I visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Initially, I didn't want to eat from the buffet, as the selection was extremely limited, and I would have preferred to order my favorite dish. However, I was informed that only buffet items were available. The quality of the food was unsatisfactory, and the preparation of my dish took an unusually long time. The service also left much to be desired; the staff seemed disrespectful. Furthermore, contrary to my expectations, there was no live music. All in all, I cannot recommend this restaurant. The Instagram posts gave the impression of a high-quality establishment, but the reality was far from it. Although drinks were included in the buffet, they were still charged separately. Therefore, even one star seems too generous.

On Saturday, there was a buffet with two types of kebab, two different rice dishes, two Iranian stews, appetizers, two kinds of yogurt, salad, doogh, and tea – all included in the price. The prices are really fair compared to other restaurants – some are even affordable – and the quality of the food is top-notch: fresh and excellently prepared. In addition, the tables often remain dirty for a long time after being seated because the leftovers from previous guests are not cleared away promptly. I would also advise against the buffet, as even the a la carte dishes are not convincing. What a shame! Very tasty kebabs and large portions. Reasonably priced (€14 - €15 for a chicken skewer + minced lamb skewer with rice, as of: 2022). The Persian dishes in this snack bar are better than those in the Persian restaurants in Düsseldorf (I think I've tried them all by now).

Reza's Giggles is a simple snack bar that you go to when you're in the area and want a quick bite to eat - but nothing more. The food is nothing special and is reminiscent of typical fast food. Anyone expecting culinary highlights or creative dishes will unfortunately be disappointed here. The service is limited to the bare essentials: the order is taken, the food is prepared and served - you won't find any more interaction or hospitality. It's not a place where you can feel pampered or expect great service. The prices are very reasonable and match the simple offering, but the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether they want to eat here - it wasn't for me personally. Another point that stands out negatively is the disastrous parking facilities. Anyone coming by car will probably be annoyed. Shortcoming: That's OK in the area, but you can't offer something like that elsewhere. Conclusion: If you're hungry and can't find anything else nearby, you can stop by here. However, for those looking for more than just a quick meal, there are better alternatives.

5 stars. I am a regular customer at Reza, have tried all the Iranian specialties and often order the pizza. The staff is very friendly; the atmosphere is cozy. 100% recommended!

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant tonight. The buffet, which was supposed to open at 8:00 p.m., was still not open at 9:30 p.m. Guests, including myself, were left waiting unnecessarily long without receiving a clear explanation or apology. The lack of organization and communication from the staff greatly affected the evening. It's frustrating when you're looking forward to a meal and then have to wait so long without knowing when it will finally start. I understand that sometimes there can be delays, but in this case there was no consideration at all for the guests. There was no information about when the buffet would open and the staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I don't want to repeat in a hurry.

Just taking our order took over 20 minutes. After almost an hour we got our food, but the rice was already so cold that the butter didn't melt! Not to mention the kabab skewer. It probably sat there for a few minutes until we got it served. For the prices, a decent portion should be served. If you are very hungry, you should go somewhere else. The service left a lot to be desired. Despite a lot of staff, no one knew what to do. Very disorganized and not recommended.

The food was amazing! We ordered burgers and fries, and they were super tasty and delicious. However, the delivery service was really bad—it took 2 hours for just two burgers and fries, which is unacceptable. Not recommended – disappointing experience We ordered food from Reza's Kitchen in Düsseldorf on February 2nd at 3:47 p.m. Unfortunately, our order was only delivered after 1 hour and 50 minutes - despite multiple calls in which we were repeatedly assured that the driver would be "there in 5 minutes". In addition, the quality of the food was disappointing: Persian dishes usually come with fresh vegetables such as parsley, basil and bread, but here they were completely missing and the food seemed carelessly put together. When the driver finally arrived there was no excuse for the long wait. Instead, we were told that there were delays due to a concert - an unprofessional and incomprehensible explanation. Unfortunately, that was our last order from Reza’s Kitchen. Service and quality are unacceptable to us.

We order every time at least once or twice a week mainly for the delicious chicken . The chicken is super moist and flavour full. Can't say anything about the restaurant itself but the food we get is always top notch Frei's super crisp and delicious as the rice and the bread. . We will continue ordering as I don't get better chicken anywhere on Düsseldorf . Well done to the cheff

We called 10 days before New Year's Eve and reserved a table. When we called, we asked if anything else was needed to make the reservation. The employee denied this. On New Year's Eve we arrived at the restaurant and were told we didn't have a table. After you have made a reservation by phone, a WhatsApp will be sent to you. We didn't get any. When I looked at the restaurant's book, it turned out that the employee had written down the number incorrectly!!! The boss didn't want to deal with it until then.....when he found out it was his fault, he just left us and went to deal with his other guests. I can't change it, stated the boss!!!! Poor! No insight, no apology!!! Regardless, the restaurant is not recommended... New Year's Eve, there was a buffet for €35 p.p., 2 types of rice, 2 types of meat and some greens that are advertised as a salad... it's just that expensive , so the DJ was paid?!?!?! If you want to have a bad experience from Iran, this restaurant is the right place!!!. At the end, you were put on the street with a small child!!!!! Even one star is too much for the food I got. I ordered a Koobideh kebab with rice (22 euros) via Uber Eats and got the food you see in the picture, which was absolutely inedible. I had made a reservation for 20 guests a week in advance and ordered one dish, but they brought something else!!! Reza's street kitchen WAS one of my favorite places to order food from. I have spend at least 2.000euro on orders in 4 years. That said, I will never order again. The food quality from top has become just decent. The first change was the rice, then followed by the meat. Their delivery service is just awful as well. But my biggest problem is their HUGE price raise over the years. This guy asks you to pay for a portion of grilled food like you are in a good restaurant. For rice and 200g of meat, and half baked tomato. It's very sad to lose good food places, but it is what it is. If they ever bring the quality back I might order again, otherwise the food is not good for the price they ask. Basically just Reza's greed, somehow the new big store has to get paid right?

My wife and I went to eat at this restaurant's buffet on Saturday. There were no more than five types of food. Only pounded kebab, chicken, chicken stew, vegetable curry and ghee. We had to warn them several times to fill up the dishes. The salad was only onion, tomato and cucumber. With two examples of nonsensical yogurt sauce that immediately fall into the bowl of water. The food dishes were washed and soaked in the same way for use. All the water left from washing was at the bottom of the hands. All around the buffet was dirty because food was spilled and no one was cleaning. It was very hot inside the restaurant and there was no air conditioning. The Iranian customer was not there at all. Really a waste of money. More important than money, it's a pity to let people go there. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Most of their customers are non-Iranian single boys. I have never regretted going to a restaurant so much in my life

We were there because of the advertising on Instagram. This is anything but good Persian cuisine. In Zereshkpolo the chicken was so dry, in Ghorme Sabzi there was nothing other than oil in it. Only the kabab was okay. There is a clear lack of quality here and the place is also a bit anti-social and unfortunately some of the guests are too.

Today my husband, my boyfriend and I went to Reza's new restaurant. Basic principles were not observed: the spoons and forks were not arranged correctly. The drinks came disorganized. The tables and windows were dirty. The quality of the Koubideh was five out of ten. The staff's clothing was not clean. Overall, the restaurant is not recommended.

The Persian cuisine in this restaurant amazed me with its variety and intensity. Every bite was a delight, and the attentive service made the experience perfect. The atmospheric atmosphere definitely invites you to come back.

Unfortunately, the rice was overcooked while the “grilled” tomato was still raw and hard. Since the move, prices have increased while portions have shrunk. This gives the impression that the quality of the food is no longer the priority. It also seems a bit strange that a restaurant offers Persian dishes as well as pizza, hamburgers, currywurst and, more recently, ice cream. Instead of offering extensive but poor quality food and buffets, it would make more sense to concentrate on a specific cuisine while keeping the prices fair. It's disappointing that they seem to be trying to offset the new rental costs with smaller portions and higher prices. This new “concept” hasn’t done itself any favors. Unfortunately the friendliness leaves a lot to be desired? Why can’t you at least say “Hello” or “Hello” on the phone? How can you deal with paying guests like that?

We called ahead and asked for a reservation and the employee said that you can go there without a reservation and that they serve food all day on Sundays. There are three of us. At the beginning, Mr. Reza (the boss) told us that we could order one portion (each portion for one person) and then he would decide how many portions we would order. When our food came we immediately said that the food was very small and we would like two more. After 10 minutes we had waited and there was no food left. We asked and he said there was no food left. We were surprised, what?! And during this situation, other customers ordered Kale Pache and... I was very disappointed by the rudeness and lack of professionalism of the staff. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the restaurant and will continue to place my orders elsewhere. With disappointed greetings.
