Unfortunately I can't say much good about it. We have two of the company's stoves with us, which have worked great so far. After two plates on a stove no longer worked properly, we called them and after the third call someone finally came and looked at it. It was said that you had to see if you could still get these parts because they were no longer manufactured. After that, unfortunately nothing came from the Kappernagel company except for an invoice for over €200. I tried to call there 5 more times (!), but each time I was told off that someone would get in touch with me!

Wolbecker Str. 418We were there for the lunch buffet on the weekend. The service was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the buffet didn't impress us. Especially for vegetarians, there were only side dishes, and the vegetables were served with bacon-wrapped beans. The value for money wasn't right. The ambiance is typical of an older, Westphalian inn.
