Attention! No cancellation & no money refunded! Extremely disappointed with BBQ BERLIN Catering & Event GmbH – the star is too much of a good thing. So far, we have not received a refund of €278 or any feedback on the situation. At the end of this month, we will take legal action if the payment is not fulfilled. My girlfriend gave me the "Grill Course | Master of BURGER" on August 9, 2025, as a birthday present. The course didn't take place, without any cancellation or explanation. On-site, they said they were restructuring. When we asked about the refund, they told us to contact the accounting department by email. We have been trying to reach the organizer ever since. Emails remain unanswered, messages via Instagram are ignored, registered mail was not accepted, and we have never been able to reach anyone at the cell phone number listed in the imprint. Very cheeky!

Very brazen! No cancellation, no refund, no response! The deadline has been set – failure to meet the deadline will result in legal action at the district court! I would give the shop negative stars if that were possible. The "Grill Course | Master of BURGER" on August 9, 2025, was intended as a birthday present. The course didn't take place – allegedly due to a lack of participants. When we asked on-site why they hadn't received any information, they simply said it must have been a systemic error. To date, we haven't received the €278 we paid back and have received no response from the operator. Several emails, calls, and Instagram – all in vain! No response to date. No one answers the phone, and our registered mail, including the reminder deadline, could not be delivered. The birthday present and the day itself turned into a complete disaster!

Well, what can you say? The brunch is absolutely nothing special, except the pork was really good. Service was very good. But now something different. The owner should probably take his pills. We were there when it was the gentleman's birthday and he celebrated with pistol shots. He also had his dog with him, which one could only feel sorry for...since the gentleman has no idea about dog training. Because of the Lord I would never enter this store again.

Absolutely not recommended, I ordered there via Lieferando and would prefer to give 0 stars. The BBQ ribs were completely dry and there was hardly any meat (probably completely overcooked or kept warm for ages). The quantity of ribs was ridiculous for €18. The cheese fries were partly raw on the inside, cold when they arrived and the fried onions were missing. Unfortunately, we threw away 80% of the food because it wasn't edible. We will definitely never order there again.

We were here for BBQ brunch. We were allowed in a little earlier, which was nice. Unfortunately our table hadn't been wiped yet, according to the boss it was an event from the evening before, but that didn't happen again. The buffet opened almost on time, but not everything was served yet. The selection is OK, although not particularly large. A slightly different offer due to the BBQ theme. Some salads, bread and rolls, a very small selection of toppings. The obligatory scrambled eggs and bacon. The bacon appeared to be grilled and had a nice smoky aroma. There was pulled pork and mashed potatoes, which were also very tasty. At some point there were burgers with meat strips instead of paddies and cole slaw. For me, there could have been a little more sauce on it. The appointment lasted over 3 hours. We weren't thrown out, but it was significantly more crowded for the afternoon appointment. Apparently there were spare ribs from the grill instead of just burgers. But since we only planned to go until 1 p.m., we set off. The drinks were very cheap and the staff was super friendly. We will definitely go here again.

Pedí costilla corta 1/1 donde estaban 90% grasas El puré de patatas con ajo tenía un olor agrio y no fresco, estaba seco y hecho de patatas de tantos días de antigüedad. Coleslaw también tenía un mal olor muy agrio. El servicio es tan malo, que el gerente fue grosero y protegió su comida asquerosa, diciéndome que este mal sabor y olor en la papa - es un olor a ajo y es fresco (de ayer) Para la ensalada de col tenía excusa de que añaden vinagre a la salsa , y trató de hacer de mí y el idiota , como no puedo entender dónde es „agrio malo “ olores y sabor y dónde está el vinagre

On May 30th Went there for a BBQ grill course. Unfortunately, very disappointing. The preparations for the event by the organizer/the kitchen were simply poor. According to the menu, the food seemed to be in a more "upscale" category, but for that the food would have had to be warm. The salmon served was not even lukewarm and the side dish was cold. The food was only partially good in terms of taste, I tried everything, chili with lime was okay, the chicken had little roasted flavor, the skin was still extremely limp. The oyster at the beginning tasted good, but the tension was so tense that the goal was not achieved due to the extremely long waiting times. At 11:15 p.m. (the end was scheduled for 11 p.m.) we had to wait another half hour for the fast BBQ ribs. At around 11:35 p.m. the potatoes/fries weren't cooked through and the ribs were mediocre, you couldn't see any bare bones. The dessert that was quickly conjured up didn't stop us from leaving. Great ideas, but not delivered, completely wasted and probably didn't live up to our own high standards. I was disappointed and can't really give a 🌟 here. I was still hungry when we left, but it was too late to eat anything. I have attended various other grilling courses and BBQs, but this was the first time I was very dissatisfied.

Was there with the company on Thursday for a BBQ event, rarely experienced something so unprofessional. Apparently preparations hadn't been done, grills hadn't been preheated, etc. Staff were mainly external and busy running around. But the food was the real joke, we started at 7 p.m., the first part was finished at 9 p.m., the rest only after 10 p.m. and later, the last part came after 11 p.m. Chicken was partly raw inside, ribs were served half cooked and cold, they couldn't even manage fries. The location is also shabby, with unsafe stairs, almost no light or water pressure in the toilet, etc. Just stay away from the store!

We canceled an event booked for tomorrow at short notice today, the reason being a corona outbreak. It's funny that you can't act like that as a service provider these days, but please plan events that you can manage with your resources!!

I was there for the first time today. The food was absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is lovely, and the restaurant is really cool and new. I can't describe the experience in words; just come on over and try it.

Were there for coffee and beer. Great place to stay.

Great location – unfortunately, we were there in the heaviest rain – cool under the canopy, but generally cool. Inside, a view of the wave – that was awesome! The food (buffet was burger-heavy and only just succeeded) was quickly sold out...

Cool location with good food. Waiting time for food was almost an hour even though it was quiet… That spoils the overall impression. Unfortunately, no points for service.

Wir waren zu viert hier. Bier ziemlich lecker. Weine sind zu teuer für die Qualität. Brisket war scheinbar ausverkauft. Pulled Pork war oooookay, wirkte aber wie aufgewärmt. Süßkartoffeln, schwierig… Hatten wir frittiert erwartet, wirkte wie gekocht oder eben auch warm gemacht. Pommes und Nachos waren okay. Wir waren hier vorher immer mal, um Ein Bierchen zu trinken und unter alter Flagge auch mal frühstücken und hatten uns wirklich gefreut, dass hier was passiert ist… Mal sehen, vielleicht muss sich das noch einspielen… Potenzial nach oben ist in jedem Fall da.

Service is bad, there is no food. We won't come again. Unfortunately, the two service staff at the bar were completely overwhelmed, even though the restaurant was only 1/4 full, and that on Saturday evening. We asked if we should order at the bar or at the table and were told someone would come to the table and we should sit down. After no one came for 20 minutes, we went back to the bar and ordered straight there. Drinks came after 10 minutes, but when there was still no food after 45 minutes, we asked: "Yes, let's start preparing now...". After waiting for 45 minutes, it's time to start slowly. We then waited another 30 minutes and when there was still no food after a total of 1:15 hours, we paid for our drinks and left. In front of us, someone at the bar (of course it wasn't possible to pay at the table) had just canceled their meal and only paid for the drinks. So it seems that others felt the same way.

Great location...super friendly service, the beer from the Rank was remarkably tasty and spicy. The pulled pork burger was super juicy, the coleslaw was well-seasoned and nice and spicy...the fries and sweet pateto cubes were world-class. A well-thought-out concept for chilled summer evenings. Unfortunately, two items on the small menu were already sold out.

Waited 30 min for the burger, the meat was cold inside. It should have been „pulled pork burger“, seems I was supposed to pull pork by myself… No one brought us utensils and napkins, but the most disappointment was meat. Why is the restaurant called smokehouse barbecue? 🥲 One star for good coffee

Wow, what an insider tip. Great dishes, all prepared in-house in the smoker. You can taste the love for food and we can recommend the restaurant without reservation. The dishes are lovingly prepared and the portion size is more than sufficient. The price-performance ratio is right here, and the service is also great. There are egg grills outside, we'll try them out next time. That looked very exciting.

Wir mussten leider sehr lange auf das Essen warten. Das Fleisch der Burger war sehr trocken und zäh. Für Ketchup oder Mayo wird jeweils 1€ extra fällig! Leider wird das Restaurant seinem Namen nicht gerecht.

The food was excellent. Price is okay for the quality. The service is generally friendly. We came exclusively as restaurant guests but would not come back. For me, the tables are too small for a restaurant, the atmosphere is too restless and the service is too chaotic. Example: no reception. You are lost as a guest. Lack of signage. Where do you have to go and where is the entrance? The billing was completely wrong. I think it still needs time until it becomes established as a restaurant business. The potential is definitely there.

The setting of the restaurant is beautiful, with a lovely terrace (dog friendly). We booked for 6pm. At the same time a large booking arrived. Even though we ordered starters and nachos it still took almost 2 hours to get the nachos. We had also ordered a plate of brisket which came smothered in sauce - something I'm not a fan of, especially when you come for the BBQ meat. Positives were the beef cheek and burned pork belly.

Einfach Top! Freundliche Bedienung, leckeres Essen zum Super Preis, mega coole Location direkt mit Blick aufs Wellenwerk. Nur zu empfehlen, wir kommen wieder. 🤩

This is my first time here and it was very nice to be there. I had a brisket beef burger for the lunch, it was juicy and tasty. I recommend you to dine in and try it. Very tasty

Abgesehen davon dass das Essen super schmeckt ist der Service sehr freundlich und hat sich fürsorglich um uns gekümmert nicht sowie in manch anderen Restaurants.

Tolles Barbeque Restaurant, ganz neu hier in der Gegend. Befindet sich im Wellenwerk Berlin, beim Indoor Surfen. mega Pulled pork und Brisket als Burger.
