Disgusting, I don’t understand the reviews of this restaurant. Worst sushi of my life, fish NOT FRESH! And… I didn’t eat and I pay for it… highly disappointed

We ordered something to take away over the phone. From the outside you are a bit unsure at first to be honest BUT the service was very good. So friendly!!! The food was incredibly delicious! It's a shame that we were only there as holidaymakers and can't eat here more often!

Other recessions brought us here and we were pleasantly surprised. From the outside, no, we wouldn't have gone in here, the ambience was ok but could certainly be improved. A huge selection of dishes, including things that aren't necessarily commonplace, the food was really excellent, the presentation of the food was also very tasty, beautiful plates also make a big difference. Delicious drinks. Staff very friendly. We really liked it and we will recommend it.

After a long time we wanted to order something again, which turned out to be a complete failure. We were told several times on the phone what we wanted to order and it was ordered correctly. Unfortunately the wrong food was prepared for us. We noticed this at home and we called them and explained the situation - something like that can happen, we thought. We would have liked to bring it back. But the lady on the phone insisted we had ordered it that way - it wouldn't be her fault. So we paid our money for something we don't want to eat. No thanks, we'll never eat here again!

Even if it's not that appealing from the outside, the food and service are great! Price-performance ratio also fits

Don't let the building, the entrance area, the staircase or the dining room put you off! Once you accept the imaginative mix of Las Vegas and Far Eastern fast food in these areas, you can expect fast and friendly service. The food was very good, and because that was the deciding factor for me, I'm happy to give it 5 stars. Since the reviews are certainly also read by the operators, I assume that they will take note of the criticism of the facilities/ambience and, if necessary, change something about it. But maybe that's unnecessary, especially since the take-away business seems to be doing quite well. Also a sign that the food is of good quality. Third vacation and here again. The menu selection has been expanded and is now even better. The five of us feasted today. Everything was beautifully presented, served hot and was very tasty. Sorry, but that's no longer a coincidence!!! Be sure to try it out for yourself (April 23, 2025).

Great food, large portion, recommended

We are here on the island and spontaneously visited the Viet-Thai Asia Restaurant. The three of my family ordered something from everyone. Everything was freshly cooked very well and tasted delicious. Price-performance ratio is very good. I can only warmly recommend it.

Excellent price-performance ratio for delicious, authentic street food. The sushi is solid and unrivaled far and wide. We especially love glass noodle salad, papaya salad, Ga Xao Rau, Phad Prik Prao, Ga Bi... Oh, we haven't had anything here that we didn't like. The homemade iced teas and of course the Vietnamese coffee are also very tasty.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, dieses fantastische Restaurant zu besuchen, und bin absolut begeistert! Die kreative Kombination aus verschiedenen asiatischen Küchenstilen sorgt für ein einzigartiges Geschmackserlebnis. Jedes Gericht ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet – von den aromatischen Gewürzen bis hin zur kunstvollen Präsentation. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Vielfalt der Speisekarte: traditionelle Zutaten treffen auf moderne Interpretationen, und das Ergebnis ist einfach köstlich. Ich hatte Gelbes Kokos Curry mit Hokkaido Kürbis mit Hähnchen Streifen und es hat hervorragend geschmeckt.

Extensive (vegan/vegetarian/carnivorous) menu. Great value for money, courteous service. Restaurant on the 1st floor can only be reached via stairs!

Screw the ambience, the food is so delicious and the family is super nice. Where else can you find this?

During our short vacation on Fehmarn we came to this restaurant and were greeted very friendly. At this point, there were only two tables occupied in this large restaurant and we were free to choose a suitable table. The ambience was typically Asian in predominantly dark furnishings and conveyed a sense of well-being. The menu is varied and offers a wide selection. Our menu selection was served to us after an astonishingly extremely short time. However, the preparation surprised us a lot because it had a rather unpleasant aftertaste. The sauce was extremely thin and watery. The meat was seasoned very lightly, if at all. On every table there was a container with a hot spice, like the one known from “Sambal-Oelek”. This enabled us to reduce the unpleasant aftertaste. We then ate the food because it was already too late to choose another restaurant. The portion size was appropriate, but unfortunately it didn't suit our taste.

The food was very, very tasty and will be remembered. The preparation was quite quick and the place looks very chic. Mmm sushi 🍣 delicious

We went here to eat again after 2 years and it was again very tasty.

Very tasty and diverse. We had wontons, spring rolls, papaya salad, chicken with red curry tofu with mango sauce and roasted duck. Everything with fresh vegetables and very well seasoned. Also very cheap. I can only recommend it, even if the entrance doesn't look that inviting at first.

The food was a 10 out of 10, prices were okay. Furnishings a little older but completely intact. We will now go back again and again. Are really very excited!

We were there for lunch during the week. When we came we were the only guests, but everything was great. I don't understand the bad comments about the ambience. It's cozy. The service was very friendly and the food was really good and came quickly (but not in a minute). We will definitely come back.

We arrived and were quickly given our menus after being told we could choose any seat we liked. After a long wait I asked if we could order, which we did. No idea how long we would have waited if I hadn't asked - it had already been 20 minutes. The food was a long time coming, we ordered a mixed starter for three people. It was okay, but in retrospect I would have been better off ordering three individual starters, it would have been cheaper. The summer rolls were very basic, lacking basil, coriander or fresh herbs of any kind. Not very tasteful, but the pasta salad was well balanced. After another unnecessary wait - the restaurant was perhaps half full - our main courses arrived. The beef wasn't particularly tender and wasn't cooked perfectly. The food was generally bland and had nothing to do with what Thai or Vietnamese food should taste like. Again there was no fresh herbs or lemongrass, no citrus notes or aromas of kaffir lime leaves, as a green curry should have. It only tasted like chili and hardly anything else. It felt like no effort had been made and the food had been prepared just for the average German palate. Too bad it was fine, service was friendly but food was below average.

Good Euro-Asian food. Has little to do with real Asian food. It's probably more a matter of how the Germans tolerate it... - but so far it's absolutely acceptable.

Nice staff. Enjoy your meal. Prices moderate. Clean Update 10/29/24: Absolutely no longer recommended. The waitress doesn't understand a word of German, there are underage children helping to serve and cash registers. Had pasta with chicken. Drown in fat, hardly any taste and just slapped listlessly onto the plate. The restaurant itself is not inviting at all, the staircase looks like the train station, only the smell of urine is missing. NEVER AGAIN

The food is great! Great dishes, quick to prepare and super tasty! The ambience is okay, but not impressive. Unfortunately not barrier-free; we had to carry the stroller up the stairs.

Pasta very greasy - dish was not touched. Had to be paid. Sweet and sour sauce with no taste. Specially ordered sweet and sour sauce is only spicy. Waitress didn't respond to us. It's a shame, definitely not recommended

For us the food was very good. At the other tables we only heard positive things. We were served in a friendly manner and were repeatedly wished to enjoy our meal or asked if everything was ok. This restaurant doesn't actually deserve the backyard location but that logically has nothing to do with the quality. There are enough parking spaces at the restaurant and also in the surrounding area at the discount stores. The interior could actually be worked on but that would be the only point of criticism. The photos in the previous reviews show exactly what we got.

A disappointment for me. On the first floor, older chairs etc. But it doesn't bother you. Had a cheap lunch. Was at the table in 1 minute?! Well spicy. Salad side simply, vegetables missing (same dish available elsewhere) chicken pieces to look for, so hardly available. Not getting enough is added to that. I won't have lunch there again. Maybe more expensive food is better - I can't judge.

Fast and friendly service. Fast delivery of a lovely tasty dish. Decent quantity for reasonable money.

Sorry, but I've never had such bad Asian food

Rather rudimentary location, the food and service were very authentic, all the dishes were very tasty. There was a large selection of Vietnamese and Thai dishes, including Pad Thai and Pho Ha Noi. Great value for money. Very tasty and creative cold drinks (homemade lemonades, mango lassi, Asian beer etc.). Very tasty Vietnamese coffee. It is cooked completely without glutamate.

We liked it, the portions were sufficient, lots of fresh vegetables and tender chicken. The service was friendly and the food came quite quickly. The ambience belies the good food, which is reasonably priced. Since the restaurant is on the 1st floor, it is not barrier-free. We had dinner there again this year and it was very tasty, just like last year👍🏼 The price was a little more expensive, but that is completely acceptable.

According to school grades, we would rate the taste and quality of the food as at most unsatisfactory, but rather unsatisfactory - unfortunately a very big disappointment! It's better to buy an Asian-style frozen pack from the supermarket opposite, it tastes much better and is also significantly cheaper. How the positive reviews for this restaurant came about is a mystery to us...better spend your money elsewhere.

After I was looking for an Asian place to eat here on Fehmarn, I read the reviews of this restaurant. Since these were actually consistently positive, we went there. Once there, I have to say that you shouldn't be put off by the external impression. Inside and outside. The interior in particular doesn't really shine with its cozy atmosphere, that could really be changed! To eat: The food tasted perfect!!! Duck crispy, chicken crispy, udong noodles, sour hot soup, spring rolls/summer rolls, everything was really delicious and can only be recommended. Thumbs up 👍🏻

First of all I would like to say that our order of 3x noodles (standard) should take 35-40 minutes. Ok, that's probably the case here. But now we've been standing here for 60 minutes and have asked, they can't tell us yet when the food will be ready. This is an impertinence!

We like to stop at Hinz with the motorhome. The Thai Asia Restaurant wasn't noticed at first. Lies in the passage. The cuisine is very good and glutamate-free. Now, when we stay there, we usually take a noodle box with duck. Ideal to take with us. Really delicious....🥰 The salad was also spicy but really 👍 I would also change the color of the ambience in the entrance area. Better white or beige. The dining room is also very simple and not really inviting. Chairs and tables prefer light tablecloths. The room is big but everything is far too dark.

Wir können leider die sehr positiven Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger nicht nachvollziehen. Wir hatten Nudeln mit knuspriger Ente bestellt. Der Koch (wahrscheinlich der Inhaber selbst) kennt wohl nur die Mikrowelle und Fritteuse zur Zubereitung seiner Speisen und weiß offensichtlich nicht, wie man das Essen frisch und schmackhaft zubereitet.

Very inconspicuous from the outside and rather uninviting. After actually 7 years we went in today. We were allowed in with our dog. 1. floor. The restaurant is very simple, unobtrusive, rustic, but whatever. The food is great, very large portions, full 😋. The service is good and the food is on the table quickly. Definitely happy again.

We often eat Vietnamese, so this restaurant on Fehmarn was also on the list. Absolutely recommended when it comes to food. No glutamate, some dishes outside the usual standard, friendly service, good portions. Our dog was also allowed to come with us, which is not unimportant on vacation. The ambience isn't quite to my taste, but I don't want to move in there either. The good food makes up for it.

Sehr gutes Essen gekocht vom Vater und von Mutter und Tochter serviert. Restaurant ist im 1.OG über einer Spielhalle, davon sollte man sich nicht abhalten lassen. Das Essen ist es wert. Das Interieur könnte neuer und gemütlicher sein, aber lieber gut essen statt gemütlich sitzen :-)

Wir hatten uns für verschiedene Vorspeisen entschieden. Alles wurde frisch zubereitet, war hervorragend ausgewogen abgeschmeckt und sehr leicht bekömmlich. Wir waren selten so begeistert von einem Essen.

Had the 08 spring rolls with sauce €4.50 50 - Cross chicken with curry sauce €12.90 54 - Cross chicken spicy €12.90 Fresh rice, fresh and crunchy vegetables, cross meat without a lot of breading and hot. Could have licked the plate. Food came quickly, not a long wait. Portion of rice could have been more. But let's be honest, the portion is always enough and you can't complain about the price at all. Others charge 3 - 4 € more for the same thing. So we'll definitely come back again.

The food here is very tasty, the portions are large and the prices are very fair. If you wish, you can get the food here with the desired level of spiciness, which made me very happy. The inventory is well coordinated and I like it very much, especially the round tables with a rotating unit in the middle are very good if you order different dishes with several people and want to try each other.
