We as a family are usually very critical when it comes to burgers, and Burger Heart is absolutely delicious. The smash burgers are crispy, and the truffle puff is simply perfect. We 100% recommend the sweet potato with aioli and truffle sauce. Jonas was very friendly and did a fantastic job.

I ate there with my whole family and everything was perfect: the food, the restaurant, the atmosphere, and the staff. Wenny, in particular, is incredibly kind and attentive. I've rarely met such a friendly waitress, one I didn't feel embarrassed to ask for anything else. She's fantastic!

The place is more like a brothel in terms of layout, and the staff seems stoned. The burgers remind me more of a snack bar in a Norma parking lot; I know at least five better burger joints in Konstanz. A big thumbs down!

Was passing by the place and wasn't even sure if it's good...well let me tell you. I was not only pleasantly surprised with the food (so much so I didn't even have time to take a photo. The food disappeared faster than the photo but Jonas the attending server was incredible. He is in tune with the customer needs and I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up owning the place in a year! Highly recommended.

World's best burgers! I haven't had such good burgers of this quality in a long time, absolutely top-notch. There's a very good and large selection of burgers, so everyone will definitely find something they like. A great selection of sides; there's really something for everyone, just like the sauces, which are truly fantastic. The homemade sodas are highly recommended; they taste amazing. I'm so impressed that we'll only be going there for burgers from now on, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. The service was so friendly and wonderful from all the staff; without exception, everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. Even when it was busy and the restaurant was packed, they remained absolutely friendly and attentive to all customers, which is unfortunately rare these days. My sincere compliments to the entire service staff! Keep it up, and I hope Burgerheart stays around for a long time! Absolutely recommended for everyone!

I can only speak from my own experience. Unfortunately, there were very long wait times (at 2 PM) due to insufficient staff! One person was responsible for reception, cleaning tables, taking orders, and handling payments... The burger and fries were okay, but a bit bland.

Burgerheart is fantastic – the lunch deal offers the best value for money in Konstanz. Everything tastes great, and the service has always been quick and attentive. Prices (even without the lunch menu) are absolutely reasonable – a burger with loaded fries for under €20 is a dream come true.

Restaurants in Konstanz are as plentiful as water on Lake Constance. But none can compare to Burgerheart: great food, great drinks, and above all, a great atmosphere… The service was, of course, fantastic. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it if you're looking for a fun evening out.

The food was amazing, especially the truffle sauce – it was outstanding! However, I can't really recommend the desserts; they weren't of the highest quality. The service was a bit inconsistent the first time I was there; I suspect the employee hadn't been there very long, so I can't say anything negative about it now. If you go outside of peak hours, the place is absolutely fantastic!

Time was a bit limited because I had to catch a train, and even though Mattheo was serving the entire place by himself, he made an extra effort, and I had a full meal and paid in 25 minutes. The guy deserves a raise :) Otherwise, a very pleasant place; I really love the vibe.

I'm very satisfied. I was here for an all-you-can-eat meal on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, in Konstanz. Two people were here, didn't have a reservation, and were seated right away anyway. The food came very quickly. The atmosphere was quiet and the food was delicious. Friendly service. We'd be happy to come back. Very good prices. €16.90 is really fair!

Please teach your staff how to be less rude with the visitors, that’s disgusting. We came in and waited for some time. After no one came to us, we decided to sit ourselves as the room was almost empty. Once we sat down the waiter said that we MUST wait and demanded that we go back to the entrance refusing to come to our table. Once we came back to the entrance he schooled us that we have to wait and rudely said that the kitchen is already closed. To this we turned away and left.

I've eaten here several times. The restaurant has a beautiful interior, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming! What I've unfortunately noticed on my last visits is the lack of cleanliness in the restrooms. I really don't like going to the bathroom there. And something else I've noticed over the years: the burgers are getting smaller, which I find a bit of a shame. For the price, I can get much bigger burgers at other restaurants! They taste great, no question.

We went there today and had the all-you-can-eat chicken fingers. The waitress was very nice. The chicken fingers were very good, and the fries were also delicious. However, we did wait a relatively long time for our food. It arrived after over 30 minutes, and the place wasn't particularly busy.
