Time was a bit limited because I had to catch a train, and even though Mattheo was serving the entire place by himself, he made an extra effort, and I had a full meal and paid in 25 minutes. The guy deserves a raise :) Otherwise, a very pleasant place; I really love the vibe.

I'm very satisfied. I was here for an all-you-can-eat meal on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, in Konstanz. Two people were here, didn't have a reservation, and were seated right away anyway. The food came very quickly. The atmosphere was quiet and the food was delicious. Friendly service. We'd be happy to come back. Very good prices. €16.90 is really fair!

Please teach your staff how to be less rude with the visitors, that’s disgusting. We came in and waited for some time. After no one came to us, we decided to sit ourselves as the room was almost empty. Once we sat down the waiter said that we MUST wait and demanded that we go back to the entrance refusing to come to our table. Once we came back to the entrance he schooled us that we have to wait and rudely said that the kitchen is already closed. To this we turned away and left.

The burgers here are definitely worth recommending. I'll definitely go back.👍👍

Definitely recommend, great food and not a long wait time

I've eaten here several times. The restaurant has a beautiful interior, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming! What I've unfortunately noticed on my last visits is the lack of cleanliness in the restrooms. I really don't like going to the bathroom there. And something else I've noticed over the years: the burgers are getting smaller, which I find a bit of a shame. For the price, I can get much bigger burgers at other restaurants! They taste great, no question.

We went there today and had the all-you-can-eat chicken fingers. The waitress was very nice. The chicken fingers were very good, and the fries were also delicious. However, we did wait a relatively long time for our food. It arrived after over 30 minutes, and the place wasn't particularly busy.

I can't forget how nice the staff was and the place was clean. But for me, the burger wasn't anything special especially for it's price and though we ordered double burger, it was still normal size. Got me thinking how the normal size would then be. I also didn't like that they're was flies as we were eating, therefore the 4 star. But overall a nice place.

The BBQ pulled pork burger tastes really good. I've never had a better one. The fries were also really crispy. The server is very friendly and tries to serve everything as quickly as possible. Overall, I'd say this is the best burger place I've ever eaten at. They know how to make burgers.

I've been to Burgerheart a few times because they have a lot of veggie burgers. Everything was fine up until now, but my last visit was really bad. My girlfriend and I ordered the "No Chicken Burger" as usual, but after waiting about 45 minutes, our burgers came with meat. I only noticed this after the first bite, which was an absolute no-go for me as a long-time vegetarian, and truly disappointing. The waitress apologized several times and said this shouldn't happen. Nevertheless, my appetite was completely gone, and the evening was ruined. Things got even worse when it came to paying: First, they said the bill was €45. Then, after complaining that we weren't paying the full price, the manager came and talked about a "discount," but suddenly it was €47. Before that, he said I'd gotten the correct burger afterward and would only give us a drink. That was anything but customer-friendly. In the end, with a 20% "discount," I still paid almost full price, or even more?, even though I could barely eat. For a restaurant that specifically advertises veggie options, this is unacceptable. Rude, unprofessional, and, for me, the worst restaurant experience I've ever had.

Five of us went out to eat – four all-you-can-eat meals and one burger. The first challenge of the evening: waiting 30 minutes for drinks. The second: waiting even longer for the first meal to even arrive. The fries and chicken fingers were at least already cooled down – handy when you're not in the mood for hot food. The burger was more in the "snack" category for the price. The second round of chicken fingers arrived after about 40 minutes – the restaurant was already half empty, so there was plenty of time to wonder if the kitchen had yet to catch the chickens. In any case, they weren't warm again. An apology? None. The third round left us pleasantly surprised: "only" a 25-minute wait – and the chicken fingers were actually reasonably warm. Almost a highlight of the evening. And until the bill came, we had plenty of time to practice waiting. In the end, the all-you-can-eat wasn't an eating contest, but a game of patience: Who would manage to get anything at all? Conclusion: We were here twice today – the first and last time.

The food was good. The service took a long time, even when the place was empty. The beers were lukewarm and generally bad.

I went to this restaurant for lunch with my boyfriend last week. The staff seemed unmotivated. Very fast service. Almost too fast... I felt like I wasn't allowed to really make myself comfortable, but was supposed to quickly eat everything, pay, and make room for new guests. Unfortunately, I had to return the burger because the meat (pulled pork) was cold. But I got a replacement quickly. Everything was delicious; I haven't had fries this good in a long time. The truffle mayo was amazing! Superb lunch specials. If the feel-good factor isn't too important to you and you want to eat a delicious burger, this is definitely recommended.

You have to wait forever to be assigned a table. Instead, the servers prefer to chat among themselves. Food is forgotten when ordering, even though the missing item was ordered first. Our fries were only lukewarm, burgers were barely seasoned, and small. We won't be coming here again!

Disappointing experience with dishonest service staff. We ordered two Hugos yesterday, but they tasted extremely sour and lacked any elderflower aroma—which is actually an essential ingredient in this drink. When we informed the waiter, he went to the bartender to relay the feedback. Unfortunately, we overheard her apparently telling him that she had forgotten the elderflower syrup. The waiter then explained to her how to properly prepare a Hugo. It was all the more irritating that the waiter came back to us shortly afterward and claimed the drinks had been mixed correctly—and that was the end of it for him. No apology, no exchange of drinks, just excuses. This is completely unacceptable! It's one thing when a mistake is made—it can happen to anyone. But telling the customer to their face that everything is fine, even though you know full well that it isn't, is simply dishonest. If the waiter had simply shown some backbone, admitted the mistake, and brought us two new drinks, the situation would have been resolved quickly and easily. Unfortunately, this leaves a very negative impression.

We ate there for the first time a week ago. I think the look of the place is great; the 80s trash pic wall is an eye-catcher. Having to look at the menu online via QR code scan isn't really my thing. Unfortunately, we weren't informed about the menu option until the last order was taken, so we changed our orders beforehand. Otherwise, the service was really top-notch! Very friendly and accommodating. We arrived just after lunch; it wasn't busy, so we didn't have to wait long for our food. Everything was beautifully presented, as you would expect from a burger restaurant. The sides we ordered were really decent in terms of taste and size. The burger itself, however, was a bit too small in comparison; I've almost always gotten a bigger burger at other burger restaurants. I had one with chicken breast, and I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the size of the meat. The rest of the burgers were okay. We would definitely come here again, as it was really tasty and there's nothing particularly negative to say.

The burger bread was cold and fell apart immediately, and the meat didn't seem fresh, but more like it had been frozen—both in taste and texture. Overall, the food seemed carelessly prepared. A good burger place in itself, but unfortunately the Double Smashburger wasn't really smashed, it was more of a double cheeseburger.

If you want a burger, you can get it there. They're good, they don't take forever, and the service is always attentive. But even so, the overall picture isn't quite right. Unfortunately, the restrooms are never really clean. There's usually something missing. The service didn't point out a special offer that would have been cheaper, and it wasn't listed on the bill either. Unfortunately, we noticed it too late. As already mentioned, the service is good, but they could put more heart and soul into it. The ambiance is dark and American. You can see part of the kitchen.

The wait times were abysmal. The restaurant wasn't even at full capacity, and we waited 1.5 hours. I really feel sorry for the staff. The portions were tiny and nothing special. You can definitely find better options here. McDonald's is a better experience.

We arrived at 6 p.m. for the "all you can eat" chicken. After over an hour, the first portion arrived – without dip. After another 15 minutes, the dip arrived (which we had to pay extra for, by the way?!). We had to wait 1.5 hours for the second portion of chicken, which pretty much ruined our appetite – even though the restaurant wasn't even particularly busy. After that, we left. You can already tell from the previous reviews that the prices are overpriced. Attached is a picture of our empty table, as that was 90% of our experience there. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.
