Unfortunately I can't say much good about it. We have two of the company's stoves with us, which have worked great so far. After two plates on a stove no longer worked properly, we called them and after the third call someone finally came and looked at it. It was said that you had to see if you could still get these parts because they were no longer manufactured. After that, unfortunately nothing came from the Kappernagel company except for an invoice for over €200. I tried to call there 5 more times (!), but each time I was told off that someone would get in touch with me!

Dear Vapiano team, We love coming to you during our lunch break and were also delighted with the lunch deal recently. Unfortunately, our opening hours have changed, starting at 5 p.m. Is this permanent or just a temporary change? If temporary, when will you reopen from 12 p.m.? Best wishes from Münster

Hafenweg 46-48Für Samstag, den 02.11.24 einen Tisch reserviert. Wollte mit Freunden, die aus ganz Deutschland angereist kamen, einen schönen Abend verbringen. Wir standen jedoch vor verschlossener Tür mit dem Hinweis "...wegen Krankheit auf unbestimmte Zeit geschlossen...". Kann passieren. Ich erwarte dann jedoch eine Absage! Das hinterlässt einen bitterbösen Geschmack und es erweckt sich der Eindruck, dass dem Wolters die Gäste egal sind!
