Delicious Indian food at fair prices in a nice atmosphere. We once had chicken with ginger, parika and garlic and once with coconut sauce. Both served with rice. We ordered more rice because the portion was a bit small for two people. However, this was not calculated. Very nice. Great and friendly service with pleasant times until dinner even though the restaurant was relatively full on Fridays. Ordered very tasty coconut lassis in a beautiful glass. We would be happy to come back at any time to have a nice and delicious Indian evening.

We were there for the first time yesterday and we really enjoyed it. Food and service was TOP. We'd love to come back.

We had tried the Shahi Paneer and Chicken Madras along with Butter Naans. The Shahi Paneer was very sweet and felt like it was not seasoned with any other spices. However I would like to acknowledge that the server did warn us in advance that it might be sweet but we did not expect it to be this extreme. Therefore, if you're looking for the authentic taste, would not recommend the Shahi Paneer. The chicken Madras was also very basic and did not taste particularly good. Overall, the food was just alright, but the service and ambience are good. Special mention to the Papads and chutneys that were served at the start which was the real star of the meal!

Ordered on lieferando and I live in Frankfurt city center, 15 min by bike. The listing looked good and immediately after placing my order, I’ve got a phone call from them telling me I live too far and asking me to cancel my order, because they had other orders from people closer. When I refused and insisted getting my delivery, they said they will do it but then cancelled from their side. I suppose they wanted me to cancel so that they would not get penalised by lieferando. If you don’t want orders from a certain place, make sure to not be listed there.

We spontaneously went to Ganesha on a Saturday evening and there was enough space. The atmosphere is not very modern, but okay. However, we were thrilled with everything we ate. Papadams are available free of charge in advance, with three very tasty dips. The whole wheat roti smelled really great and our main courses were great too. Everyone was very friendly and we can only recommend the restaurant.

Really a disgrace. Waited over 1.5 hours and not delivered. After I called and the gentleman on the other end of the phone said he was calling the driver then he called back and said sry car broke down. So not recommended

Ordered a lamb masala, vegetable biriyani and a chicken karahi. Curry sauce used in different dishes was exactly the same...Absolutely no herb aroma or spiciness or flavour. I've had microwave curries for 5 euros in England with more flavour and authenticity. Please cook your curries from scratch for that price and use real herbs and spices.

Osm one of the best place i have visited

Was really my favorite Indian for years. The chicken was always perfectly seasoned and cooked. But over the last few months the quality of the chicken has suffered significantly, no longer cooked well and very, very tough, well below the quality I was used to for years, very disappointing. It's a shame, I'll have to find a new favorite Indian

You can see on the right when you walk past that they cook there themselves and don't use ready-made spice mixtures. The food was really great, papadam could use some cumin and clover seeds, the samosas were a little spicier, that was it. Otherwise great

Recommended, good restaurant. Bread as a starter with dips free of charge. Medium-sized portions - although free refills of rice are possible.

Ganesha, actually I could have written a review for this 4 years ago. This is by far one of the best Indian restaurants in Frankfurt. Service, food and price are right here. What more could you want? Highly recommended Nilgiri with paneer (it's not on the menu). All starters anyway ;) and a Kingfisher beer. Enjoy

Chicken Tandoori is served with bread, vegetables and a sweet yogurt sauce instead of rice and wasn't much of a treat either. A disappointment for me. A good kebab costs half as much and doesn't taste bland.

Already the second time there, and once again thrilled. The best Indian restaurant in Frankfurt. 10/10 food with the best service you can imagine.

Upon the the reviews found on Google and wolt, I ordered Lamb Biriyani through wolt. But to my surprise they served vegetable biriyani mixed with Lamb pieces. I would suggest to atleast watch how the Biriyani is cooked on youtube.

Wir kommen regelmäßig ins Ganesha und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Das Essen ist geschmacklich sehr gut und lecker, kleine Änderungen werden unkompliziert umgesetzt. Mittagstisch ist ebenfalls uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Auch Hunde sind willkommen. Eindeutig 5 Sterne! Wir kommen selbstverständlich immer wieder!

Gute Küche, nordindisch. Nicht zu scharf, bei Bedarf wird auch scharf gewürzt. Leider arbeiten hier nur Männer..das ist wohl landestypisch.

I ordered via Lieferando a simple butter chicken with rice. Most disgusting dish I’ve ever eaten. I suspect they served me food cooked 3 days ago (if not more). The rice smelled and tasted so incredibly bad. How is it possible to mess it up so bad? Avoid this place at all cost, for consumer safety.

Worst chicken biryani ever tried in Frankfurt for 13€. I got more veggies ( cauliflower, carrot, beans) than chicken pieces. If you are looking for a vegetable biryani then you should order chicken biriyani...

Waren gestern mit einer großen Gruppe da und es war sehr lecker, auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This is my second visit to Ganesha. The masala dosa I had this time was absolutely amazing, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. However, my previous experience with the kottu dish wasn't as great. If you visit, I highly recommend trying the masala dosa – it's on another level!

Durch NeoTaste aufmerksam geworden. Das essen war sehr lecker. Insbesondere Butter chicken und naan Brot. Wir saßen draußen und es war nervig wegen den ganzen Bienen.

Leckeres Essen, vegan, gute Saucen, draussen ganz nette Location aber eben laut durch die Strasse, wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir waren heute Mittag spontan zum Essen da und waren sehr angetan. Wir hatten ein vegetarisches und ein Lammgericht. Beides war optisch sehr schön angerichtet und geschmacklich interessant und wirklich lecker.

Wundervollen Abend mit fantastischen Speisen (da tanzten meine Tastebits auf der Zunge Tango) sehr nettem individuellen Service zu fairen Preisen gehabt. Was will man mehr? Wir kommen gerne wieder.

PLV ist in Ordnung. Die Speisen hätten allerdings stärker gewürzt sein können. Der Reis zB hatte leider gar kein Salz gesehen. Die Mango Lassies waren sehr lecker, obwohl bei uns beiden der letzte Rest jeweils extrem bitter geschmeckt hat und wir uns nicht erklären konnten, woher das kam. Der Kellner war nett und zuvorkommend, das Ambiente ist jedoch keine Offenbarung.

Seit mehreren Jahren durchgehend gute Qualität mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Einmal war das Lamm leider schwarz. Ohne Beanstandungen haben wir das Gericht das nächste mal kostenlos bekommen. Das nenne ich Kundenservice! Danke an das Team für das gute Essen und liebe Grüße Update: Inzwischen sind die Gerichte immer zu scharf. Chicken Karahi war immer sehr mild. Gestern nicht essbar. Auch tikka masala ist viel viel schärfer als früher. Leider nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Nicht nur von der Schärfe her. Auch die Soßen waren früher besser. Leider 2 Sterne Abzug aktuell. Very quick to délivré but unfortunately too mich Sugar in the plates…and this for the three different plates ordered there! Moreover, we could tell that we had can vegetables… it’s pity!

Lecker, authentisch, guter Service. Wir waren mit einem 2-für-1-Gutschein da. Portionsgröße wie zum vollen Preis, auch gab es einen "Snack" (Papadam mit drei Dips) vorab gratis dazu. Klare Empfehlung!

Habe jetzt zum 2 mal dort zum Abholen bestellt. Hat genau so lange gedauert wie mir am Telefon angekündigt wurde. Personal war immer Freundlich. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut. Essen war sehr sehr lecker.

Das curry was ich hier gegessen hatte war mega lecker hätte noch schärfer sein können. Bin aber mega zufrieden es war ein richtig cooler mega guter netter und freundlicher Service. Das Ambiente mit dem Aquarium war mega schön

Gute indische Vorspeisen und der Linsen Dahl ist ein Burner. Dafür, dass ich kein Freund indischer Küche bin, fühlte ich mich schon gut angeholt. Das Ambiente wäre etwas ausbaufähig.

I have tried many indian Restaurants in Frankfurt. This is one of the good ones. I got the butterchicken with two different Naans with an indian friend. The butterchicken was absolutely perfect but the naans can improve. too little filling in it. but still tasty. I recommend this place !

Sehr leckeres Essen und nettes Personal. Die Toiletten sind auch sehr sauber und man kann dort auch mit Karte bezahlen. Ich kann die Rezensionen bezüglich der Dauer nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Gutes Essen braucht seine Zeit! Es ist ja schließlich ein Restaurant und keine fast food Kette.

Endlich mal ein gutes, preislich faires indisches Restaurant entdeckt. Warum war ich noch nie hier? Das wird sich ändern! Mein palak paneer war köstlich. Das Chilli naan perfekt.

Ein tolles indisches Restaurant mit authentischen Gerichten zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Große Auswahl. Alles wird liebevoll präsentiert von einem sehr freundlichen Service. Geschmacklich hervorragend- Portionsgrösse für den Preis völlig ok. Das Ambiente ist schlicht und alles ein wenig älter - hat aber dadurch seinen Charme. Parkhaus direkt gegenüber. Ein wirklich super nettes Lokal, wenn man mal Abwechslung vom Schnitzel oder Italiener möchte. 100% Empfehlung
