Das iranische Restaurant ist durchweg lecker und sauber.

Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Restaurant war schmutzig, das Essen für die gebotene Qualität überteuert und das Fleisch nicht durchgebraten. Es schmeckte nicht frisch, und die Hygiene ließ insgesamt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Angesichts der Preise hatte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Leider kann ich dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen und werde nicht wiederkommen.

Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss! 👌✨ Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Service und den Inhaber ❤️. So freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit wird man heutzutage nur noch selten empfangen. Sogar ein stern ist zu viel für das essen was sie uns geliefert hat das war sehr sehr schlechte qualität, das hat überhaupt nicht nach persische spezialität gerochen das essen. Nie wieder bestellen wir etwas bei dieser restaurant.

Ich habe Hackfleischspieße zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Zuhause als ich die Verpackung aufgemacht habe, habe ich zu meinem Bedauern komplett angebrannte Spieße vorgefunden. Die direkt in den Müll gelandet sind. Auf meinen Anruf hat die Dame äußert barsch und unhöflich reagiert. Die Aussage war, ich solle anderweitig essen gehen!! Ich bin noch nie mit so etwas unverschämtem konfrontiert gewesen. Ich finde es überzogen dreist einem Kunden, nur weil er in dem Moment nicht in die Verpackung reinschauen kann, verbranntes und Nicht-eßbares Gericht zu geben. Einfach über den Tisch gezogen!! Ich werde definitiv NIE wieder bei TAK essen!!!

Ein wirklich tolles iranisches Restaurant mit unglaublich leckerem Essen und super freundlichem Service! Besonders das KUBIDEH war einfach perfekt – saftig, aromatisch gewürzt und richtig authentisch. Dazu der duftende Reis und die gegrillten Tomaten. einfach ein Traum. Die Atmosphäre war warm und gemütlich, man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Definitiv eines der besten persischen Restaurants, die ich bisher besucht habe. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Fantastisches Essen und freundlicher Service!

Immer wenn ich in Düsseldorf bin, komme ich sehr gerne hierher. Das Essen ist super lecker und alles wird frisch zubereitet. Die Kebabs sind richtig saftig und einfach top! Ich kann es wirklich jedem empfehlen. Außerdem sind die Mitarbeiter dort freundlich. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Wir haben im iranischen Restaurant Tak sehr lecker gegessen.

Wir waren früher regelmäßig hier essen, und waren lange zufrieden. Leider hat sich unsere Erfahrung massiv verschlechtert. Das Verhalten von Personal und Chef ist äußerst herablassend. Man hat das deutliche Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sein, sondern eher so behandelt zu werden, als würde man stören. Die Haltung wirkt nach dem Motto: „Wenn es Ihnen nicht passt, dann kommen Sie eben nicht mehr.“ Genau so fühlt man sich als Kunde. Mehrfach wurden telefonische Reservierungen vergessen oder gar nicht eingetragen. Vor Ort wird man schief angeschaut, statt freundlich angesprochen zu werden. Auch bei Bestellungen zum Abholen wurde das Essen vergessen ohne Entschuldigung, nur mit dem Hinweis, dass „viel los“ sei. Zusätzlich hat die Qualität des Essens stark nachgelassen. Der Reis war sehr trocken, der Kubide-Spieß (Lammfleisch) teilweise verbrannt und gleichzeitig innen noch roh absolut ungenießbar. Wenn ein Betrieb dem Andrang nicht mehr gewachsen ist, muss entsprechend Personal eingestellt werden. Der Kunde darf darunter nicht leiden. Leider entsteht insgesamt der Eindruck, dass es nicht mehr um Qualität oder Respekt gegenüber den Gästen geht, sondern nur noch um schnelles Geld. Sehr schade, denn früher haben wir diesen Imbiss gerne besucht. Aktuell können wir ihn leider nicht mehr empfehlen. Ich hab selbst diesen imbiss vorher positiv Bewertet gehabt und dachte die negativen Bewertungen wären aus Neid jetzt kann ich die anderen Leute verstehen deswegen habe ich meine positive Bewertung wieder gelöscht echt Schade !!!!!!!

Wir hatten Kabab Kubideh, Kabab Barg und Mast Musir bestellt. Der Reis war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu trocken bzw. nicht ganz durchgekocht. Der Kabab Kubideh war mir persönlich etwas zu weich und hätte ein bisschen mehr Grill vertragen. Kabab Barg hat mir besser gefallen! Er hätte zwar noch zarter sein können, war aber insgesamt gut. Mast Musir war lecker, nur die Portion hätte im Verhältnis zum Preis ruhig etwas größer sein dürfen. Insgesamt war das Essen okay, nichts Außergewöhnliches, wie man es aus vielen iranischen Restaurants in Düsseldorf kennt. Dafür war das Personal wirklich mega nett und freundlich, was den Besuch sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Deshalb insgesamt 3 Sterne.

I was charged €6 for a large piece of sourdough bread, and when I got home, I saw a water bottle that they bought from Aldi and filled it with the same empty bottle of sourdough bread they sold me. I'm really sorry for this kind of management. It's unclear how they treat food. 🤦🏻‍♂️ The behavior of the man behind the counter was very disgusting. When I was about to pay with my card, he told me that you don't have €20 in cash in your pocket? 🤦🏻‍♂️

Delicious food, reasonably priced. The place is unfortunately small. There are better Persian restaurants (Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne), but if it's purely about the food, this is one of the best in Düsseldorf. What bothers me: you pay €20-30 for a meal, and like at every Persian restaurant, you only get a ridiculously small amount of feta cheese and sabzi. You should change that! Also, you pay €6 for a yogurt and get a tiny portion. Don't cut corners in the wrong places!

I was here last week. Their kebab was really bad. It was even red inside. But what was really annoying was the rude behavior of the man who worked there.

The service was good, but unfortunately, that was the only good thing about it, as the food really wasn't tasty. The rice was dry, and the meat had a strange consistency. All in all, not a tasty meal for such a high price. Truly not recommended.

The food tastes good and is authentic. Unfortunately, as someone who isn't from there, guests give you stupid looks and the staff downplay your food. The delivery person is disrespectful, rude, and racist. When I pointed it out, they lied to me and said it was in Turkish. The delivery person felt so caught out that he felt he had to roll dice in every language in existence to downplay it. I understand Farsi, Turkish—you name it, I understand everything, and that's why it was even more disappointing to get such a reaction. At first, I was made to feel like they weren't taking me seriously as a customer. No hello, no menu like in a restaurant, ordering more like a takeaway. The food was brought out incorrectly, and again I was made to feel like they were trying to rip me off. Why? I know what I ordered; this isn't my first time eating here. When the food finally arrived, I was satisfied, except for the ambiance, which I didn't like at all. The food tasted good until the delivery guy went wrong. And if you think you can buy my silence for €5 by discounting an experience like this, I have to disappoint you, just as you disappointed me. I won't be back. The food is okay, the rest not so much. If you want Persian food, better go somewhere else – the availability and selection of dishes are better elsewhere, and maybe you won't have to experience something like this. The entire experience wasn't worth it. The other employees are otherwise very friendly. As someone of a different background, I still can't recommend the place. I think they only want Persian food. No problem – different food: different people :-) Such a shame for their reputation.

Koubideh Kebab and Mast mousir was delicious👌👌👍👍 The battered kebab was delicious, the shallot yogurt and bread and cheese they bring are delicious. Chelo had no special taste or aroma! The space inside the restaurant is small.

I have been eating regularly at Tak Restaurant for years as the quality of the food there is very good. I went there twice last week and most of the dishes were excellent as always, especially the mountain skewer which was delicious. The rice and the rest of the order were also excellent. Unfortunately, the quality of the Kubideh skewer has deteriorated. It's not as rich as it used to be and now contains too many onions, which affects the taste.

Nice but small place, Koobideh was really good but Barg, I do not recommend, expensive and small. It would be better if they put more Polo for each portion. Service was very fast and they served noon Panir Sabzi with Barbari free of charge. I would recommend the Restaurant

Wat een onbeschofte gast die eigenaar. Wij waren met 13 pers gaan eten onder andere ook Kids nadat we bijna 300 euro hadden betaald zei de eigenaar in zijn eigen taal dat we als dieren hadden gegeten, omdat kinderen wat geknoeid hadden. Blijkbaar heeft hij zelf geen kleine kinderen kom hier dus nooit meer terug. En die dame ze moet andere job gaan zoeken klantonvriendelijk nummer 1

Das Essen war ganz okay, nichts außergewöhnliches, aber hat gut geschmeckt. Alles recht einfach gehalten, keine Geschmacksexplosion. Der Service war schnell und gut, nur später wurde es etwas wuselig in dem Laden und es hat etwas länger mit dem Zahlen gedauert. Bezahlung mit Karte ist möglich, auch Visa geht. Das Ambiente erinnert in der Tat eher an einen guten Imbiss, aber man fühlt sich auch nicht unwohl. Nur wer wirklich ein Restaurant erwartet, wird vermutlich enttäuscht werden. Für einen Snack zwischendurch zu empfehlen, für einen längeren Aufenthalt dann doch etwas zu schmucklos.
