I ordered there today after I had already had a busy day and all I got was a driver from the restaurant himself who made a complete fool of me because I supposedly didn't answer the bell after he himself didn't answer the phone has. I've never been talked to so stupidly by a delivery service and looked at like they were about to hit me. Never again.

The announcements are practical and classy. The food is ready quickly and tastes good. Plus, there's fat and stupid stuff on TV all the time. We liked that! We'll definitely be back!

We had dinner here today. Ordered pizza and number 83. Pizza was tasty but the nr83 wasn't that good. Mild abdominal pain and vomiting... According to the owner's response, there is one star less. As if I'm making this up! And we all know how often food inspections are carried out and something can happen from time to time. But to pretend that you're making it up is audacious. We will avoid this chain!

We celebrated a children's birthday in Bornheim and were looking for a location to eat. Since our actual venue didn't have a kitchen, we wanted to eat at Dick and Doof L'Orginale. And what can I say: it was the best decision! The value for money is absolutely top, the food deserves a full 5 stars, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We felt completely comfortable and were well looked after. A perfect start to your birthday! We will definitely be back and can recommend Dick and Doof l’Originale to anyone looking for delicious food and great service.

I've always been very happy with the pizza. Just a good classic pizza, you can't go wrong here.

Everything is fine on site. Via order service, highly unacceptable quality. 4€ surcharge for 8 slices of the thinnest salami?! Otherwise there is almost no coating and just a dry affair. It's a shame that the phenomenon of ambivalent quality has once again caught up with you. For just under €23 I can get consistently good quality elsewhere in Bornheim. If you look at the Google reviews, this is not an isolated case. How roughly and carelessly can you treat tomatoes and their products? You should be ashamed of saying something like that!! I put burrata on it myself because it was otherwise inedible. What a shame, you once made awesome pizza and pasta that I grew up with for the last 20 years.

Really delicious pizzas! We had the Pizza Carlos and Pizza Speziale, both were amazing. Fluffy but not dense dough, nice char, flavourdul toppings, cheese that don't slide right off, and the view from the bar in this autumnal weather is very Gilmore Girls 💕

Today we visited the small restaurant Dick und Doof in Bornheim and were overall satisfied. The restaurant is cozy, but more suitable for a quick snack or pick-up. There is limited seating, mostly high tables and chairs, which are less suitable for children, wheelchair users or with strollers. The two of us ordered a lasagna and the dish “Hayate Ulla” with chicken breast strips. Both dishes were delicious - the food deserves a solid 8 out of 10. The service was friendly and quick, even though the restaurant was busy. Due to limited seating, the restaurant is geared toward pickup. Overall, a good place for anyone looking for a quick, tasty meal in the area. We'd love to come back!

The food is good. Unfortunately, this is the second time I've had a bad experience with the supplier. Since it was the same both times, I assume he belongs to the restaurant. When ordering via UberEats, it was specifically stated that the name was not on the bell and so you should call. This has never been a problem with any of the other suppliers and there is also the function to write a message if necessary. For the second time it was like this: you get called, come out and then get yelled at. The call cost him money and we wouldn't have given him a tip. If you're being yelled at, there's not much time to give a tip. (Aside from that, tipping is not mandatory) Last time my girlfriend was outside alone and he also yelled at him, which isn't exactly the best behavior, especially if you're a woman alone. At the end there was the threat that next time it wouldn't be delivered, don't worry, we won't order anymore.

The pizzeria has gone from being a restaurant to a self-service joint. You order, pay and are then called over the loudspeaker. So service is zero, as is the ambience inside... But the taste of the dishes is okay and we have the same atmosphere at home. Prices are okay.

Ate the first pizza from Dick & Doof in 1976. For me it was an unforgettable pleasure. Even years later, into the early 2000s, I can say the taste has never changed and I have never had better pizza. Plus all the stars in the world. Since the founders stopped, their tradition also stopped. It's a shame that the new owners couldn't or didn't want to maintain it. The pizza no longer stands out from the rest. Therefore only 3 stars. L'originale is far away!

Be careful, especially the chef doesn't care what he does in the food. This was confirmed to me on the phone. He cooks the way he wants to. You can completely forget about the allergen list. I ordered vegan pasta because I have a severe lactose intolerance. I got pasta with parmesan added on it. Nobody there is interested in severe lactose intolerance. I was told on the phone that we can't change it anymore, the stomach ache will come. People, you are making yourself liable to prosecution. The health department has been informed.

I waited 45 minutes for my food in the store, while my companion had hers after 15 minutes. I sat there without eating. They said they had accidentally packed it up and put it away. When asked, it was warmed up after standing around for half an hour. Pasta completely overcooked, terrible mush. Pretty wrong. The dish should have been fresh and newly prepared.

We always enjoy ordering there and we also accept the price increase. But when I order a schnitzel with Champion cream sauce for €19 and a schnitzel arrives that is just swimming in oil and you have to look for the cream sauce, that's really annoying for the price. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all.

I ate here for the 1000th time today. I paid 3.0 DM for my first pizza at Paolo in 1972. Today I paid for my meal with a 100.00 euro note and received change for 50.00 euros. I just noticed it before I plugged it in. Of course he apologized profusely. It's possible that something like that could happen, but as the Swabian says, it leaves a bad taste. I'll be even more careful in the future.

Unfortunately, our pizza was only lukewarm and the base was rubbery and overall the pizza had little taste. We've eaten much better there.

Good pizzeria, good taste, friendly staff! But still, be careful when ordering the ⌀ 28cm pizza is often (considerably) smaller than the specified 28cm. If you're really hungry, it's better to order pasta. It's a shame because pizzas sometimes cost 10€-12€ and getting small pizzas for that price is a bit steep!

Pizza very small and not really tasteful. Tomatoes on pizza taste like nothing. Delivery of 3 pizzas takes 75 minutes even though we live around the corner.

Had takeaway pizza. Been there several times and was always 👍 But today a pizza with sheep's cheese and rocket. There was a mountain of arugula on the 🍕 and a bit of sheep's cheese sprinkled on top. While eating, all the toppings fell off the 🍕 and unfortunately the pizza was cold. Somehow inedible, only garlic had a taste on the palate and it also cost 9.50 euros. Isn't really recommended.

We have been ordering and using the delivery service for many years. Of the 4 pizzas delivered last night, three were completely inedible. They were rock hard. I complained about the delivery by phone. The lady expressed her regret and said she would pass the information on to the pizza maker. No offer of compensation whatsoever. Conclusion: 38 euros for an edible pizza. No thanks

We have ordered our pizza here weekly for years. But the quality has been noticeably declining for several months and has now reached its absolute lowest point. What was once the best pizza in Frankfurt is now worse than some frozen pizzas. The once so aromatic, fluffy dough, which once made the pizza worth it, is bone dry and inedible. You have to order the pizza with extra cheese to get even close to the amount of cheese you used to have. With a heavy heart we will now start looking for a new regular pizzeria. A pity!

D&D war mal eine Instanz in Bornheim. Seit langem mal wieder dort gewesen um mit einem Kunden eine Pizza zu essen. 9€, nur 25cm Durchmesser (wir haben das Lineal rausgeholt), hart und trocken. Stan und Oli würden sich im Grab rumdrehen, wenn sie wüssten für was sie ihren Namen hergeben. Wirklich schade, von der lustigen Truppe und dem guten Essen von vor 20 Jahren ist nichts mehr übrig geblieben.

Ich finde die Pizza richtig lecker und man kann sich eine riesen Pizza von 40 cm bestellen, die im Preis Leistungsverhältnis super ist. Die Location ist zwar klein, aber gemütlich. Ist jetzt kein wirkliches Restaurant bei dem man bedient wird, sondern man bestellt an der Theke.

Well located and nice place to sit outside. Doesn't accept any kind of card, as many places in Frankfurt. We only asked for carbonaras and it was so disappointing. A so called Italian place delivering a pasta with ham, bad quality cheese and some sahne sauce, probably. No eggs, no pecorino/parmigiano/grana padano, almost no pepper and no taste at all. I literally only finished mine because I was starving. And we pay before eating.

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und anständig. Der Außen- und Innenbereich ist sauber und ordentlich. Vom Essen waren wir positiv überrascht und äußerst zufrieden. Leider mussten wir drinnen sitzen, wo es sehr stickig war. Eine Art Lüftungssystem wäre super.

Die Portionen sind kleiner geworden. Das haben wir alle bemerkt. Das mit den Preisen ist aber langsam schon sehr frech. Die Pizza Margherita hat im Februar 2021 Euro 4,30 gekostet. Fand ich angemessen, die hat ja kaum Zutaten und keinen Belag. Gestern war ein neuer Infozettel von D &D im Briefkasten. Da weiss ich immer jetzt haben die wieder die Preise erhöht. Die Pizza Margherita ist nun bei einem Preis von Euro 6,50 angekommen. Mittlerweile also mehr als 50 % Preisanstieg. Irgendwann ist eigentlich mal gut hiermit. Jetzt würden normalerweise wieder gestiegene Kosten als Grund genannt. Personalkosten, Zutaten und PiPaPo sind meiner Ansicht nach nicht um diese 50 % im Preis angestiegen. Das ist kein richtiges Restaurant. Sondern ein Selbstbedienungsladen. Bleibt also mal auf dem Teppisch. Hoffentlich reagieren viele auf solches Geschäftsgebahren mit Abwesenheit.

Nach wie vor eine der Besten Pizzeria in Bornheim Super Salate und die Pizza ist sehr lecker.

Gehe schon viele Jahre hierher und ja es ist alles teurer geworden, aber die Preise stark anheben und die Portionen verkleinern geht gar nicht. 9,50 für einen Salat wo die Schüssel mit ach und krach halbvoll ist und nicht mal mehr ein Stück Pizzabrot dazu. Nudeln ebenso. Also wenn Preise schon mehrfach angehoben werden, dann lasst wenigstens die Portionen so wie früher!

Pizzateig war sehr gut. Allgemein lecker aber leider etwas lieblos belegt / zu wenig belegt. (Caprese). Wenig Tomaten und 3 Blätter Basilikum. Mozzarella war auch nicht viel vorhanden. War mal besser.

Also die Pizza schmeckte fast göttlich und der Boden verneigte sich aber ein Problem gab es. und zwar war eine unserer Pizzen verbrannt. wir haben dies auch auf eine Serviette geschrieben und abgegeben. im großen und ganzen fand ich es okay aber es ist sehr teuer sry aber es ist so. bye
