The butter chicken and garlic naan are especially delicious. The portions are generous, the value for money is good, and the service is always friendly and attentive. You immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also pleasant – cozy, clean, and with loving attention to detail. Whether it's takeout or dine-in, I've never been disappointed. The service was super friendly, attentive, but not intrusive. Drinks and food were brought quickly and hot to everyone's tables at the same time. As a half-Indian, I would classify the food as European Indian, but it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended, I'd go back anytime.

Good food by the river side. Chickens 65 was delicious tasting exactly like chicken kabab. Mutton biryani was tender and flavorful. The outdoor seating is a pleasure during summer evening. The atmosphere is really good and the service from Morsal was great with her polite attitude making the overall experience much more worthy.

The best korma and the best tikka masala I've ever eaten. We eat here 2-3 times a month, and the food is consistently excellent. The beautiful terrace overlooking the Main River is a great place to sit, and there's enough space inside for a party. A definite recommendation; simply perfect.

A week ago my wife desired Indian food, she suggested that we come here. Since we were already in Niederrad I decided to go to an Indian restaurant there. I didn’t even leave a review for that meal. However, the visit to Main Curry House proved to be very worthwhile. The taste of each dish and the quality of the ingredients are out of this world. The next time I feel my wife deserves something special, this is the place we’re going to go to. The staff is friendly, the girl is a blonde in disguise, but the proprietor and chef are both likable. The music could have been a tad quieter, but it helped drown out the noise of the kids in the other room.

February 2023: The food was delicious, with large portions and a fair price. Ordering via Lieferando worked well. I'd be happy to come again.

Nice location by the river with outdoor seating, but that’s the only good part. It took **30 minutes** just to get our food, and they **charged €2.30 for a glass of still water**—seriously? Ordered the non-veg thali: half butter naan, a tiny cup of rice, lamb curry, chicken curry, veg curry, curd, and one piece of gulab jamun. **Portions were extremely small** for **€20**, and the **taste was just average**. After finishing, we waited another **25 minutes for the bill**, even after multiple follow-ups. Visited **Anjappar** two days ago—way better. Their **buffet is €19** with much better value and amazing taste. I’d pick **Anjappar any day over Main Curry House**. Total disappointment.

We like the food,but it has lots of food colour in it. And a very unwelcoming incident has happened when waiter asked ask to order in one go instead of ordering again and again. We were 9 people with 3 kids ,and we have paid a good amount of money still the host seems uninterested and did not accept the comment happily instead he was resistant for the feedback’s provided. Very good food, large selection, not too spicy, fast service

Rude staff, as well as unreasonable treatment, we asked for 2€ to use the toilet, which was unbelievable, so we changed our mind and went to eat at the top dog, much friendlier and better treatment.
