Very good burgers and steaks, sometimes a bit noisy.

The food was very good and the restaurant was pleasant to eat in.

Good burgers, good steaks, good lunch. However, the service is often unfriendly - then the visit is no fun. The "smell" of the smoking area can be smelled everywhere. That's no joy either. A pity.

Sehr Leckeres Essen , aber schlechter Service Zu Beginn saßen wir bestimmt mindestens 10-15 min auf der Terrasse, bis ein Herr vom Tisch nebenan aufgestanden ist und uns zwei Menükarten gebracht hat (vielleicht ein Kollege oder der Chef?) Anschließend das Essen bestellt mit 2 einfachen Getränken. Gute halbe Stunde gewartet bis das Essen kam. Die Getränke haben wir erst auf eine zweite Rückfrage ca. 2 Minuten vor unserem Essen bekommen. Essensqualität ist super, da kann man absolut nichts beanstanden. Dennoch empfinden wird es als ziemlich sportlich, für ein extra Patty 5,20€ zusätzlich zu berechnen. Und wenn man diesen Betrag berechnet, dann sollte man die Preise wenigstens auch in den Speisekarten aktualisieren, da steht nämlich noch 4,20€.

Whether it's the hamburgers with the fries or the great idea of ​​serving the steaks on a hot stone. A very friendly and nice service. The food came to the table very quickly after ordering. If I could, I definitely would have tried dessert. The next time I'm in Kelsterbach again, I'll definitely go to Frankies for a steak or hamburger.

Great price/quality ratio. Delicious steaks, burgers... ok, it's not bad. I go back there, I've been there about 4 times, and each time I left full and satisfied. I recommend it with a clear conscience, it's worth going even from Frankfurt - the trip will be worth it.

We went to Frankies for dinner with a huge group. Top service. Drinks came super quickly, food was great, picked up and served quickly.

Great food. Spent one night on a layover. Close to the airport. Very nice waiters who spoke in English to us which was a blessing as we knew no German. Highly recommend.

First time here, I just wanted to eat a piece of meat. Surprise when I ordered my meat medium rare. You get a lava stone and a nice piece of raw meat and cut a piece to fry it as desired! I think that's great. Tasted good, staff very nice, normal prices. always my pleasure!

We bought special tickets for Frankfurt (comedy show) so that we have another reason to go out to eat there. It was sooooo delicious again, we love it. The problem is that when we eat there we don't like anything in Berlin. The salad alone is a hit. My drink was perfect!!!!

Everything was great, delicious big burgers, delicious finger food with dips, nice service.

The food was very good and the ambience was also very good. Unfortunately, the service was a bit disorganized, instead of every waiter having his own table, all 3 waiters were with us, so I had to wait half an hour for my espresso and even after asking again it took a little longer . At the end one of the waiters came to us and wanted to know who paid for what (my espresso wasn't there yet) and said he would bring the bill straight away. After another 10 minutes where no waiter came to the terrace, we finally went in ourselves to pay the bill. A little tip here: I come from the catering industry myself and we own our own restaurant. If each waiter looks after his own tables, the customer has a permanent contact person and fewer mistakes occur. The 3 waiters were all friendly and seemed competent

We ate at Frankie’s for the second time today. The service was unfriendly and inattentive. I ordered the pulled chicken burger without barbecue and the waiter brought me the burger and also said that it was without barbecue. At the first bite I noticed that the chicken was full of barbecue sauce. I ate it because I was hungry and of course there was no waiter outside. When I paid I told the waiters and there wasn't even an apology!

"FRANKIES" offers a unique experience with their hot stone on which the meat is served. The fries with the special toppings are definitely a highlight. The quality of the food was great, the service is attentive. Overall I give the restaurant 4 out of 5 stars.

First time at this restaurant and it's great! Menu is varied and the food is super tasty. All the waiting staff are very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back some time. The only negative I have is that you leave the place stinking due to all the people cooking their own steaks at the table. The restaurant is too small and air conditioning not powerful enough to take away most of the smell.

Unfortunately, the food and service cannot be recommended. The food was cold and the burger tasted dry and tasteless. The fries were hard and tasted underground. Unfortunately, the service is quite rude and often overwhelmed. All in all, I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly.

The burgers are very tasty. I still won't go there again. It may be a nice idea to serve steaks on a lava stone, but since it fills the entire restaurant with smoke, makes my eyes water, and leaves you smelling like you spent the evening in the kitchen next to the deep fryer, I don't have to do it again have.

So the burgers are really, really good. I even ordered a second one. Salads are also highly recommended. Unfortunately, the ambience loses 2 points because steaks are served on hot stones and unfortunately the whole room smells of burnt meat. This was the second time we have been to this beautiful restaurant and I am absolutely thrilled! Great people, great food, great ambience - everything just fits together here! & the chocolate soufflé with vanilla ice cream is simply perfect at the end:) I would love to give 10 stars if that were possible. Absolutely delicious!!!! From the salad to the potato wedges especially the steak!! Cooked to perfection needed nothing other than to be eaten and enjoyed. The salad with its verity of ingredients not usually seen in the US was well put together in presentation as well as flavor. The potato wedges had the perfect texture crunchy on the out side and hot and soft on the inside with suttle seasonings that needed nothing to accent the flavor. Well worth a visit if your in the area. Enjoy!!!!

Went in and the lady suggested to wait for her to be seated. Moment later guy walks in tells me he has no seat completely booked. When there were atleast 4 empty tables. Makes u wonder what kind of service?

We were two families in this restaurant. The manager and the entire staff are very hospitable. We were served very well. I got entrecote on the lava stone and my husband had rib eye, both were super juicy and tasty. Wine assortments are also very good. I am very happy to recommend it.

Nettes Lokal in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Achtung bei Reservierung: Im Wintergarten darf geraucht werden- auch Zigarre! Das wussten wir leider nicht und man hat bei der Onlinebuchung auch nicht darauf hingewiesen. Wir sind Nichtraucher, deshalb hat es uns schon etwas gestört. Im Innenraum ist sicher Raucherfreie Zone ;-). Im Wintergarten gibts Heizstrahler, war aber trotzdem etwas kühl. Erst recht, als dann noch die Scheiben etwas geöffnet wurden. Bedienung war im Stress, ist aber trotzdem entspannt und freundlich gewesen. Etwas Geduld sollte man schon mitbringen. Wit kommen sicher nochmal wieder, aber erst, wenn es wärmer ist bzw. wir drin (Hauptraum) sitzen können. Geschmacklich waren die Burger gut. Auch die Vorspeisen waren lecker. Salat sah auch gut aus! Nachtisch war lecker ;-). Bis demnächst.

Went there for the first time today with a friend, we're not from the area and don't know our way around, but luckily we hit the jackpot in terms of a great dinner. The ambience was just like you would want at home, the service was always approachable and friendly without being intrusive, not to mention the food. Frankies is highly recommended!

We were invited to a children's birthday party at Frankies. The food was good. The service was super friendly and accommodating! The prices are also completely ok. Everything was good all around, except for the ventilation inside. Since meat is served on lava stone and there is no clever ventilation above the tables, it was very smoky with 4 orders of meat. Therefore, unfortunately, 1 point is deducted because our clothes smelled like that after the visit. Maybe a recommendation: look for exhaust air systems for tables that are installed in restaurants in Asian countries. Looks great and works great. Otherwise everything was great!

I'm still waiting for an answer to my reservation request, but I've eaten there in the meantime. The ambience was nice, the food was very good, a small downside, the cut 300g fillet was already on the hot stone, I would have liked the meat to be served on a separate plate.

Wir waren zu dritt in diesem wunderschönen Lokal nach einer stressigen Schulung wir sind sehr nett bedient worden und das Steak auf dem heißen Lavastein ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Die drei netten Herren die uns bedienten waren äußerst zuvorkommend und gaben uns auch das Gefühl willkommen zu sein was wir richtig toll fanden. Wir bedanken uns auf jeden Fall bei dem Team für den tollen Abend und wir werden auf jeden Fall bei unserem nächsten Frankfurt Besuch wieder dort zum Essen gehen.

Die Steaks werden roh auf dem Lavastein serviert. Dazu kommen 3 verschiedenen Sossen (relativ wenig). Ich habe die Pfefferrahmsosse extra dazu bestellt. Insgesamt war alles ok, preislich natürlich nicht auf Mcdonalds Niveau. Meine Frau und Tochter waren auch zufrieden

Der Name ist Programm - tolle Steaks, leckere Burger (in verschiedenen Varianten - Rind, Hühnchen, Vegan, vegetarisch) mit guten Beilagen (Fritten, Salate, Baked Potatoes etc.). Die Preise sind für heutige Verhältnisse echt in Ordnung. Ambiente ist sehr angenehm und die Bedingungen sehr nett. Am Rotwein (zum Steak erwartet man dann doch einen kräftigen Roten im Glas) kann noch gearbeitet werden 😉 - in der Karte steht nur Cabernet Sauvignon?! Ausreichend Parkplätze gibt es direkt an der Hauptstraße. Essen kann auch Vorbestellt und abgeholt werden. Gerne wieder.

Marvellous meat served on stone very good and tasty

Gemütlich sitzen und essen ist anders. Der Burger war sehr lecker, aber leider war es im Gastraum sehr kalt und zügig. Wir haben extra einen Tisch drinnen reserviert, weil wir dachten, dort kann man gut sitzen. Mein Fazit, im Winter nicht und im Sommer im Wintergarten.

War ein netter Abend mit den Arbeitskollegen. Man sollte in der Karte aufnehmen das man auch vegane und vegetarische Burger bekommen kann. Das Essen war rundherum gut und reichlich. Ich komme bestimmt nochmal wieder.

A very good steakhouse! I visit this restaurant during my stay in one of the hotels around Frankfurt airport. The meat is really delicious and it is served raw on the hot stone so you can cook it according to your taste. Really recommend if you are nearby.
