Today I was with my pregnant friend to drink something, and she had taken a small snack with her without knowing that there it was not allowed. One of the employees approaches and tells us in the most unpleasant and ironic way possible that here you are not allowed to eat something that you have taken yourself , because this is a restaurant.He was talking laudly making sure that other customers close to us to listen. It was one of the most unpleasant ways anyone has ever spoken to me.Maybe I don't know the rules because I was only there to drink something and of course I apologized for our mistake, but the staff could have found a nicer way to react to this situation without having to ruin our day.

I'm really shocked! We ordered our ice cream “on hand” and because I was heavily pregnant, we spontaneously decided to sit down. Despite the fact that it was obvious that I was heavily pregnant, three waiters came to our table within 10 minutes and rudely pointed out to us that we were not allowed to sit there with the ice cream we had brought ourselves from the counter. We were even asked if we had already paid. We explained that we didn't know this because we weren't from Münster and were sitting here for the first time. The third waiter then “disgusted” us away, so we left. I find it very sad and also angry that a pregnant woman is shown so little understanding at this moment! We will definitely never go here again!

We came here spontaneously and were asked to sit at a small table to wait for a free table. The service and the appetizers were so great that we skipped the big table and preferred more antipasti. Aperol and Primitivo were excellent. We felt very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Absolutely recommended for us!!!

Nice employees, interesting and delicious ice cream creations. The only small downside is the Preus per ball, but since the quality is very good, I'm willing to pay for it.

It was very crowded and there was a wait for the available seats. But the waiter had everything under control very well, respect! It was also worth it because of the ice cream ;)

I dropped an ice cream. I immediately got a new one without any discussion. This has to be mentioned because unfortunately it is not handled so accommodatingly everywhere!

Ice cold and unfriendly! After we received our ice cream in a cone from a lady, we were immediately rudely told that we were not allowed to sit down with it. We hadn't planned on doing that, even though at 11:30 a.m. almost all the seats inside and outside were free. You rarely experience an ice cream parlor this frosty in May!

Very delicious ice cream. The portions are enough, I tried one ball of stracciatella and One banana split. I enjoyed them a lot!

We were sent away with the words: I really don't see how funny this is, after we ate the ice cream we ordered on hand at a table. Instead of simply pointing out to us that there are different prices for take-away or eating there

The food was very tasty. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the service is courteous and quick. I can also highly recommend the ice cream.

After today I am motivated to write a short review. Some of the staff were unfriendly and just wanted to "handle" the customer. Questions were answered rudely and you didn't really feel welcome. When we didn't want the receipt after paying, it was simply thrown on the table. We took it with humor but it's not customer-friendly. The ice cream was quite good.

We went to Macellum spontaneously and luckily got a free table outside. The employee quickly came to our table and took the order. Our food was very tasty! For dessert we ordered ice cream, which was delicious. The staff are very friendly and try to ensure that the guests don't miss anything.

When asked, my two-year-old child was not allowed to use the toilet because we were not customers. I then offered to buy some ice cream. Even then it wouldn't be possible. The use of the toilet is only permitted for table guests. I can probably understand it with adults, but not allowing even small children to do it - despite the offer to buy it - is outrageous and absolutely anti-social behavior to me. We live in the city and have been regular guests; However, after this experience I will not go here again.

Today we had tagliatelle with shrimps and a mixed salad with fried goat cheese. The prawns were as juicy as I have rarely had and the lobster sauce with fresh green pepper was a delight! My wife rarely eats beyond her hunger, but the goat cheese couldn't be left behind even in the slightest...😅 Thank you very much, we enjoyed it very much! The delicate espresso just rounded it off!

Totally rude. We have already bought and are not allowed to go to the toilet (maybe because we look very young) it is carnival and that is what people need. When we come in we even have to throw our food (we even bought it from him). It's just racism (I'm Asian) and just underrated us at the same time. I've been here several times and now I'm never coming back

My visit was marred by the condescending manner of a waiter. He claimed that my son's wheelchair was blocking his path, when in reality this was not a real disability. Finally I got up and left because I felt discriminated against. It's disappointing to encounter a lack of empathy in a place that should be equally welcoming to everyone.

We were really great there today. Great service, well-rehearsed team very attentive. Be careful stairs with every customer so sweet. The owner should pay everyone more per hour, top people and, above all, the delicious cake selection

The atmosphere is one of cramped surroundings and waiters who watch you intently. Doesn't seem very pleasant... Tables are crowded together. This does not create a feel-good atmosphere. As a NOT resident of Münster, this was my first impression.

Unfreundliches Personal, fühlten uns gar nicht willkommen. Ohne das man auch nur sagte das Geldbetrag so stimmt, wurde das Geld eingesackt und das Trinkgeld als Sachverständlich gesehen. Hab ich so noch nie erlebt..

Wir haben nur ein Glas Wein getrunken. Zum ersten Mal dort, da die Weihnachtsmärkte überfüllt waren. Aber Service und Qualität ok. Werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Sehr leckeres Essen und nette Atmosphäre! Wir waren hier zum Geburtstag meiner Tante und wurden nett bedient. Ich habe das Pilz-Risotto gegessen und war sehr zufrieden 😋 Auch der Nachtisch hat sehr überzeugt!

Begrüßt mit einem 😃 freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, absolut sehr gut aussehendes Essen, Nachbartische waren sehr zufrieden, mein Mann hat ein Strudel, ich eine große, sehr köstliche Waffe gegessen , Kaffee's ebenfalls gut Nachteil: Tische sind sehr eng aneinander, für mich persönlich zu eng vor allem, wenn es steht's so gut besucht ist.

Obwohl eigentlich alle Tische besetzt waren wurden wir zu viert trotzdem untergebracht. Total nett und aufmerksamer Service. Sehr erfrischend .

Ich war am Sonntag dort und habe den Espresso besonders cremig empfunden. Die Eisbecher sind sehr gut und der Nuss-Becher hatte sehr viele geröstete Nüsse als Toping. Ich gehe gern hin,wenn ich in Münster bin

Für mich das leckerste Eis in der Stadt. Und die allerbesten Waffeln im Winter. Die Kuchen werden selbst gebacken! Und das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, das Eiscafé und Restaurant zu besuchen und ich bin absolut begeistert! Das Ambiente ist charmant und einladend, perfekt für einen entspannten Nachmittag oder ein romantisches Abendessen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam, und der Service war erstklassig. Aber das Beste war natürlich das Essen! Das Eis war einfach himmlisch - cremig, frisch und mit einer Vielzahl von köstlichen Geschmacksrichtungen. Ich konnte mich kaum entscheiden, welche Sorte ich probieren sollte! Auch die Speisen auf der Speisekarte waren eine wahre Gaumenfreude. Die Auswahl war vielfältig und die Gerichte waren liebevoll zubereitet und von hoher Qualität. Alles in allem kann ich das Eiscafé und Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist definitiv ein Ort, den man besuchen sollte, wenn man auf der Suche nach exzellentem Essen, freundlichem Service und einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre ist. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Chef selber hat uns innerhalb von 2 Minuten einen Platz organisiert. Das Essen kam schnell und war lecker , Preise angemessen. Alles was man von einem hochwertigen Café/ Restaurant erwartet . Vielen Dank und bis bald !

Heute mit 2 Enkelinen dort gewesen , leider fühlten wir uns nicht willkommen !! 3 Servicekräfte ignorieren uns vollkommen . Nach einer geraumer Zeit nahm der 1.Kellner unsere Bestellung nicht sehr freundlich entgegen . Absoluter Lichtblick , junge Servicekraft (Herr ) war sehr herzlich und freundlich.

Kleiner, gemütlicher Laden im Herzen Münsters. Schöne Karte sowie aktuelle Tageskarte, aufmerksamer Service, leckere Gerichte. Im Sommer draußen auch sehr schön.

Das Essen war sehr gut sowie das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zu empfehlen vor einem Theaterbesuch da dieses es sich ganz in der Nähe befindet. Etwa 3 Gehminuten!

Bisschen voll,viel Hektik,leckerer Kaffee und Kuchen(Pflaumenkuchen).Egal,kommen sicherlich wieder vorbei und genießen den Kaffee und Kuchen.

Schöner Blick auf den Roggenmarkt und die Kirche! Service war schnell und zuvorkommend, Essen lecker. Beim Eis zum Dessert wurde ein individueller Wunsch mit abgeänderten Sorten problemlos akzeptiert.

Top 1A Spaghetti Eis. Genau so wie ein Spaghetti Eis sein sollte.

Wir besuchen in regelmäßigen Abständen Münster zu den Markttagen. Haben zweimal hier gespeist und werden gerne wieder kommen. Fühlen uns sehr wohl, Speisen und Getränke sind sehr gut und stimmen im Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr angenehm und zentral gelegen.

Sehr leckeres Eis und es hatte eine gute Menge. Jedoch darf man nicht auf der Terrasse sitzen,vorausgesetzt man bestellt nicht an der Theke da dort andere preis herrschen. Nach ca. 10 Sekunden wurden wir weggeschickt. Leider ziemlich unangenehm

Nettes Restaurant mit schöner Terrasse, super freundliches Personal und gut Küche. Wir hatten die Spaghetti mit Hähnchen und den Salat mit Ziegenkäse, beides sehr zu empfehlen! Super Rücksichtnahme auf Allergien und Hundefreundlich👍👍

Ich habe am 09.09.2023 das MACELLUM besucht und war sehr zufrieden. Obwohl ich nur einen italienischen Klassiker (Spaghetti Carbonara) bestellt hatte, war sowohl die Präsentation und der Geschmack der Spaghetti Carbonara überzeugend. Spaghetti al dente, knusprig gebratener Speck, einen leichte und sehr schmackhafte Soße und als "Topping" Rucolablätter und Grana Padano-Käse. 👍🏻 Auch der Service war sehr freundlich! Anschließend noch zwei Tipps: 1) Tischreservierung am Wochenende empfehlenswert. Ohne eine Reservierung hätten wir am Samstag in einer Warteschlange gestanden. 2) Unbedingt zum Abschluss als Dessert eine (oder mehrere) Kugel Eis bestellen. Ich hatte eine Kugel Zartbitter. Zartschmelzend, von der Farbe fast schwarz und sehr, sehr lecker. Buon appetito!

Schönes Lokal, besonders auffällig die soooo netten Bedienungen, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wollten nur was trinken und er hat uns obwohl die Tische besetzt oder reserviert waren möglich gemacht, das wir unseren Kaffee genießen konnten. Es gibt eine tolle "kleine" Speisekarte mit besonderen Gerichten. Das nächste Mal kommen wir zum speisen.Udate: Es war wieder schön dort zu sitzen mit Blick in die Altstadt und auf die schönen alten Häuser und dem bunten treiben zu folgen. Sehr leckerer Cappuccino und wieder eine sehr nette Bedienung. Schön auch draußen zu sitzen mit toller Bestuhlung und grossen Schirmen.

Tolles Lokal für z.B. in unserem Fall, einen Snack zwischendurch. Man kann drinnen und draußen sitzen und hat einen tollen Blick auf Altstadt. Die Bedienung war nett und zuvorkommend. Und wir mussten auch nicht lange aufs Essen mit Getränken warten. Es gibt dort übrigens auch Eis. :-)
