Really good. I was put off at first because it was so crowded. Despite this, I've eaten 3 times in 2 weeks and will stop by again in 100℅ Only recommended.

Update Dec. 2024: Food was really good, nice team & good service. This time everything was really good & clean. ******* The restaurant looks cool, but menus could use a cleaning. At least ours were stained and greasy. Food is “so-so”. The Toscana salad was delicious, the children's pizza was OK, unfortunately Pasta Ali-Olio was only spicy - nothing else. Unfortunately our order was forgotten and the service is not very attentive (small table, empty plates left for a long time). Conclusion - you can go, but you don't have to. Too bad. At just under 60 euros, too expensive for the taste offered.

I can't understand the bad reviews at all. We found this Italian 200m from our hotel. Modern atmosphere. The waiter was very friendly, attentive and quick. The food and drinks were freshly made and very tasty for our taste. Pizza, ginger-lime drink, ice cream. We'll come back next time.

First of all, a great Italian restaurant. We arrived today and it was very busy but were immediately welcomed at the front. We got a table straight away without a reservation. Then we ordered 3 dishes and 3 drinks. We were served our food and drinks very quickly. Simply well organized and really friendly waiters, despite the full shop. The meal was excellent. Can highly recommend the American Pizza 🍕 and the Organic Homemade Lemonade.

I wanted to share a pizza with a child and therefore asked for chopped tomatoes on the pizza instead of the halved cherry tomatoes that were too large for the child. Bruschetta tomatoes to be exact. These are also offered on the menu as a topping for the bruschetta. The waiter argued with us for minutes and then refused the order. He couldn't fulfill our wish, neither for an extra charge nor if we simply ordered a bruschetta and then put the tomatoes on the pizza. We then left. The restaurant manager couldn't answer why we weren't allowed to order and shouted afterwards that we should please stay. Absolutely unbelievable what goes on in this restaurant.

Take-away food is expressly not permitted. If eating is too much, then taking it with you is no problem. Illogical When it comes to food, some pizzas are recommended, burgers are nothing special, there are better ones... I can't say more in such a short time.

Great find in this drab hotel & offices neighborhood! Great atmosphere, seating, lighting, and it was pretty crowded for a Sunday evening. The food was good though nothing special: good pizza, good tomato soup, and what dishes I saw around me seemed to support that - solid but nothing amazing. Service was professional despite being understaffed, which seems to be the best you can hope for these days. Oh, and I noticed they serve breakfast until 5pm, what a great idea next to the airport.

We quickly got a table for two here on a Saturday without a reservation. Despite the fact that the company was well attended, we found the volume to be pleasant, especially there was no music playing in the background. The order came quickly and the staff was very nice and attentive. The pizzas were thin and tasted delicious. The atmosphere was very inviting and the sanitary facilities were clean. There are parking spaces in the area.

Cannot do take out orders when they are in a hotel park. Amazes me that a business is happy to refuse a customer because they want their food to go. Poor customer service in my opinion. Refusing an order because you won’t put it in a box instead of a plate is mind blowing.

Great kitchen to eat something delicious in the evening during a stay at the airport hotel! Unfortunately the price is a bit too expensive, the Bolognese shown costs €13.90, a bit small, but tastes really okay. The “pizza snails” were a bit too expensive for €8.50, but they tasted completely fine. As I said, it's completely fine to get out of the hotel in the evening and have something to eat. We would definitely come back for an overnight stay at the airport!

Food is OK, the tomato soup was very good, tuna salad honestly its canned tuna on top of lettuce it's not even close to what one could expect.

Dementsprechend ist es denke ich besser, im Vorfeld zu reservieren. Der Service war auf Zack, regelmäßig wurde man gefragt, ob alles passt. Gefällt mir persönlich sehr gut. Das Essen war auch in Ordnung, viele verschiedene italienische Speisen stehen zur Auswahl.

To start our vacation today we wanted to go out for a delicious meal. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. But that was all. Otherwise our visit was not pleasant. I had lasagna and the taste was okay. We had ordered a starter. The starter came at the same time as the main course. The reason was that it was very full. Of course it was very full. Our hotel was close to the restaurant and we wanted a little something to eat in the evening. Although it was quite full in the evening, the two of us managed to find a seat relatively quickly. The food was okay, the restaurant itself is pretty. But the service?? Around at 19 o’clock, the waitresses were rushing us to finish the food and wanted to get the plates to clean. Every 5min they asked if we were done. What more disappointing was, I didn’t even say that I finished my food, one guy just asked smt for 1 sec and grabbed my plate and vanished. Lots of people were waiting for table, so I’m guessing that was the reason. Now i’m thinking that it happened only to me or it always happens to “AUSLÄNDER” (even tho I spoke with them only in german)

We have always been big fans of your breakfast. With the new card you have really downgraded. Much less choice, dry bread and way too expensive - where have your breakfast combos gone? No more recommendation - sad!

It was very relaxed at the weekend for lunch including children. Nice staff and friendly atmosphere. Noodles are served quickly. There was also ice cream for the children. I wouldn't recommend the spaghetti carbonara.

We are a captive audience - not a lot of restaurants near our hotel at Frankfurt airport. We chose the Italian because it was busy with a lively vibe. We were pleasantly surprised with the service and food after reading reviews. This place is a solid 4. Service could not have been better w all the teamwork. We enjoyed our fresh lettuce salads and balsalmic dressing. Pizzas were crisp- chewy crust with fresh ingredients. I had a custom vegetarian (onion, mushroom, arugula) and husband had vegan. Italian wine was decent. I’d recommend if you’re staying at Gateway Gardens.

Great! we were here with 29 people. The drinks all came at the same time and so did the food! Overall it tastes great. It's just a little louder here, but that's the only thing I have to complain about.

This is my second time here. The service is always friendly and helpful with suggesting their favorites. The first time I got the spaghetti and this time I got the Alfredo pasta which I loved much more. I also for a glass of Sauvignon blanc who was very yummy. Good for the area around the airport.
