Overpriced and under flavored sandwich. Pickles and cheese both cost extra (the cheese is a single slice of cheese and they charged me 2€…). Hot style was extra. There are tons of more reasonable and more tasty restaurants in the immediate area and I won’t be returning here. Also, rotkohl is NOT cole slaw lol!!

I loved my experience here. I came for the wings and I tried the smallest portion as I wasn’t sure if I could handle the spices. Well, I could. And I regret not ordering a bigger portion. So juicy, so crispy. So full of flavor. Loved it. The people are also super friendly. I’ll keep visiting

I recently ate at this place, and the experience was less than ideal compared to what I expected from the photos. I ordered the "lunch special" offer, which included an ice tea, some fries, and an extra small burger. I also added an additional slice of cheddar cheese to my burger and some ketchup, which increased my cost by nearly €3. While the fries and ice tea were good, the burger was below average. It was very small, had cold and unmelted cheddar cheese inside, and some parts of the chicken were a bit chewy. I left feeling let down after spending almost €18 for all this.

Unfortunately the food is too expensive for the quality. The barman who was also the waitress was super nice! But unfortunately the prices, even for the middle ones, don't match what's on the plate. The puree was super boring and poorly seasoned. The chicken was seasoned tastelessly and unfortunately almost not cooked through. I get it better at Rosentaler Platz at City chicken, almost in sight. So sorry because I think the concept is great

I was really impressed with the food! Everything was incredibly delicious. The mac and cheese was my absolute favorite — it was creamy and full of flavor. I also loved the ribs; they were cooked to perfection, tender, and full of smoky goodness. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience.

It was very delicious! Very friendly personal! Also had a mexican cola and it was also very delicious! I had the Chicken with Mash and Gravy! The Chicken breast was very moist! Think next time I will come back for the Chicken burger, because it looked so nice!

Everything was delicious. Biscuit was super fluffy, ribs were saucy, chicken was crisp and fresh, macaroni also perfect and the coleslaw was crunchy. And the fries were cooked to perfection! I loved every bite of this! The owner was also really friendly. Atmosphere indoor was nice, I enjoyed the music and open kitchen. There is also an outdoor seating area. Took cash and card. Would recommend HIGHLY

Ordered food there. Very high price for a tiny portion. Four small bones with the spare ribs for €20+. In my opinion, cheeky for a mediocre taste.

Too expensive. By the price and reviews, I was expecting this to be much better than other places’ fried chicken, but I was negatively surprised with the lack of flavor of the chicken. The texture is good, but portion size and flavor are not ideal for hungry people who are used to having spicy fried chicken.

Fried chicken is the order of the day and of course that's exactly what I ate. And to make a long story short, what they prepare there is incredibly good. But 20 euros goes away quickly, and I think it's just very expensive for a restaurant that comes across like a burger joint where you don't tend to sit comfortably together.

If you're craving fried chicken wings, this is the place to be. They are fried in a crispy breading - very crispy on the outside and nice and soft and juicy on the inside. The spicy version is VERY spicy and hot, but also intensely delicious. Small recommendation - lip care afterwards, otherwise they will burn.

One of the best fried chicken on Berlin for me. Nice ambience, fast service. Their Biscuits are the hidden gem. Definitely going back for more.

I looove southern fried chicken. And was looking forward to digging into this place. The chicken itself was ok. I was expecting more flavor. One of the pieces had blood coming from the inside (from inside the bone). I asked the owner if this was normal and he said it doesn’t happen a lot but it can happen. He was friendly and asked if I wanted him to fry it again, but I said no. I didn’t want the fried chicken to be double fried. :-/ The mashed potatoes and gravy were also ok. I felt they lacked some flavor as well. Also, it took nearly 20 minutes to get my food. Note that when I arrived, there were only two people dining there and eating already. Would I go back and try the same dish? No. Would I be open to go back and try their chicken wings, and biscuits, yes? Sometimes one experience doesn’t define all others, which is why I always give most restaurants the benefit of the doubt… especially if the service is friendly.

Best chicken in town! Nothing else to add... Go try it yourself.

I recently went to New York to try Magnolia Bakery‘s famous banana pudding… and let me tell you that the one at Nola is a lot better. Go try it for yourself! Their Nashville chicken is also incredible and proper spicy!

I’ve been to Nola once and had their Chicken Sandwich and my opinion is on par with many in the reviews. It’s meh. But the shop and it’s story sounded good so Yesterday I gave them another chance, this time with chicken wings and oh boy were they good. The biscuit divine. Fries a bit soggy but hey, it’s food delivery (maybe a new packaging can be found). So nola won my heart and I will be back as these were some of the best chicken wings in Berlin.

First off, the food tastes really good. The chicken sandwich tastes how it classically should and Nashville hot wings have some proper heat that I really enjoyed. The prices here are crazy though and make the food, no matter how good, not worth it. A small portion of wings, fries, sauce and a drink make you end up around 19 euros, without even being full. The chicken sandwich is small and costs another 12 on top. There is no option to choose a combo or something like that with transparent pricing, instead you have to pay 4 euros for a simple add on like pickles. Keep in mind portion sizes here are small. The waiter interrupted my order multiple times to ask me if I would like x add on without even mentioning how much they cost. Also a small blue cheese dip for 3.8 euros is something even hotel kitchens in Berlin would not do. So to sum up, great tasting food. Scammy pricing.

Tasty but expensive. If you're not a pro in spicy food, don't order the spicy version! I wish they had an option to do half non-spicy and half spicy, it was really difficult to finish it.

Double fried fries but soggy af. Burger is not eatible without falling apart completely. Flavors are not outstanding but great crunch.

My very honest take here is that the sandwich is a great rather small chicken sandwich for a way to high price at 12€ and if you wanna add a piece of cheese + a pickle to it, it’s an additional 2€, on top of that comes a not so traditional coleslaw for 6€ if you’d like to add that as a side. So for the picture below, I paid 20€… Overall, great taste but bad value!

Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio at this store is simply not right. The chicken with mashed potatoes costs just under €20 without any extras. In return you get a leg, a breast and a small portion of mashed potatoes with a dollop of sauce. If you're hungry, you won't be satisfied with it. Every additional ingredient in the sandwich costs extra, even pickles. The fries (to be ordered separately) are average, they charge €5. A small cookie: €3. In addition, the food was almost lukewarm when it arrived. Overall, you're happy to leave around €20-30 for a meal without the guarantee that you'll really be full. This is a price range that you would otherwise be used to in upscale restaurants. The service was also just bad. Waited at the counter for 2 minutes before anyone responded to me (I was the only one in the store). We waited about 30 minutes for the order (that should be quicker with "fast food" like fried chicken and fries) and cutlery and dishes were hastily and wordlessly placed on the table. There are so many fried chicken spots in Berlin that are cheaper, faster and friendlier. Save yourself the journey.

The buttermilk chicken sandwich is awesome!!!

I’m from near New Orleans and I would say everything I’ve tried here is quite close to authentic. The fried chicken is really good…they know how to do the batter for Louisiana chicken. I’d recommend the chicken sandwich and chicken & mash. Also it’s nice to have the hot sauce options that are usually hard to find.

This chicken sandwich is currently my top 1 in Berlin, and I think I’ve tried most of them. It’s super crispy and juicy inside, perfectly marinated, you can taste top quality ingredients. Coleslaw was a bit disappointing tho.

Top quality chicken burger, probably the best in town. The Nashville wings are definitely not "German spicy", the were full of flavour and hot enough to get the blood flowing. Biscuit was buttery and delicious and the beer selection was great. Will be back

Me and my wife stopped in for lunch, we ordered chicken sandwiches with fries and chipotle dipping sauce, all was excellent and tasted great. They also stock one of our favourite drinks Jarritos which we had to get.

Food is good. I am not sure if worth the hype. But good sandwich overall. Probably 3.5 stars, so rounded up to 4. Service was a bit odd — didn't feel very hospitable or welcoming. Maybe bad day? Place is also really chilly 🥶 inside. The extra charge of €1,20 for one (1) slice of cheese, €0,80 for one or two pieces of pickled cucumbers and another €0,80 for the hot sauce seemed a bit greedy to me. All that on a 12 Euro sandwich. And also without mentioning it.

Delicious food, nice and juicy chicken sandwich. Louisiana hot sauce is legit, chipotle mayo is great, fries nice and crispy. The menu is compact and simple, tofu options available too! Can definitely recommend the lunch special of sandwich/fries/homemade lemonade :)

Super leckeres fried chicken. Das Restaurant ist auch gemütlich eingerichtet und die Bedienung ist super nett.

Das Essen ist in Ordnung, aber nicht evtraordinär, und ich finde es zu teuer - obwohl ich sogar noch das Lunch-Offer hatte. Ist wahrscheinlich der "Mitte-Zuschlag". War zur kalten Jahreszeit dort und leider war es richtig, richtig kalt im Laden.

Had the chicken sandwhich delivered a couple of weeks ago. Juicy chicken. Definitely jucier than other chicken sandwiches in Berlin. Highly recommended to try out.

Restaurant war fast leer - Wartezeit über 40 Minuten (zu lange) Kellner kam an den Tisch und bat mich an der Theke zu bestellen (viel zu kompliziert und Service unterirdisch) Nun zum Chicken und zum Preis: war in den letzten 2 Wochen bei Angry Chicken und bei Chix Fried Chicken und im direkten Vergleich war es meiner Meinung nach das schlechteste und auch noch teuerstes Chicken. Zusätzliche war die Portion Kartoffelpüree und Chicken für den Preis von 18 Euro ziemlich klein. Lohnt sich für mich nicht Mit Beilagen geizt man nicht- bin recht hungrig gegangen. Geschmacklich war es 3 von 5 Sternen und okay

Nachdem wir die Speisenkarte draußen studiert haben, sind wir ohne zu Essen wieder gegangen. Daher kann ich nicht beurteilen, wie das Essen schmeckt. Aber da ich im Internet nach einem "kreolischen, karibischen" Essen gesucht habe und das Nola dort aufgeführt wurde, war ich sehr enttäuscht, dass auf der kleinen Karte überhaupt nichts nach Karibik aussah. Es gab für 15,00 € Chicken mit verschiedenen Soßen, aber ohne Beilagen; die kosteten nochmals 4,00 €. Was ich übertrieben teuer finde! Am Nachbartisch hat eine Familie über die Hälfte des Essens stehen gelassen, das war für mich auch ein Grund vor der Bestellung zu gehen. Das Lokal ist wohl hauptsächlich für seine Chicken und Fries bekannt (was wohl auch lecker schmecken wird?). Aber bei den überhöhten Preisen und nicht wie angepriesen keine karibische Küche ist mir persönlich der Appetit vergangen!

The smoked tofu sandwich is one of the best meals I've had since arriving in Berlin in 2015. The recipe is not too complex, but each flavour and texture complement each other perfectly. A real must-try for vegans or non-vegans, everyone can enjoy it. The restaurant was quiet when we went, with a friendly relaxed atmosphere that was comfortable, and the food really spoke for itself.

Menge und Geschmack wirklich nur absolutes Mittelfeld. Nachdem ich positive Artikel übers Nola gelesen habe und ich grundsätzlich ein großer Chicken-Freund bis, habe ich das Restaurant zum Mittagessen besucht und voller Vorfreude die Classics, die Fries, den Slaw und die Limetten-Mayo bestellt. Ich muss zugeben, dass mich nichts davon wirklich überzeugt hat. Dafür dann aber rund 20€ auf den Tisch zu legen, war zusammengefasst eher eine Enttäuschung.
