Natoo in Frankfurt am Main

Enttäuschende, lange vorher in Pappe & Plastik verpackte Bowl aus billigen Sättigungsbeilagen inklusive hartem, kaltem Reis. Noch nie habe ich eine so uninspirierte Bowl gegessen. Servicepersonal genervt am Rande zur Unfreundlichkeit. Nie wieder!

Ich war froh, diesen Ort mit gesundem Essen zu finden. Die Zutaten der Salate schienen frisch zu sein, und die Portion war ausreichend groß. Die Preise entsprachen dem Rest des Flughafens, ich fand es in Ordnung. Der Salat hat mir geschmeckt, aber etwas mehr Dressing hätte ihm gutgetan, er war etwas trocken. Auf jeden Fall werde ich ihn beim nächsten Mal am Flughafen wieder bestellen.

Wie überall am Flughafen ein bisschen schmudelig. Der Service ist sehr langsam und unaufmerksam. Die Bowls sind lecker und eine herrliche Abwechslung zu dem gebotenen Rest.

Finger weg von abgepackten Salaten! Die sind geschmacklos und wirklich unappetitlich (der Jerusalem-Salat war aber okay). Die Bedienung konnte keinen Americano machen, höchstens einen großen Espresso. Meine Freundin hat einen Latte statt eines Cortados bestellt.

Wir sind hierher gekommen, weil wir etwas gesundes zum Frühstück essen wollten. Die Bowles sind absolut enttäuschend, alles in Plastik eingepackt und im Kühlregal aufbewahrt. Die Oat-Bowl enthält kaum Haferflocken, die Rise Bowl kaum Reis, hauptsächlich Pudding und Zucker. Und das alles auch noch extrem überteuert. Hier waren wir heute zum ersten und zum letzten Mal.

Kaffee ist mit einer der besseren hinter dem Security Check/ an den Gates, besitzt dennoch einiges an Potenzial nach oben, vor allem bei überaus sportlichen Preisen. Allgemein ist es einfach eine Frechheit den Menschen an (insbesondere deutschen) Flughäfen so das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen (4€+ für Proteinriegel, 6€ für eine handvoll Obst, u.ä.).

Sehr lecker und gesund, Frau Meri ist sehr freundlich. Ich mag dieses Restaurant. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Essen am Flughafen war sein Geld nicht wert. 15 € für ein kaltes vegetarisches Sandwich, das als „Burger“ verkauft wurde. Die meisten anderen Lokale hatten bereits geschlossen.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und der Service einer Mitarbeiterin war hervorragend! Die Bedienung (Beatriz) war sehr nett, und zufällig war sie auch Spanierin, genau wie ich. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder 😊

Der Asia Burger kommt mit einem kleinen Salt dabei, allerdings ohne Dressing. Auf Nachfrage wird mir gesagt, man habe nur Olivenöl und das kostet extra. Wer also nicht extra bezahlen will und keinen rohen Blattsalat mag, lässt den Salat liegen. Wenig nachhaltig.

Es ist 6:30 Uhr morgens, und ich möchte mir einen Kaffee holen. Stattdessen werde ich von einer herablassenden, unhöflichen Person empfangen. Ich möchte Sie, meine Dame, daran erinnern, dass Sie Kaffee für 3,50 € verkaufen. Schätzen Sie also bitte Ihre Arbeit, sonst sollten Sie über einen Berufswechsel nachdenken.

Natoo at Frankfurt Airport is one of the best options for travelers looking for something quick, healthy, and fresh before their flight. The space is modern, bright, and very clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere – even in the bustling airport environment. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient, even during peak hours. The salads, bowls, sandwiches, and freshly squeezed juices are high-quality, flavorful, and made with truly fresh ingredients. Natoo is the ideal choice for passengers who prefer a light, nutritious meal to heavy fast food.

Loads of interestimg options for vegan and vegetarian! Including vegan cinnamrolls! The staff is very kind. Nice ambient music. I think it was the nicest airport food experience -10/10.

I tried the Asia Burger, which is served hot. It consists of an interesting combination of various vegetables, (presumably smoked) firm tofu, and a slightly spicy sauce. The vegetables include spinach, bean sprouts, Chinese cabbage, and carrot slices. Because vegetables contain more water, eating becomes more difficult towards the end, as the multigrain bun halves get soggy. The bowl contains many lettuce leaves, but they are slightly dried out from being refrigerated. A disposable fork is provided, but the slight dryness makes it a bit difficult to pick up the salad. Increasing the price from €13.90 to €14.00 and adding a small portion of salad dressing would make eating the salad much more pleasant.

Loved having a place with vegan options! The pastries were delicious. I don't advise getting a coffee here however. They burnt my soymilk latte and I had to toss it. Very disappointed. But the food is great!

The Asian Bowl for €14.99 wasn't fresh; the salad, rice, and carrots looked old. The dressing and kimchi were flavorless. Overall, it wasn't convincing.

Many options on the menu are vegan. However, the burger wasn't available, so we opted for a bowl. It wasn't freshly prepared, but rather sat in the refrigerated section. Unfortunately, the bowl was really bad—dry rice, stale radishes, and very poorly seasoned (it just tasted sour). Well, hunger drives us down.

Food ok! But Mary that helped us was so nice and sweet recommended for service 100%.

Lili was the sweetest! She made me the best salad bowl and did not skimp on the ingredients. It’s just what I needed too before my long 10 hour flight - something healthy and filling but doesn’t put me in a food coma. Thank you Lili! The bowl was beautiful! 🥰

That was the worst bowl ever! I know airport food isn't usually the best, but I at least expected something I could eat, and this was really tough. The food tasted literally like nothing! Not even the vegtables had taste. Don't recommend it

Today I visited Natoo at the airport where two ladies were working. The young blonde lady really stood out – she was friendly, motivated, and you could see she genuinely cared about her work. That kind of passion is rare and made a big impact on me. In contrast, the other staff member came across rather unfriendly and seemed not very interested in helping, which was a bit disappointing. The food was tasty and fresh. On top of that, the store itself looked great – bright, clean, and with a really pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a very nice place to stop by, and I’m giving 5 stars thanks to the positive energy and the welcoming vibe.

There was a guy who looked German and a Spanish girl from Malaga, who served us very well and was extremely friendly. A falafel bowl is a good warm-up for a stomach ache on the plane. Cold, dry, hard sawdust for 10 euros. I don't know what tempted me to go there instead of eating a Snickers bar.

The place offers a variety of healthy snacks and good coffee, with prices on the high end, which is understandable in an airport. You can sit, relax and recharge your devices. It is a small place, so at times it gets crowded and the cue to order can become long, with a few minutes to wait.

It looked great, but I got a bowl that tasted practically nothing despite the two sauces. Plus, the prices are outrageous.

Even though I think 8 euros is a lot for a sandwich, the bread had flavor that you don't normally find.

The vegan burger is delicious, filling, and unusual, thank you.

Overall, especially for an airport, these are absolutely exceptional vegan dishes that taste fantastic. Plus, the service is super friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it.

Great place, great baristas Meri and Reni

First of all the staff is rude and ignoring us when we want to order. Felt discriminated. Half of the restaurant is blocked off simply because the could serve customer. With this attitude simply don't come to work at all.

Oriental Bowl advertised as healthy food came with 114g of fat and 1341kcal in total. Fast food would have been more healthy than this one. Green and healthy food logo definitely does not apply here. It wasn't tasty either.

I was really happy, vegan and healthy. I grabbed a salad with quinoa and chickpeas. When I opened the packaging, the big awakening came, there were two pieces of spinach and a teaspoon of hen quinoa beautifully draped on top. All white rice underneath, which ultimately makes up a good 80% of the dish. I had to throw it away. Nobody needs it

food is OK, for the airport a 3/5 service was very nice. Unfortunately, at some point a loud gentleman came by - probably the boss - who was loud and rude to the staff. very unpleasant

Really bad food - stay away. The rice was uncooked, lentils were exhausted, the taste was bad. Everything was terrible.

I've never had to have such an experience. After double bonging and then asking for a refund, an employee (boss?) came and reacted so rudely and aggressively that we returned the entire order. We had completely lost our appetite. The “lady” lamented loudly without you getting a word in edgewise. The other employee apologized several times, but couldn't do anything against her. Impossible.

The Asian Salad Box is pretty bland. Too much and undercooked rice. Not enough flavor for the hefty price. You should know that.

Very impressed with this place :) yes, it is a bit more expensive than other airport restaurants, BUT, you're getting a decent amount of quality food. Loved the build-a-bowl option and the variety of toppings and dressings. Cappuccino was silky smooth. Tables with outlets to get some work done. Great place to enjoy some healthy food during a travel day :)

Completely overpriced, and then you should also tip. The operation was straight away. It doesn't work at all. Better go somewhere else.

I was searching for a plant based meal and found it here. There were multiple options to try and I went for the Asia wrap which was very nice with the sauce it came with. I asked this lovely lady named Meri for a suggestion for a drink and she was very happy to tell me her favourite and more about the other drinks they had. She suggested the lemon-thyme water which has a nice calming effect. Service was really wonderful thank you Meri in spesific for being so accomodating. Also this place has a nice more peaceful vibe to it than many other places.

Horrible experience! One of the staffs (white lady) that was serving was exceptionally rude. I was first in the line and she intentionally started talking and serving to the customer behind me. Felt quite discriminated and unwelcoming- she should not work in the International airport. This was July 21st around 6:15pm. Very disappointing!! Never visiting again!

Horrible comida sin sabor. Demasiado caro para lo que pretendía ser. No recomendar a nadie. Espressoats elaborados con agua y sin ningún sabor, muy amargos e imposibles de comer.

I ate on site and still got a prepackaged bowl and disposable cups for the coffee. I would have put up with that if there had at least been a lot going on. The prepackaged bowl is not particularly recommended - everything here tastes very sour and like preservatives, even though they are advertised as healthy. 17€ for coffee and bowl are probably airport prices. Still, I'm dissatisfied. Ambiance is quite nice. Unfortunately that was the only plus point that day.

This was my first time and first meal at the airport. I was hungry plus I was not sure what are the vegetarian options I will find. So I found this place on google map and I like it. The food quality and quantity were good. Also there were multiple options and what I selected I really liked it. It was good balance diet food. In the morning to have such healthy breakfast is good thing.

Healthy and delicious food options available, especially if you are in a hurry. I really enjoyed the Choconana dessert as well as the curry chicken burger.

Expensive and weird, natto looks better than it tastes. The salad ingredients were strange. I love kimchi but this was just like dirty cabbage. The carrots were great but everything else was just weird and didn't work well together in a salad. For 50 euros for two I expect a lot better and suggest you go to one of the popular sandwich stands nearby instead.

The food, staff, ambiance and restaurant was as good as it gets. Meri Shora was magnificent as she and her staff managed the place with such friendly, generous professionalism! Their service to everyone was over the top! I watched them serve myself and my friend with the same enthusiasm and generosity as everyone in the place, walking around checking on everyone personally, offering free tastes of things. The food and beverages were as fabulous as they were delicious and healthy. We so needed a healthy respite from the chaotic and stressful storm of traveling and on the fly fast food. It boosted our immune systems and our spirits. So grateful for Meri and this great place!

Yay, finally a healthy, delicious, (bread-free) and vegetarian food option at the airport! I had a bowl put together myself with two bases (quinoa and spinach) as well as 6 additional toppings and I wasn't disappointed. Very tasty, fresh and varied. The service is quick and very friendly. Definitely a big recommendation 👍👍👍

The sales person at the natoo store in the airport by the gates B, Divina and Klaudia were very helpful with all the questions and great food.

Clean, well-kept and informal environment. But the best thing: the staff. ENRICO and DIVINA are really nice and kind… ENRICO (who deserves 6 stars) made all the difference in my stopover. Thank you for the service and hospitality... it goes beyond the "usual airport".
