The food arrived very quickly after ordering and was very tasty, but the contents of some burgers were missing (e.g., the pulled pork burger). We sat outside, but the decor in the restaurant looked very chic and created a pleasant atmosphere.

I went to this restaurant for lunch with my boyfriend last week. The staff seemed unmotivated. Very fast service. Almost too fast... I felt like I wasn't allowed to really make myself comfortable, but was supposed to quickly eat everything, pay, and make room for new guests. Unfortunately, I had to return the burger because the meat (pulled pork) was cold. But I got a replacement quickly. Everything was delicious; I haven't had fries this good in a long time. The truffle mayo was amazing! Superb lunch specials. If the feel-good factor isn't too important to you and you want to eat a delicious burger, this is definitely recommended.

You have to wait forever to be assigned a table. Instead, the servers prefer to chat among themselves. Food is forgotten when ordering, even though the missing item was ordered first. Our fries were only lukewarm, burgers were barely seasoned, and small. We won't be coming here again!

Disappointing experience with dishonest service staff. We ordered two Hugos yesterday, but they tasted extremely sour and lacked any elderflower aroma—which is actually an essential ingredient in this drink. When we informed the waiter, he went to the bartender to relay the feedback. Unfortunately, we overheard her apparently telling him that she had forgotten the elderflower syrup. The waiter then explained to her how to properly prepare a Hugo. It was all the more irritating that the waiter came back to us shortly afterward and claimed the drinks had been mixed correctly—and that was the end of it for him. No apology, no exchange of drinks, just excuses. This is completely unacceptable! It's one thing when a mistake is made—it can happen to anyone. But telling the customer to their face that everything is fine, even though you know full well that it isn't, is simply dishonest. If the waiter had simply shown some backbone, admitted the mistake, and brought us two new drinks, the situation would have been resolved quickly and easily. Unfortunately, this leaves a very negative impression.

We ate there for the first time a week ago. I think the look of the place is great; the 80s trash pic wall is an eye-catcher. Having to look at the menu online via QR code scan isn't really my thing. Unfortunately, we weren't informed about the menu option until the last order was taken, so we changed our orders beforehand. Otherwise, the service was really top-notch! Very friendly and accommodating. We arrived just after lunch; it wasn't busy, so we didn't have to wait long for our food. Everything was beautifully presented, as you would expect from a burger restaurant. The sides we ordered were really decent in terms of taste and size. The burger itself, however, was a bit too small in comparison; I've almost always gotten a bigger burger at other burger restaurants. I had one with chicken breast, and I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the size of the meat. The rest of the burgers were okay. We would definitely come here again, as it was really tasty and there's nothing particularly negative to say.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. We had to wait a long time for our food, and when it finally arrived, we were extremely disappointed. The burger bread was cold and fell apart immediately, and the meat didn't seem fresh, but more like it had been frozen—both in taste and texture. Overall, the food seemed carelessly prepared. For the price, we definitely expected more. Not recommended.

If you want a burger, you can get it there. They're good, they don't take forever, and the service is always attentive. But even so, the overall picture isn't quite right. Unfortunately, the restrooms are never really clean. There's usually something missing. The service didn't point out a special offer that would have been cheaper, and it wasn't listed on the bill either. Unfortunately, we noticed it too late. As already mentioned, the service is good, but they could put more heart and soul into it. The ambiance is dark and American. You can see part of the kitchen.

A good burger place in itself, but unfortunately the Double Smashburger wasn't really smashed, it was more of a double cheeseburger.

The wait times were abysmal. The restaurant wasn't even at full capacity, and we waited 1.5 hours. I really feel sorry for the staff. The portions were tiny and nothing special. You can definitely find better options here. McDonald's is a better experience.

We arrived at 6 p.m. for the "all you can eat" chicken. After over an hour, the first portion arrived – without dip. After another 15 minutes, the dip arrived (which we had to pay extra for, by the way?!). We had to wait 1.5 hours for the second portion of chicken, which pretty much ruined our appetite – even though the restaurant wasn't even particularly busy. After that, we left. You can already tell from the previous reviews that the prices are overpriced. Attached is a picture of our empty table, as that was 90% of our experience there. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

First of all, I love burgers, live in Konstanz, and know a few places here. I went to burgerheart once. Tried two burgers, both rather unspectacular, standard, with a neutral flavor. I missed the acidity and kick. Fries were good. The homemade drinks were too sweet for me personally, with a rather artificial-tasting syrup. The decor is nice to look at. The menu is inflexible; for example, you can't get coleslaw instead of fries for the same price, which is annoying. In summary: it was okay.

The restaurant is close to the center and easily accessible. On a Saturday evening, we found a table for two without having to wait. The allergen menu was perfectly organized. The service was friendly and courteous; the order-taking could have been a bit faster, but it was perfectly acceptable. The food arrived quickly and was very tasty. The portion of fries could have been larger, but given the reasonable price of the menu (+€8.90 for fries and a long drink), it was perfectly acceptable. The noise level was quite high, even though the restaurant wasn't completely full. However, it was easy to have a conversation. All in all, a very nice burger joint!

I think €20 for a burger with fries is pretty expensive. Then add a drink and it's between €25-30. The food was tasty so far. But as a burger connoisseur, I have had far better and larger portions for this price. The service was nice, but there was very little customer service, even though there was little going on. Nevertheless, the service was very friendly. The ambience is really beautiful.

I ended up here on a rainy Sunday. And I didn't regret it, I ate a wonderful truffle burger that was very spicy and juicy. I will definitely come here again😊

It took 15 minutes for someone to come to take our order and 40 minutes for the food to be delivered. The atmosphere was dark and not inviting at all. The smell of burning oil was very disturbing and our clothes smelled strongly of food afterwards. The fries smelled strongly of curry powder, which I'm allergic to. The burger was relatively small and not worth the price.

Unfortunately not satisfactory! While the service (despite a slightly longer wait) and ambience were good, the food was unfortunately not good at all. The “Oh my goat” burger with goat cheese and whole grain bun was bone dry. Both the meat, which had been fried for far too long, and the bun were dry. The ratio of bun to meat wasn't right at all. My crispy chicken burger was a little better, but the chicken fingers in it were oily and could perhaps have been fried a little longer and drained better. Fries, however, were good. Nevertheless, you come to a shop like this for the burgers and we were disappointed. And we weren't the only ones. A lady at the table behind us had some kind of plastic part in her burger, which of course isn't possible. The only plus point: The way the service dealt with the criticism was very professional, and we were also offered a coffee on the house.

We ate here yesterday because we've been wanting to try the burger shop for a while. About the ambience: A lot of effort has been made here, it is very cozy and stylishly furnished, which makes the stay very pleasant, but there is a star deduction because the seats were simply too close to each other for us, so that we felt like we were already sitting together with the other group, which made a “private” conversation hardly possible. Now the most important thing, the food: We each ordered a burger menu, this included the Double Smash Burger 🍔 with homemade fries & the Homemade Ice Tea “Blueberry Honey”. The homemade ice tea was very tasty: 5/5 We actually imagined the burger itself to be a little tastier, it actually only tasted like the meat and the cheese, unfortunately all the other flavors were not recognizable and the brioche bun was very dry. Therefore unfortunately only a 3/5. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the fries at all, they arrived lukewarm/cold, were very small and too salty, so unfortunately not to our taste at all, hence 2/5. Conclusion: Ambience & service really nice, but we probably wouldn't eat again. Maybe go back to test it at some point to see if it has gotten better.
