Everything was great. The staff were friendly. The restaurant's reservations department was very helpful. I made a reservation in advance because I had a party. I brought a cake for my fiancé's birthday, and they were very helpful.

A special experience! The portions are quite small, though, so you'll have to spend a lot of money if you're really hungry.

QOMO impresses with its 360° skyline views and sleek atmosphere. The starters were outstanding, both in taste and presentation, setting high expectations. Unfortunately, the mains and desserts didn’t quite deliver: underwhelming flavors. Service was friendly, though a bit brisk, you have to wrap everything up in 2 hours. Overall, OK but won’t list among my favorites.

The ambiance is breathtaking. The selection of dishes is fantastic. The quality of the food is outstanding. What bothered me a lot when I got to my table was that my chair was covered in long blonde hair, which I then removed myself because the staff skillfully ignored my warning. The table certainly hadn't been cleaned properly before I made my reservation. Also, the bottom of my wine bottle was broken, which unfortunately wasn't replaced. What bothered me personally was that two appetizers that had already been eaten were cleared away while the third person was still eating. Just as I had finished the appetizer, two plates of sushi arrived. It would have been nice if they had given us some time and, above all, if they had asked beforehand whether everything could be served together or individually, as ordered. The service has a lot of room for improvement, and the food and the ambience were very, very good.

An absolute experience – and not just culinary! I was at QOMO yesterday and I'm still thrilled! As soon as you enter, you're captivated by the stylish atmosphere and breathtaking view. The rotating restaurant in the Rheinturm is simply something very special – a new view of Düsseldorf opens up every minute. The food was of the highest quality: creative, fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. I would especially like to emphasize the excellent service – attentive, friendly, and professional. You feel completely in good hands. For me, the visit to QOMO wasn't just a restaurant visit, but a true experience. If you want to combine enjoyment, ambiance, and a view, this is the place for you. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent food, very friendly and attentive service, and the ambiance is second to none – I came here for a special occasion, and it certainly won't be the last. A special surprise for the dessert, especially, rounded off a wonderful evening. My only criticism – though, it has nothing to do with the restaurant – would have been great if card payments were accepted at the parking meter for cash-avoiding people like me! However, there's an ATM right next to the meter, so all in all, it's manageable.

What an experience – at its finest

A great atmosphere and wonderful views of the city and surrounding area. The service was perfect, super friendly, professional, and very attentive. Very creative cocktails. The food was very good. Only the sushi rolls are rather average in terms of taste and technique, quite small, and absolutely overpriced. We definitely had a great evening here.

The view of the surroundings at this altitude is certainly the highlight of this restaurant. The service, ambiance, and quality of the food were all good overall. Nevertheless, it feels like a well-organized, mass-produced affair, lacking a personal touch in a confined space. In conclusion, it was a unique experience, but I've had better seating and food at this price point.

Arrived here excited to experience this place, the venue is absolutely stunning, you can’t fault the atmosphere at all! However I sat for 45mins without being greeted (other than at the door), served water or acknowledged. I interacted with multiple employees either by calling out or signalling to them but no one took my order. Extremely disappointed in this and I ended up leaving since I could not get the attention of the staff. One man served the couple next to me, I said “hi” as he walked past so I could initiate ordering food/drinks.. he said hi back as he quickly walked past me. I don’t know whether this treatment was due to me being a young woman dining alone but it certainly felt like I was being neglected while other people were served at least drinks straight away. It was a really weird vibe and again extremely disappointing. Never have I been treated like this at any establishment. Went to a local restaurant downstairs instead.

Long wait times, the meat was almost raw instead of medium, and the sushi was only average. The price simply isn't justified for what was offered. It's a shame, because the ambiance deserved better.

It's always a great experience to enjoy really good food with a really good view. They try to create a professional atmosphere and the drinks are extremely good. Unfortunately, the service on the last visit was not at the usual level, almost negative. But since everyone can and can have a bad day, I'm already looking forward to the next visit. The restaurant and the ambiance are unique, truly first-class! The food was unusual for me, but very tasty (I had a salad (duck/honey hoisin). Afterwards, I had ice cream and a Pinot Gris with the salad. So why only one star from me for the food? Something wasn't right; I was close to calling an ambulance last night. Now I'm trying to get myself back on track with medication. Unfortunately, that wasn't a coincidence, as I've now learned.

An incredible experience. The view is indescribably beautiful, the food top-notch. The prices are naturally high, but even in retrospect, they're worth every cent. Tip 1: Go for the set menu. You'll be spoiled for choice. Tip 2: The cocktails seem expensive, but with the run-of-the-mill bars in the area, you'll pay just as much. And that's without a view. Feel free to help yourself to a drink at the bar at the end.

It's a lovely restaurant with good food. Perfect for a romantic date. One point deducted for the service, as they were unfortunately not very attentive. Unfortunately, after asking several times for a last-minute drink at the bar, we weren't even acknowledged, so we decided to leave.

Absolutely unique. A fantastic experience. The food, the music, and the waiters were all spot on. The sushi variations were truly unique! We followed a recommendation today and were eager to visit this special restaurant. The view and ambiance were truly amazing and certainly something unusual for Germany. Unfortunately, the food (we chose the Kyoto menu) couldn't live up to the great location. The dishes were very vividly presented, but the taste was rather average and the portions were disappointing – unfortunately, we weren't at all full. The prices were significantly inflated for what was offered, which greatly spoiled the overall experience. We've been to many special restaurants around the world. Only the "Peak" on the Edge in New York was cheaper and had fantastic food. And of course, the view is incomparable. But hey... Overall, the value for money here isn't right. If you come just for the view, you'll get your money's worth – but if you expect exceptional food for the price, you'll probably leave disappointed. It's a real shame.

The view and the stuff is really nice and pleasant. However, the food could be better cause we missed the real japanese taste in the so supposed fusion cuisine.

It's not something you do every day, but for this special occasion, it was completely justified. Delicious food. Service was friendly, welcoming, and competent. And the moving floor and the resulting panoramic view are truly worth it.

Our highlights were the Wagyu Gyoza and the Spicy Tuna Maki Rolls. The prices are upscale, but you're paying for the great ambiance. Highly recommended for a special occasion.

It's definitely worth the money. The food, the view, and the service—you have to experience it for yourself. A bit loud music at the end. Parking right next to the tower is cash only.

Want to have a good view of Dusseldorf, then make reservations to go here. I recommend making reservations for early dinner to give you the best light. It is a high-end Japanese restaurant and was my second time here. Like the first time, I asked the waitress to pick out the starters and the main courses. The selection was great, and we had plenty to eat. The food was fresh and tasty. The service was very good. The view was good as the weather held up and not rain. Pricy, but good food, service, and view of the city. Enjoy.

QOMO is arguably one of the most interesting experience-dinner locations in Düsseldorf. The view from approximately 173 meters offers spectacular views and photo opportunities, without question. The culinary concept also seems to be working. On a Sunday, almost every table was occupied. The Asian-fusion cuisine is upscale, of good quality, and creative presentation. The prices are also borderline high, given that Düsseldorf is home to a variety of excellent Asian restaurants. However, one must not forget that the rent at this location is probably also borderline high, and the restaurant is not a charitable organization. Therefore, if you want to enjoy good food with good service in a special atmosphere, are also interested in the surrounding area, and want to offer unfamiliar guests a WOW experience, go for QOMO.

The highlight of Qomo is more the view than the food. I would describe the food as rather average. Unfortunately, it's also very crowded with tourists.

A pretty quirky location! You might think the quality of the food and service is down, but the opposite is true: attentive staff who care about our well-being, easy to reach when needed, all accompanied by a high-quality and cleverly compiled menu! Respect! Despite the higher price point, the service is up to scratch and even exceeds expectations. We'd gladly go back!

The food there is far too expensive; you practically go home hungry. For the price you pay, it's not recommended. The location and view are quite nice.

Today my husband and I went to Qomo. A completely profit-oriented restaurant. Tables for two (most of them), tables for six are arranged so that one person can enjoy the view while the other has their back to the table. With six tables, the ratio is similarly 50/50. It's sad. Because if the arrangement had been sideways, everyone could enjoy the view. Of course, two or three fewer tables would fit. Service is fast and excellent. Yes, it's more likely that people will meet quickly. Orders are constantly forgotten. Customers only have two hours to eat and leave the restaurant. The final bill for our second evening was €240. Which is fine, we expected it, but then the next person should come too. Sitting down and enjoying a bit isn't an option. The restaurant is very expensive. The food was quite tasty, beautifully presented, and nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, I had stomach problems afterward. So, overall, I wouldn't go there again. If you plan to go, please insist on a table where everyone is facing the window.

We ate there that evening with six people. The atmosphere was like a club. A DJ was playing that evening. Since you're sitting high above Düsseldorf, the view is naturally very beautiful. The food was visually well presented and tasted very good. Unfortunately, we felt the waiters were overwhelmed. Our food arrived at different times, so we couldn't all eat together.

However, the service was disappointing throughout: Orders not well understood, dishes arrived at the end of other people's meals and the worst dishes did not arrive but were put on the bill. This is unacceptable for a restaurant with such a great reputation.

We had reserved a table for dinner with a group of seven. Both the drinks at the bar and the subsequent dinner were served in a friendly and prompt manner, with outstanding quality and delicious food. The location—the Rhine Tower—speaks for itself. It was a lovely evening.

The atmosphere is not only the decor but also the people. There are many opinions about the view and let's not forget that it's a restaurant and not cheap. I was tempted once but I don't feel like going there again

The ambience was of course great up high and always rotating, I think that's what the restaurant thrives on. The service was generally okay but I didn't get the feeling I was being treated like someone who was going to spend hundreds of euros. Now for the food, the starter came quickly but was only lukewarm, which makes me doubt whether it was freshly prepared, which is of course not acceptable for that price range. I had baby chicken which had some tendons, which I didn't like at all. We tried a lot of things between us, there were six of us, but nothing convinced me. Even the wagyu steak which costs almost 100 euros wasn't convincing, the desserts were okay but not worth the price. In conclusion, for the price I would have expected top-class food but was disappointed.

Well, it's not exactly mind-blowing. The sushi selection isn't particularly exciting – no interesting combinations or sets. Service? Hmm, sometimes so, sometimes so. It depends heavily on the person and the day, so it's hard to judge. Overall, okay, but nothing that would necessarily make me return.

The service was exemplary! Starting with the entrance downstairs in the tower, where visitors with reservations for QOMO were provided with admission tickets, and even in the elevator, restaurant and other visitors were separated for better processing. In the restaurant, we were kindly shown to our tables and served very attentively. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. It was beautifully presented and delicious. I, as a chopstick novice, was able to hold it easily, but I could have been given cutlery at any time. We drank water and mocktails, all of which tasted very good and were also beautifully decorated. There's not much to say about the constantly changing view thanks to the rotation. Fantastic! I highly recommend this place.

The restaurant is tastefully decorated, and some of the views (the interior with the tables slowly rotates) are breathtaking. We could even see Cologne Cathedral in the distance. The food and drinks were excellent, and the service was very prompt and professional. Note: Reservations are absolutely necessary, but a visit is definitely worth it.

Tried the restaurant due to the view, which was amazing. But unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the food. It was quite tasteless and not worth even 1/2 of the price that is being asked. Would not really recommend for the food, but maybe for the drinks and to enjoy the view.

Totally unfriendly staff! When you arrive you have to wait a few minutes until you are noticed and can order something. A table in the revolving area became free and we asked if we could move, the answer was no, it is being rearranged for the next day? The tables were all full and everyone was served well! What was the problem with them serving one more table? Nothing was rearranged!!! Absolutely bad service and unfriendly! The view is amazing but that's it! I wouldn't recommend it!

Everything on the turntable was empty, and you weren't allowed to sit there (two people), supposedly because of renovations, even though some were still occupied. Service took too long. Staff were unfriendly.

Crazy!!! Really everything top, from start to finish. Please note that there are two elevators upon entering, one is for the restaurant and the other for visitors to the tower. When you arrive at the restaurant, you wait at the reception, then you will be guided to your table. The tables are a bit close together, but I understand that for the sake of space. Fortunately, there is a separate side table where small items and a bottle of drink can be placed. The view is phenomenal! The turning is really great, so that you have a different view every time. Both outside and looking in (you pass the entrance, lounge, kitchen, bar and many wine bottles). The food is excellent at every point. One taste explosion after another comes your way. Really everything was good here. The service is extremely friendly and helpful. An evening out with experience. You simply have to have done this once.

A unique view over Düsseldorf and the Rhineland. However, the view comes at a high price. The food is good, but not exceptional for the high price.

We ordered several servings of different rolls. All were brough on one plate making it a nice dish to share - fine so far. Then we've realized (only by suspecting not enough rolls were on the plate and actually counting them) that not all ordered rolls have been served. We asked the waited and he brought is a separate plate with the missing rolls. Was it a mistake? Not sure?
