We went to the restaurant with friends and ate on the roof terrace. The starters (salmon and beef) were excellent, as was the steak and my husband had the coq au vin. The wine selection thanks to the friendly service was just as perfect as the entire ambience.

Tolle Küche, die auch ein wenig überraschen kann. Highlight war dass an dem Abend auch noch eine Gitarrist auf der Terrasse gespielt hat. War eine schöne Sommerabend-Stimmung mit sehr nettem Personal. Komme gerne wieder ins THE ROOF

Wir waren zu zweit im THE ROOF und hatten das Sharing Menü. Der herzliche Empfang vom F&B Manager und Küchenchef hat sofort einen besonderen Abend eingeläutet. Platziert wurden wir an einem Tisch direkt am Fenster mit einem wundervollen Ausblick über die Dächer Düsseldorfs. Das Sharing Menü bestehend aus Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Nachspeise ist seinen Preis auf jeden Fall wert und wird sicherlich jeden satt machen. Alle Gerichte aus der asiatischen Fusionküche haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt und sogar auf unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Auch den Service möchten wir besonders positiv hervorheben, da er stets freundlich und schnell erfolgte. Zum Abschluss gab es eine persönliche Cocktailempfehlung, mit der wir einen tollen Abend ausklingen lassen durften. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und empfehlen das THE ROOF sehr gerne guten Gewissens weiter.

Top Location mit sehr freundlichem Personal, charmante Einrichtung bis hin zu den Toiletten. Rundum Blick von mehreren Terrassen. Die Karte verspricht viel und hält es auch. Sehr gute Küche von der Anrichte bis zum Geschmack ein Fest, Große Weinkarte bei der kein Wunsch offen bleibt. Wir haben es als Kiezbewohner ausprobiert und sind überzeugt. Das war nicht das letzte Mal. PS.: Das Frühstück habe ich alleine probiert und auch das war toll. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Toller Ansatz, sehr interessante Aussicht (dafür die Punkte), aber das war es auch schon. Ein Barbecue, das nen Namen nicht verdient, Desserts a'la Convenience und Kellner, die Probleme mit den Weinsorten haben. Dafür ist das einfach viel zu teuer. Lieber nicht nochmal.

A disappointing visit despite a beautiful location As someone who likes to eat out often, both nationally and internationally, and is always curious about the diverse preparation methods of Fusion Kitchen, I had high expectations for this restaurant. Unfortunately, these expectations were only partially fulfilled. Our evening started with a ceviche, which was a big disappointment. The pieces were roughly cut, both the fish and the avocado. The balance of flavors was completely off, with a distinct lack of acidity, which is essential for an authentic ceviche. Overall, this dish had little to do with the original, fresh and finely tuned style of a ceviche. Unfortunately, the miso burger that I tried afterwards wasn't a masterpiece either. The bun was very reminiscent of a pretzel roll, which was already the first disappointment. The patty itself tasted dry and like a finished product - no trace of juicy, aromatic quality. A small highlight, if you can call it that, were the side dishes: the wild broccoli and the triplet potatoes were well prepared and tasty, but they couldn't make up for the disappointment with the main courses. What ultimately saved our visit was the wonderful atmosphere of the restaurant, the stylish furnishings and the excellent wine. The location is really beautiful and invites you to linger. Because of these positive aspects, we could imagine coming back - but only to drink cocktails or wine. Unfortunately not because of the food.

Alles war Bestens. Der Service war echt klasse. Dominik war sehr aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich. Genauso muss das sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Je suis resté sur ma faim… j ai attendu 15 min ayant la chance d’avoir une table, ensuite j’ai du appeler le serveur en pensant qu’on m’avait oublie le serveur vient me voir on me disant nous sommes désolé la cuisine est fermé et nous n’avons plus rien… a 21:30 je suis resté sur la beauté du restaurant😀…

Wir waren zum Abendessen ( Hochzeitstag ) im „ THE ROOF „. Bei unserer Ankunft im Restaurant wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und an einen schönen Tisch gebracht. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das vom Küchenteam zubereitete BBQ-Buffet war sehr lecker. Es war ein schöner Abend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben den Geburtstag meines Bruders im kleinen Familienkreis gefeiert. An dem Tag gab es noch zwei weitere große Gruppen, die vom Personal viel Aufmerksamkeit gefordert hat, daher wurden uns ausgewählte Gänge-Menüs angeboten, damit wir nicht lange auf unser Essen warten mussten, was wir auch angenommen haben. Trotz Allem war das Personal sehr aufmerksam, das Essen war sehr lecker und mein Bruder bekam ein tolles Geburtstags Dessert und wurde auf einen Wein eingeladen. Wir werden sicher noch einmal hingehen.

Great food, good ambience. A bit out of the way, parking was a bit challenging.

We were there yesterday for dinner and wanted to sit outside but was too cold. I think sitting outside is quite amazing. The restaurant is ok, but has hotel atmosphere. We had the poke powl that was by far the worst I ever had and tiny: mainly dry rice, a few edamame, tiny portion seaweeds, tiny drops of sauce with ananas- that’s it. 19 EUR. My husband had very good food but tiny portion for 44 EUR: very small tuna steak (very well done), 3 asparagus and a bit of broccoli with soy sauce. Nothing fancy but tasty. I was really disappointed- the hotel guests had buffet.. looked quite good

We went to THE ROOF today to test it because we wanted to visit it with friends in July. Service friendly and attentive from start to finish. View very nice. Wine and drinks are suitable. There is a deduction for my meal Tabbouleh. My starter was missing coriander, chickpeas and Thai basil. The cauliflower should probably have been marinated in a pesto style (please see pictures). My friend ordered tuna ceviche. The tuna was too thick and stringy (you can see in the picture). My main course (the ox cheeks) was too bland. In contrast to my friend's, the food was too salty. Maybe we are too critical but at 150 euros you expect something. The map reads very well, everything around it fits, the points are deducted for what is on the table. We won't come in July but we will follow and wish for the further path THE ROOF all the best.

Super Location , top Ausblick von den Terassen, sehr aufmerksames Personal

We were there for the first time. The location is really very nice and you can sit very well on the terrace. The two of us treated ourselves to the culinary journey. First there was a roll with sea salt butter. Unfortunately, the roll was (probably) a leftover from the breakfast buffet. There were four variations of the starter and there was nothing wrong with the starter. Some of the other ingredients were fresh and the combinations were successful. We continued with the main course, again with four variations. Unfortunately, none of the four main courses could even begin to match the quality and taste of the starters. Unfortunately the house chick was dry. The ox cheek was bland in taste. The gyozas were ok but not good enough for the price range. The shrimp also clearly lacked flavor. For dessert there was coconut milk pudding and a yuzu cheesecake. Unfortunately, the coconut milk pudding wasn't convincing either. The cheesecake was way better and the highlight of the culinary trip. At the beginning the service was friendly, but also a little unstructured. After the criticism of the main course, people were still trying, but when we criticized the coconut milk pudding, the mood changed a little. The service offered us two more cheese cakes as an apology. However, the kitchen suggested a rhubarb sorbet to us. When we rejected this suggestion (we both don't like rhubarb), we were told that the cheesecake was also supposedly out. Neither the service employee nor the restaurant manager(?) says goodbye to us after we paid the bill (the full amount). We will not give this location a second chance.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort. Die Location ist wirklich sehr schön und auf der Terrasse kann man sehr gut sitzen. Wir haben uns zu zweit die kulinarische Reise gegönnt. Vorweg gab es ein Brötchen mit Meersalz Butter. Leider war das Brötchen (vermutlich) ein Überbleibsel vom Frühstücksbuffet. Zur Vorspeise gab es vier Variationen an der Vorspeise war soweit nichts. Die weiteren Zutaten waren jedoch zum Teil frisch und die Kombinationen waren gelungen. Weiter ging es dann mit der Hauptspeise auch hier wieder vier Variationen. Leider konnte keine der vier Hauptspeisen auch nur ansatzweise die Qualität und den Geschmack der Vorspeisen halten. Das Stubenküken war leider trocken. Das Ochsen Bäckchen war fad im Geschmack. Die Gyozas waren in Ordnung, aber für die Preisklasse nicht gut genug. Auch den Garnelen hat es eindeutig an Geschmack gefehlt. Zum Dessert gab es einen Kokosmilchreis und einen Yuzucheesecake. Leider konnte der Kokosmilchreis auch nicht überzeugen. Der Cheesecake war um Längen besser und das Highlight der Kulinarischen Reise. Anfang war der Service freundlich, aber auch ein wenig unstrukturiert. Nach der Kritik zur Hauptspeise war man noch bemüht aber als wir dann den Kokosmilchreis kritisierten, schlug die Stimmung doch ein wenig um. Der Service bot uns erst als Entschuldigung noch mal zwei Cheese Cakes an. Von der Küche wurde uns dann jedoch der Vorschlag eines Rhabarbersorbes gemacht, als wir diesen Vorschlag ablehnten (Wir mögen beide kein Rhabarber) Wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass auch der Cheesecake angeblich aus wäre. Weder der Servicemitarbeiter noch der Restaurant Leiter(?) Verabschiedet sich von uns, nachdem wir die Rechnung beglichen (den vollen Betrag). Wir werden dieser Location keine zweite Chance geben.

Very, very good and fresh food, I haven't eaten this well in a long time, service was also excellent, our waiter Gant took care of us :) The restaurant has a very clean but warm atmosphere, the view over Düsseldorf is magnificent and there is free parking! We'll be back 10/10 :)

The Roof at the b'mine Hotel deserved a second chance, that was our assessment. And we were pleasantly surprised. The ambience within the restaurant was very stylish the first time and the terraces with the view over Flingern and parts of Düsseldorf's eastern city center are unique. It's also worth chilling out here and having food and drinks or just a refreshing drink. There is a very pleasant atmosphere in the rooms, especially in this great weather the terraces are worth it. Let's get to the important thing, dinner. We've had the pleasure before, but unfortunately it wasn't. There was only food from the deep fryer and with little taste. Even the great service couldn't make up for that that day. Now new year, new luck. We chose a few dishes from the menu, kind of like a sharing dinner. And luckily for us, the food was a sensation, everything had taste and there were some surprises in the food, such as: pasta infused with truffles. The (new) kitchen team shows enthusiasm for cooking and creativity. Even the dessert, which we as self-confessed "creme brulee" connoisseurs didn't initially catch up with, was surprised to find that it had an interesting taste with the mango. Maybe there's a great dessert to go with it, how about crème brûlée? As always, the service was courteous and always on hand. The aperitifs were great and the selection of a French red wine was perfect without any input from us. This suited the evening 100 percent. Nice evening, great food. Thanks to the whole restaurant team. Conclusion: Worth a recommendation, it can now be easily placed in the various good restaurant circles in Düsseldorf.

We were at The Roof for the first time today and were able to enjoy the Easter brunch. The selection was excellent and the value for money was absolutely justified, drinks with various juices were even included. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Wir waren da für der Ostern Brunch (das erste weil das Hotel ist 1 jahr alt) von 10-16Uhr. Sehr schöne eingericht war alles da, von süss bis salzig, frische säfte, Obst, warm Mahlzeit, vegetarisch, fish, Fleisch ... sogar Austern. Die Küche ist " offen", die gesamt staff ist sehr freundlich un d aufmerksam. Location ist super, sehr hell am 6te Stock und zum Nachtisch und Kaffe haben wir uns auf den die Terrasse gesessen. Wir werden sicherlich nochmal The roof wieder besuchen. Merci an der gesamt Team

Absolute recommendation! Extremely friendly and attentive staff and a great atmosphere! We chose the tasting menu for 2 people and loved the concept! 4 starters, 4 main courses and 2 desserts are randomly selected from the menu and served. So you get to know almost 50% of the menu in just one evening. Everything tasted excellent! Price-performance ratio is absolutely fair! Always my pleasure!

Top service, great bar! We had a large company event at the hotel last week. The service was great and reliable, as were the staff in the kitchen and at the bar. Only at dinner did our employees eat faster than the police allowed, so it took a while until the food at the buffet was refilled accordingly. All in all it was a pleasant stay. Gladly again!

Sehr Schöne Location mit gepflegtem Service und ausgewählten Gerichten in üppigen (!) Portionen - hier können wir die Kritik anderer Besucher nicht nachvollziehen, dass es „überschaubar“ wäre , vielleicht lag es daran , dass wir à la carte und nicht das wirklich preiswerte Menü bestellt haben. Insgesamt eine echte Empfehlung- vermutlich noch schöner im Sommer auf der Terrasse !

Absolute insider tip! Slightly hidden in the Hotel b'mine Düsseldorf, there is a wonderful restaurant and bar on the 6th floor. The food was high quality and, for my taste, moderately priced and very tasty. Likewise the cocktails and the extensive wine list. We'll definitely be back!

Sehr schönes Ambiente, mit tollen Blick und stimmigem Innendesign. Beim Essen war ich nicht zufrieden - das Essen schmeckte nicht besonders herausragend, sehr kleine Portionen zu einem zu hohen Preis. Beispiel: Das Rinderfilet für einen Preis von 35.00 Euro war auf einen riesigen Teller quasi allein gelassen - als Bonus gab es nur eine Teetassen große Portion ungesalzene Pommes. Lediglich ein kleiner Streifen Pommesgewürz befand sich neben dem Fleisch. Der Service war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt stehen die Preise nicht im Verhältnis zu den Leistungen im kulinarischen Bereich. Ein Besuch ist dennoch kein verloren gegangenes Erlebnis.

Leider passte das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis beim Essen absolut nicht. Keine Beilagen zu den Gerichten, einfach nur ein Stück Fleisch auf dem Teller....ohne irgendwelche Dekorationen....und sehr lieblos angerichtet.

Sehr freundlich zu Gast und Hund, daher klare Empfehlung für Hundebesitzer! Gutes Essen/Trinken. Preise im Verhältnis aber etwas zu gehoben. Diese könnten -insbesondere aufgrund der Portionsgrösse- ein wenig angepasster sein.

First of all: the food is great, the atmosphere is also nice. The waiter was also very, very friendly. However, we had to wait longer to even get a ticket. This is because the team may not be very well-coordinated or there may not be enough staff in general. Of course, this does not correspond to the higher price level. We had the duck from the bar menu, which is sensationally good... it costs €18. Then there are summer rolls for €15, which of course is disproportionate to the duck. In my opinion, summer rolls aren't really an art and that's why I think €15 for three summer rolls is definitely too much. There should generally be a few more food options than the bar menu. We'll just wait and see what happens. We would like to go there again, but there needs to be a little improvement. I'm also sorry to say for the waiter that the service wasn't good. As I said, he was very, very nice, but he had far too much to do, so I think that maybe management doesn't agree with that either. I'm also very curious to see whether this upscale class works in Flingern. We will definitely go again and wish you the best of luck despite everything.

Dieses restaurant hat einen Restaurantstern verdient. Die servierten Kombination waren außergewöhnlich und dabei auch noch außergewöhnlich gut. Kaum ein anderes Restaurant in Düsseldorf - und ich kenne viele - hat eine solche Geschmacksvielfalt zu bieten. Dazu das Ambiente, wahnsinnig schön. Auch ohen den phantastischen Blick aus dem sechsten Stock, alleine die geschmackvolle Auswahl von Möbeln, farben Accessoires ist 5 Sterne wert.

Ich hatte das 7-Gang-Menue. Es war fantastisch. Ein rundum gelungene Essen, Service herausragend und sehr freundlich.

We were excited about the newly opened restaurant "The Roof" in the b'mine Hotel Düsseldorf and were unfortunately very disappointed. The advantage is the beautiful roof terraces for a warm summer evening. The disadvantages are the inadequate service (too few staff, long waiting times for drinks and food, poor service at the table, e.g. the glasses from the aperitif were not cleared from the table until we left the restaurant more than 3 hours later). But the performance of the kitchen is also not convincing. The 4-course menu we ordered was characterized by a waiting time of more than an hour for the amuse gueule, other courses also took a long time, and a bland and uninspired world of taste. Bread was only served after repeated requests. One of the starters already had a dried surface (egg cream). The wild-caught turbot served in the main course was completely overcooked and dry, the polenta was dried out and the bruschetta tomato cubes with onions on top had an unsuitable taste. The chef doesn't want to hear criticism.

Modern restaurant with great views, great terraces and friendly service. The cuisine is Asian and internationally oriented. Definitely worth a visit.

Service sehr gut. Räumlichkeiten (Dachterrasse) hervorragend. Essen außergewöhnlich. Ein positives Geschmackserlebnis. Insgesamt ein sehr guter harmonischer Abend mit gutem Essen und Trinken.

Leider gab es nur 2 Hauptgerichte (35 und 50€) und nur 1 Dessert…. Insgesamt war es aber ein sehr schöner Abend.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Abend in dieser außergewöhnlichen Location verbracht. Zunächst hatten wir unseren Aperitif auf einer der tollen Terrassen. Danach haben wir unser Menü aus der Asian Fusion Küche im Restaurant sehr genossen. Das Servicepersonal war dabei stets aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

Ich war hier gestern zum Essen mit meiner Freundin. Ich muss sagen es war einfach toll. Mega Küche, freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Über die kleinen Fehler die nach so einer Neueröffnung absolut normal sind kann ich recht einfach hinweg sehen, nach so einem tollen Abend. Wir kommen gerne wieder hier stimmt einfach das Preis, Leistungs Verhältnis. Bis bald, wir freuen uns !!!

Tolle Location mit einer klassen Rooftop Bar. Essen was uns angeboten wurde, war leider viel zu überteuert und viel zu wenig. Wenn man das ganze in Relatiion setzt, bleibt leider nichts übrig als so wenig Punkte zu geben. Ich hoffe dir überlegen sich nochmal das Konzept, weil die Location so viel her gibt

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend. Das Essen war großartig, der Blick, das Ambiente und der Service waren großartig.

Die Location selbst ist außergewöhnlich. Wir haben auf der Terrasse morgens das Frühstück in luftiger Atmosphäre genossen. Die Hintergrundmusik ist dezent, das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet und die Qualität insbesondere des Brotes könnte aber deutlich besser sein. Insgesamt war das Essen aber in Ordnung. Für das Frühstück werden wir allerdings nicht nochmal kommen.

Zweite mal dort, Speisekarte komplett umgekrempelt. Übersichtlicher geworden und nicht mehr ganz so große Auswahl. Veranstaltung mit sehr lauter Musik(die an sich jetzt nicht gestört hat) dadurch bedingt aber Service total überfordert, und anscheinend auch die Küche. Dessert aus diesem Grund auch garnicht mehr bestellt. Leider den erst Eindruck nicht mehr bestätigt. Schade

Toller Service 👍Essen ist auch top, Dessert (Cheesecake) war nicht meins. Ansonsten bin ich gespannt ob sich die Location mit den angeboten Speisen dort durchsetzen wird.

Neu in Düsseldorf: eine Rooftop-Bar. Gerade im Sommer ein fantastischer Ort, ob zum Morgenkaffee oder Abend-Drink. Von der 6. Etage aus hat man einen tollen Blick über Flingern und die Stadt. Moderner Stil, passend zum Hotel. Der Service ist sehr gut, gute Beratung und Empfehlungen, sehr aufmerksam. Die Speisen sind ausgezeichnet - allerdings viel zu teuer. The Roof bleibt aber eine Empfehlung als Bar.

Fünf Sterne, da das Service Team sowie Küche super perfekt arbeiten und darüber hinaus auch sehr freundlich ist. Das Ambiente auf den Terrassen sucht in Düsseldorf seinesgleichen. Getränke und Essen entspricht der angebotenen hohen Qualität.

Coole Location mit vielen interessanten Perspektiven von DUS. Sehr freundlicher Service, entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Küche macht sehr viel Freude. Sehr faires Preis/Leistungverhältnis. Ein echter Gewinn für Düsseldorf

Neues außergewöhnliches Restaurant mit Bar in Düsseldorf. Sehr stylisches Ambiente gekoppelt mit einer hervorragenden Asian Fusion Küche erhält man hier auch einen perfekten Service. Ich war ganz sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort und kann nur jedem empfehlen, dort einmal hinzugehen!

Einfallsreiches, sehr leckeres 7 Gang Menü mit top Service. Jedes Gericht wurde liebevoll angerichtet und es gab einige spannende und total leckere Geschmacksüberraschungen Sehr schöne Einrichtung und ein toller Blick über Flingern. Ein rundum gelungener Abend.

Glückwunsch zum Restaurant mit sehr gelungener Architektur im etwas neueren Stil. Sehr angenehmer Service und vor allem die Küche verdient besonderes Lob. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
