Der Blick ist aus dem Rheinturm in der Nacht ist grandios.Das Ambiente und der Service sind hervorragend und lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig.Das Essen ist sehr lecker und rundet den Besuch ab. Wir haben es genossen dort zu sein und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Vorige week genoten van een heerlijke avond in Qomo. De cocktails zijn van goede kwaliteit, service verloopt heel vlot. De sushi was heerlijk, zeker degene met Wagyu: TOP. Een prachtig uitzicht waarvan je kan genieten. Prijs-Kwaliteit een pareltje in Düsseldorf!!!

Es kann ja wohl nicht sein, dass die Preise für eine Weinflasche bei 60 Euro beginnen….

Eine tolle Erfahrung, über den Empfang, die freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Bedienungen bis zum exklusiven Essen ist es ein hervorragendes Erlebnis

Wir haben für 20:30 reserviert und unsere Reservierung wurde eine halbe Stunde nach hinten geschoben. Das ist ärgerlich weil die Küche bereits um 22 Uhr zu macht. Das Essen kam sehr schnell jedoch kamen unsere Getränke erst nach dem wir die Vorspeise und die Hauptspeise schon auf dem Tisch hatten. Das war etwas ärgerlich.

Die Tische sind pro Abend mehrfach vergeben z.B. von 18:00-20:00, deshalb sollte man pünktlich sein, damit man keinen Zeitdruck beim Essen bekommt. Da man nur mit dem Aufzug nach oben kommt, kann es bei vielen Besuchern zu Zeitverzögerungen kommen!! D.h. man sollte schon frühzeitig beim Rheinturm sein. Das Restaurant ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Musik ist loungig und man sitzt sehr entspannt und mit viel Privatsphäre an seinem Tisch und kann die tolle Aussicht geniessen. Der Service ist professionell, freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Getränkeauswahl ist gut, aber sehr teuer (Wasserflasche 9 Euro, 0.2l Wein 13 Euro). Das Essen ist japanisch ausgerichtet, die Qualität ist gut, die Sushi sind aber eher klein, für den Preis. Die Scallops Ceviche konnte ich kaum im Sud finden. Der Abend war schön, muss aber nicht so schnell wiederholt werden, da insgesamt sehr teurer Spass.

It was a wonderful atmosphere where you were served perfectly. And wow… The food is amazing!

I am very satisfied with my visit to Qomo yesterday. The sushi could have been prepared a little more “neatly” for my taste. The meat in both the sushi and skewers were tough in some places. But it tasted very good. The service was A1!!! A small note about the ambience: beautiful! But the toilets could be a little higher quality (plastic/metal cabin door). It just doesn't fit with the rest. Addendum: I read in another review that the waiters pay a lot of attention to brands. I would like to describe my experience. On the day of my visit I didn't have time to change into anything else. Normally I try to get ready for a visit to a restaurant like this. That day I was wearing sports tights, a basic T-shirt (both H&M) and an old blazer. My hair was frizzy and my sneakers didn't even match the outfit. I didn't become bad(er) in any way treated.

Insane location, great view, great food, friendly service, but on the weekend when the DJ is there, the music is a bit too loud.

Food (menu) not of good quality. Service and view great!

I called directly 3 days to reserve a table for 2 people during their office hours (6-11 p.m.). You never picked up the phone. I found a place for 1 person using the table reservation on the website. I made a reservation from Menu Tokyo for 1 person and it was confirmed. At the restaurant a guy said he was Krippe, when I walked in he asked if I had a reservation. He looked up and down, very obviously scanning me. felt rude. I said I have a reservation for 8:30 p.m. He asked the female staff to double check and took me to the table where 2 person meals were set up. (It could then have allowed me to book 2 people) When I sat down he asked directly if I wanted something to drink, I said I'll look at the menu first. A Japanese employee came and I ordered for Menu Tokyo. And he said I have to order the menu for 2 people if I want to have a menu in Tokyo. There are at least 2 people. Which was neither on the website nor on the menu. I complained that the Japanese staff had bought another woman. she repeated the same thing. I either order the menu for 2 people or go with the regular menu. I asked if I could speak to the manager. The guy who was pushy and rude came and told me the same story. I told him I called for several days to reserve a table for 2 people. no answer to call. (I even sent an email once for a table for 2) The manager said it was a system error. I shouldn't be allowed to book a person with Menu Tokyo. He said this minimum order of 2 people for the Tokyo course menu was decided by upper management in Hamburg, so he can't do anything about it. The manager didn't apologize until the end. Only the Japanese staff apologized for the inconvenience after I started speaking Japanese to them. Music with a DJ was too loud, technobeat music itself was not suitable for entertaining. Customer conversations also became loud to communicate with each other. which killed the atmosphere of silence. Food, Wagyu steak was the most horrible Wagyu I have ever eaten in my life. Sea salt on the meat was too salty. I still don't understand why they plated wasabi on the meat platter. also as decoration? Ironically, 9 euro side menu truffle mashed potatoes tasted best. Sea bass was thawing quality, mixed with acid to temper it. I went there often before the Covid-19 pandemic. I still buy a few hundred euros of vouchers for people every year as gifts. But after this experience I will probably look for another restaurant. As a person who also worked in the catering management in the old town, Düsseldorf. I have to criticize. How the communication between the hallway, kitchen, management and upper management doesn't work properly. and I'm sure this kind of information doesn't reach upper management. It was a bad experience at 178m altitude. + friendly advice, next time a dissatisfied customer asks for the invoice before he leaves, don't give an interim receipt. Give him the correct invoice.

Wonderful view as well as very well trained staff and perfect food.

The ambience and view is excellent as well as the food. Which was really tasty and sufficient. Not too much and not too little. There are deductions in the service. Empty glasses were overlooked and we had to actively ask for new drinks. Furthermore, our daughter doesn't eat meat and would like to swap the meat dishes on the menu for fish. This was not possible. She wouldn't have been able to take a menu then. I personally expect more flexibility in this matter, especially when it comes to the price category; this is also possible in other high-priced restaurants. But highly recommended for the food and the view.

It was our first visit and certainly not the last. The view is unique, the food is excellent and the wines offered are perfectly matched. The service is very attentive and friendly. After dinner we had cocktails at the bar, which were very unusual. The bar has a good selection of drinks. Highly recommended!

Beautiful experience eating in the dark over Düsseldorf! The food was very tasty, although of course not cheap, and the service was also extremely friendly!

The service was a bit resolute when it came to clearing the aisles, my wife hadn't finished eating yet, but was otherwise friendly and helpful. It's quite an experience and the food is better than expected for a place like this.

A highlight in the truest sense of the word!

Found it very good. Personally, the fish tasted a bit too sweet for me. I don't know if this is for a black code. The truffle mashed potatoes were very tasty, including the truffle. I will definitely come back if possible. The sesame creme brulee was, if I may say so, a revelation

A very nice atmosphere, above Düsseldorf. Beautiful view, very nice service. The food was delicious and fresh, and the drinks were also very well made. Will definitely come back and definitely worth a visit.

The miso soup was blandly seasoned and only lukewarm. Sushi and lamb and crème brûlée, however, were great.

A great place for a romantic evening or a business lunch. The view is spectacular. The food was very tasty, but the service seemed a bit understaffed. There were only a few minutes between the order and the first course, which unfortunately meant that the aperitif was served with it. After that the breaks were longer than needed. Complaining at a high level, but when you look at the overall calculations you take a closer look. Very friendly welcome, very smooth reservation process. I would love to come back and test it again.

All of our wedding anniversary wishes were addressed and implemented 100%. Thanks to Ms. Kasperek, thanks to Alex and Patrick and thanks to the kitchen. Everything perfect, everything great, we'll be back. Just a picture, as attention then had to be devoted to the great menu.

Cold, very cold. Little lighting. Food not only tastes bad, it is also not fresh. There is wasabi on every sushimi and maki. Meat didn't come medium rare. Nice view, and service is nice, but it's not worth freezing with not even average food.

We could only get an early reservation and it worked out fantastic! The views were beautiful and the service excellent, particularly since our server could help in English.

We ate at Qomo Restaurant, the service, ambience and food were enchanting.

The ambience depends primarily on the view. The bar looks good. The food is OK, but could be better. The panacotta was delicious.

The ambience is hard to beat. Food and service were excellent. A highlight in Düsseldorf that you have to do once.

Wow, what a view... The food was delicious and was quickly prepared and brought to the table after ordering. The starters as well as the main course and the side dishes were perfectly seasoned. The touch of Asia naturally comes through, which gives the dishes something special. The apteritifs and cocktails were also very special and tasted excellent. And then the view, you don't get to see something like that every day. We had one of the coveted 2-person seats with a view outside and often just sat there quietly and enjoyed the view. The dessert was also very good, a lava cake with a super liquid center. All in all, it was expensive fun, but it was definitely worth it given the experience as well as the great food and good service.

Extremely beautiful and impressive

All in all a well-rounded package. The view is magnificent, the feeling is worth a visit even in bad weather. Japanese fusion cuisine surprises and delights with fresh and always new flavors. Chard with a slightly spicy chili and mango sauce was a tasty experience. Above all, the price-performance ratio is convincing. We can fully recommend the Qomo.

The food was amazing! Very imaginative, delicious and all of top quality! The service at the bank was friendly and very accommodating. Special requests for our children were implemented without any problems; they were just as welcome as we were! I don't need to talk about the panorama, it was a great experience to dine at 172.5m above Düsseldorf. We will be very happy to come back

We were very happy with the food and the incredibly beautiful view. The service leaves a lot to be desired, despite being of a rather upscale class, our order was taken and partly forgotten and brought to other tables, as well as the wrong food once. In the further course we were not asked if we wanted anything else. In addition, the waitress was annoyed and gave us the impression that she didn't want to serve us. In summary, it was a nice evening, but we wouldn't recommend it.

Although the food was high quality, it couldn't cover up the poor service. Despite written and telephone inquiries regarding gluten intolerance, we were unable to choose any of the menus. The service was noticeably hectic, not courteous, no recommendations, no questions. Food is pushed onto the table without comment. The ambience is okay, the view is of course ideal. Overall, no recommendation and no repeat either.

The food is good and the view is unique, but the staff is very unfriendly. 2 hours are taken into account, then the table is assigned again. You feel like you're in a fast food restaurant, but the prices are star-level. Disappointing

Very nice atmosphere, food, kitchen is very good, but for just under €170 we got 6 sushi rolls & 6 slices of thin fish. Well... I don't have to recommend it, if you know your way there, maybe better.

Unique ambience, very tasty fusion cuisine combined with the extraordinary feeling of being above things made us experience a wonderful evening on August 25th, 2024. Our companion that evening was called Alex and he was excellent and charming to serve. Be sure to try the sake and the daily recommendations. We were thrilled!

It was an impressive visit to the Rhine Tower and the Qomo Restaurant. We were greeted in the elevator by the very nice helper and taken upstairs. First of all, thank you very much for that!! The location, the ambience and the view of the sunset from the restaurant are of course breathtaking. We had a very nice waitress who served us extremely friendly throughout the evening. Japanese cuisine was new to us, so we decided on a menu to simply surprise ourselves and try it out. It was super delicious! A compliment to the chef!

The atmosphere was great as was the view and the food was really delicious. 1 star deducted for the portion sizes, especially the main course. For 38€ I think it's stupid not to get a filling side dish but really only 3 lamb chops. (The taste was still great) Maybe the dish wasn't declared as a main course in the menu but there should be a little more for the price. Unfortunately, another star deducted for the service. The waitress wasn't super friendly at the beginning, which wasn't a bad thing at first. As already mentioned, we were not satisfied with the portion sizes and therefore did not leave a tip. Of course the waitress can't do anything about the portions but in Germany you are still not forced to give a tip and we would then be asked if something was wrong which is why we didn't give a tip. I've been a waiter myself and it never occurred to me to ask a guest something like that just because he didn't leave a tip, and why? Because it puts the guest in an uncomfortable situation. It doesn't really matter whether something was really wrong or whether you just don't want to tip. I left Qomo because I was just uncomfortable. We weren't completely satisfied, so no tip, but even if everything had been great, it's still the guest's decision. Prices in Germany have shot through the roof, so the catering industry has to understand that tips are no longer always included. Nevertheless, we would go again to try one of the menus.

Great ambience and delicious food. Ideal for a nice date.

I discovered this location by chance and visited on my birthday 4 years ago. Since then it has been my absolute favorite restaurant. I come here at least twice a year: once at lunchtime and once in the evening to enjoy the views at different times of the day. The view is truly breathtaking and the fact that the floor rotates 360 degrees makes the experience unique. The food is excellent and this is where I discovered my love for sushi. But not only the sushi, but also all the other dishes here are incredibly delicious. I choose the multi-course menu every time and am always amazed at how delicious everything is prepared. The best dessert I have ever eaten was also here – green tiramisu. In addition, the staff are extremely friendly and do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique dining experience in stunning surroundings.

I was delighted to be invited to Quomo. Therefore I can't say anything about the process of the reservation. The ambience speaks for itself. Enjoy the view all around. Given the high prices, you not only expect excellent food, but also professional staff. Quickly brought to our reserved table, we were quickly served the first course of our selected Kyoto menu. We would have liked to have taken a little more time to enjoy our aperitif, champagne from Tattinger. Well, the staff wants to finish too :)… Basically we enjoyed it and were full. When we asked, we were told how to eat the soybeans (Edamere). There was a lot of that. A note when serving would be an advantage. Unfortunately all the sushi served was the same. Which I think is a shame. However, we didn't like the chard, it was overcooked, very dry and strawy. The sauce served with the main course also didn't match our taste with the excellent meat. All in all, I think the price-performance ratio is too high. It seems to me like system catering at a high level. To enjoy the magnificent view over Düsseldorf, all you need to do is visit the bar one floor below. If you want to have an excellent meal, I would prefer other restaurants.

We sat with Aylin-Alissa and were super happy with her as our server for the evening. She was very attentive and explained everything well. Service was top. All of her recommendations also tasted delicious🫶🏼 The ambience and the view were also great. For my birthday we got a table right by the window during the sunset. It was definitely not our last visit 🥰

Unser Besuch im Qomo war in jeder Hinsicht ein Erlebnis: Service, Ambiente und nicht zuletzt die Speisen und Getränke, waren hervorragend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte ebenfalls. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal hier. Es war ein ganz besonderer Abend für ein ganz besonderes Ereignis! Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

We were a party of 7 and we all said it was one of the best dining experience we have ever had

Incomparable ambience, good food and friendly staff. For us, the 2-hour slot from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. was enough; we went to the bar completely relaxed and had a cocktail. The food was very good, but that was to be expected given the prices. Since the restaurant area rotates clockwise once in about 80 minutes, you have a different view of the surrounding area and Düsseldorf every few minutes. Seeing Cologne Cathedral when you're sitting in a restaurant in Düsseldorf is... unique:)

Im Hellen gekommen, im Dunkeln gegangen - der Sonnenuntergang und fantastisches Essen dazwischen. Unvergesslich!

View-wise, it was a beautiful experience and I recommend it

Die Aussicht und das Ambiente sind der Wahnsinn und auch der Service war klasse. Beim Essen haben Vorspeise und Nachtisch des Menüs überzeugt, aber die Hauptspeise hat etwas geschwächelt: der Fisch war etwas trocken und das Hähnchen leider nicht knusprig. Für den Preis haben wir schon besser gegessen. Es ist trotzdem auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis, das wir nicht bereuen.

Essen hat über die Jahre etwas nachgelassen. Ich fand es sehr traurig , dass man einen Grund angeben konnte wieso man kommt. In meinem fall Geburtstag und es keine weitere Aktion nach sich hat. Fand ich enttäuschend, weil wieso sollte man sonst danach fragen .

Fabulous meal with incredible views. Service was friendly and attentive. Sushi was fantastic.

We were in the restaurant on a stormy evening and the atmosphere was great, with lightning all around you and you floating over the river. Food was also wonderful, we had one of the two evening menus for 2 people. The service was very accommodating and we got one of the best tables for our anniversary. The only criticism: There are stickers on some windows that ask you to take photos for Instagram, they seem a little tacky. And we had to wait about 15 minutes until we could take the elevator back down, even though there wasn't much going on.

The view is enchanting and also the main reason for our visit. We were very excited about the food. However, we didn't like most of it. Sushi a complete disaster. In one roll the sushi rice was still hard and the fried shrimp wasn't fresh. Water dripped down the other roll and the sushi rice was totally mushy. The cocktails tasted like water. The service was OK. We would go again but only for a coffee at the bar.

This restaurant is a really great and good one. I was blown away. Really, it was very, very nice! We will be back and have already warmly recommended it to many people. The food is simply great, as is the service and drinks too. There is nothing, simply nothing, that can be said against this great restaurant.

The food and the service was very great. But one dish that was not tasty at all was the Mangold in the Kyoto Menu. All of the dishes were very tasty except for this Mangold cause it was very plain like even with no salt was put inside. But overall it was a lovely experience!

Everything was excellent - the service, the food and of course the views.

The restaurant is of course very nicely located and also looks good from the inside. The ordering of the food was beyond confused. There was no clear line from the staff and as it happened, the food was not complete. Everyone was halfway through eating when the missing leftovers arrived. Not only that, out of convenience, not every guest was brought the food they ordered. You were given plates on the table where you had to guess what was from whom and what was ordered by who. Just bring everyone the food on their plate that they want to eat. Where is the problem? Your so-called slots in execution don't work at all. From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the end we were asked for dessert and we didn't want any, but we still had drinks on the table and we were given the bill without asking and then asked how we wanted to pay. When asked, Kellner gave a vague explanation as to why this was done this way. I left over €500 with you. Well, the tips were limited, as was the service. You won't be making money in Düsseldorf for much longer. An impudence. You used to be good, but it doesn't seem to be that way anymore. It's a shame about the good cuisine.

Wir waren zu einem Event mit Champagnerverköstigung dort. An dem Essen gab es nichts auszusetzen, alle Gänge waren frisch und lecker. Das Personal war am Ende beim Bezahlvorgang etwas überfordert. Deshalb auch nur die 4 Sterne. Aussicht und sonstiges Ambiente schlagen sich halt im sehr hohen Preis nieder. An anderer Stelle wäre der Preis deutlich zu hoch gewesen.

View and ambience very nice. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is not right here, e.g. 1 glass of white wine 0.1 for 18.00 euros!!! Service was sometimes very arrogant and unfriendly. I won't visit this location for now.
