Bedienung absolut unfreundlich!! Tischdecke noch nass vom Vorgänger. Kaffeesahne leer serviert. Fühlten uns absolut unerwünscht. Sicher nicht noch einmal..

Food tastes like a finished product, service was subpar. Dirty dishes and the boss yelling at his employees. In between the music was raised to Ballermann's volume and we were shouted at if the music was quieter he could just leave it out. The toilets were at least clean. There is nothing more positive to report.

We ordered a beer and an Aperol Spritz there. The 0.3L beer costs €5.20 and €9.50 for the Aperol. Beer is tasty but a bit too small. Aperol contains more water than other ingredients, so you almost only taste water.

The location of the restaurant is really great. The interior design is rather neutral. Unfortunately we were once again disappointed by the service and also the food. The sauces tasted bland, the fish was fried for too long and the salad was literally drowned in marinade. In addition, one too many meals were delivered...the nice waiter must have misunderstood us. When we wanted to take half the pizza with us, there wasn't even a piece of paper to wrap it with. Very bad service. The prices are excessive under the circumstances. We cannot recommend the restaurant and we will not be visiting it again. If you go a few steps further you come to the inn, it's very nice and you also have a beautiful view of the lake!

Beautiful view of the harbor and table by the window. The still water was good. So much for the positive impressions. Then, unfortunately: Thai curry soup was totally over salted. The unfriendly waiter wasn't interested, and the chef probably wasn't either. The red wine ice cold. We were taught that 12 degrees was correct for red wine. The Thai curry consisted of a huge pile of sticky rice with a few vegetables in a boring sauce. Only the price is top notch. Apparently the owner has changed, we should have checked first.

We enjoyed the excellent antipasti platter for two on the terrace. We were politely asked every now and then if everything was OK. Service very nice. Gladly again.

The food is very tasty but the service is very bad. After eating we wanted to take the leftover food with us, but when we asked for packaging material we said they didn't have any. But when you look into the kitchen, the pizza boxes are piling up. You feel like you're being made fun of.

We came here for lunch with six people and were very disappointed. The staff was very unfriendly from the start, forgot and mixed up orders without apologizing, and didn't give us enough menus or enough cutlery for our entire group. The food was mediocre for the very high price and when paying there was a complaint about not enough tip. Afterwards there wasn't even a farewell. Overall, it's a shame because the location right on the harbor is actually very nice.

Today I would like to thank the waitresses for going above and beyond to make our dinner exceptional. Your warm welcome and excellent service played a crucial role. The waitresses were simply fantastic, they knew the cuisine very well and gave great recommendations 🥰🥰🥰. Please 🙏offer them a reward, they deserve it.

You don't get served here; the staff looks at you but doesn't notice the guests. Left after waiting 20 minutes. Only then did movement come into the place. Too late, sorry. That doesn't work at all. By the way, it was manageable for the guests. Want and ability are very close together! 👎

Coffee is only offered with cow's milk, no alternative. Kaiserschmarrn was also rather medium. The apple compote tasted like it came from a prepackaged package. Rather disappointing for the beautiful location. What was very positive was that we were served very quickly and didn't have to wait long for drinks and food.

Just got up and left without ordering. I have never given so few stars before. We sit outside. 8.90 euros for a portion of fries is simply not possible! The rest was okay, but the prices should be changed! As a guest, the 0.50 cent for using the toilet will be credited back to your bill!

Pizza and pasta were very good and the view of the harbor was great. Price is ok for Prominade... a small point of criticism would be that the waitress is explained what a small spoon is because supposedly there wasn't one in the house. But after asking in the restaurant we got one for the little plug👍😉

My companion and I wanted to enjoy the beautiful summer evening and have something to drink last night (8/24/24 around 8:00 p.m.). We sat in the farthest row and were also noticed by an employee (black hair, dark complexion). But that was the only one of the employees. When we still weren't served after 15 minutes, even though there wasn't much going on at that time, we went to another restaurant. As I was walking I noticed two female waitresses chatting animatedly! Apparently the "Hafenmeisterei" doesn't need to pay close attention to new guests...!

The service at the bar was very unfriendly. Poor communication in German among some employees. Surcharge of €1 for a glass of tap water with your coffee. Toulette costs 50 cents, which you pay for yourself. If you give a voucher for using the toilet to a waiter who speaks German, you get the 50 cents back. The food is average. As a customer you don't feel valued at all here.

Unfriendly, a glass of tap water costs 1 euro. I asked for an aspirin effervescent tablet to be dissolved. Toilet costs 50 cents which you should get back as a guest! I went to the bar and asked. Replacement toilet is free for guests only. We gave him the bill and said we were guests. We won't get the money back. Please go somewhere else and you'll have more fun!

Not recommended! We waited 20 minutes for our drinks even though it wasn't overcrowded. The waiter quickly disappeared again and took another very long time to take our food, saying, "Do you want to eat something too or not?" very unfriendly and my beef fillet, which I had ordered medium, was completely raw. When I told the waiter he argued with me that it was medium. He took it with him and 5 minutes later another waiter brought it out to me. The steak was just as raw. 34.99 for a steak without a side dish and that it didn't turn out the way you wanted it. Plus the unfriendly waiter and the guests have to pay 0.50 cents to use the toilet, which wasn't even clean. I won't come here again and I wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their money here.

I had a large salad for 16 euros. The salad was okay, nothing out of the ordinary: a bit of potato salad, cucumber, carrot strips and leaf lettuce. Plus 3 small pizza breads. One was undercooked - the dough was sticky and all three were cold. The other two are no longer as fresh. My mom had the whole grain spaghetti with lentil bolognese for 18 euros. The portion was large, but the "Bolognese" was a bit sparse. In my private life the sauce would be full of lentils, here there were just a few lentils on the edge of the plate. The service was very attentive. Conclusion: The prices are completely exorbitant (as is the case everywhere at the port), and the food is nothing special. Not worth another visit for me.

Underground visit! I enjoyed eating out at restaurants for years. Never again since yesterday. The waiter barely spoke and was rude. The whole person was completely stressed and overwhelmed. Some of the waiters didn't speak German and I would still wait for my garlic oil today. The waiter simply threw change on the table. If I charge 20 euros for a pizza, I'll expect another service, especially these days. Just sad!

The ambience is very nice, the food was good on a previous visit. Today, however, the harbor master's office has unfortunately been added to my personal blacklist. One of the waiters was so rude that we immediately left the restaurant. It's a shame, the location was quite nice.

Molded schnitzel was inedible, the Thai curry consisted of rice with some carrots and a minimal amount of cauliflower, the curry costs 19.50 euros... the restaurant cannot be recommended.

August 5, 2024 Lunch. Operation 100 points. We haven't been served so friendly and professionally in 🇩🇪 for a long time. F&B 100 points for quality. The price is totally justified. It's also good that the side dishes can be added individually. Enjoy ambience 100 points in the summer outside under the trees directly at the harbor in a quiet corner. Important: no fast food, but a dignified atmosphere, which recommends leisure and time. We'd love to come back.

Frozen schnitzel for 18.90 euros... For that money I expect a fresh schnitzel... fries 8.50 euros. Prices are higher than in Switzerland. Salad was fresh and crunchy. Service great...

Unfortunately the service was a bit overwhelmed. Very friendly but if you have to say 3 times that you want to pay and this takes about 15 minutes. It doesn't take that long to be nice. We also don't think it's an ideal solution to use 50 cent vouchers to prove how often you've been to the toilet, even if it's understandable. And the Kaiserschmarrn wasn't really quieter in keeping with the price

Nice location, typical tourist restaurant, mediocre food, overpriced (especially the drinks, the glasses would have to be gold coated for that...). There's good money to be made here, you don't get to go on vacation that often...

We have eaten there several times. The food was always very good, the service was very courteous, the atmosphere at the lake and the park was very nice, and the prices were fair. We like to come back again and again.

Food was good and also plentiful. The price is not that cheap, but what do you expect in a holiday region right by the harbor? Staff very friendly. Unfortunately, like many others here, I have to complain about the 50 cents for using the toilet! For guests who eat here and who already pay higher prices, Use of the toilets should be free. That should at least be included, with a fries 🍟 price for children of €8.50 My conclusion: Conditionally recommended!

The location seems to attract enough guests. Friendliness accordingly. Even when consuming, the toilet can only be reached with a turnstile and a 50 cent deposit.

Going to the toilet costs extra and was supposed to be reimbursed at the end, but the waiter pocketed it as a tip. When asked whether the children could have fewer fries with the chicken nuggets and also a few vegetables, the answer was: "They chose chicken nuggets with fries." The service is divided up, one or two take the order and collect the cash. Others serve and clear away again. It takes forever to get something. An order was then forgotten and only arrived when everyone else had finished eating. Very humble hospitality, Child-friendly also looks different. Great location but never again.

Very expensive drinks, Aperol Spritz €9.50 and 0.75l bottle of water €8.40 (ok, you're probably paying for the view). Service, however, subpar. It's not busy and four waiters walk past the table several times and see (or not) our empty glasses. Even if you try to draw attention to yourself, you are ignored, but you still manage to order again after half an hour. When you pay, you are then rudely asked whether you would like to give a tip.

Dear people, it's no use if you put a notice at the entrance to the indoor area that says you can have the fee refunded if you have eaten and drank outside and paid including a tip and then have to go to the toilet briefly. The food was terribly bad - we had two pasta dishes, half-frozen shrimp and a duck ragout. Almost completely left standing. We communicated it nicely and nothing happened... it was completely billed, no one took care of our concerns. Avoid at all costs.

We were served quickly and the food came very quickly (like in a snack bar in terms of speed), but the food was not nearly worth the money. Woman had "small" salad for 9.90 euros and fries for over 8 euros. The prices are outrageous, but at least you expect really good quality, which unfortunately wasn't the case. I had schnitzel with fries (thank God there was ketchup and mayo, otherwise the fries would have had no taste at all). Hmm, what can I say about the schnitzel? --> TK goods Drinks: charging 6.20 euros for a 0.4 liter special is really quite impressive, but for a currant spritzer it was still 5.80 euros. The service is primarily looking for new victims to sit down. You were also not asked whether the food was tasty. You have to pay 50 cents for the toilet, which you also get offset against when you eat, but I don't think that's possible, especially since the boss makes enough profit anyway with the totally exorbitant prices.

To wait for our ship, we went to this restaurant because it was so close to the pier. First impression of the ambience and location is positive. What goes in must come out again and that's where the kicker comes. Here you have to pay money to use the toilet, just like at the rest stop. Can't the waitress mention this when paying??? Because the spat out voucher could have been deducted from the bill!!! I'm not interested in 50cent. But you can also enrich yourself with so many day tourists who are supposed to only be there once anyway. And unfortunately the toilet wasn't clean either. A no-go for me as a guest. Even though we go to Konstanz more often, we don't go there anymore!

The starter was good. The main course was bad, prawns not fried, no sauce, champions cooked and the cherry tomatoes were forgotten. Simply bland. When paying, the waiter simply ignored our feedback, commenting that it was always like that and the kitchen didn't respond to it. Never again!!!

We were there for lunch today. The service was great, drinks and food orders were taken quickly. We decided on the Kaiserschmarrn written on it. This was also served quickly. The plate was beautifully presented, but at first glance we were disappointed because it had nothing to do with Kaiserschmarrn visually, nor did it taste. It felt like a fluffy, baked sheet cake that was torn apart. Declaring something like this to be Kaiserschmarrn is actually an impertinence. We still ate our thick cake crumbs, but complained about this to the waitress. I wouldn't order again. Still a nice location with a variety of menus.

In Deutschland ist die Aperitiv-Kultur leider unterentwickelt, man muss pur trinken, Nüsse, Chips oder gar andere kleine Kostbarkeiten: Fehlanzeige! Mehr als ein Drink geht dann nicht, SCHADE!!
