The food was ok. It's a shame there's no refill drink. Service is catastrophic! - in the middle of the day they run out of cheese oregano bread - Ketchup is non-existent. Then you just order a cocktail for the kids menu. There is no information that it is spicy... so it is not edible for small children - You could pay with Pointz, but neither of the two workers knew what they had to do to collect points - You could feel a “lack of interest” from both workers, they have no idea and no interest in providing customers with a great experience - Next to the counter are the workers' drinks, umbrellas, pieces of paper, mobile devices, etc. This kind of thing belongs in the workers' rooms, not where customers see it. - despite there being few customers, the tables are dirty and sticky. Cleaning will probably only take place after the shop closes; if any. - Children who urgently need to go to the toilet are sent to Lago... - Shop generally very run down and chaotic Addendum to the answer: - Refill has not been abolished by Subway! Just ordered via Tasty Delivery. Paid full price but the toppings were missing on a sub. Italian BMT was ordered - why is there only salad here? The other sub is incorrectly assigned but you can live with that. No one can be reached by phone, number not given. Addendum to the answer: The drivers always have a printout of the order with them. This isn't the first time an order hasn't been completed quite correctly. If you don't notice this in the restaurant during the preparation, they say "yes, just put it down".

So here is my review of the oh-so-great Subway. When you read the reviews I just have to agree with them. And what kind of answers are these? Bad-mouthing customers or saying that 1,000 people see it differently with 3.2 stars and 700 reviews? That's almost cheeky! All I can say is that the employees work there with Air Pods and prefer to talk to their buddies than to the customers. The subs are never well stocked, the goods are always empty and something is always "not working". Well, if you run a business like that and blame the customer then I just have to give it a -1000 star. Never again, thanks no thanks.

A very run down branch. People don't like eating here because the shop doesn't look very clean inside and especially at the counter... I was there once and then never again. Answer to Subway: first of all, you answered very seriously (ironic if you didn't understand that) and secondly, the last 10 to if not 20 reviews are all 1 star! Also: “It’s good that 1000 people see it differently”?? You don't even have 800 reviews and a majority of them are negative. Just the way you answered shows that no serious or orderly person can be behind this branch in Konstanz.

I can partially confirm what other people have reported. When I first came into the store I actually wanted to leave because the employee behind the counter was talking to a customer/buddy/whoever like ghetto kids. I thought they were going to start a fight when they looked at me in complete exasperation. It was about 9 p.m. I've been told that the cash register "doesn't work" three times now when I bought something. I once paid 14.99 for a normal classic sub without a menu or specials. I haven't gone there since then. I also find it a bit harsh to call the customers here liars. All it takes is one employee who doesn't feel like it.

I don't know what's going on here, but it's a very disappointing experience. Service was very unmotivated, bread and sauces were sold out. The sandwiches weren't filled very well. The whole store seemed really unhygienic. Airpods in your ears during operation...? Something really has to happen here.

Where should I start, the waitress takes her time until she takes the order, no more salad at lunchtime at 1 p.m., when we paid when we asked if this amount was correct, we got an answer that it was correct and the cash register calculated itself whether it was is a menu. When looking through the receipt it is very clear that an entire menu was overcharged. It takes a little longer for the staff to admit it. Tables were not wiped down, there were still food leftovers from the previous person on several tables, even though there were few guests. It's a shame about this beautiful location, not even the tables provided outside, despite the dry, warm weather.

Now a very run down subway! This subway is fairly centrally located and attracts a lot of walk-in customers (including a lot of shopping tourists). However, you rest on this point and unfortunately offer a very subterranean restaurant experience. Most promotions (such as coupons) are not recognized in this restaurant and the worst thing is that promotions are advertised that are then not deducted for technical reasons. So I was looking forward to a voucher and visited Subway and ended up paying the full price (€12) instead of €8.99! And I felt guilty that it would otherwise be thrown away. I was told we would “try it” at the checkout and of course it didn’t work! And as I said, it's even advertised with displays in the store! In addition, the work was done very carelessly and the toppings were not neat (everything falls out easily) and was not cut in the middle. Even if it's the only branch far and wide, I would avoid it. It's a shame...I used to be a regular visitor to Subway! But now it is the worst value for money, even in Konstanz! Addendum August 2nd, 2024: Everything is supposed to be better now with the app and the cash register, so I wanted to see for myself. But I was disappointed AGAIN. I wanted to redeem the “2 for 1” promotion for you, i.e. a footlong for the price of half. Apparently he couldn't manage the redemption and tried a few times and instead of using the coupon he redeemed MY POINTS without telling me! I find that very cheeky. And besides working, it was also more important for him to talk to his buddy out the window even though he was alone. In my opinion, any hope for improvement with this subway is misplaced.

That was nothing at all... the staff doesn't know their own subs, so you have to choose everything yourself, several breads, sauces and even canned corn are no longer there. The staff isn't having fun either and then of course there are mix-ups with 5 subs.... If these are not prepared one after the other but in chaos mode... I can't think of anything about Subway's response... There are companies that plan holidays and when we were there, we were there straight away... so it wasn't full... the employee didn't even know his own card! If you order a simple sub menu, I expect that you at least know what meat is on it... I've definitely been to Subway before and know the principle of individual filling... but if you look at the last reviews, I'm probably not an isolated case... In my review I didn't mention the lack of friendliness and the lack of cleanliness in the store. @ Subway: To put the blame on the customer is, to put it positively, “not fair” of you. Maybe they'll just reconsider their answer... I would like to remind you of the other recessions here. I don't usually write reviews, but after this visit I was just so speechless... A sorry and a shame, would have shown true greatness. We are all human and make mistakes. You show greatness when you see it.

I was there yesterday with a friend and one of the employees didn't know the Subway menu at all, not a bit. He simply wanted us to take the map ourselves so that he didn't have to memorize the map. The food was okay except for one wrong ingredient that wasn't included in the menu dish and wasn't desired. After eating everything was fine. Until today I woke up with the worst stomach problems ever. Vomiting and diarrhea were free. I really hope it was “just” unwashed lettuce and not undercooked meat, but only time will tell. I went through the whole day and there's no other way that it couldn't have been the Subway food. That was one of my first but also last times at Subway! The employees were friendly but visibly let down by the management due to the broken cash register system and inadequate support; there was chaos in the store.

I was there yesterday and was absolutely disgusted! When I entered the store I had to wait a few minutes until an employee came to the counter, and that was only because another customer entered the store and called for an employee. The bread was treated and topped very carelessly, so that everything fell apart. The ingredients generally didn't look fresh at all and it didn't look clean either, but I was already standing there and hungry. The employee was then too busy talking to someone else and put the wrong vegetables on the bread. I had to say something several times before he heard me. The subway tasted a bit strange and then I had a small piece of wood in it which finally spoiled my appetite. This location is a pure disappointment! For this reason I will avoid this in the future unless something changes.

After I haven't been there for a long time and have always held back from giving a negative review, my visit today - as well as all previous reviews - once again confirmed my previous impressions. After the private conversation was ended and you quickly scratched your face - I was served half-heartedly. If I hadn't spoken, I would probably have left hungry, because I wasn't asked what I wanted either about the bread or the ingredients. Unfortunately, my bread wasn't even baked properly and was extremely pale. The lady seemed to want to make up for it with plenty of sauce? Meanwhile, her child came home from school - which made communicating with her even more difficult. After all, the current rain and the weather in the morning were more important than customers. The lady at the checkout didn't even say hello... While I ate all 3 disappeared 'up'. You could only hear them talking and cheering, but you didn't see them again during my 15 minutes there. The sales area is still very run down. The floor, walls, inventory and furniture have had their best times for a long time - what is due to the alleged renovation work that has been planned for months? The cobwebs and dirt have nothing to do with renovation work, nor was it due to a lack of staff. I'm curious what excuses will be used this time....

We ordered an "amore mio" sandwich and were not told they didn't have the sauce until the last minute. They also didn't have ketchup, a children's menu or Italian bread, which is the most basic. Wrong opening times! Standing in front of the shop today, lights on, staff clearly there but the shop was locked! I've also ordered from Subway several times through Tasty and either something was missing or wrong. There is also an invalid phone number that I tried to call several times so I'm really disappointed. The only subway in the area and then such a disappointment even though you keep trying to give it a chance and believe that a mistake could happen.

I was here yesterday and it was bottomless. The only employee present was completely overwhelmed by the large number of people waiting. First of all, I feel sorry for the employees. Totally understaffed, the man behind the counter called his boss twice, who just told him off that someone would be coming in 20 minutes. We waited over 45 minutes and nothing happened the entire time; the employee was still alone. The interior design gives you the feeling that this was last renovated before the turn of the millennium. The shop looks dirty and outdated. This is also reflected in the quality of the food. To top it all off, the app coupons weren't accepted and we had to pay full price. This store does not live up to Subway's standards.

The guy behind the counter was a temporary worker who spoke absolutely no German and couldn't operate the cash register or the oven. His colleague just didn't show up and I can't even blame him for the situation he found himself in since the boss is apparently an absolute idiot. He wanted to charge me 8.20 for a 3.50 “sandwich” and I have to explain how to prove this and that there are offers today…. The owner of the shed should be ashamed to death. I ordered a sub to go and said I would like everything on it. Then I didn't pay any further attention to how it was documented, which was a mistake. When I got home I saw that it wasn't cut in the middle and only had 4 garnishes on it. There are usually a few more! And I paid just under €12 for it. Was pretty ripped off, won't go there again. Also the service wasn't good. Instead of talking to me, the lady just looked at me annoyed until I said something. So I definitely wouldn't recommend the store. But it's also a Konstanz special, I've never had such a bad experience with a subway.

Walked into this Subway on Monday 6.10.23 around a little after 10:00 o'clock. Music was blasting and the two young girls working behind the counter were just chit-chatting with each other. We were not greeted nor asked about what we'd like to order. I even had ask to get their attention, which is when they turned down the music and took orders. Both were very distracted and continued their conversation, while slapping together some measly looking sandwiches. It felt like we bothered them, clearly they really disliked their job. Never before have i has such a negative experience in a Subway. Food was ok, though I've had better Subway Sandwiches before. Service was some of the worst I've experienced in my life, never again! EDIT: Just checked my Credit Card statement, I payed for the meal at 11:18. The employees were not surpized by any means, they simply didn't care.

We had the “special” pleasure of eating a sub here today. Here are the “highlights” in detail: 😡 There is a handwritten sign on the door with “no bread until 3 p.m.” 🤔 Not being able to manage quantity planning on a Saturday, which has been heavily frequented by Swiss people for years, is questionable! 😡 When ordering “footlong” the employee had to ask “whole or half” in broken German? 🤔 Had the ordering character of a kebab stand, and you should also know your own food names. You hear Footlong here every day! 😡 The second employee was dressed in a loose black sweater, which is not very hygienic given the open ingredients and sleeves 🤔 Does Subway allow franchisees to freely choose their clothing? 😡 Hot sauce was out, the new Spicy Teriyaki was out, the chipotle sauce was also out after our two subs, the employee sprayed the last leftovers onto the subs. No replenishment. 🤔 See above, there is no stockpiling, and the great new change in subs was advertised on flyers. Well, not available to order. 😡 The music came from a radio station that initially carried advertising from McDonald's. At least there is a sense of humor here. 🤔 I've known the subway for years now, but the descent in Konstanz is striking. For comparison: three weeks ago in Leipzig the sub was 1/3 more full and all sauces were available! Also priced at €5 cheaper Anyone who gets prices at Swiss levels should leave no doubt about the service and quality! But I'm probably asking too much in the best Germany of all time! *Edit: After the owner's explanation, I can now continue at this point. 🤔 The lack of stockpiling is apparently very common, see the other reviews. There must be a lot of “bad days” that you can catch with always the same complaints. Just read through. 🤔 The difficult personnel acquisition is the responsibility of the owner and if he hires people who barely speak the German language, this cannot be carried out on the backs of the customers. The service to be provided, especially at these prices, is therefore not dependent on the goodwill of the guests. 🤔 According to this explanation, the incomplete deliveries probably also include the lack of management of the ingredients. When a sauce is empty, you can tell by the weight of the bottle and refill it. There was little going on and there were few guests present. 🤔 The choice of music is a matter of opinion, maybe a piece of advice: the right selection promotes sales, you're welcome to research that too. Customer loyalty. The atmosphere. 🤔 Citing the missing ingredients at McDonalds is not an argument for me. By the way, the soft ice cream machine breaks down as often as it is cleaned. I used to always enjoy going to this subway, but now I'll probably never go there again. One of the young new employees doesn't work at all. Was extremely vulgar, including using the word H*rensohn several times, including when talking to/about customers. When someone came in to ask for a toilet, the same employee said that there isn't one and that they always pee in a bottle... Not sure if that was supposed to be a joke, but it's certainly grotesque and in a restaurant where there are also families Such behavior has no place in dining.

Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich nett, so was erlebe ich in einem Fastfood-Restaurant sonst selten. Außerdem freue ich mich sehr, dass das vegane Angebot inzwischen erweitert wurde. Jetzt müssten nur noch die Räumlichkeiten renoviert werden, dann wäre es perfekt! Trotzdem jetzt schon 5 Sterne von mir, weil ich mich über die freundliche Bedienung und das vegane Chicken Teriyaki sehr freue.

Ich war letzte Woche Freitag dort und wurde von einem jungen Mann bedient, der mich herzlich mit einem lächeln begrüßt hat. Alleine wegen dem Personal werde ich wieder kommen. Das Ambiente war gut, leider gibt es keine Klima und im Sommer ist es dementsprechend heiss. Das Essen ist wie in jedem andere Subway. Es gibt grosse Portionen zu einem günstigen Preis. -Vegetarisch gehts auch.

Wahrscheinlich der schlechteste Subway in Stuttgart. Oft lange Wartezeiten, fast immer fehlen Zutaten, Mitarbeiter dort sind oft unfreundlich bzw. machen den Eindruck als hätten sie am liebsten wenn der Kunde gleich wieder geht. Das beste ist, dass sie nun auf Grund der schlechten Rezensionen auf Google Maps Chipstüten verteilen, wenn man 5 Sterne gibt. Was ist das denn für eine Aktion? Es wäre sinnvoller den Subway zu verbessern und dadurch die Bewertungen anzuheben anstatt durch irgendwelche dubiosen gratis Aktionen, die dann überhaupt nicht mehr als richtige Rezension dienen. Ansonsten eben ein Subway, gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, gute Auswahl (wenn verfügbar). Der Subway in der Eberhardstraße ist deutlich angenehmer und besser organisiert.

Qualität war okay. Leider waren einige Produkte nicht verfügbar und es war nur ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Daher hat es trotz kurzer Schlange ca. 15 min gedauert

Essen war ganz OK, was standardmäßig bei subway zu finden ist... Laden ist sehr klein und der setup vom Shop ist nicht ideal. Lange Wartezeit wegen fehlender personell. Der Mitarbeiter war freundlich der uns bedient hat.

I found a rotten chip in my food!?! When I asked why my fries were green, the employee was initially shocked and disgusted. She then said in broken German that this was normal. She said the raw potatoes are green too.
