Unfortunately I can't say much good about it. We have two of the company's stoves with us, which have worked great so far. After two plates on a stove no longer worked properly, we called them and after the third call someone finally came and looked at it. It was said that you had to see if you could still get these parts because they were no longer manufactured. After that, unfortunately nothing came from the Kappernagel company except for an invoice for over €200. I tried to call there 5 more times (!), but each time I was told off that someone would get in touch with me!

Unfortunately, our opening hours have changed, starting at 5 p.m. Is this permanent or just a temporary change? If temporary, when will you reopen from 12 p.m.? Best wishes from Münster

Für Samstag, den 02.11.24 einen Tisch reserviert. Wollte mit Freunden, die aus ganz Deutschland angereist kamen, einen schönen Abend verbringen. Wir standen jedoch vor verschlossener Tür mit dem Hinweis "...wegen Krankheit auf unbestimmte Zeit geschlossen...". Kann passieren. Ich erwarte dann jedoch eine Absage! Das hinterlässt einen bitterbösen Geschmack und es erweckt sich der Eindruck, dass dem Wolters die Gäste egal sind!

We celebrated our company Christmas party at the Hafenkäserei (Harbor Cheese Dairy) and were absolutely delighted. From our very first inquiry, Marie provided us with excellent service. She took plenty of time, listened to our wishes, and contributed some fantastic ideas of her own. Together, we were able to put together a wonderful menu and plan the event in a relaxed and stress-free manner. The cheese dairy tour was a particular highlight. Marie explained everything in an incredibly engaging and easy-to-understand way, so everyone could follow along. You could tell how much passion and expertise she brings to the table. A huge thank you again for that! The rest of the team was also fantastic. The beverage service was attentive and prompt, and everything ran very smoothly and effortlessly. The food was delicious, with something for everyone, and the beverage selection was also excellent. From beginning to end, it was a truly successful Christmas party. We highly recommend the Hafenkäserei and would like to thank Marie again for the superb organization and execution.

Two days ago, we placed a planned order through Lieferando, including an extra portion of house fries, using the same name, address, and planned delivery time. We had to wait until 9:15 PM to receive ONLY the extra fries. We received a refund and a very generous 10% discount voucher. Great. Today we tried again, and this time absolutely nothing arrived. Inexplicable. The order status was changed to "delivered"—a rather trivial change. Trying to get help was equally unsuccessful, as no one answers the phone. Unfortunately, after these two incidents, we're giving up on you and hope you can finally get things sorted out. I can't imagine this is solely Lieferando's fault. Something is seriously wrong with your system.
