Tasty, cheap, friendly and fast service. Gladly again

I've ordered here so many times and the food is very, very good and the staff is friendly. When ordering for pickup you always have to allow for a bit of a wait, but in my opinion it's definitely worth it

The food is actually really good, with generous portions, but I wouldn't advise anyone to order through Lieferando or to order delivery in general. Today it took almost 2 hours again, and it's really the same every time, even though Lieferando says 30-45 minutes...

By far the best Indian in Frankfurt! We have eaten here over 50 times and it has always been excellent. The family and the waitress, who have been working here for many years, do a great job and every visit is very authentic and nice. My favorite shop ❤️

We will never go to this restaurant again. The food was so bad that we all were sick after eating it. The service is slow and people are standing and staring at you. They want you to eat and leave the table asap so that they get the table to eat. The staff is not saying anything to them which was really annoying. We ordered Butter Chicken which had no flavors but was sweet. Lamm Vindalo was very spicy, Thali was okay. Mixed pakora consisted of only Cauliflower and Potatoes which was a total disappointment. It was waste of money.

Unfortunately the food didn't taste good at all. The bill wasn't included either, he simply delivered the food to us and charged €34. When we received the wrong one and called, a child answered and spoke rudely. That was the first and last time.

Cancelled the order 16 minutes after ordering without notice or explanation.

Catastrophic, 1h10 wait to eat a dish!

This was my real experience in Indian food.That was a plus that they had English menu but spice (hot) level was not clear enough!I don't eat 🥵 food and also my daughter!We couldn't eat the food we ordered.I don't want to try Indian food for a loooooong time or maybe never!

We ordered Veg Jalfrezi and matter panner. Matter Panner was really nice and to the contrary veg Jalfrezi was terrible. Tasted like a ketchup and Jalfrezi suppose to be a flavourful and spicy curry. When we called the restaurant, the restaurant is advocating that this jalfrezi which was disappointing. Btw the delivery was real quick.

Our regular restaurant during our time in Rödelheim. We went there at least once a week. The vegetarian dishes are particularly great. Excellent and consistently high quality, great service and a very friendly operating family. We will miss it very much!

I have ordered Mutton biryani in this restaurant. One of the worst biryani I had in my life. Nothing seems to be fresh. Normally i won't give bad review but the food is so worst , it made me to give this review. I will never order any food in this restaurant. Full of color powder in food.

We ordered here again. The quality has decreased. The rice had an unpleasant, unusual taste. The prices have risen significantly. When paying you are repeatedly asked for cash. For us, the store is no longer what it used to be. Very unfortunate.

The reason for 3 stars: 1-loud noise from kitchen staff lady was constantly heard to the dining area. 2-very long waiting time to have our food. Something around 45 min. 3- the atmosphere was more like take away place than restaurant because there was a constant queue in the middle of dinning area. 4- not good ventilation in the kitchen as all the odors and fume from kitchen was in the dining area which caused us cough/itchy eyes. 5- the food number 46 (seekh kabab) was really hot/spicy and there was no information on the menu about the level of spice. So, could not be eaten. 6- price to quality ratio was not appropriate.

Very good North Indian cuisine. Favorite dishes are Lamb Paalak, Bhindi do Pyaaza and Daal Makhani.

Best Indian in all of Frankfurt

One of my favorite restaurant in Frankfurt. We used to order every Wednesday from our workplace. Everyone loved the food. My favorite is Palak Paneer along with green chilli spicy chutney.

This restaurant is simply unbeatable, I'm not from Frankfurt but I have to come here every time I'm in the city. Equivalent price-performance ratio has not yet been found. You can certainly find the same quality but not at this unbeatable price. Service is bold and alert. The food is fantastically tasty and almost too cheap.

Very tasty food - it was super full, we had to wait a bit to get a seat and the service was still great!!! Friendly and nice, absolutely accommodating and then came the large portions... All in all a place for Indian food

Very friendly staff and super delicious food. Large selection of vegetarian dishes and many vegan options available upon request. Everything tasted delicious and we were very pleased with the small starter on the house with various dips. I particularly recommend the sweet naan with honey and coconut, which I didn't know before.

I've been ordering food there regularly for years, so I can't rate the ambience, but I've never been disappointed. Delivery is always on time and the food is hot. The quality is excellent and I haven't found anything comparable in terms of taste. The portions are large at a fair price and if you order over a certain amount, delivery and mangolassi are free if you order directly from the restaurant by phone from the always friendly (family) staff. An absolute insider tip and I can only say: Bravo and keep it up, dear Tandoori team in Rödelheim!!!

Felt fantastic to feel the authentic atmosphere and taste of the food. Honestly I don't remember to have eaten Indian food until today, what a miss... Since a while I've been struggling to find good cooked food, when i'm just not able to cook at home for one or another reason. I often prefer cooked food and really happy to discover this place. Portions were very generous as well, easy 5 stars

Best Indian food in Frankfurt! We get it delivered by Lieferando once or twice a month. Service is quick. The Palak Paneer is one of the best we've had. Prices are outstanding and portions are generous. The Naan is fantastic.

Food could have been better especially vegetable jalfrezi. Soup was pretty good. Service was also good. Decent place to go to in this outer suburb of Frankfurt when you're missing food from your motherland.

From the outside, this place in the back yard of the gym might seem strange, but the food and service are top notch. I come here regularly for lunch and have never been disappointed.

The food is very, very tasty and the service is always extremely friendly. The seating outside (in the parking lot next to the gym) isn't particularly "homely" but the food quickly makes you forget that. Delivery sometimes takes a little longer, so order early or pick it up yourself.

Great food, pretty authentic I would say. The service was amazing and super friendly, just the restroom could definitely be improved. The ambiance in general was not the best, but as mentioned food was definitiv worth a visit!

Very friendly, attentive service staff, the glasses never remained empty for long, the food was very tasty and the price was absolutely acceptable, the atmosphere was less inviting, the chairs were really very uncomfortable, not inviting for long stays and it was extremely loud, you couldn't talk to yourself hardly entertained! We will definitely eat here again during the week - no more on the weekend! We have already tried the delivery service via Lieferando, which was also great!

I tried several Indian restaurants around Frankfurt West/Rödelheim and so far this is my favorite Indian. I tried almost all the pakoras dishes and they were all very tasty. Garlic Naan, Butter Chicken and Garlic Tikka are also very tasty and the mint sauce that they always serve is simply great. Particularly high praise for the Garlic Naan, as it doesn't taste as good as some of the others. Here I can always rely on the fact that I will enjoy the food.

I have been eating there regularly for many years - on site but also for collection/delivery. The food is exceptionally good - the hardest part is definitely deciding between the many delicacies... Peppermint sauce and raita are addictive Samosas and pakoras - super delicious the naan variants and lassi - an absolute must The sauces mango, special of India, korma, butter are so delicious and whether it's meat (even beef!), fish, shrimp or even paneer - everything is fantastic. The service is fast and extremely friendly - from in-house service to delivery. The atmosphere isn't exactly suitable for a date and isn't a highlight for me, but the food makes up for it all.

Excellent food at reasonable prices and very nice people. I had the 50 (chicken curry) with some naan as my "low risk" first dish and it was delicious! I'm already looking forward to the next time.

We have now eaten there twice and ordered take-away twice. It tastes great every time, the service is great, the employees are very accommodating and friendly. We're always happy to come back to you!

Absolut leckeres indisches Essen. Schmeckt bei jedem Besuch wieder richtig gut. Die Karte zum Mittagstisch ist etwas kleiner als die zum Abendessen, dafür aber auch etwas günstiger. Die Preise sind absolut in Ordnung. Für sie Qualität und den Geschmack eher sogar sehr günstig. Man kann Sich jederzeit Reis nachbestellen, sollte dieser nicht gereicht haben. Auch wenn das Restaurant von außen nicht so schick aussieht, ist es absolut einen Besuch wert.

War heute, in diesem ich würde fast schon sagen von außen unscheinbaren Restaurant ,essen. Fast schon magisch hat mich der Duft der Indischen Küche in die Richtung des Lokals geführt. Vor Ort waren Stimmung und Essen unglaublich. Dieses Lokal ist nur zum weiterempfehlen.

Sehr leckeres Essen und mega Tolles Ambiente. Dazu kommt ein super Preis leistungs Verhältnis. Ich kann euch nur empfehlen dort zu essen!

Tandoori-Spezial macht seinen Namen alle Ehre, denn nachdem ich in vielen indischen Restaurants gegessen habe, war das Erlebnis bei Tandoori-Spezial einfach unvergleichlich schön, angenehm und lecker! Es hat mir so gut gefallen dass ich unbedingt diese Rezension schreiben musste. Für jeden Leser dieser Nachricht gebt dem Restaurant eine Chance…es wird sich lohnen 😁!!!

Hier war ich schon oft und es schmeckt großartig, der Service ist Klasse und ich empfehle Thaali und als Schluss einen indischen Gewürztee. Die Mangolassi ist auch zu empfehlen.

I had the pleasure of dining at Tandoori Spezial, and I must say, their Tandooris are truly special and incredibly tasty. The friendly service and pleasant atmosphere added to the overall satisfaction. While I enjoyed my experience, I’d rate it 4 stars.

Bestellen (Lieferung) sehr gerne bei Tandoori Spezial. Das Garlic Tikka ist SO GUT. Richtig saftiges Fleisch und alle Gerichte sind super gewürzt. Kann es nur empfehlen (ein grosses Lob auch an den Liefermann. Er wirkt so herzlich und ist immer super freundlich)

Das Essen war ganz ok. Wir mußten extrem lange warten ( die Getränke konnten wir erst nach 20 min bestellen ) die Toiletten waren extrem verdreckt-echt übel!

Klare Empfehlung! Wir haben drei verschiedene Gerichte zum abholen bestellt. Alles ging sehr schnell und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen und das Naan waren super lecker! Wer hier isst, sollte unbedingt einen Mango-Lassi dazu bestellen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden!! Das Essen war sehr gut gewürzt, hat "authentisch" und individuell geschmeckt. Das Gericht von meinem Mann und mein Gericht waren sehr unterschiedlich, kein "Einheitsbrei". Das Naanbrot ebenfalls sehr gut und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auch. Wir kommen sicher wieder, wenn wir in Frankfurt sind!

Sehr leckeres Essen, die grüne Pfefferminz Soße ist aber der Hauptgrund warum ich bewerte. Die ist so gut, kann mir jemand sagen wie die heißt/wie man die macht/wo man die kaufen kann?

Der beste Inder in ganz Frankfurt 🤤 Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die Bedienung ist immer sehr höflich und aufmerksam, das Essen schmeckt immer extrem lecker und mittlerweile sind wir dort auch Stammgäste. Ganz klar zu empfehlen Chicken Korma und Garlic Naan

The quality of food is excellent and it’s great value for money. We have tried nearly every dish on the menu and every one is delicious. The rice is perfectly cooked and the naan breads are tasty too. The restaurant itself is plain and lacks atmosphere, especially because takeaways are popular and customers queue up while they are waiting which is irritating. Deliveries are usually fast (depending on the day and time you order) and the food is always hot. At the end of the day it’s about the food and you can’t beat Tandoori for quality or value for money. Try it!

Ich habe schon in einer Menge indischer Restaurants einschließlich in Indien gegessen. Das Tandoori in Frankfurt ist für mich eines der besten mit dem besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, dass ich kennengelernt habe. Praktischerweise ist es in dem Stadtteil von Frankfurt, indem ich seit Jahren lebe. Und seit Jahren genieße ich die hervorragende Küche des Tandoori, sowohl beim Besuch des Restaurants als auch durch die Lieferung nach Hause. Einziger, kleiner Wermutstropfen ist das wenig ansprechende Ambiente, ein Vereinsheim, und wenig Parkplätze in der Umgebung.

Mit Liebe und Können zubereitete indische Gerichte, die frisch und sehr schmackhaft sind. Der Familienbetrieb ist ein eingespieltes Team und es duftet schon von weitem nach Gewürzen und Naan. Wir gehen sehr gerne hin und wurden bislang bei keinem Gericht enttäuscht. Das Ambiente ist ein typisches Vereinslokal, aber mit indischem Flair. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und schnell, auch sind die Preise fair.

Hole mir momentan fast jede Woche was und kriege nicht genug. Super leckere Gerichte, authentisch gekocht, immer frisch zubereitet und preislich völlig in Ordnung. Kann ich nur empfehlen :)
