A fantastic restaurant with very attentive service; they even thanked me when I ordered. I really appreciate that. Attentive, appreciative, and well-trained. The food is of very high quality, just like the entire restaurant. The shrimp ceviche was the best I've ever had.

Sitting right on the Karl Heine Canal? Yes, you can here. A wide selection with something for everyone is guaranteed. Even those with smaller appetites will find something to enjoy. Personally, I love the Tomatopsomo. The menu simply lists bread with diced tomatoes, but the taste is outstanding. The bread is crispy and warm, and the topping is flavorful and refreshingly cold. The main courses never disappoint either. I've had the pasta with shrimp, the baked chicken, and the gyros. My favorite, however, is the baked chicken with Metaxa sauce (the sauce is similar to a paprika cream sauce). It comes with a salad and some fries. This dish is served in a small casserole dish while it's still simmering (careful, it's hot!). If you still haven't had enough after all that, you can, of course, enjoy dessert. While the food is the main reason to visit, the service is never disappointing. An ouzo before and after your meal, naturally! A few stories from home, too—why not? We take your preferences into account when ordering, generally without any problems unless there's absolutely no other way. Anyone who hasn't been here yet is missing out, so come hungry! There were a lot of us, yet the food and service were excellent. The ambiance is very simple with some Christmas decorations. It's not always suitable for those with a huge appetite, but most people should leave satisfied.

The food at the restaurant was truly delicious and of very high quality. Unfortunately, the evening was severely marred by the behavior of one of the waiters. He insisted on being the center of attention and offered unsolicited "advice" to the male guests on how to be a "proper man"—including statements like "women like to be lied to" and judgments about a woman's worth based on her past. This behavior was inappropriate, disruptive, and clearly misogynistic. It's a shame, because the restaurant and the food itself were good. However, because of this experience, we will not be returning.

Location: Quietly situated in the basement of the rear building. The restaurant is accessible via stairs or a passenger elevator. In summer, the terrace overlooking the canal is open. The atmosphere is reminiscent of recent holidays in Greece—modern and relaxing. Tables are spaced far enough apart to allow for easy conversation despite the moderate noise level. Food: Unlike other "Greek" restaurants, this one offers a modern interpretation of typical Greek dishes. The food is delicious, and we would definitely recommend it. The portions are just right; we were able to enjoy a three-course meal. The plates were satisfying but not overloaded. Service: Excellent. All the waiters are attentive without feeling intrusive or having to search for a server. They are unobtrusive, ensuring you don't feel disturbed, yet they are always there when you need them. Value for money: The food is on the pricier side, and rightly so. Drinks are reasonably priced.

Truly good and authentic* Greek cuisine in a modern, chic, renovated setting, or, for a more sober experience, with a lovely view from a boat in the canal. Attentive, friendly service, prices are now quite tight, but acceptable for a truly excellent meal. * With a few adjustments to the German market, everything is a bit more refined than in the average taverna, but if you order kolokithokeftedes or gigantes, you'll get exactly that and not the otherwise sometimes strange German interpretation of Greek cuisine.

They had everything from meat and fish to vegetarian options. What was particularly positive was that the dishes were fresh, varied, and plentiful. The organization was also excellent: friendly service, prompt service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Perfect for a larger event, but certainly also for a cozy evening for two. Highly recommended – we'd love to come back!

We've been here a few times now. There's no better Greek restaurant anywhere. Service is first-class, the food is served quickly, tastes delicious, and the waiters are also very friendly. The ambiance is superb, and the wine is a feast for the palate.
