A true taste experience! This meal was simply fantastic! The steak cooked on the hot stone was a real highlight – fresh, high-quality, and perfect for cooking to your own taste. The quality of the meat was outstanding, and the various sauces enhanced the flavor even further. The side dishes were also top-notch: crispy, golden-brown potato wedges with a spicy touch and a fresh, crisp salad with a fruity orange slice for a special touch. There were also various dips that perfectly rounded off the taste experience. The burger also looked great – juicy meat, a fresh bun, and crispy curly fries that simply make you want more! To go with an ice-cold Coke – simply perfect. A great restaurant with high-quality, delicious food. I'll definitely be back!

We had reserved a table for 5 people and got a much smaller table. When our food arrived, we had to squeeze in slightly... Unfortunately the sweet potatoes were cold when they were served :( Burgers & salad & steak were really tasty... I found the gentleman (bald) unfriendly when we pointed out to him that one of the fries we ordered was missing...! When you work with people, especially in the catering sector, you should be a little friendlier :) especially in such an atmosphere 😉 rest of the crew friendly and attentive

It always tastes great, especially the burgers and steak are outstanding. I often get heartburn when I eat out. That's why it doesn't happen often. Had a table reserved at 8 p.m. for 12 people. Arrived at 8 p.m., told a waiter (bald head, crown tattoo) and he just said "Wait a minute". He then ignored us for 15 minutes until I asked what the status of things was, as no one gave us any update on whether we should wait or anything else. He reacted annoyed. At 8:30 p.m. the table reserved for us became available, there were several waiters present and no one took care of the table even though it had already been cleared. All you had to do was wipe it. Then we asked again and the answer was "5 minutes". We waited another 10 minutes and then left. It's not a problem if a table becomes available later (although at 30 minutes, that's a bit long). But this way of dealing with things, of just leaving us there and walking past us 30 times without saying anything, is not okay. We waited 40 minutes for nothing! Insanely bad, incompetent and unfriendly service.

Great atmosphere, unfortunately the food didn't convince me. Fries were soggy and cold.. The burger meat tasted like a cheap frozen patty. Unfortunately not a recommendation! Can I prepare better at home?

OK, but not again The food we ordered was delivered incorrectly twice. It was kind of chaotic from the service team. A lava stone from the neighboring table "escalated" the smoke so badly that a short time later the restaurant was completely covered in fog and all the windows and doors had to be opened to ventilate. So it was really cool while eating.

Good steak and burger restaurant in Kelsterbach. The decor is very nice and invites you to linger, the menu reads well and offers a selection of steaks and burgers in various versions from beef to vegan. The lady who served us was super personable, very friendly and extremely attentive. The burgers were good and sufficient, and the side dishes (potato wedges and curlies) were perfect. We paid €50 for 2 burgers with side dishes, 2 ciders and an espresso, which was very good and suitable. We'd love to come back.

The steak on the slab of stone was amazing! It's worth the visit alone. The staff was very helpful, especially the one man who didn't speak English but was so patient and through gestures alone helped us understand everything. Very very kind. Ps. Just take a seat. We came into the store and the 2 ladies who were deep in conversation didn't pay any attention to us. After a minute we looked for a place ourselves. We were then asked very rudely whether we had reserved this table. It was only after 15 minutes that something was offered to drink. The food was OK, probably even good. The service made our stay unpleasant on several occasions. Very unfriendly!

We wanted to eat there during our lunch break. Suddenly there was no reservation. Locally 50% occupied. We then put together chairs ourselves. Door keeps opening because it doesn't close. Well, good. You order drinks from one person and then food from a second person. Everyone first has a main course, then a side dish. You had to ask for cutlery once the food was there. Dips were not offered. Then you wanted dessert and looked at the horrified faces of the service staff. Burger was so-so. Sweet potato fries were good.

The food is generally good. Truffle mayo and elderberry lemonade are particularly praiseworthy. The ladies at the service are sweet, but completely overwhelmed. Our experience was as follows: First we were seated at the wrong table. When we asked what the homemade sauce was, we were told that it was ketchup and mayo. It doesn't sound so fancy. Parts of the order were forgotten. The fake burgers were handed out to our table with real names. So there was the wrong burger on the plate, but it was placed in front of you with the right name. By the way, the burgers were mostly cold. We had neither cutlery nor napkins at the table. Asking the waitress about it was a task in itself, as they walked around the room with blinders on. Which is why we gave up asking about the extras we had ordered but forgotten. Speaking of space, smoking is allowed in the closed beer garden.

First the positive: the food was incredibly good. We had steak with baked potato and salad which was very good. The drink was also very well mixed. The location is also very nice and quiet. The negative: it was relatively cold in the winter garden and very noisy due to the loud music and many guests. The service was also quite slow due to the number of people. All in all, highly recommended. The price is also great at €65 for two people.

This is a nice and cozy restaurant. Good food and service is ok. It’s the known German service level. If they would up that a little bit, it would become from a „great“ place to an awesome place. The steak on lava stone is recommended.

Very unprofessional, we come in, get a table and the cards... when the waitress wants to take the order, she tells us that the kitchen is already closed... you could have said that right at the entrance.

We are passionate restaurant goers and have visited many restaurants, but what we experienced tonight at FRANKIES Steakhouse surpassed everything. Based on word of mouth recommendation, thanks to my friend Mehmet Gölge, we traveled from near Mannheim and it was definitely the best decision! The quality of the food is outstanding, every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. We were particularly impressed by the excellent preparation of the steaks, which simply melted in your mouth. But it wasn't just the food that made this evening so special: the service was exceptional! We have rarely experienced such warm, attentive and friendly service. The entire team made us feel welcome and always made sure we felt completely comfortable. One thing is certain for us: we have found our new local restaurant. FRANKIES Steakhouse is a place we will definitely return to again and again not only for the first class food but also for the wonderful atmosphere and great service. Today we ordered 2 x BBQ in da House (to take away) with an additional fried egg each. Sure, I could/should have asked how much the fried eggs cost... I didn't. When I looked at the bill, I thought wow... that's sporty. For 2 fried eggs a total of €6....??!!!!!!!!! Dear team, honestly. Maybe you should rethink that, everyone knows what 10 eggs cost at Rewe...

We were there for lunch. We sat in the “winter garden”, where it was pleasantly cool and airy even when the outside temperature was 30°. The service was top, The food was great and I can recommend the restaurant without hesitation.

Really good food from the hot stone. Friendly service. We liked it and enjoyed it. There are only reductions for the partially chipped dishes. Otherwise everything is good.

I think it’s worth going here for the experience. The heating stones come to the table HOT, and have two long, thin stands on the bottom—be careful not to move them too close to the edge of the tables so they don’t fall on you. The steak wasn’t as flavorful as it usually is in the USA, but it was pretty good for Europe. The staff was friendly. I would go back for sure.

Good burgers, good steaks, good lunch. However, the service is often unfriendly - then the visit is no fun. The "smell" of the smoking area can be smelled everywhere. That's no joy either. A pity.

Sehr Leckeres Essen , aber schlechter Service Zu Beginn saßen wir bestimmt mindestens 10-15 min auf der Terrasse, bis ein Herr vom Tisch nebenan aufgestanden ist und uns zwei Menükarten gebracht hat (vielleicht ein Kollege oder der Chef?) Anschließend das Essen bestellt mit 2 einfachen Getränken. Gute halbe Stunde gewartet bis das Essen kam. Die Getränke haben wir erst auf eine zweite Rückfrage ca. 2 Minuten vor unserem Essen bekommen. Essensqualität ist super, da kann man absolut nichts beanstanden. Dennoch empfinden wird es als ziemlich sportlich, für ein extra Patty 5,20€ zusätzlich zu berechnen. Und wenn man diesen Betrag berechnet, dann sollte man die Preise wenigstens auch in den Speisekarten aktualisieren, da steht nämlich noch 4,20€.

First time here, I just wanted to eat a piece of meat. Surprise when I ordered my meat medium rare. You get a lava stone and a nice piece of raw meat and cut a piece to fry it as desired! I think that's great. Tasted good, staff very nice, normal prices. always my pleasure!
