Das Vapiano in Münster ist wirklich schön. An sich ein typisches Vapiano Ketten Restaurant aber ich finde es dort trotzdem toll. Es gibt einen Bereich wo Mann Mitarbeitern beim Pasta herstellen zuschauen kann, was wirklich interessant ist. Und das Essen ist sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

When paying there was an unexpected confrontation with the boss, who was very unfriendly. My friend received an extremely evil look, almost threatening, so we were happy when we left the store. The reason was that I suddenly wasn't feeling well and my friend took care of me for a short time. We sat there like that for maybe five minutes. Instead of politely pointing out if something was wrong, we were punished with extremely negative looks, which made the visit very unpleasant. Unfortunately we didn't feel welcome and after this experience I can't recommend the restaurant.

The food and ambience in this location are definitely better than in Münster's city center. However, the existing personnel problem has not been brought under control for years. The reception and cash register were taken over by the bar. The pasta counter was only manned by one employee and that in the evening...

Miserabel! sehr unfredlicher und zum Teil aggressiver Koch. Wir mussten den Laden verlassen, einfach unter jedem Niveau. Das Verhalten des Kochs hat die Schlichtleitung gar nicht interessiert. Nie wieder

Overall, the noodles were tasty, but unfortunately a bit greasy - there was too much oil in them. Otherwise everything was good. I hope the recipe is improved!

Nicely furnished, nice staff, good value for money, food always tastes delicious and clean facility with a beautiful view of the harbor and partly of the water.

Have only been there twice so far. I don't understand why everyone complains about service. I found the staff helpful and friendly. I always say how you call into the forest, that's how it comes out. The food was also delicious and freshly prepared. Would love to come back.

I visited Vapiano at the harbor in Münster and was really disappointed. There is a bald employee there who was extremely rude and disrespectful. His condescending attitude ruined the entire stay for me. If anything, he made me feel completely out of place. It's a shame that such behavior is tolerated in a restaurant. Because of this bad experience, I will avoid Vapiano in the future and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Disappointing - service at reception is unacceptable I actually really enjoy visiting Vapiano because the food is really good. The quality of the food impresses me every time and I really like the concept of freshly prepared food. But despite the delicious dishes, there is one serious flaw that ruins my visit every time: the receptionist. It's simply incomprehensible how someone like that can work in service. Every time I visit this Vapiano, I am treated so rudely and disrespectfully by the reception staff that it can really ruin my mood. The employee is constantly rude, snippy and gives the feeling that guests are not welcome here. I have rarely experienced such impudence. You are greeted with an annoyed expression on your face, as if it were an imposition that you were even entering the store. Friendliness or even a smile is out of the question here. Instead you are treated condescendingly, which is really inappropriate and disrespectful. I understand that there are stressful times in the restaurant industry, but that is no excuse for persistent bad behavior. As a customer, I expect to be treated with at least a minimum of respect. It's a real shame that this otherwise good store suffers so much because of the poor work of a single employee. Unfortunately, this continued negative behavior means I will avoid this store in the future. The food may be good, but when the service is so disastrous, it spoils the entire stay. I sincerely hope that something changes here, because unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant in this form

There is a certain employee who always attracts negative attention because of his rude and unfriendly manner. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated case or a "bad day" - unfortunately that's the norm for him. With such an appearance you should really consider whether the service area is the right place for this person. In a job that requires contact with people, such an attitude is completely out of place. The fact that you as the Vapiano team do nothing despite many complaints shows us as customers that our well-being is obviously not important to you. For this reason I will never come back.

As always, the food at Vapiano is very good, just as you are used to. However, there is one employee with a bald head who always turns the positive experience in this store into a real nightmare. Unfortunately, today wasn't the first time that I had such a negative experience. I really hope that management has a serious conversation with this employee because I won't put up with this again. If nothing changes, I will refrain from visiting Vapiano in the future

Disgraceful treatment of customers! The bald receptionist is completely unprofessional and needs to be trained or fired immediately. When you enter the store, you are immediately greeted in an unfriendly manner and then treated in a derogatory manner. I'm really sorry because the rest of the staff are very friendly, but unfortunately such a negative experience makes you lose your appetite.

The food was great but unfortunately the service was a disaster. The employee at the checkout is so disrespectful that you lose your fun and your appetite. From today on I will go to another restaurant, after all there are many restaurants at the harbor.

Never this branch again! The receptionist is totally unprofessional. The food at Vapiano actually tastes very good and I enjoyed being a customer, but this employee spoils the food. You are immediately greeted with an unfriendly face and the employee makes unqualified comments every time. Today it happened again! From now on I will boycott this branch as long as the employee is there! Luckily there are enough better alternatives in Münster like Lido a Casa or Lumina around the corner!

Never again!!! No matter how good the food tastes, with service like that I wouldn't go there again for nothing! Today we were treated unkindly by the bald employee for the umpteenth time. When the employee is finally laid off, you can win me back as a regular guest for years. Until then, I'll go to Lumina around the corner (I'd recommend it to everyone else too!)

The food is good. But the service at the entrance is terrible! We were a group of 5 people and when we were paying the guy treated us very impatiently. Even raised his voice when explaining something to us about an offer. Very rude and unfriendly. That doesn't invite us to come back.

On a Thursday at 9:30 p.m. with posted opening times it's already 10 p.m.! We are closed! Too bad and thanks no!

Service and ambience were good, but the Pinsa (instead of the pizza no longer available anywhere) is unfortunately worth running away from, I would never order this again, please remove it from the offer!

Overall the visit there was ok. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The ambience was ok although it was very loud. When it came to eating, they saved on all the spices, which was a shame. Everyone who sat at the table had to add a lot of seasoning... What was very pleasing was that there were many non-alcoholic drinks/cocktails, including some that were relatively new on the market; I hadn't seen them in other restaurants before...

We're in the mood for pasta to get us fit for tomorrow's competition. Lots of choice and difficult decision as to which one we should take. Because the prices are much higher than expected. Portion was a bit small, could have been more. The baguette was free, which fills me up with pasta. We were satisfied in everything.

Vapiano according to the old system, i.e. self-service. I found 2 pasta dishes, 1 large salad, 2 Lillet Rushian Wildberries and a large bottle of water for 70 euros to be very steep for a "pizzeria".

The friendly staff, the delicious food and the relaxed atmosphere make the visit a completely successful experience. A special thanks to the Egyptian staff member who made our stay very special.

As a family with three children, we always felt welcome and in good hands. Every wish was fulfilled promptly and to our satisfaction. Special praise goes to the management team. The manager and his colleagues are extremely professional and friendly. Her patience and understanding in dealing with our children was remarkable and made us feel completely comfortable. A very unfriendly employee right at the entrance! We were there yesterday and the employee at the entrance was rude and unfriendly for no reason! I actually really like going to Vapiano, delicious and good food, and you can also go there for coffee and cake. (There are also very tasty types of tea) But an employee like that puts you in a bad mood! He gets strangely upset when you just come to Vapiano for coffee and cake! All the other employees are super friendly, only this one is an absolute disaster! A slightly fatter employee and he seemed like the head of the service. (I would guess of Egyptian or Arabic descent) I actually really like Vapiano, but I will avoid this branch in the future!

I actually find the store nice and cozy. The only thing that bothers me a lot is the branch manager. When I come in for coffee with my friends, he looks at us annoyed and treats us rudely. I suspect that we don't bring enough sales into his coffers... In any case, you can also tell from the fact that other customers are greeted very warmly and with a smile. I visit this place on a regular basis. Food is always very good. Prices depend on how fancy you'd like it. E.g. Basic Pasta with Pesto or All'arrabbiata are very affordable. They are very friendly and they even have a wheelchair elevator at their entrance ♿. (Terrace is accessible too - you might need to ask the staff to open the fence)

It is understandable that convenience products are used in the catering trade, but here it is exaggerated! The staff at the checkout and when clearing the table were good and really nice. At the ordering station it is conveyed that it is rather annoying.

Name stands for quality, otherwise there wouldn't be so many stores. The location is great, right at the beginning of the harbor in Münster.

The prices don't really match self-service and the sometimes unmotivated employees.

Unfortunately it's not the same anymore... We visited during the week at 12 noon and were actually one of the first guests. The service was very nice at the reception, but after that it went downhill. As soon as you ordered, you noticed the dirty place for the trays, which then continued into the dining area. We sat by the window and the floor was still dirty, as were the lamps and the marble countertop. The food was great and fresh as always, but the price of €45 for risotto with beef fillet and a mushroom pizza plus two drinks was not without...

After being quite disappointed several times about 6 years ago, I haven't been to Vapiano for a long time. But now again and we were very enthusiastic about the pasta and salad. We didn't have pizza.

Well back then the Vapiano was much nicer. Pizza, I mean panini quite cold, still lukewarm even after the chef tried to warm it up. Empty plates were not cleared away. Panna Cotta felt empty after three teaspoons. Dressing was too salty. I won't be going back here any time soon. A pity. It was always nice back then

Disappointing! After attending a concert, we wanted to grab something quick to eat before driving 1 hour home. Into the Vapiano, because according to the concept, things should go quickly here. Unfortunately, after keeping our drinks from a bad-tempered bartender who told everyone how bad the place was, it was time to eat. Long lines at all counters! Unfortunately there was only 1 chef for pasta, 1 chef for pizza and one for salads. The pizza I ordered was white and soggy, my pasta was okay but the children's pasta Bolognese for our daughter was very salty and spicy. We will never stray here again. The only bright spot was the service person “Sandra” who put in a lot of effort, otherwise there would only have been one star!

With a Ceasers Salad for €11.75 you would expect fresh ingredients. The croutons were soft and didn't taste fresh, you had to look for parmesan cheese, 5 small pieces of chicken, that's definitely not enough. The pizza was good. When the topic of salad was brought up while paying, the corners of the cashier's mouth remained down.

2 days ago I (17) was there for dinner with my 2 cousins ​​(27 & 15), when we came in my cousin (27) was asked by a waiter who the 2 pretty ones behind her were, when we had our food the same one came Keller came to me and simply started cutting my pizza without asking until I told him I could do it myself and he walked away again. When I was eating, I (17) and my cousin (15) were constantly pushed off the counter by the waiter observed. When we wanted to pay, the waiter said goodbye to me with the sentence “Have a nice evening, sweetie”. It was always the same waiter and he was definitely at least 45 to 50 years old. Personally, I will never eat there again because I just find it disgusting to be hit on and harassed while eating as a 17 year old! As a waiter there you should be ashamed of doing something like that at work and with customers and generally doing it with such young people. It was the first and last time for me to eat there! Despite the whole thing, the food was very, very good!!

Been there again for a long time. But this time it was very disappointing. The salad had the wrong dressing and I was given a sugar-free cola that I hadn't ordered. Ok, Cola was exchanged with grumbling. The Crema di Funghi were still floating in the water and there was no trace of crema. Spices were used more than sparingly. Maybe it was also because an overwhelmed chef had to prepare at least 10 dishes alone at 10 p.m. There was a rather unfriendly cashier at the reception who then “collected” significantly more than 22 euros. The tip was intended more as an incentive, I work in the service sector myself and there are certainly motivated employees there who deserve it. I used to always like going to Vapiano, but now I won't eat there anymore.

If I order pasta for around 18 euros, I expect that I won't have to add salt to the "sauce" which was hard to find! I've been eating the same pasta for years, it started at 8 euros, 10 euros more is not justifiable, especially if there's no taste in it and the cook doesn't want to.

This is still a vapiano as we know it from the beginning. Splendid. Everyone very friendly. Hardly any waiting time for food. And delicious. We'll be back.

Ich war lange nicht da, und musste erstmal die neue Karte studieren. Hab eine Bowl genommen und war super begeistert! So lecker, so frisch und perfekte Portion zum satt werden 😃 das ist mittlerweile in vielen Restaurants nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Diesmal werde ich nicht so lange warten wieder dort hinzugehen!

Wollte Pizza essen, wurde leider durch Pinsa ersetzt. Bin dann lieber zu einem Italiener gegangen. Auch ziemlich teuer geworden für ein Franchiserestaurant ohne Kellner/in.

Unser Lieblings Vapiano weit und breit. Das Essen schmeckt sehr und die Portionen sind auch sehr gut. Nicht wie bei anderen Vapianos so wenig. Das Ambiente sehr schön und typisch für ein Vapiano. Wir lieben es dorthin zu fahren auch wenn es ca. 40 Minuten von unserem Wohnort entfernt ist. Die Köche und das Personal an der Kasse sind sehr freundlich. Ich muss sagen einer Kocht besser als der andere. Schnell und lecker

Personal unter alles Sau… sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Ein freundlicher Empfang ist da wohl völlig fremd. Der Oberkellner stolziert da wie ein Gockel, seine erste Frage an uns war nach unserer Nationalität. Die Tische voll mit eingetrockneten Tropfen. Die Getränke gabs erst 10 Minuten nach dem Essen, der Barmann lustlos und genervt. Die schlechteste Pinsa die wir je hatten. Die Pasta war der einzige Lichtblick. Beim bezahlen hatten wir nochmal das „Glück“ mit dem Oberkellner zu tun zu haben… horror. Den Kassenbon nur nach mehrerer Aufforderungen bekommen, es wurden uns 2 Espressos extra berechnet, als wir darauf hingewiesen haben, bekamen wir statt einer Entschuldigung einen genervten Blick und Augenroller. Schlimmste Restauranterfahrung ever!!! Schade das man nicht -5 Sterne vergeben kann.

4,20 € für ein 0,3 l Pils ist eine Frechheit. Es ist das vapiano, nicht das Ritz. Abzocke nennt man sowas. Nie wieder.

Wir waren gestern Abend zur Ladys Night im Vapiano am Hafen und ich muss sagen, es hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Die Qualität des Essens war super und das komplette Paket um den Abend war einfach super und stimmig. Wir möchten es auf alle Fälle wiederholen. Die Dame die uns bedient hat war wirklich sehr aufmerksam. Vielen Dank, für diesen tollen Abend.

Die Vapiano Zeiten sind irgendwie vorbei. Die Pinsa ist mächtig und man hat das Gefühl nur Teig zu essen. Nudeln Gans leider nicht, da die Belüftung kaputt war. Das kann passieren. Trotzdem ist es es nicht mehr wie früher. Der nette Pinsabäcker hat aber alles gegeben - danke dafür!!!

Tolles Essen und super nettes Personal!

Das Essen war nichts besonderes Geschmack war mittelmäßig bis nicht nochmal Freundlich war keiner im Lokal Ich hatte den Eindruck wir sind ein ungebetener Gast Preise sind zu hoch im Vergleich zu anderen Fazit::nicht nochmal!!

Prima Vapiano. Nicht anders als die anderen Vapianos in der Republik. Im Herbst gibt es Kürbissuppe - zusammen mit dem wirklich frischen und leckeren Brot wird eine komplette Mahlzeit draus. Sehr lecker. Getränke etwas teuer. Auf den Hockern ohne Lehne sitzt man immer noch nicht bequemer - die Sessel an den Lounge Tischen sind besser, aber zum Essen sind diese Sitzgruppen auch nicht ideal. Einfach mal ein paar ganz normale Tische mit ganz normalen Stühlen bereitstellen. Na, wie wärs?

Wir waren in den letzten 10 Tagen zwei Mal im Vapiano am Hafen. Das Essen war in Ordnung, die Sauberkeit insgesamt war nicht so gut. Aber absolut abstoßend war die Sauberkeit auf den Toiletten. Von Sauberkeit kann man gar nicht sprechen. Beim Betreten überkam mich direkt ein Würgereiz. Alles vollgeschmiert, verdreckt, stickend… Die Wände, Türen verschmutzt- ich gehe jetzt nicht weiter ins Detail, ansonsten wird es ganz ekelhaft. Die Toiletten wurden definitiv schon Wochen nicht mehr richtig geputzt. Hier hilft nur noch eine professionelle Putzfirma, die die gesamten Räumlichkeiten auch großzügig desinfiziert. Hoffentlich sieht es hinter den Kulissen/ der Küchen nicht auch so aus.

Das Essen war sehr lecker! Was an diesem Tag gestört hat, war, dass die Küchen - Entlüftung nicht richtig funktioniert hat und der Gastraum mit den Küchendünsten gefüllt war.. Schade, ansonsten für Vapiano ein eher gemütliches Ambiente..

Keine Pizza mehr, sondern Pinsa! Der Teig war lecker, aber viel zu viel Käse macht den feinen Geschmack alles anderem hinfällig. Schade.

Sehr sympathische und bemühte Betriebsleiterin. Die gestiegenen Preise passen nicht zu den kleineren Portionen. Alles in allem für die Mittagspause zu teuer für den Abend zu sehr Self Service.

Schmeckte wir gewohnt bei Vapiano.

Leider waren meine Geflügelstücke in der Pasta nicht durchgebraten und innen noch roh! Die Tische waren leider etwas klebrig. Das gesamte Lokal wirkte unsauber. Das Personal wirkte lustlos, einige Tische waren nicht abgeräumt. Schade.

Essen war gut wie immer, leider nur in der manifraktur mitbekommen wie der Angestellte keine Haarschutz Haube/Handschuhe getragen hat und zu dem noch am naseabputzen war mit arm war nicht sehr appetitlich waren zu dem Zeitpunkt zum Glück fertig mit essen. (Beim zahlen Bescheid gegeben)

Die Vapiano Ladies Night war rundum gelungen. Nette Mitarbeiter, toller Chef!

Ich bedauere, dass die Pizza durch die Pinsa ersetzt wurde. Ich fand die Pizza definitiv leckerer. Super schlecht ist die Pinsa aber auch nicht. Kann man machen.

Dafür das es keinen Service gibt einfach viel zu teuer. Pizza gibt es dort leider gar nicht.

Standard Vapiano, in einer schönen Ecke von Münster, wir sind regelmäßig unter der Woche vor Ort, Restaurant in diesen Zeiten nicht wirklich überlaufen und daher sehr angenehm zu essen. Wcs sauber, Parkmöglichkeiten ums Gebäude herum

Haben nur was getrunken. Deswegen kann ich das Essen nicht bewerten. Mega nett. Immer wieder gern.

Fijn restaurant met prima eten, gewoon zoals je verwacht van een Vapiano.

Ich habe eine Pizza bestellt und ein dickes Brot namens Pinsa mit entsprechendem Belag erhalten. Niemand hat mir gesagt das es keine Pizza gibt. Das Essen war geschmacklos und lag mir lange im Magen. Aber am meisten hat mich der Zustand der Toiletten erschrocken. Ekelhaft!! Es sah so aus als wäre Monate lang nur oberflächlich gereinigt worden. Ich werde dieses Lokal nie wieder aufsuchen.

Wir haben dem Vapiano am Hafen eine Chance gegeben und waren sehr enttäuscht, Wir sind eigentlich fast jedes Wochenende im Vapiano in der Innenstadt und dort sehr zufrieden, Am Tag des Besuchs waren zwei Köche zu Gange. Leider waren diese aber nicht fähig das Gericht zu machen. (Nudel mit Spinat ) Das Essen schmeckte einfach nicht. Zu wenig Sauce und dann auch geschmacklich sehr fraglich. Wir haben uns entscheiden ein Gericht zurückgeben zu lassen bzw. wollten eigentlich nur mehr Sauce. Es wurde uns ein neues Gericht gemacht, dies war allerdings weitaus schlechter als das erste. Es war sehr salzig und schmeckte garnicht wie es eigentlich Schnecken sollte. Am Eingang haben wir dem Chef von von unseren Erfahrungen erzählt. Auch habe ich immer wieder gesehen wie ein Koch in der Gläsernen Nudelproduktion immer wieder naschte: sehr unappetitlich. Der Chef selbst hat mit Schulter-zucken reagiert. Insgesamt sehr unprofessionell. Wir gehen künftig wieder zum Vapiano in die Innenstadt,

Nicht günstig, wenn man bedenkt, dass man sich selbst bedient und auch das Abräumen der Tische durch das Personal nicht einwandfrei bis gar nicht funktioniert. Meine Pizza wurde mir ausnahmsweise an den Tisch gebracht, weil der mitgegebene Summer nicht funktionierte. Leider war sie nur noch lauwarm, obwohl ich extra noch gefragt hatte, ob sie wohl noch heiß ist. Muss ich nicht noch mal haben.

Haben heute dort gegessen nach einer längeren Anreise nach Münster. Preis Leistung klasse. Mit den Karten wo alles bestellte gespeichert wird eine gute Idee. Die Pizza und die Nudeln waren lecker.

Abbiamo pranzato oggi e da buoni italiani abbiamo preso la pasta ma devo segnalare l’aspirazione che non funzionava e poi la pasta molto cotta,nonostante la nostra richiesta al dente,il cuoco non aveva alcuna voglia di cucinare infatti dopo aver scolato la pasta se ne andato a parlare lasciando la pasta,se vogliono impiegare persone extracomunitarie per cucinare spiegate loro come cucinare la pasta come si mangia in Italia.
