This was my second time eating at Italian and it was really excellent. The store was completely full, but thanks to the great ambience it wasn't at all loud or tiring. On the contrary. It was a great atmosphere. The pizzas tasted very tasty. We'll definitely be back

Cannot do take out orders when they are in a hotel park. Amazes me that a business is happy to refuse a customer because they want their food to go. Poor customer service in my opinion. Refusing an order because you won’t put it in a box instead of a plate is mind blowing.

Despite moderate attendance, we waited over 20 minutes for the first service. Payment could only be made 16 minutes after the request.

Great kitchen to eat something delicious in the evening during a stay at the airport hotel! Unfortunately the price is a bit too expensive, the Bolognese shown costs €13.90, a bit small, but tastes really okay. The “pizza snails” were a bit too expensive for €8.50, but they tasted completely fine. As I said, it's completely fine to get out of the hotel in the evening and have something to eat. We would definitely come back for an overnight stay at the airport!

Food is OK, the tomato soup was very good, tuna salad honestly its canned tuna on top of lettuce it's not even close to what one could expect.

Obwohl das Restaurant etwas außerhalb Frankfurts gelegen ist, war es erstaunlich voll. Durch die Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens waren wahrscheinlich viele reisende Gäste hier. Dementsprechend ist es denke ich besser, im Vorfeld zu reservieren. Der Service war auf Zack, regelmäßig wurde man gefragt, ob alles passt. Gefällt mir persönlich sehr gut. Das Essen war auch in Ordnung, viele verschiedene italienische Speisen stehen zur Auswahl.

We stopped there spontaneously the evening before our flight. Nice atmosphere and not a long waiting time. The food was very tasty. We had pizza prosciutto e funghi and verdure. Service was excellent. We can absolutely recommend the location.

To start our vacation today we wanted to go out for a delicious meal. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. But that was all. Otherwise our visit was not pleasant. I had lasagna and the taste was okay. We had ordered a starter. The starter came at the same time as the main course. The reason was that it was very full. Of course it was very full. But that's absolutely not possible. We had reserved a table. It's important to me to eat my meal comfortably and slowly one after the other This visit was very hectic. It is more comfortable in every station hall. The waiters are running hectically through the restaurant. Drinks also arrived very, very slowly. After ordering beer for the third time, it actually came because we were forgotten. The crowning achievement However, when we paid, the amount seemed very high. An invoice was only given when we asked because the amount seemed strange to us. The bill then showed 1 beer too much and also 1 espresso. We refunded the money without any problem I personally didn't like it there and I wouldn't come back again.

Unfortunately not recommended. After three quarters of an hour I asked where the food was. A young lady then said we had already received it. I've never experienced anything so outrageous. There was no apology either. I think they didn't feel like doing any work after 10 p.m. In Dubai you are treated better at the fast food snack bar. I question the management. The fish always starts to stink at the head.

Well, what should I capitalize? The store was packed and the staff had a lot to do. Nevertheless, we were served quickly. And it took less than five minutes for the drinks to be at the table. After a reasonable amount of time, the starter and then the main course were served. Both of which were a delight for my palate. The burger was not good, small hard and a kind of square shape, my wife’s pasta was overcooked. The staff was nice and polite and the place is nice. They should improve food quality.

The food is far below average. Accepting the order and collecting the payment is rude. They do know how to ask for an allowance, I would happily pay for the allowance if I had received some kind of practical service. But when the customer service is rude and the food is worse than average, what should you pay for? So we don't recommend this restaurant to anyone

Everything was fine. Pastrami sandwich and bruschetta were flawless. You can have a nice evening here.

There's nothing wrong with the food, but the ambience was subpar. Despite our reservation (4 days in advance), we were accommodated in a large, almost empty side room at a table with no light. salt and P We had to get Üfeffer ourselves from one of the service stations. Service rarely came by.

Our hotel was close to the restaurant and we wanted a little something to eat in the evening. Although it was quite full in the evening, the two of us managed to find a seat relatively quickly. The waitresses were all very friendly and helpful. The food was superbly prepared and brought to the table. We really enjoyed it 😀

The food was okay, the restaurant itself is pretty. But the service?? Around at 19 o’clock, the waitresses were rushing us to finish the food and wanted to get the plates to clean. Every 5min they asked if we were done. What more disappointing was, I didn’t even say that I finished my food, one guy just asked smt for 1 sec and grabbed my plate and vanished. Lots of people were waiting for table, so I’m guessing that was the reason. Now i’m thinking that it happened only to me or it always happens to “AUSLÄNDER” (even tho I spoke with them only in german)

The pastrami sandwich is incredibly good. But at €18.50 it also has its price. But you also get a decent portion. All other dishes also look very good and tasty. At lunchtime you can always find a table and the service is friendly, attentive and quick. I find the volume a bit high. Otherwise it's a really nice atmosphere inside.

It was very relaxed at the weekend for lunch including children. Nice staff and friendly atmosphere. Noodles are served quickly. There was also ice cream for the children. I wouldn't recommend the spaghetti carbonara.

We have always been big fans of your breakfast. With the new card you have really downgraded. Much less choice, dry bread and way too expensive - where have your breakfast combos gone? No more recommendation - sad!

We are a captive audience - not a lot of restaurants near our hotel at Frankfurt airport. We chose the Italian because it was busy with a lively vibe. We were pleasantly surprised with the service and food after reading reviews. This place is a solid 4. Service could not have been better w all the teamwork. We enjoyed our fresh lettuce salads and balsalmic dressing. Pizzas were crisp- chewy crust with fresh ingredients. I had a custom vegetarian (onion, mushroom, arugula) and husband had vegan. Italian wine was decent. I’d recommend if you’re staying at Gateway Gardens.

Great! we were here with 29 people. The drinks all came at the same time and so did the food! Overall it tastes great. It's just a little louder here, but that's the only thing I have to complain about.

This is my second time here. The service is always friendly and helpful with suggesting their favorites. The first time I got the spaghetti and this time I got the Alfredo pasta which I loved much more. I also for a glass of Sauvignon blanc who was very yummy. Good for the area around the airport.

The rescue in the hotel and office district at the airport. Big restaurant. Friendly service. Carbonara great. I had a rosotto with prawns. FIRST OF ALL, the Gambad were amazing! Greatly seasoned and prepared. The lime risotto itself was a little bland. But the overall impression saves the level again. A note to the kitchen was received positively. An extra point for the restaurant. Not a given, many people like to argue with the guests. The response here was professional. Super. I'll come back and report.

The noodles with vegetables were completely overcooked, far too soft, and there were few vegetables. Food came so quickly that it could hardly have been freshly prepared. Bread costs extra - unthinkable in a real Italian restaurant. Service was quick, but not really friendly.

Das Restaurant liegt in Fußweite zu den Flughafenhotels und ist deshalb gut besucht. Der Service im Restaurant ist gut und damit wäre die Geschichte auch schon erzählt. Die Latte beim Geschmackslimbo der Speisen liegt ziemlich tief. Ich hatte eine Lasagne, die aus Tomatensauce und Käse bestand. Nudelplatten und Hackfleisch Fehlanzeige. Wer kann, macht einen Bogen um dieses Restaurant, die Sandwiches aus dem Automaten in den Hotels oder am Flughafen sind definitv besser.

I was here on 9/26/24. Despite being full on Thursday evening, I got a table for two all to myself. I ordered a margarita pizza and a bottle of water. For under 15 euros in total these are great prices! The service was brisk and mutually supportive. A good working atmosphere is something you rarely find in the catering industry. I'd love to come back!

We were hungry the evening before our flight. Our accommodation was only 5 minutes away and so we chose the Italian. We can only say thank you for this lovely, cozy evening. Ambiance is modern and very, very comfortable. This has been furnished with love and understanding. The view into the kitchen is a really great thing. Our service was very friendly, helpful, attentive and quick. The food and drinks were freshly made and very tasty for our taste. Waiting time for drinks and food was pleasant. The prices are still ok so far. There's nothing to complain about here. Keep it up!

Visually great, service good, unfortunately I lacked a bit of taste in the lasagna, which was quite simple and not too large in quantity. The soft ice cream as a bedside table was tasty, but not a “revelation”.

Everything tasted, smelled and looked good until a big slimy live worm appeared in the burger. On complaining about the worm, they took it away and tried to make us leave the restaurant as fast as possible to hide the incident. They did apologize and did not charge for the food, but the worm was very large, hard for a kitchen to miss…

If staying at any one many hotels located on Amelia-Mary-Earhart-Straße, and looking for food, I highly recommend here. Lovely and quick service. Special thank you to An/Anna for the friendly service as well as helping me decide on the Penne Aglio E Olio with prawns. Couldn't be happier which the choice. This restaurant has an Italian menu. My experience is the spaghetti carbonara tasted bland like noodles and water. The risotto that my wife had was bland without seasoning. Just rice with sauce. We only could take a couple of bites. The waitress was notified about the issue with the food. And still charged us full price. Stay away from the Risotto and Carbonara. Other than that the salad was great.

Family oriented business with limited English speakers. Upon arrival a gentleman seated us with just drinks menu and it was 1240 in afternoon. The unfortunate part is the better restaurants close early and refer customers to this restaurant.

Large restaurant (very loud) with lots of seats, friendly (but unfortunately very hectic) service, food came quickly but the price/performance wasn't that good. There was little salad and some of it was different than what was ordered.

Super delicious food and great service! 👍 The only thing that was a bit tiring in the long run was the noise in the restaurant at the station hall level.

We were only in Frankfurt for one night and arrived quite late in the evening. The restaurant was spontaneously recommended to us. We were welcomed very nicely. Great service staff with a smile on their faces. The food came super quickly. We once had the Risotto Funghi and the Pastrami Sandwich New York Style. Both were really delicious and highly recommended. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back. And we would also be happy to recommend it to others. P.S. Unfortunately no photos because I was too hungry and everything looked so tasty.

Chefs should go to Italy to taste what pasta or the popular Aperol should taste like. Staff working for punishment. Additionally, on the website they indicate that delivery is possible, but in fact you can't even pick it up yourself.

I was with 3 work colleagues on Friday evening to have a beer after work. According to Google, the restaurant should close at 12:00 a.m. and we were there at 11:00 p.m. Although 2.3 tables were still occupied, the waitress advised us not to come in because they wanted to close earlier. Despite the pressure, we sat at the table and ordered a beer: a work colleague wanted to drink tea but the coffee machine had already been cleaned at 11.20! The other colleague had to drink his beer quickly because another employee came to collect and again "we're closing soon (11.45pm). Very bad customer service. Next time please just write 11.30 p.m. we want to close.

Below average. I ordered the fried veal schnitzel with rosemary potatoes, which was probably the most expensive on the menu, but unfortunately the quality was sobering. The schnitzel was extremely dry and hard, the rosemary potatoes were cold potatoes that had been pre-cooked in unsalted water and then fried in the pan for less than a minute.....literally tasted like potatoes from the day before that had been taken out of the fridge and warmed up in a hurry. I mentioned all of this to customer service. I was replied that "the schnitzel *must* be dry, that's how it should be." End of quote. The rest wasn't even discussed. If you would like to go out for dinner in the evening and the schnitzel is not the place to be near here, but the ambience here would be very pleasant for a drink. (Otherwise,... as a tip: There is a very nice rooftop restaurant nearby)
