A lot has improved with the new owner. The ingredients taste fresher than before, and you can especially notice a big difference in the onions. The triple cheese burger with extra jalapeños is highly recommended.

Super nice shop and delicious burgers!

The ambience wasn't my thing, very dark inside and also very loud. The walls are black with white paintings. Music plays at a volume that is disturbing for a normal conversation. You have to speak relatively loudly, so there is a volume in the room from all guests that is not exactly relaxing. The food was very good, you can choose your own Burger Patti. Burgers and fries were very good.

A lot has really happened here since the change of ownership. The furnishings have become really cool, the service and cuisine are really good, and everything is now very family-friendly. What we like best are the new special deals with homemade drinks or free fries. We are glad that we gave the restaurant another chance and have been there three times since it reopened with friends and family who were also super happy as veggies/vegans! :)

Ordered burgers and sides to take away yesterday. Unfortunately, the burgers were very dry and poorly prepared. In addition, two portions of fries were missing.

Nice place, but the citizens are really a joke. Meat was frozen and the bread was partly dry. Price performance is not right at all. There is a much better selection of citizens in Konstanz.

We were there once for the new opening for the €1 burger and it tasted really good and we thought a lot had changed... 1 week later we were back and that really wasn't good again - onion rings as a starter ordered and when they came, 2-3 fell on the floor in front of our table and the waiter picked them up and left without comment. Burgers came cold and not even remotely as good as when they opened - side dishes were forgotten and they only came when we asked for them when we had already finished the burgers. And the highlight was really the “compensation” that we could win a voucher at the machine, where we would have a free game after dinner anyway. Price/performance is simply not given here and there are really better ones in the area.

We were only there to pick up food, but we will definitely come back again and eat there. The restaurant is decorated really cool. The burgers tasted great and the fries were especially surprising. Despite the 10 minute journey home, the fries were in no way soggy but still warm and crunchy.

We were there yesterday with a child and he was served like a little king. The food was very, very tasty until we were full this morning 🥹 I just wished that the occasion would be acknowledged in some way by writing about it online, but that would have been the cherry on the cake. Always happy ☺️

Wow, the newly opened Burgerheart is definitely worth a visit! Due to the change of ownership and the new fancy style (the picture wall is amazing hahaa), the shop has completely reinvented itself, which is also reflected in the quality of the burgers. After I wasn't entirely satisfied in the past, I treated myself to a burger for €1 (!!) at the new opening as a test - it was really good! I've been there three more times since then :) Anyone who has had bad experiences in the past should definitely give the store another chance!

First of all, the service was pretty friendly. Furthermore, the interior is also beautifully designed. However, no soundproofing has been included in this, which makes it very difficult to hold a conversation when there is a lot of traffic. However, the food is particularly relevant for a restaurant. The burger itself was quite small, the meat was frozen in advance and then thawed. When visiting a restaurant, as a consumer you can expect that for a burger that costs 13 euros you will get something that fills you up or at least impresses you because of its special quality or taste. The burger completely failed to meet my requirements. For the same price, I can make eight comparable burgers with the same components without spending an hour, which are also much juicier and taste better. Accordingly, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

We were at the reopening today and tried burgers for only 1 euro. We used to like Burgerheart, but since it was renovated and there's a new team behind it, we like it even better. The service was super nice even though it was busy and the burgers were delicious. We'll definitely come back.

The vegetarian burger with caramelized goat cheese was by far one of the best burgers I've had so far. It was relatively full, but we were served relatively quickly. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that proof of vaccination or test was not asked for (we were sitting inside by the window), as this seems to be relatively important at the moment. Therefore I deduct a point. It definitely won't be the last time I'll be there. Edit: I was so satisfied with subsequent visits that I'm happy to give it a 5th star!

We made a reservation and received a confirmation, but then found ourselves in front of a closed door. The lights were on, but no one answered the phone. There was a new review the day before and you could have let us know. Were always very satisfied, what a shame!

Very mixed experience. Parts of the menu were unavailable because they had run out, other parts because ingredients were said to be spoiled. Food was okay, but card payment was also impossible due to technical problems.

We've been to Burger Heart on and off over the last few years and it's always been good, but last time was a disaster so we'll probably eat burgers somewhere else next time. For a Saturday evening the restaurant wasn't even half full, but despite three waitresses we had to wait three quarters of an hour before we could even order and then another 20 minutes for the drinks. The food came at some point and was OK except for two pieces of lint (? I hope it was just lint..) in my food. But it also subsided, the fries were still very light and they didn't see any salt. Kindly meant 1 star for our service, because he was nice when he was there ;)

The service is a disaster. It took over 30 minutes to even be able to order. Then there was another 60 minute wait for food. To top it all off, they made the wrong burger. The tables were not cleaned and glued. The staff is very unfriendly. Truly the worst restaurant in a long time! Really don't recommend the restaurant to anyone. If I could I would give 0 stars instead of 1!

The service is horrible. If I could give a zero, I would. Waiting one hour for the drinks to come....and still waiting for the food. DO NOT COME HERE. My husband went to MacDonald to get 4 cheeseburgers. Let's see who is faster. Never coming again!

Zero star rating for the burger restaurant due to long waiting times, burnt burger meat and asking for a fork twice to no avail. Furthermore, there weren't even enough bowls for the fries. The waitress was friendly but obviously the responsibility lies with the manager.

We reserved a table at 1830 and ordered at 1840. Unfortunately we didn't get our food until around 1940 and there were five of us who each had a burger with fries but two portions were ice cold and the service left a lot to be desired The burgers were very good but the service ruined everything. You wait 1.5 hours for food without any information. Of course not so great with children. If something like that happens, put a bowl of “something” there so you can avoid one or two nervous breakdowns 😂

Had dinner here with some friends. The burgers were good, although a bit expensive (tip: there is a student discount on Mondays). There was a really wide selection, including vegetarian options. The homemade lemonade is also recommended.

Food itself was tasty, but served cold, burgers were ready on the counter for a few minutes despite the low occupancy. Service underground. An hour before closing time, you were asked to pay several times, even though you had just ordered a drink.

The staff was really nice. Other than that it was very disappointing. The vegetarian burgers taste bland and uninspired. A burger was basically just a piece of halloumi and dry bread. Food is disappointing. We won't be coming back.

We were in Konstanz on King's Day and only noticed late that practically no restaurants or shops were open. Luckily the Burgerheart was open, so we had our lunch there. The selection is very extensive (QR code menu), the staff was very accommodating and friendly, as they immediately brought a bowl of water for my dog. We were able to order within a short time and I decided on the Chilli Cheese Burger and the Sweet Potato Fries as a side dish. The burger was tasty, but not a revelation. The fries together with the sour cream (recommended by the employees) were extremely delicious, especially in this combo! In terms of price, everything was in the middle range. The restaurant itself is very nicely decorated and the sanitary facilities are totally fine.

Wir waren am 3 Königstag in Konstanz und bemerkten erst spät, dass praktisch keine Lokale oder Läden geöffnet waren. Zum Glück war aber das Burgerheart geöffnet, weswegen wir unser Mittagessen dort verköstigt haben. Die Auswahl ist sehr umfangreich (QR-Code Menükarte), das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, da sie auch sofort eine Schüssel Wasser vorbei brachten für meinen Hund. Wir konnten innert kurzer Zeit bestellen und ich entschied mich für den Chilli Cheese Burger, sowie für die Süsskartoffel Fries als Beilage. Der Burger war zwar lecker, aber keine Offenbarung. Die Fries zusammen mit der Sour Cream (Empfehlung der Angestellten) war überaus köstlich, speziell in dieser Kombo merke ich mir! Preislich war alles zusammen im mittleren Bereich. Das Lokal selber ist sehr schön angerichtet und die sanitären Anlagen sind total in Ordnung.

Service was very friendly, food, especially the Fried Cauliflower, was tasty, but too expensive for the size. There are no menus, only via cell phone. It doesn't work at all. Yes, we want to keep up with the times, but that doesn't mean having cell phones on the table and especially excluding people (older) who are not used to them. This doesn't give you a cozy restaurant feeling. Criticism is accepted, but cannot be passed on (?), because apparently Systemgastro. In other words, nothing will be changed, so I can just go with the yellow M for less than half the price. Drink prices are outrageous, vegan sour cream is just a tasteless paste without herbs. In general, the price of 120 euros for four burgers, four side dishes and four drinks was clearly, clearly too much. Especially with these side effects. A pity.

Wir sind in dieses Restaurant aufgrund der schönen Inneneinrichtung gegangen. Bestellvorgang ist nervig, weil man alles auf seinem Smartphone lesen soll, es gibt kein Speisekarten. So übersieht man leicht die Megaabzocke mit den Saucen. Die kosten nämlich 2€ pro Miniportion und sind nicht selbst gemacht. Bei den Getränke wurden automatisch die 0,4 Gläser gebracht, wieder fühlt man sich abgezockt (hat wohl System). Die Burger selbst (Chuck Norris) waren leider nur Durchschnitt. Völlig trocken verbratene Patties, super enttäuschend in einem Burgerrestaurant. Alles in Allem hätten wir bei jedem Imbiss besser gegessen, deshalb werden wir dort nicht mehr hingehen.

Service war sehr gut, das Essen war leider nix, das Burgerpatty war klein und komplett durch sprich trocken, Süsskartoffel Pommes und Vegie Burger waren auch Furztrocken. Vielleicht sollte sich der Eigentümer mal wieder selber in die Küche stellen und mal schauen was die Küche verlässt statt (wahrscheinlich) unausgebildete Studis in die Küche zu stellen. Sorry.

Mit Reservierung einen schönen Tisch bekommen und ich kann es nur empfehlen. Die Leute waren sehr nett und das Essen war wirklich gut. In keinem anderen Restaurant bin ich jemals so satt geworden. Die Burger waren definitiv genug und sehr lecker.Der Hauseigene Eistee ist sehr zu empfehlen. Für uns wirklich ein gelungener Abend. Danke dafür

Das Essen ist überteuert! Für ein Burger über 10€. Pommes, Soße alles kostet extra. Geschmacklich aber gut. Bedienung war freundlich

It is expensive for a mediocre burger. Even ketchup and mayo costs extra. Onion rings are stale. It is a burger place, why sauce costs extra? Why fries costs 5 € extra? It is not a surprise that the place is so empty. It does not worth the money.

Canadian FRIES unbedingt PROBIEREN. Ansonsten sehr angenehmes Lokal

Service sehr nett, vegane Burger sehr lecker. Berlin Mitte war aber zu süß wegen der soße oder den Zwiebeln. Hanf im Glück sehr lecker, aber Süßkartoffelnchips waren sehr verweicht und zu viel soße und brot irgendwie sehr kalt. Insgesamt aber trotzdem lecker. Wor kommen gerne wieder. Der homemade Eistee ist sehr toll. Gute vegane Auswahl.

Wir sind zufällig am Restaurant vorbei gekommen und waren neugierig wegen dem Lunchtime angebot für knapp 16 Euro. Speisekarte gabs per QR Code, diese dann zu lesen gestaltete sich sowohl bei Apple als auch bei Samsung etwas schwieriger. Das Angebot "Lunchtime" beinhaltete Burger, Side und Drink bis 15 Uhr. Wir bestellten also einen Cheeseburger mit Pommes, Chili Cheese mit Süßkartoffelpommes und zwei Ice Teas. Der Homemade Ice Tea Peach ist übrigens sehr lecker. Essen kam zügig und war ganz gut. Bei den Süßkartoffelpommes stand dass es 1€ Aufpreis kosten würde. Wir bezahlten kurz nach 15 Uhr und bekamen eine Rechnung von 43 Euro 🤔 Lag es daran dass wir nach 15 Uhr gezahlt haben? Waren die Getränke nicht inklusive? 🤷‍♀️ War auf jeden Fall etwas verwirrend. Das Restaurant ist mega schön eingerichtet, die Beleuchtung in der Toilette tatsächlich etwas düster und es fehlt eine Abdeckung für ne Steckdose, was ziemlich gefährlich ist, wenn Kids auf die Toilette gehen.

Leckeres Essen, aufmerksames und nettes Personal Service top und tolles Ambiente. Alles im allen war ein mega Aufenthalt.

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter hier essen, und haben es sehr genossen. Wir Erwachsenen hatten jeder einen sehr leckeren Burger, für unsere Kleine hat die Küche netterweise sogar einen Extrawunsch erfüllt! Hochstuhl ist vorhanden, Preise sind sehr fair und das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder, volle Empfehlung!

Super und lieber Service, eine riesen Auswahl an Burger oder Möglichkeiten, extrem leckere Burger und Beilagen. Auch die Saucenauswahl ist gross und diese schmecken sehr lecker! Essen war trocken und schäbig, Service wusste nicht was auf der Karte steht und konnte simpelste Fragen nicht beantworten, und lässt sich sehr sehr sehr viel Zeit beim Bestellungen aufnehmen. Wer günstiger und besseres essen scharf ist aber auf dunkles Studenten Hipster Ambiente verzichten kann ist bei Burger King eindeutig besser aufgehoben.

I had the crispy fried chicken with sweet potatoes fries. Both were great. Perfect combination of super crispy crust and moist inside. Service was very friendly and very fast. Can only recommend.

Heute zur Mittag dort gewesen trotz nur ein Keller und relativ viele Gäste, kam das Essen sehr schnell und der Kellner hat alles super gemeistert👍🏻
