant is also a highlight: with its stylish design and authentic details, it transports you right to the heart of Japan. The service staff, most of which consist of Japanese employees, is particularly praiseworthy. These not only create an authentic atmosphere, but also impress with their friendliness and competence. However, there is a small deduction for the lack of a telephone ordering service. In addition, the to-go offer is made more difficult by additional costs, as only special Mepal containers are accepted. You are not allowed to bring your own containers, which is a bit inconvenient. Despite these small points of criticism, the restaurant is an absolute must for ramen lovers - an authentic and delicious experience in the middle of Hamburg!

I was here spontaneously on a Saturday evening. Super delicious food. Had the starters (various fried balls) and once frame. All very tasty. Price-performance ratio absolutely fine

The food here is very tasty, the staff is very nice and the taste reminded me of my time in Japan. The shop is relatively small, you have to be able to wait a bit or be lucky, but then that's it all the more worth it.

Had 3 different ramen and unfortunately they have nothing in common with authentic Japanese ramen. They were very tasteless and carelessly made. 2 stars anyway because the staff were very nice and the atmosphere was also quite nice. Unfortunately, the food is not recommended at all. Too bad.

Damn great food, not too much in variety but they know what they do best, often quite full and things on the menu that aren't ramen are a tad expensive for my taste. Pretty big portions on the main dishes. Would recommend for ramen fans and people looking for somewhere to eat as commemoration for something.

We had the TanTan-Men Ramen in the veggi version twice and it was super delicious! It is a manageable restaurant with a lot of charm and very nice staff. I'm already looking forward to next time :)

A really great and authentic restaurant! We tried Kimchi, Vegan Dumplings and Tori no Karaage as starters, followed by Yuzu Shio and Spicy Miso as mains. The food was served quickly despite the busy restaurant. High praise for the Tori no Karaage: the chicken was tender and perfectly seasoned. The broths of the ramen dishes were excellent, and the spiciness of the Spicy Miso was absolutely pleasant - a real treat! The service was friendly and gave us good advice about the quantity and portions. We'll definitely be back!

We stumbled upon this shop by chance and it looked very inviting, it has a vibrant, colourful vibe. We ofcourse had Ramen, but in addition also had the Gyoza which were amazinggggg, one of the best I've had so far. I ordered the veggie ramen (spicy miso), and it definitely did not disappoint unlike other ramen places I have tried before. It was super flavorful and the ramen noodles were cooked just right that it was a bit chewy but not undercooked, a difficult balance. I got additional veggie tempura topping and I would definitely reccomend this as it added a different texture to the veggie ramen aswell. My friends had one the limited edition ramens and they were very happy with it aswell. The staff was super kind and nice, I would definitely reccomend!

The ramen was delicious and the service was friendly. We only had to wait a short time. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. Since there is little space, a reservation is recommended. In the restaurant you can only pay by card.

Herbstzeit - Suppenzeit. Zum Aufwärmen wollten wir endlich mal die Ramen-Suppen kennenlernen. Guter Ort hierfür ist die Takumi Ramen Station in Ottensen. Kleines „Restaurant“ im Souterrain - eher Imbiss. Freundliches Personal und flinke Bedienung. Die Suppe schmackhaft auch die Gyoza gibt es in verschiedenen Variationen. Für ein zwangloses und eher preiswertes Essen ist man hier gut aufgehoben. Bezahlung ist nur per Karte möglich, was für uns völlig ok ist.

I like this place: wonderful people, great ramen and sides, vegan options. A small step to Japan in Altona. Thanks for being there when the ramen cravings come!

Imagine a cool winter evening in Hamburg when it is drizzling a bit. All one wants is to have a big bowl of hot delicious ramen while sitting outside on a wooden bench. Delicious food, really nice service!

Very tasty ramen. Ideal for me because the broths are made exclusively from vegetables or chicken. Fresh ingredients and well seasoned. Only the toilet is so small that you have difficulties. As well as it's in the middle of the room, basically at the checkout. Zero privacy

Today's ramen was a bit dissapointing. The soup was a little cold (warm, but not hot enough). Gyoza was also a bit cold. Karaage was good. The service was ok, but for ''Japanese restaurant'',.I'd expect better service. Sorry to say. I've been always eating Yuzu Shio, but taste was different today. Maybe it's too sour..?? You can only use card there now. No cash payment.

I used to live in Japan and I wanted to find a shop like that for a long time. 🇯🇵 The taste really caught my fancy! Had the Daily Limited No4. 😍 The staff is also friendly and Japanese is spoken occasionally, which contributes to the overall positive impression.

The food was really tasty. We ordered a vegan frame twice and a spicy one. The staff was incredibly friendly and we immediately felt at home. You sat there comfortably and felt pleasantly satisfied afterwards.

For €13.80 I had the chicken ramen. The broth tasted like fruit tea - no trace of chicken. Then I had run-of-the-mill noodles, bamboo shoots, soybean sprouts and 2 tiny pieces of meat. Any instant soup for 50 cents is a bigger highlight than this ramen dish. Very, very disappointing!

I was looking for a comparison to the Naniwa from Düsseldorf in Hamburg in order to eat a delicious and healthy soup. Then I got stranded here. The RAM soup was OK. The teriyaki meat didn't taste really tasty and had limp skin. The contents of the soup consisted of a leaf of bok choy, soy sprouts and two bamboo sticks. Tastes good but questionable for just under 15 EUR.

Unfortunately no reservations, but the service is super fast, the Ramen is tasty and there are a lot of veggies options.

Nice atmosphere, service and food. Staff speaks English so it’s easy to communicate if you don’t speak German. That was my first experience with Ramen soups so waiter explained few details at menu to help me to choose what i would like to try.

Takumi category ramen, I feel like it's missing some distinctive hallmark of the restaurant's style. The ramen was very tasty and the service was very good. The bathrooms were somewhat uncomfortable as they were extremely small. The entrance of the place clearly feels messy, there are still many things to improve but it does not mean that the taste of the food is bad. There are vegan options.

The interior design of the restaurant is really successful. However, it is very tight inside and you sit very close to the person sitting next to you. The ramen is okay, but I've had much better at a cheaper price. You also don't get enough meat, which I think is a shame.

Little cosy Ramen place in Altona close to the train station, which is great to have a quick bowl of noodles. Instead of the common pork based chashu the meat they use is chicken, including minced chicken meat for Tantanmen. They have “limited” ramen of the day choices, which they had always run out of when I am went there during the day. Solid quality of the broth and nice noodles. Wasn’t so excited about the Kimchi which I found too salty and the texture too soft. Meanwhile they opened a much bigger restaurant in Schanze although I prefer the little one. Friendly service. After they removed the “Corona walls” between the tables a makeover of the main room wouldn’t hurt.

I ordered kagaare and they were cold in the middle three times in a row and although I offered to touch it to the lady I reported it to each time, she didn't touch it and called the boss who said it couldn't be because she had a standardized procedure use and she also didn't want to touch the cold kagare. They basically made me out to be a liar without checking. In the end we were just asked in annoyance what should we do now, according to the motto they didn't want to make it up to them. I didn't want to be like that and said that she could bring me another portion instead of not paying for the portion. These were cold again and then I gave up. Very bad unprofessional service, bad food and very dangerous in terms of food poisoning as there is not much emphasis on the preparation of the food.

It was our first time at Takumi Ramen Station and we were very impressed with our food. It tastes really great and the service is also very friendly. Only the toilet would need to be renovated or significantly improved. We'd love to come back.

Of all the traditional ramen restaurants I've been to, this is my number 2 place. And I can only recommend it, it's incredibly delicious.

We came across the Takumi Ramen Station by chance. The shop is small but nice. The decoration on the walls and the wallpaper is extremely beautiful. We were well advised which ramen contained which ingredients. We decided on Chicken Ramen Miso and Veggie Tan Men in vegan. First of all, potato sticks filled with edamame. We enjoyed it very much and we were completely full afterwards. A clear recommendation from us for Takumi Ramen.

So anyone who gives 5 stars here has never eaten original ramen, it's more like fake Japanese ramen that is generated based on sales. Of course there are no original ramen toppings either....

Very nice Ramen chain. Great place for vegetarians/vegans as they have a most of their ramens available with a veggie broth also. Their veggie broth has a much better flavour compared to other broths I’ve tasted. And their noodles are amazing. The veggie spicy miso ramen is not so hot. The Mala gyozas are very nice and would recommend them over the standard ones if you don’t mind the tiny amount of Sichuan peppers. The yuzu ice tea is very if you enjoy the citrusy kick of yuzu. They accept card payments here. They also sell posters here which are cute.

**a) Ambience** As soon as you enter, you notice that many Japanese prefer the restaurant. It is always busy at peak times. The friendly and attentive staff welcome guests in an authentic atmosphere: the restaurant is in the basement, but there are also some tables outside. You can hear Japanese everywhere - which creates an authentic atmosphere. **b) Menu & Prices** The menu includes ramen with different bases, such as miso or soy sauce. Particularly noteworthy are the delicious gyoza, which are always a hit with our child. The combination offers, such as beer with gyoza, salad or kimchi, which are offered at a price of around EUR 7, are also interesting. **c) Quality & Taste** The culinary offering is a real culinary delight. All of the dishes we tried deserved full marks. The only small drawback could be the ratio between noodles and toppings in the ramen. Although I personally know kimchi differently, it impresses with its taste here. The ramen, especially with the spicy miso base, is outstanding. In addition, the portions are very generous. Convenient bowls are available for guests who want to take their food with them. In conclusion, when it comes to ramen, we chose Takumi and would be happy to come back.

I've eaten here 3 times and each time I enjoyed the food. The service is nice, but you have to wait a long time until you can sit down. Sitting on the terrace is nice too, but I think it's cooler inside. The overall atmosphere is very nice and you could confuse Hamburg with Japan inside. I can recommend Takumi Ramen.

We spent €14 for the vegetarian Shio Ramen which tasted like Yumyum soup. Getting diarrhea after eating. Therefore I cannot recommend this restaurant. If you want authentic Japanese ramen (peppers in the soup?) you won't find it here.

One of the best ramen restaurants in Hamburg in my opinion. The gyoza also taste excellent. But sometimes you have to expect a waiting time.

No reservation possible, it is a table service snack bar. Very good ramen dishes. We got space for 5 people after 10 minutes of waiting, good service. The price is okay, you can't get ramen for less than 10 euros. Can be a place for longer conversations; you can leave after 30 minutes. It's worth a visit...

Very authentic interior & the ramen was also very tasty. Starters were also delicious and freshly made. We had the octopus balls. Matcha iced tea is also recommended if you like matcha. The portions are good & you'll feel full & it's delicious. I would go again.
