Fantastic and friendly staff for our dinner reservation at 6PM. Food was delicious with very good portion. Ambience and atmosphere were very nice. We appreciate the staff for letting us sit on the table facing the window, to view the beautiful river and city. Thank you so much to the staff and chef for making our wonderful evening to be one of the most memorable moments!

A truly special experience! First, you're whisked up 170 meters in the elevator – the ride is so fast you feel a bit of pressure in your ears. Once you reach the top, you can leave your coats and are then politely shown to your table. The highlight, of course, is the fantastic view over Düsseldorf and far beyond. The outer ring, on which the tables are located, rotates a full 70 minutes or so – so you constantly discover new perspectives and wonder what you're seeing. It's beautiful in the dark, but we'll definitely come back in daylight! The bar with a few tables is located in the inner, fixed area. The restrooms are right by the entrance, but you can easily walk through the rings to get there. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and they were happy to explain things like where you can see the airport or what exactly "Japanese fusion style" means – sharing dishes at the table is encouraged, but of course, it's not mandatory. The food was very good overall – we were particularly impressed by the gyozas, the steak, and the cocktails. The duck salad wasn't quite to my taste, but the edamame more than made up for it. The dessert, "Yuzu Yogurt with Mango Mousse," was a lovely ending, and the wait times were pleasantly short. Tip: There's a viewing platform below the restaurant – definitely worth checking out!

We had made a reservation. The reception downstairs by the elevator seemed unprofessional. It was noticeable that supposed VIP guests were given preferential treatment and allowed to go upstairs immediately, while we had to wait. Upstairs, we were greeted by an usher who wanted to assign us the first available table, even though there were plenty of empty seats. At the table, we also had to wait quite a while before we received our menus and could order drinks. The cocktails tasted very good, but there was no straw. After asking the waitresses twice, I approached the usher, who simply told me that she was "part of management" and not responsible for such things. This came across as unnecessarily arrogant. The food was good, and the view was, of course, a highlight. Overall, however, one gets the impression that both guests and staff take themselves too seriously. Conclusion: A visit is worthwhile for the view and the food, but the service and atmosphere leave much to be desired – hence, not five stars.

What can I say? Amazing food in a fantastic location. Of course, it comes at a price, but it's absolutely worth it. I was not only impressed by the quality of the menu, but also surprised by the quantity. For a special meal on a special occasion, Qomo is a top-notch choice, even if you're traveling from Cologne. 😋

The food quality has declined drastically. The service was always attentive, but our appetizer arrived after the main course – and the aperitif too! Main course: extremely mediocre sushi! View over the city: fantastic, but that's about it!

This time we were very disappointed by two things: 1. The DJ in the bar was adjusting the sound system and turned the bass up extremely high for an extended period, which was very disruptive! 2. My wife and I had to wait almost 20 minutes for our main courses. This is unacceptable for a dinner date. Otherwise, the venue is fantastic, especially in the evenings.

A very pleasant atmosphere and very attentive and helpful staff. We felt very comfortable and drove home feeling relaxed and satisfied. We would love to come back and will definitely recommend you.

What a wonderful restaurant and a beautiful experience! The food was delicious, and the service was not only quick but also very friendly. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, and the view was stunning. When i'm back in Dusseldorf, i will definitely go to QOMO again.

The food was good! Of course, you pay for the experience, but since we spent over €1,000, I found it shocking how incredibly unfriendly the waitresses were. Our entire group noticed it, and each of us was truly shocked. There were actually 2-3 waitresses who were so unfriendly—we'd never experienced anything like it before. Example: The waitress couldn't turn on the flash on her phone after we asked for a group photo. Suddenly, she just walked away angrily, leaving the phone there. Or the main waitress for us that evening: Never a thank you, a smile, or anything else friendly. Not even after I tipped despite the unacceptable unfriendliness. In any case, we would never come back, also because the value for money wasn't good.

It was a wonderful evening at Qomo. After a short wait at the elevator, as many people just wanted to go up to the observation deck, we were taken quickly and free of charge to the restaurant. Upon arrival, we were very kindly seated. The food was all beautifully presented and delicious. The view over Düsseldorf was very pleasant that evening. A great evening, a lovely ambiance, and a perfect all-round experience. There are also plenty of parking spaces right by the door, although card payments are not accepted! It's best to bring some change.

Fiasco. Great location undoubtedly but...service was a chaos: waiters overstressed, food took at least 40 minutes to be served and last but not least we were asked to leave the table because of the next reservation. My suggestion: go for a glass of sec, share an appetizer, enjoy the fantastic view and choose a different place for dinner!.

It was a beautiful evening with a fantastic view. The food was good. The service seemed very hectic to me. We had a table on October 24, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. What surprised us was that the exit wasn't lit in the dark. The floor was wet from the rain, which I consider very critical (risk of accidents) for a restaurant of your caliber!

The service was very friendly, helpful and keen to process orders quickly. The food was a wonderful new experience for our family of nine; everyone enjoyed it very much, from the 4 and 9 year olds to the 75-year-old. The 2-hour time slot was fine for us because of the small children, but it still took us a little longer because one of our group wasn't able to arrive on time and we therefore had to wait a bit to order. The time between the starters and the main courses was also a little longer and the really delicious side dish of broccoli for one of the main courses was unfortunately only brought out after the main course had already been eaten, which also contributed to the fact that the 2-hour time limit could not be met. That was the only downside, and something that certainly shouldn't happen given the not-so-low prices. But organizing logistics so perfectly is a challenge, so I understand that mistakes do happen now and then. So that's no reason for me to deviate from a good rating. The ambiance with the great view is also very nice, of course, and even the elevator operators contribute to a pleasant welcome experience with their friendly manner.

A very nice place. Just be aware that if you reserve a table at 6:00 PM, you'll be reminded after an hour and a half that you only have half an hour left. Overall, it's fine, but if you wait 50 minutes for the main course, the coziness is ruined. Especially when the food you ordered is cold. The service staff, with their lack of attention, didn't contribute to any relaxation. Furthermore, you should be aware that if you go out to dinner with five people, the fifth person will be seated in front of you at a table for four. There's absolutely not enough space for this, as you're halfway in the aisle. Unfortunately, the magnificent view doesn't help improve the impression and experience. It's a shame

I spontaneously visited QOMO and got a table right away without a reservation – I was very pleasantly surprised. The employee who took my order was incredibly friendly and attentive. He really took the time to explain each dish to me and even gave me personal recommendations. I come from a rather humble background and have managed to build a financially independent life for myself. This was my first time experiencing such luxury – and it was simply indescribable. The ambiance, the people, and especially the panoramic view took my breath away. I had barely placed my order when the food arrived – perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. And what can I say: It was the best sushi I've ever eaten! The difference compared to regular restaurants is enormous – here you can feel the professionalism, passion, and attention of the entire team in every detail. To finish off, I tried the cheesecake – and honestly, I almost cried 😅 So creamy, so delicate, simply heavenly! I was dressed in a light blue tracksuit set with white shoes and an AP (typical foreigner 😂) on my wrist – and was treated with the utmost respect and like a star. A huge thank you to the entire QOMO team for this unforgettable experience. I'll definitely be back! 💙🍣🍰✨

Sitting 172 meters above Düsseldorf is certainly an experience. But you don't have to come here for the food, which is certainly not bad. You pay for the view – and it's a hefty price!

I celebrated my 25th birthday at Qomo. It was an 8/10, the drinks and cocktails a 9/10. Unfortunately, the service and waitress only get 2 out of 5 stars. Drinks were forgotten and only brought after several requests. One waitress was very rude and made a face that made me feel uneasy. All in all, a nice experience, but the waitress needs some work.

The food is a delight, the service is excellent, and the view is indescribable. We were there on October 16, 2025, a Thursday. What bothered us after just a short while was the music, which was too loud and inappropriate. The music was a bit too stressful for such a beautiful ambiance. We mentioned this to the waitress, who told us that several guests felt this way, but unfortunately, she had no control over it. If the music is adjusted, this will be the number one restaurant in Düsseldorf for us, and it will receive a full 5 stars.

I celebrated my birthday with my husband. We spent €120 together. The view was beautiful. The food was delicious and the portions weren't large. There's parking near the restaurant, and you can pay by the hour. The service was fast and good. It was quiet in the restaurant, and we were able to chat casually. We enjoyed everything very much.

The entire meal was unfortunately overshadowed by the constant reminders from the waiter that we had to leave at 8 p.m. During the appetizer, we were informed that the main course had to be brought. The appetizer was then cleared away in no time. However, we had to wait five minutes for the main course. As the main course was served, we were immediately informed that our table was only reserved until 8 p.m. and that there was dessert. When we pointed out that we had just waited 15 minutes for the main course, the only response was, "I'll pass this on to the kitchen." We were subsequently asked twice more to finish the main course soon. After that, we waited another 15 minutes for dessert – accompanied by further reminders that the table would soon be available. Finally, as dessert was being served, we were presented with the bill and shortly afterward informed again that the table would be available from 8:30 p.m. As good as the food was and as beautiful as the view was, we won't be coming back under these circumstances. A thoroughly unpleasant experience.

Great location, a fantastic experience. Good value for money, an unusual sushi selection. Very friendly staff. We had three menus at our table, all of which were different and thus a bit confusing, especially with regard to the number of pieces to expect.

It serves modern Japanese cuisine and cocktails with a view of the sunset. 💡 Feature: On the facade of the tower there is the world's largest LED clock - Lichtzeitpegel. It shows the time with vertical light dots.

nice view on Düsseldorf by night, tasty dishes, but quite pricy…

The ambiance is definitely something special and stands out from other restaurants, and is definitely an experience. However, those prone to motion sickness should be careful, as the restaurant constantly rotates. There are seats where you sit with your back to the glass front, but the interior walls naturally rotate as well. The service was average overall. A positive point is that each dish was briefly explained upon serving, which I found very attentive. However, they didn't proactively ask if we'd like another drink or if everything was okay. That was a shame, as it lacked the personal touch that characterizes good service. We were unfortunately disappointed with the food (2x Kyoto menu). The taste was below average. Even at normal prices, we wouldn't go back. You almost get the feeling that many guests are blinded by the special ambiance and the high prices, believing the food to be above average.

In short... the service was really unfriendly. I was yelled at for taking a menu from another table. I was then insulted by a female employee, even though the man at the other table wanted to give it to us. The food was okay, but I would have preferred a kebab to eating such expensive rubbish. Conclusion: It was a unique experience, and I will never go there again and would advise anyone else against it because the service thinks they're above the rest, especially the women there for some reason with their minimum wage.

The restaurant is nice, but there are a few things that are really strange and rude: On my first visit, I had to pay the entrance fee downstairs even though I explicitly said I wanted to go to the restaurant. My boyfriend was already upstairs waiting and then said he didn't have to pay anything downstairs. On my second visit, we went there again and were immediately told with a grin that it was "too full." I didn't quite believe the man, so I called upstairs to see if there was room for three people, and lo and behold, there was still enough space and we could go up. When we got upstairs, there were plenty of free tables both at the bar and by the window. Pretty embarrassing for the receptionist... :-) Service took a long time, and after the first round of drinks, the waiter came over to me, slapped down the bill, and asked how I wanted to pay. As far as I know, they ask first if you'd like to order anything else. I didn't even get a thank you. I really like the ambiance and the cocktails, but the reception and service need to improve. It doesn't matter whether young women or other guests come, please treat everyone with respect and professionalism.

Perfect view! You can see all of Düsseldorf from up here. We reserved a table for 6 pm, so we got to enjoy both the daylight and the night view — both were amazing. We ordered the Kyoto menu, which was more than enough for two people, and everything in it was absolutely delicious. The food was served with perfect timing, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

The location is simply fantastic. The menu requires a great deal of explanation, but the staff doesn't have time for the necessary explanations. The two-hour limit—if you arrive at 6 p.m.—is simply inappropriate given the price level. The price level also doesn't match the quality of the food.

A special place with a very beautiful ambience and an incredible view.

We spent our wedding anniversary there and had a wonderful day. The ambiance was phenomenal, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. It was well worth the price.

All in all, it was a truly wonderful evening. The food was exquisitely presented and delicious, and the view (especially in the dark) was truly beautiful! The prices were a bit higher, but that's something to be aware of. The only thing that didn't fit the ambiance, in my opinion, was the table of 10 next to us. There was loud shouting and singing, as if you were on a football pitch, which was very distracting. We would definitely come back for special occasions!

Unfortunately, I have to update my review a bit: The tables in the restaurant have been moved closer together, resulting in more noise and less privacy. Furthermore, on Sundays, they no longer offer brunch menus, but only à la carte, which I personally find very disappointing.

It was very nice. The food was expensive, but excellent! We were just unlucky and it was foggy. Everything was white, you couldn't really see anything. Because of the fixed reservation (credit card deposit), we couldn't reschedule.

The food is honestly terrible at Qomo, you’re only paying for the fancy atmosphere and the view. I’ve tried countless sushi restaurants in my life, and the sushi here at Qomo is by far the worst I’ve ever had, nothing special..

The food was excellent and the ambiance was top-notch. Service was abysmal. Extreme wait times, and they forgot what was ordered/requested several times. Especially for the price, you'd expect good service. Since the rest of the menu was really good, it's a real shame that it lets down because of something like this...

Went up there for sunset (thankfully the weather was great) – it was truly spectacular. The food was exceptionally good, the service consistently friendly and helpful, although it was relatively busy at times.

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was not a pleasant experience. Firstly, I called the restaurant the day before, and the waitress said that a reservation was not necessary to show up and reserve a seat. When we arrived (two of us), we waited at the reception desk for about 10 minutes waiting to be seated. We wanted to sit in one of the NUMEROUS empty seats by the window, and a clearly unkempt waiter immediately ran up to us and made a downright rude remark. It turned out that reservations were still required. I'd like to point out that our visit was on a weekday, and many tables were empty and without a "reserved" sign. The food quality was also disappointing. Clearly not the cheapest place, it turned out to be very poor quality. We ordered a salmon roll, and the taste was stale. It clearly tasted like stale cucumber. Disappointing. I also witnessed one of the waiters literally throw menus on the guests' table and simply leave. No one approached us the entire evening to ask if we needed anything else. Of course, no one is obligated to do this, but I believe that in a restaurant of this level and price range, the service should match. Overall, the experience was poor.

We were group of 17 persons with a pre booking for a businesses dinner, when we reached the table was not prepared. The restaurant is nice with great 360 view but unfortunately the service and the staff are not up to the level of the place.

It’s hard to ignore how quickly their attitude changed from initially acknowledging our booking to then acting as though we didn’t matter. How does a restaurant confirm a reservation, keep you waiting endlessly, then refuse to honour it while expecting you to wait over an hour more? It’s unacceptable. The interaction carried a very clear xenophobic undertone, and we left feeling discriminated against and deeply unwelcome. And honestly, anyone considering going here should take a proper look at their negative reviews first. The recurring theme of rudeness from staff isn’t just a one-off - our experience lines up with what so many other customers have already described. The pattern is clear, and it’s shocking that they’re still allowed to treat people this way. This place isn’t just disorganised - it’s hostile. Restaurants like this don’t deserve support when they fail to treat people with basic respect.

Avoid this place - there are much better options in Düsseldorf My partner and I visited Qomo for pre-dinner cocktails with a reservation elsewhere, giving us a 30-minute window. What should have been a quick, enjoyable experience turned into a complete disaster. The Timeline of Poor Service: - 10 minutes just to get a waiter's attention to place our order - Another 20 minutes waiting for cocktails that never arrived - Total: 30 minutes of our limited time wasted Atmosphere Issues: The lounge had no music whatsoever, creating an awkward, lifeless atmosphere that made the long wait even more uncomfortable. Unacceptable Management Response: When we politely explained we needed to leave for our dinner reservation (since our cocktails still hadn't arrived after 30 minutes), the situation escalated dramatically. The waiter became confrontational and dragged us to the manager, who: - Forced us to pay for drinks we never received - Was extremely rude and unprofessional - Lied about the actual waiting times - Showed zero understanding of customer service Bottom Line: Düsseldorf has countless excellent bars and restaurants with professional service and welcoming atmospheres. Save your money and time - go literally anywhere else. Qomo's combination of slow service, poor atmosphere, and hostile management makes it an easy place to avoid. Stay away from this place! Go to Hato- complete opposite!

We absolutely loved the food. Excellent quality, delicious, and the cocktails were fantastic. The service was very friendly and incredibly prompt. However, the wrong things were brought to our table, or something was missing, and we waited far too long for the bill. The ambiance, with the sea of ​​lights over the city, is also dreamy. Less so when Düsseldorf's Instagram stars almost fall into your table during their photo posing or are practically having a half-hour private photoshoot. It's distracting.

This was our fourth time there. The food was, as always, outstanding. High quality in the selection of ingredients, in the presentation, and a good touch in the preparation. Compared to the last few times, the service, which was always very friendly and accommodating, seemed a bit overwhelmed or untrained. We received the wrong wine, our starter was served to the next table, something was missing from the main course (and was also almost served to the next table), and we had to ask for cutlery four times. Every mistake was quickly corrected, however, and next time the service and food standards will definitely be the same. Thank you very much!

A great location with a stunning view of Düsseldorf. The floor rotates constantly, so you can see the city from every angle. The service is excellent, the sushi is delicious and completely different from what you'll find elsewhere. The prices are quite affordable. I definitely recommend visiting this place to enjoy both the view and the delicious food. I was especially pleased that the waiter wished me a happy birthday and even sang a song—it created an incredible atmosphere.

You get a free ticket to go up to the restaurant at the entrance to the Rhine Tower. That's pretty good. The seating area rotates very slowly. It's a bit confusing at first, since the outside and the inside don't rotate. But it's very cool. Service is attentive and professional. We liked the atmosphere. The DJ on Friday with his relatively loud music might not be for everyone, but we liked it. The food is very good. I don't think the menus are perfectly coordinated, but the quality of the products is very good. In my opinion, it's better to order individually. It was a lovely evening with a great view. You should make a reservation or arrive a little late, otherwise you might not get a seat.

The food was consistently good, but unfortunately, our fish was a bit dry. It can happen, but at this level (value for money), it's certainly annoying. Otherwise, everything was excellent, the staff were very attentive, and the ambiance was outstanding.

Everything was perfect: The food was fantastic, the view was stunning, and the lady who served us was attentive and charming, even moving us to a launch area after our table was taken. Overall: it couldn't have been better.

The ambiance is absolutely fantastic; the view alone is something special. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. We expected much better from the service. In our opinion, it was unfortunately overpriced. The sushi didn't blow us away, and we generally found the selection very limited. It's absolutely not recommended for vegetarians. It's more suited to meat/fish eaters. The only thing that was decent value for money was the desserts and the selection of drinks. That's why I'm only giving it 3 stars. I would go back for a drink at the bar and a delicious dessert.
