The Asian Salad Box is pretty bland. Too much and undercooked rice. Not enough flavor for the hefty price. You should know that.

Very impressed with this place :) yes, it is a bit more expensive than other airport restaurants, BUT, you're getting a decent amount of quality food. Loved the build-a-bowl option and the variety of toppings and dressings. Cappuccino was silky smooth. Tables with outlets to get some work done. Great place to enjoy some healthy food during a travel day :)

Best porridge in the world for very cheap at the airport! The portions were large and very tasty. Espresso were of good taste. Super good service, friendly staff, great place to crash in-between two flights. The prices are cheap for high quality food! Meri truly treated us with great care, thanks a lot for this 🌞 Highly recommended for healthy food at the airport!

Completely overpriced, and then you should also tip. The operation was straight away. It doesn't work at all. Better go somewhere else.

I was searching for a plant based meal and found it here. There were multiple options to try and I went for the Asia wrap which was very nice with the sauce it came with. I asked this lovely lady named Meri for a suggestion for a drink and she was very happy to tell me her favourite and more about the other drinks they had. She suggested the lemon-thyme water which has a nice calming effect. Service was really wonderful thank you Meri in spesific for being so accomodating. Also this place has a nice more peaceful vibe to it than many other places.

Loved all their healthy options here. Meri was so helpful ! I couldn’t decide what to get because everything sounded so good but she was patient and recommended great dishes. Thank you, Meri!

Quite good food but...as nice as a finger in the eye

We stumbled on this place in search for nourishing options in Frankfurt airport. Very cozy and welcoming seating and amazing personable staff. Mari made amazing latte, a treat coming from US :) Thank you all of the staff for making our stay at Frankfurt airport such a pleasant experience!

Meri is the best! She made my day today. Everything was stupid and she made up for it all with her calm and friendly nature. The food and coffee were also excellent! Thank you, I'll be happy to come back! God's blessing!

Horrible experience! One of the staffs (white lady) that was serving was exceptionally rude. I was first in the line and she intentionally started talking and serving to the customer behind me. Felt quite discriminated and unwelcoming- she should not work in the International airport. This was July 21st around 6:15pm. Very disappointing!! Never visiting again!

Horrible comida sin sabor. Demasiado caro para lo que pretendía ser. No recomendar a nadie. Espressoats elaborados con agua y sin ningún sabor, muy amargos e imposibles de comer.

I ate on site and still got a prepackaged bowl and disposable cups for the coffee. I would have put up with that if there had at least been a lot going on. The prepackaged bowl is not particularly recommended - everything here tastes very sour and like preservatives, even though they are advertised as healthy. 17€ for coffee and bowl are probably airport prices. Still, I'm dissatisfied. Ambiance is quite nice. Unfortunately that was the only plus point that day.

This was my first time and first meal at the airport. I was hungry plus I was not sure what are the vegetarian options I will find. So I found this place on google map and I like it. The food quality and quantity were good. Also there were multiple options and what I selected I really liked it. It was good balance diet food. In the morning to have such healthy breakfast is good thing.

Healthy and delicious food options available, especially if you are in a hurry. I really enjoyed the Choconana dessert as well as the curry chicken burger.

Expensive and weird, natto looks better than it tastes. The salad ingredients were strange. I love kimchi but this was just like dirty cabbage. The carrots were great but everything else was just weird and didn't work well together in a salad. For 50 euros for two I expect a lot better and suggest you go to one of the popular sandwich stands nearby instead.

A great restaurant with a variety of healthy salads, sides and burgers. The ambience and service are excellent. Particularly noteworthy is Bulut, who impressed us with his smile and his competence. Highly recommended!

Unique and delicious food! All ingredients were fresh the sauce and flavours went really good together. The staff, Divina and Enrico, was welcoming, nice and warm. They also have nice wine. I highly recommend eating here:)

The food, staff, ambiance and restaurant was as good as it gets. Meri Shora was magnificent as she and her staff managed the place with such friendly, generous professionalism! Their service to everyone was over the top! I watched them serve myself and my friend with the same enthusiasm and generosity as everyone in the place, walking around checking on everyone personally, offering free tastes of things. The food and beverages were as fabulous as they were delicious and healthy. We so needed a healthy respite from the chaotic and stressful storm of traveling and on the fly fast food. It boosted our immune systems and our spirits. So grateful for Meri and this great place!

Yay, finally a healthy, delicious, (bread-free) and vegetarian food option at the airport! I had a bowl put together myself with two bases (quinoa and spinach) as well as 6 additional toppings and I wasn't disappointed. Very tasty, fresh and varied. The service is quick and very friendly. Definitely a big recommendation 👍👍👍

The sales person at the natoo store in the airport by the gates B, Divina and Klaudia were very helpful with all the questions and great food.

Clean, well-kept and informal environment. But the best thing: the staff. ENRICO and DIVINA are really nice and kind… ENRICO (who deserves 6 stars) made all the difference in my stopover. Thank you for the service and hospitality... it goes beyond the "usual airport".

Bought the water mix and it was terribly bitter!!! Didn’t taste fresh at all!the bitter taste lingered forever!Had to thrown in the bin. The breakfast choconana was okay, the cornflakes inside were mushy, but overall okay to eat! The staff was friendly and kind!

Best vegoburger I have ever had. Mediterranean burger. Juicy and tasty, perfect. Bread was soft and fresh. Ended up with fresh fruit. Try it!!

It is a nice place and you can work if needed for a short time. Charging support also available. The Service differs, depending on the people, but most of the time only ok. The focus is on Vegan friendly meals and that's great. It does not work for someone with a GF problem. Still a place to enjoy some time.

The experience was very good, the food offer provides a qualitative alternative to the usual sandwiches or meat-based plates. A special shout-out to Enrico, that was very nice and professional. Highly recommended.

€18.90 for this vegetarian wrap. I was very disappointed, it is sparsely filled with cheap salad ingredients with no substance and will leave you hungry after. No sauce and no taste to boot. This one needs to be rethought.

Food looks good and fresh but rice in bowl absolutely without taste and hard You can take food only from freezer but lady was making on my eyes. I was asking to take it from bar but they said “no, you can take only from freezer” Over priced for such not tasty food

I saw the smiling face of Mari… and I decided to stay here… the ambiance was cosy , Mari proposed me Pizolato!!!! And it was sooo good…. I took the bowl of my choice !!! I definitely enjoyed !!! Thank for your good mood!

It's a place for a light and healthy meal, particularly after a long flight. It offered different varieties of healthy food, drinks and coffee. The power-bowl was one of the examples.

Best vegan foods and excellent service.. I love their individual salad I have the opportunity choose my own salad engredients, all fresh and delicious.. Natoo is a vegetarian heaven! The food is divine, you get to select any of your favorite ingredients, or pick already selected combination bowls that are healthy and fresh. I got a salad bowl with 6 different ingredients that were delicious! I also got their coconut berry bites with my coffee. So tasty! The service was also excellent. I had to go back and ask their names: Divina and Inrico. Kind and most helpful with every person who came by while I and my child were sitting there.

Terrible experience. The staff was unpleasant. They overcharged me by 6 EUR and didn't even say "sorry" when I noticed that. The burger came cold and wet, clearly from the freezer. The only positive thing was the iced tea. Quite tasty. I'm a frequent guest at FRA, but I'll never get back to this place...

The airside section of Frankfurt Airport isn't a particularly good place to look for food options. My recent trip had me transiting through Gate B around dinner time, and there were two places to get something to fill my stomach. I didn't have much time, and chose Natoo as it offered healthy meals, snacks, fruits, and drinks, and opted tor the felafel and beetroot burger, and a berry-based drink to wash it down. The burger looked pre-prepared, and was heated up in a microwave, not the best sign to a customer. Nevertheless, it was of a decent size, and at least filled me up. Prices were on the high side though not surprising for airports in general. Communal seating areas also had power points that allowed diners to charge their electrical devices - a nice touch. Overall, a slightly rushed eating experience, but at least this fast food place sort of fills a need in an airport that doesn't have many.
