Hello A small, cozy restaurant located in the lower level of a tower near the Elbe River. The service is very attentive and friendly. For our meal, we had dates wrapped in bacon and fried anchovies as appetizers. For our main courses, we had a mixed fish platter and seared tuna. Aioli with baguette was included as a complimentary starter. Everything was cooked to perfection, the quality was excellent, and it was all very delicious! All in all, a wonderful evening, well-deserved 5 stars.

Rarely eaten so good across the line (tried 12 dishes) served by a very friendly boss/team. Coming back once for sure.

One of the most popular Portuguese restaurants in Hamburg, despite the lack of a view due to the lack of windows. This allows you to focus all the more on the delicious dishes.

If your mouth is already watering just by the time the food is served, that's the highest rating you can give! The owner is so nice, orders arrive very quickly, and the ambiance is great. My daughter had the vegetarian/vegan starter platter and I had the regular one, and we can say: everything was done right!

The location is fantastic, and the restaurant has a very special, traditional charm. The service was extremely friendly, and we received our starters, drinks, and main courses in a flash. Unfortunately, there was no room for dessert, but we'll make up for that next time! Both the meat and seafood were delicious. The relaxed atmosphere was perfectly complemented by the traditional, tranquil music in the background. We would love to come back again – thank you very much!

I'd highly recommend this restaurant. We had a delicious meal. The service from the owner himself was excellent. He had a great sense of humor. I even got a couple of glasses of milk (free) even though it wasn't on the menu. I was pleased. I thought the mixed fish platter was excellent.

A very nice restaurant, although a bit dark due to the tower's lack of windows. The service was excellent; they even remembered our names, and the staff always had a joke ready. The food was good and absolutely inexpensive, great value for money!

Very friendly staff with delicious food and a lovely, unusual atmosphere with a Portuguese flair. Reasonable prices for Hamburg standards, considering it's right on the pier. Two people were full, plus drinks and two liqueurs to help with digestion, and it came out under €50. Highly recommended. The only downside: the men's restroom couldn't be locked.

The dishes we had (sardines and sea bream) were more of an interpretation of Portuguese food. You don't have to choose a large main course; you can also eat your way through smaller portions. In the tower's circular dining room, it can get quite loud due to the acoustics. The service is very friendly.

This very special Portuguese restaurant is located in a tower right on the harbor, not far from the jetties. The service is very friendly and always attentive, and you'll be treated to a hearty Portuguese treat. Highly recommended!

Quaint location. The food, however, was nothing special, and neither was it of good quality nor of good taste. It's a shame, as the food should be better outside of the Portuguese Quarter. Our visitor from abroad asked us if we were really serious. What a shame!

Un sabor verdaderamente fantástico de Portugal justo al lado del muelle. Tenemos el plato de mariscos mezclados y un entrante de chorizo a la parrilla justo en la mesa. El plato incluía salmón, atún, calamar, pulpo, pez espada y grandes gambas, perfectos para compartir. Todo estaba sabroso y cocinado a la perfección. La ensalada que vino con él también era fantástico. El vino blanco verde Vinho fue un maridaje perfecto y un tipo de vino único y más amargo con uvas sin madurar. Pocas opciones de postre pero la mousse de chocolate era buena. No hay menú en inglés, pero el servidor todavía pudo ayudar y hacer sugerencias. El lugar estaba vacío para nuestra reserva anticipada a las 17: 30 , pero estaba casi lleno a los 18 : 30 , por lo que las reservas merecen la pena. Capacidad para unos 35 en el interior y otros 20 en el exterior, aunque en el interior se recomienda gracias a la hermosa decoración. Lo más destacado de Portugiesenviertel de Hamburgo - ¡una visita obligada!

A truly fantastic taste of Portugal right by the pier. We got the mixed seafood platter and a chorizo starter grilled right at the table. The platter featured salmon, tuna, squid, octopus, swordfish, and large prawns, perfect for sharing. Everything was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The salad that came with it was also fantastic. Vinho verde white wine was a perfect pairing and a unique, more bitter type of wine with unripe grapes. No English menu but the server was still able to help and make suggestions. The place was empty for our early reservation at 17:30, but was nearly full by 18:30, so reservations are worth it. Seating for about 35 inside and another 20 outside, though inside is recommend thanks to the beautiful decor. A highlight of Hamburg's Portugiesenviertel - a must try!

The place was cool, just one of the waiters was being rude to us, when he gave us the menu he came straight away to ask what do we want to order, we said “give us one minute” and he said to us “just 1 minute because I’m on a rush” then he was throwing the things on a rude way while serving

The food is excellent and authentic, the service was very friendly (kudos to the friendly owner), and the price is reasonable for the quality. If you're ever in the area and want a cozy and delicious meal, you should definitely stop by here.

A beautiful, unusual place. Very friendly, attentive service. Fair prices. Everything was actually excellent. I had a prawn salad, which was very tasty at the time, with nice, large shrimp. Shortly after eating, I had an unpleasant burp, and unfortunately, it didn't stop the entire evening. And later, I also got heartburn... I'm guessing the shrimp didn't agree with my stomach. Hence the star deduction. I would gladly come back, though, just order something different.

We spontaneously went to eat here during our visit to Hamburg because we felt like tapas. Even without a reservation we got a place. Service very friendly and open-minded. Inconspicuous from the outside. Ambiance is not very big, but very clocky and with Portuguese flair. Food was very, very tasty and fresh. Had the 10 tapas for 2. I can definitely recommend the visit.

Food that is as similar as possible to that in Portugal. very low average level of quality, less sufficient quantity. Very good selection, good service, high price for what is on offer. The space is different but typical of a tavern. I know the products served in the restaurant and here in Hamburg we could easily improve the quality of the food significantly. what you pay is worth it.

Anyone who is at the Landungsbrücken definitely has to sit down here and let the delicious food melt in your mouth... So keep your eyes open when you pass the tower 😉

Very tasty tapas in a nice atmosphere and courteous staff!

We like to eat there, unfortunately far too rarely. The tapas are super tasty, we had them as a starter for two people. I then had a mixed fish plate. The open wines are served in a porcelain carafe and cups. So delicious and you immediately feel like you're in Portugal. For me the best Portuguese restaurant. The only disadvantage is the location. A bit loud at times, but no matter. The taste and service makes it worth it.

We came here by chance and I'm glad we did. It was my favorite restaurant in Hamburg. The food is delicious. Incredible appetizers that satisfied my stomach's hunger. The clams could have had more sauce, more garlic and lemon, but other than that they were still good. I was in heaven. I noticed that they have good and real ginjinha :) The service was super friendly and cheerful. I highly recommend it, I hope to come back again.

Family Sunday was there for dinner on Sunday. The evening was a birthday present for me. The food was excellent and the price/performance ratio was very good! The warmth and humor of the service staff is unbelievable. You have to be able to accept it, if you don't like it, you're in the wrong place. We liked it 100 percent. Our waiter then had the entire restaurant sing a birthday song for me. The whole evening was really a blast for us! Thank you very much for everything to the entire team! We'll be back!
