Djuje sehr enttäuschend. Geizig mit Safran, das war meiner Meinung nach nur Farbe, aber kein Safran. Ohne Geschmack.Dafür sehr teuer.

Obwohl das Essen teuer war, hat es überhaupt nicht so geschmeckt, wie ich es erwartet hatte. Ich habe es sehr bereut, in dieses Restaurant gegangen zu sein.

Insgesamt eine großartige Erfahrung! Sowohl die Mitarbeiter bei der Bestellung als auch der Lieferant waren äußerst höflich, freundlich und professionell. Die Lieferung verlief reibungslos und pünktlich. Das Essen war absolut köstlich, frisch und von sehr hoher Qualität. Alles hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Besonders positiv überrascht haben mich auch die fairen Preise – ein echtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, sodass man sich direkt willkommen fühlt. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und einladend. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen. Man sollte es auf jeden Fall einmal besuchen und selbst erleben!

Essen unbrauchbar - Service enttäuschend Wir haben bei Risso Restaurant in Düsseldorf (Jahnstraße 86) persisches Essen (Kubideh) zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Zu Hause mussten wir leider feststellen, dass das gesamte Fleisch stark verbrannt und nicht genießbar war. Das Essen war qualitativ unbrauchbar und musste entsorgt werden. Nach unserem Anruf wurde uns zunächst ein Rückruf zugesagt, der jedoch nicht erfolgte. Stattdessen erhielten wir lediglich eine WhatsApp-Nachricht mit dem Hinweis, wir sollten beim nächsten Mal daran erinnern, um einen Rabatt zu bekommen. Diese Reaktion ist aus unserer Sicht nicht akzeptabel. Bei einem komplett verdorbenen Essen erwarten wir eine sofortige und angemessene Lösung – nicht einen Hinweis auf einen möglichen Rabatt beim nächsten Besuch. Wir können dieses Restaurant daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich bin von meiner Erfahrung im Restaurant Risu in Düsseldorf sehr enttäuscht. Laut ihrer eigenen Aussage haben wir die Schale-Schole-Galamkar bestellt, aber sie war komplett schlecht, sehr kalt und hatte überhaupt nichts mit Schale-Galamkar zu tun. Das Kebab war halb durch, der Reis war alt und kalt, und das Hähnchen war komplett roh. Das Personal war äußerst unhöflich; sie haben uns die Teller aus der Hand gerissen, der Service war eine Katastrophe; zuerst haben sie das Essen gebracht, und dann die Löffel einzeln. Ich kann es überhaupt nicht empfehlen.

Das Essen war leider sehr schlecht. Das Hähnchenkebab war an manchen Stellen verbrannt und innen sogar noch roh. Als ich das angesprochen habe, wurde mir nur gesagt: „Warum haben Sie es dann gegessen?“ – sehr unprofessionell und unfreundlich. Ich komme definitiv nicht wieder.

Die Vorspeise war eine Art Falafel, die kalt serviert wurde. Ich fragte die Bedienung, und sie meinte, sie müsse warm serviert werden! Es war furchtbar! Als ich nachfragte, sagte der Kellner sarkastisch: „Zum Glück hatten Sie es nicht bestellt!“ Für fünf Personen, die für über 80 € bestellt hatten, bekamen sie sechs halbe Falafel – eine kalte, die andere halb gefroren! Die Cola kam erst, als wir fast fertig gegessen hatten! Im Essen meiner Freunde war ein Haar. Als wir uns beschwerten, entfernte die Kellnerin es mit den Fingern! Die Kellner waren weder höflich noch freundlich, obwohl wir mit allem unzufrieden waren! Als Iranerin kann ich dieses Restaurant absolut nicht empfehlen!

Die Restaurantangestellten waren sehr höflich und freundlich. Das Essen hingegen war überhaupt nicht gut. Der Reis war von sehr schlechter Qualität, das Fleisch schmeckte nicht und das Chenjeh war extrem zäh und kaum verdaulich. Die Einrichtung des Restaurants ist nicht ansprechend, und ich würde es auf keinen Fall empfehlen, um Freunde einzuladen, die nicht aus dem Iran kommen.

Obwohl ich normalerweise ein optimistischer und hilfsbereiter Mensch bin, war die Qualität dieses Mal wirklich enttäuschend. Das Kubideh war sehr schlecht, es schien kaum Fleisch darin zu sein. Zusammen mit anderen Gästen hatten wir nach dem Essen ein schlechtes Gefühl und sind auch nach sieben Stunden noch durstig. Ich kann dieses Restaurant absolut nicht empfehlen. Das Personal war freundlich und das Ambiente in Ordnung.

Die Leute sind der Meinung die müssen jetzt (6.35 Uhr) mit einem Laubbläser sämtliche Tische innen und außen sauber blasen. Es wird keine rücksicht genommen und der gesamte müll landet auf der Straße. Sehr sehr ekelhafter laden.

The first impression was a little disappointing; we had expected a setting straight out of "1001 Nights." The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful in explaining things. Then the food arrived, and what a culinary delight! A selection of dips was served first, followed by the main courses. Whether vegetarian or not, we were all thoroughly impressed.

The food was very tasty, especially the kebabs. The restaurant was quiet and clean. I would have preferred the Iranian rice for the price per serving.

I came for the special food from Gilan but no luck. I tried other foods, mirza ghasemi, koobideh, zeytoon parvarde and enjoyed them all. More than anything else, love the friendly atmosphere. Keep it up 💪

Delicious food and polite waiter

I ordered salad online, which was probably already eaten by vermin and also looked and smelled rotten. Lieferando is being difficult and doesn't want to refund my money. Therefore, there's no way around filing a complaint with the health authorities, and I recommend everyone avoid the restaurant. My food went straight into the trash; I didn't want to get food poisoning. And judging by the reviews, it wasn't the first time.

The restaurant was empty, and no other customers arrived. The food was so-so. The chicken on the spit wasn't cooked all the way through, so I had to complain. I ordered lamb, but what I got was chicken. The price/performance ratio was not fair. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Unfortunately, this restaurant doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered a kebab—specifically, koobideh. But what I was served was simply inedible. The meat was fatty, raw inside, and dry on the outside. It smelled unpleasant and had an aftertaste that was anything but fresh. The salad served with it was old, and the onions had a yellowish tint. And I had to pay 30 euros for this meal—a real disgrace. My advice: Don't eat there under any circumstances. I'm sorry, but this isn't a restaurant; it's a disappointment. 😔

By far the best chicken I've ever had!

A hidden Iranian flavor stop in Düsseldorf! As soon as we stepped into the restaurant, we encountered a clean and elegant environment. The staff was extremely attentive and smiling. The yogurt and rice dip they served before the meal was both surprising and interesting – we couldn’t figure out how to eat it for a while :). We had the Soltani Menu as the main course. It had kebab on top and lamb meat that was as thick as Turkish delight underneath – even the lamb meat itself was magnificent. The rice pilaf was basmati and saffron-based; it had a light and aromatic flavor. The kebab was a bit oily for my taste, especially as someone who is used to Adana kebab, I smelled a strong oil smell, but this may be a preference specific to Iranian cuisine. The Iranian tea that came after the meal was simply legendary. I can easily say that it was one of the most delicious teas I have had in Germany. I definitely recommend it to those who want to try a different cuisine!

Delicious authentic food. Very nice service. Ate the starter platter with 5 people. It is quite a lot, so order a little less. Main course is delicious but also excessive. Fine for big eaters, but we are not.

Unfortunately, our visit to the Risso restaurant was disappointing. The Chelo Barg we ordered was tough, partly raw and had nothing to do with tender fillet meat. The rice was dry, smelled unpleasant and gave the impression that it was only pre-cooked once a week and then served warmed up - a disaster in terms of taste. At Djudje Kabab we expected chicken breast, as is usual. Instead we got fatty pieces of leg that smelled unpleasant and were difficult to eat. The waiter admitted that he had not informed us about this. When we then ordered Ghormeh Sabzi, it was also a disappointment: hardly any sauce, watery taste, no scent or aroma - but €19 on the bill. The plates were chipped and the service was listless. In the end we paid over €70 When you see that other guests have had exactly the same experience, you really feel ripped off. Definitely never again. Customer acquisition is different - nobody seems to care here.

If I could, I wouldn't even give it one star. Both the service and the food were subpar – well below zero. When we were dissatisfied with one dish and forced to order another, we felt as if we were being served someone else's already eaten food - in damaged and chipped bowls. There was no apology or insight from the staff. In the end, instead of a proper bill, we only received a crumpled piece of paper with the number “72” on it. Only when we asked – and only reluctantly – was the bill brought to us. All in all: disappointing, loveless and just sad. Not even a visit out of curiosity is worth it. Absolutely not recommended.

We went to this restaurant with great enthusiasm to eat Iranian food and trusted its high rating, because it is really hard to find good Iranian food in Dusseldorf, but we were both completely disappointed. The batter was burnt and it was completely raw, surprisingly, the chicken was not a chicken breast and the pieces of the thigh were skewered, which was full of fat and occupied by chicken. A restaurant that claims to have authentic taste should know that it is chicken with chicken breast. We couldn't eat our food and after complaining, what we heard from the restaurant owner was that we have had a shop for 20 years!! I do not recommend this restaurant at all and I myself will never go there again.

We have been customers of this restaurant for seven years. This restaurant deserves a rating of seven stars - not only because of the high quality of the food served, but also because of the warm and friendly nature of the staff, especially the owner. Here we always feel like we are eating at one of our dearest friends' home. I wish this restaurant, its team and especially the owner all the best.

Parking is very difficult and restaurant looks like a pub. But the food was excellent and very tasty.

We were invited by friends. A bottle of red wine was placed on the table. “Dornfelder Rheinhessen lovely” Available at Aldi for €2.49/bottle. It tastes pretty good, but the bottle costs €19 in the restaurant That's not serious. Too bad.

I chose to try this restaurant based on the Google reviews and its appealing website. However, it unfortunately did not meet my expectations. The taste of the food was far from what it was supposed to be. We ordered Baghalipolo, Kabab, and some stews, but none of them tasted the way they should have. The food portions were very large, but the food plating and presentation were not done properly. Additionally, the choice of music was poor.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! Everything was perfect. The staff were very polite and friendly, making us feel welcome. The food was delicious and high quality. Before the main course, they brought a free starter, which was so tasty and a nice surprise. The side dishes with the main course were also great and made the meal even better. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

I was there last Saturday. Unfortunately my visit to this restaurant was disappointing. The food left a lot to be desired - the portions were small and in no way justified the price. Particularly disappointing was the mixed starter for two people, which was neither good value nor satisfactory. The service was also inattentive and not particularly friendly. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Very nice place to seat and enjoy your meal! The staff were also friendly and kind...however, chicken of Zereshkpolo should be fried before boiling... It was directly boiled.

I tried a lot of Persian restaurants in Germany, and Risso is the best one, in my opinion. They have all the famous dishes from Iran, and they also serve the vegeterian version of all the stews.

We were visiting from the UK and were looking for a good Persian restaurant in Dusseldorf. After reading several reviews, we decided to visit this place. The food was tasty and the portion was reasonable. The atmosphere is nice and quality and speed of service was good. We were a party of 4, however, the place can cater for larger groups. I certainly recommend this place if you are looking for quality Persian cuisine.

The attitude of the staff, clean and stylish environment and the way of serving food was good. We ordered 2 types of stew, it looked canned and unfortunately it was not tasty at all.

I don't know, I don't like Iranian restaurants, but my German friends think they will make me happy by inviting me to this restaurant, so we went. First of all, seeing me is like seeing a genie, the behavior and respect of the staff is zero Second, the person who reserves the table and is going to spend the time and pay the fee does not deserve such a salad, and I had to eat that food because I frowned in front of the Germans, I got very sick.

We were lucky at Yalda and got 2 places (50€ each). After the cocktails, the party began casually with a warm welcome - dance - buffet - dance. Our attentive hosts (Mansoreh) contributed to the success. Buffet and DJ with singing performances created a great atmosphere. Fully booked with a maximum of 60 guests but not overcrowded. Informal dance performances created an atmospheric celebration. The bottle of Chardonnay dry for 23 euros. We always enjoy coming back. Come as a guest - leave as a friend.

I ordered my favorite Persian food via Uber Eats today. Previously I wrote to the restaurant asking if they could please make the rice with barberries (because I like it a lot). The food arrived on time and still hot, and my wish was fulfilled. It tasted very tasty. Unknown to me, I thank you for the delicious food and cannot understand the strange negative comments. I am completely satisfied. Gladly again!

"Your food was really bad. The rice was not only unsalted but also undercooked. I've been to many restaurants that didn't have good rice, but I had never actually seen someone serve raw rice. It was very strange. We ordered koobideh kebab, which was not good at all. The amount of fat used and the quality of the meat were inappropriate, making it extremely tough, and it was also burnt. Regarding the doogh (yogurt drink), I think the person who made it had never tasted doogh before. It was completely sweet and tasteless. The only thing we had that wasn't bad was the marinated olives, which were slightly better than average."

Very attentive and friendly service. Pleasant waiting times for the starter and main course (two-person meal). Drink prices for a bottle of wine and mineral water were very pleasant. We felt very comfortable for 2 hours.
