Dear Vapiano team, We love coming to you during our lunch break and were also delighted with the lunch deal recently. Unfortunately, our opening hours have changed, starting at 5 p.m. Is this permanent or just a temporary change? If temporary, when will you reopen from 12 p.m.? Best wishes from Münster

Für Samstag, den 02.11.24 einen Tisch reserviert. Wollte mit Freunden, die aus ganz Deutschland angereist kamen, einen schönen Abend verbringen. Wir standen jedoch vor verschlossener Tür mit dem Hinweis "...wegen Krankheit auf unbestimmte Zeit geschlossen...". Kann passieren. Ich erwarte dann jedoch eine Absage! Das hinterlässt einen bitterbösen Geschmack und es erweckt sich der Eindruck, dass dem Wolters die Gäste egal sind!

Second attempt, unfortunately disappointed this time too. The last time I ate here was about 5 years ago and unfortunately I wasn't convinced back then. I wanted to give it a second chance, but unfortunately I was disappointed this time too. We ate there on May 1st, were lucky and spontaneously got a table. So far so good. The table was full of cigarette ashes and the cards that were still there were already smeared with oil. Wiping over it once wouldn't have been a bad idea. It took a good 10-15 minutes before we were even noticed and we could order. Apparently there was only one waiter working, but he was calm and sat down with the guests every now and then and had a drink with them, which is something you can do if you're not working alone. We then waited about 40 minutes for our food. The pizza/dough itself was great, nice and airy and well baked. But unfortunately it didn't taste like anything. I specially took a Margherita to be able to judge the full taste. What can I say, the pizza and the ingredients didn't taste like anything... The only thing that the store can score points with in my opinion is its location right on the ring. You can sit comfortably and have a bit to watch while eating and chatting, but the food isn't convincing! Definitely a lot of room for improvement. But continued success.
