Trattoria Pizzeria La Cinquecento in Kelsterbach

Spontaneous Sunday outing for dinner with 6 people (4 adults, 2 children) was definitely successful. It's been a long time since I've had such a good Wiener Schnitzel, great and very friendly, attentive service. I personally found the opportunity to eat Persian and Austrian specialties really great. A combination that may not necessarily make sense at first - but it is really recommended. Anyone who wants schnitzel and the like will be happy and whoever wants oriental specialties will be happy too... Great combination...Next time there will definitely be something Persian for me. The parents were very happy with their Persian chicken dishes. We'll definitely be back...I'm from Wiesbaden, but it was worth it... THANKS!

Since August 2024, “La Cinquecenta” has become the inn “Zum Siedlerhaus”! (Please note the date of the photos posted). The new tenants now offer German and Persian dishes instead of pizza + pasta. The unusual combination is the result of the chef's many years of work in German gastronomy as well as the implementation of great recipes from his former Iranian homeland. The dishes on offer are all freshly prepared and are of very good quality. Individual wishes regarding the preparation of the dishes will be taken into account - as far as possible. The service is very friendly. A visit is worth it!

They say “cash only”, they didn’t have any signs or notice on that, although some customers could pay by card as I saw. If only they had noticed that they could only accept by cash. They ought to have that kind of signs, not only inside the door but also front, so that most customers could see that obviously.

Good turkey schnitzel. They did get my order wrong and forgot an item when I went for pick up, but the food was pretty good otherwise.

It was a wonderful German restaurant not too far from the airport. A 10 minute walk from the Kelsterbach train stop. Service was great. I ordered the Schnitzel, and all the sides were great. A wonderful end to my night.

Great, simple restaurant near the airport with German and Persian food. We spent a lovely evening there on the way through.

I highly recommend this restaurant! It's absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere is just fantastic. The employees are all super nice and attentive. The food tasted incredibly delicious and the prices are more than fair for the quality you get. Overall it was just great! Definitely a place to visit!

Very very good overall, the starter platter with the homemade grape leaves is really good. The price is really fair for the quality.

I could go for the appetizer platter. Everything I've had so far is very, very tasty. The Mantu remind me of my grandmother's. Keep it up! P.s you definitely need a website.

The prices are way too high. The price-performance ratio is certainly not reasonable. There are only expensive dishes, especially the pizzas are cheaper, but they don't taste good.

Good day, The service is very nice, the food is also okay. Price-performance in general is also good. However, I paid €3.90 extra for extra sauce on my Wiener-style schnitzel (see picture) For the amount of sauce I didn't think it was okay at all and hence the two stars. An additional charge of 1-2€ would be completely fine. Otherwise I would eat there again.

We were here for dinner on Saturday and what can I say… A friendly welcome and the table service was pleasant and attentive. We consciously chose Persian food and it was exactly right. Great food right down to dessert. All in all, highly recommended.

Great pizzeria. Before our departure in Frankfurt, we stayed one night in a nearby hotel (Platzhirsch, 10 minutes on foot) and wanted to eat something. There was a beer garden and very tasty pizzas. The service was very friendly. Everything is correct, except for something typically German: CASH PAYMENT ONLY. This meant that I had to wander through Kelsterbach to find an ATM (it was a 10-minute walk from the Sparkasse) Overall, absolutely recommended

We've been welcomed so warmly, we're just sitting down to eat, the prices are really good value, everything looks great and we feel really tidy. The staff is super nice so we like to stay a while and watch football. He plays Czech Slovakia against Romania. It's one to zero. Funnily enough, they play here in Frankfurt. An Italian like you want. Friendly service, exceptionally good pizza, tasty pasta and successful meat dishes. The quality remained the same over several visits. The price level is reasonable.

There is no better pizza in the area. Service if possible would be 10/10.

We've eaten there twice now and we were very satisfied both times. Everyone is very friendly, the service is on point. Drinks and food are also very good and the prices are also reasonable. We'll be back soon. The pizza is one of the best in the region.

We were there for lunch on a Tuesday, there was delicious pizza 🍕 - we'd love to come back! We were served nicely, but it's best to have the right amount of cash with you - otherwise it's possible that your wallet will weigh heavier than before :D

We visited the restaurant, about 4.5 km from the airport, for dinner. The service was very nice and accommodating. We really enjoyed the selected pizzas. The obligatory espresso rounded off the meal nicely.

A great pizzeria. The food was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. You can also access the restaurant with a wheelchair. Through a side entrance. It's best to ask again. We had our dog with us and he was also warmly welcomed. Gladly again.

We had stayed overnight nearby one night before our trip to Australia and wanted to go to the Thai snack bar nearby... luckily it was closed and we walked a little further. Super nice service, great food and price/performance was just right.. absolutely recommended 👍😁

We landed here by chance from the airport hotel and felt extremely comfortable here. Our food was very good, the mixed starter platter and the crispy pizza bread with fresh tomatoes were lovingly prepared and delicious. The pizza calzone was juicy and tasty. The atmosphere is very family and child-friendly. You can feel that the staff doesn't care whether you like it. Recommended!

Was there for a birthday event, everything was okay. Of course you can't compare it with a normal visit to a restaurant, I have to and will test it myself... I tested it with friends on January 6th, 2024, I had rum steak with onions with vegetables and potato pieces, the steak was perfect with an excellent bite . Be it appetizers, pizza, grilled calanares, everything was great and beautifully presented to the eye. So again and again...

In my opinion, the best pizza I've had in a long time. Original stone oven, best ingredients, nothing “off the shelf”. The super-clean, lovingly and stylishly furnished ambience certainly played its part... The price was very pleasing!!! If you want to eat an original, delicious pizza/pasta or salad in a cozy, Italian atmosphere, you've come to the right place. In any case, I will come back and recommend a visit to everyone without reservation!

it was a real good restaurant. one of my best Italian food I have ever had. the service was super nice and friendly . the food was so good and incredibly cheap according to the location and compared to others restaurants we had before . the location is nice and was easy to find . the restaurant itself is super clean and nice decorated too . 10/10 I can’t complain about anything 🍕🍝🥗🍺🥂 Es war ein wirklich gutes Restaurant. In der Pizzeria La Cinquecento findet man nicht nur fantastische Pizza, sondern auch eine beeindruckende Auswahl an köstlichen Nudelgerichten. Das Ambiente ist einladend, und das Personal ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was mich wirklich begeistert, ist die Vielfalt des Menüs. Ich habe sowohl die Margherita-Pizza als auch die Pepperoni-Pizza probiert, und sie waren erstklassig. Aber das ist noch nicht alles! Die Nudelgerichte sind ebenso ein Genuss. Die Pasta ist stets al dente zubereitet, und die Saucen sind reich an Geschmack. Ob Lasagne, Spaghetti Carbonara oder Penne al Arrabbiata, die Qualität und der Geschmack sind erstklassig. Diese Pizzeria ist meine erste Wahl, wenn ich nach einem Ort suche, der sowohl großartige Pizza als auch leckere Pasta serviert. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Ordered a pizza which could have been good but ingredients from the fridge (tomatoes, cheese) directly onto the pizza from the oven cooled it down a lot. Nice atmosphere and my friend didn't complain so I guess it's average with better and worse experiences.

Durch Zufall waren wir dort Essen und waren von der italienischen Gastfreundschaft und dem Essen sehr begeistert! Waren dann heute gleich den zweiten Abend hintereinander dort :)

Sehr nett eingerichtet, freundlich, das Essen war sehr gut von Pizza über Risotto, Vorspeise und Fleischgerichte. Nudelgerichte beurteile ich gerne beim nächsten Besuch. Ich kann die Trattoria Pizzeria sehr empfehlen.

Erstemal getestet. Vorspeiseplatte war sehr schön garniert und schmackhaft. Carbonara war gut und ausreichend. Pizza optisch knackig, wie sie schmeckt teste ich das nächste mal.

Sehr war sehr schön dort und das Essen super lecker. Das Personal war sehr herzlich. Leider gab es keine Coca Cola, sondern Pepsi.

Schon mehrere Gerichte probiert, alles sehr lecker und vorallem authentisch. Carbonara ohne Sahne etc., sieht man leider nicht oft und lässt meist nur Gutes vermuten. Portionen sind ordentlich und Preise vollkommen angemessen. Außerdem ist der Besitzer sehr nett.

Waren nach der Neueröffnung vor einigen Tagen dort Pizza essen. Obwohl wir keinen Tisch reserviert hatten, bekamen wir ohne Probleme einen Tisch. Nettes Personal, der Vorspeisenteller, Pizza und der Nachtisch war sehr lecker. Da gibt's nichts zu meckern. Leider hat man immer das Gefühl, man sitzt in einer Bahnhofshalle..da durch die Größe und der Schnitt, irgendwie keine Gemütlichkeit und ein schönes Ambiente entsteht. Dafür kann der Betreiber nichts, denn es wurde durch Dekoration versucht, etwas Gemütlichkeit rein zu bekommen. Den einen Stern als Abzug gibt es für die Tatsache, dass nur Barzahlung akzeptiert wird, was in der heutigen Zeit sehr Hinterweltlerisch ist. Da Kelsterbach durch die Nähe zum Flughafen sehr oft Gäste aus aller Welt beherbergt, kann man als Dienstleister nicht davon ausgehen, daß die Leute Bargeld in der Tasche haben. Das sollte man eventuell überdenken, denn auch ich als Ein-Frau-Unternehmerin biete meinen Kunden in meinem Geschäft die Bezahlung mit Karte an. 😉
