First of all we had to wait 20 minutes for them to take our order!! Then we had to wait too long again until we got the food. Burger was cold, meat bad, very poor value for money. Dessert came in a broken bowl!! It shouldn't be like that! Service was also bad

We were with them yesterday, Friday, February 31st, some of the company were ignored and couldn't order any drinks. After a long wait, we were also able to order food and drinks. After another longer wait, the order came. Matterhorn Burger bone dry and not warm by far the worst burger I have ever eaten

If it's not full something's wrong. Nicely constructed. Service very friendly. The burgers are worth 4 out of 5 points. For a burger joint they would have to be even better. Unfortunately, French fries were below average.

Unfortunately, the burger was totally dry - regardless of the fact that I got the wrong one. I haven't had such a bad burger in a long time. The only positive thing was the service - it was very friendly

What we liked: 1. The wonderful atmosphere of the venue itself! Funny English graffiti on the walls, softly dimmed lights, plants, lava lamps and wonderful music (I'm happy to move to the rhythm of Michael Jackson). All of this right at the entrance made it clear that the owners designed their place with a lot of love. 2. The second, no less important plus point - the excellent service, the waiters were very, very friendly, proactive and courteous! In such moments, even before eating, you realize that at the end of the evening you will definitely give the person a well-deserved tip ;). 3. The presentation of each dish was attractive and appetizing. +Very (no, you didn't understand - VERY) delicious homemade lemonade and good draft beer. The onion rings were really tasty and surprised me with their naturalness. Disadvantages: As unfortunate as it was, there were some. 1. the waiting time. We waited 29 minutes for two burgers and a portion of onion rings. Then another 17 minutes for dessert. [Although I checked that your restaurant has a delivery service and therefore it cannot be ruled out that the chefs had a lot of delivery orders that day despite the few occupied seats in the room.] 2.1The main course itself. Since I was hungry, I ordered a double smash burger, but honestly its size was sad. It beat a plain burger from the same McDonald's by barely an ounce. And in my humble opinion it's not what you expect to see when you pay almost 15 euros. 2.2 The biggest disadvantage was the over-salted meat, it was also burned to a crisp in some places... :( This ruined the entire taste of the burger and if it wasn't for the delicious drinks and onion rings, I'm sure that salty taste would have lingered on my tongue all day. (?)Suggestions: On the menu there is the item "Cheesecake", which, although tasty, airy in consistency, with a beautiful presentation, is still cheesecake. And both desserts have their own way of preparation, culture of origin and taste! Now that makes the name more of a deception. Although I'm sure there would be just as many people who would be willing to buy "homemade cheesecake" from you as it is really good!

The gentleman at reception was very personable and helpful. He was also very attentive and offered us a seat, even though we only wanted to take away a portion for a sick friend + a burger for me. The burger was very well made and tasted well. The portion was a bit too small for me, but still completely acceptable.

I had a great evening here! The waiter with a bun was very attentive and guided us through the evening fantastically.

I was already warned that the store wasn't exactly the best. Accordingly, I went in with low expectations. According to the motto, “I can only be surprised”. I really did! Just not in a positive sense. With the best will in the world I can't give it more than half a star. First of all, I have to say that the service was friendly, but you could clearly see that the waitress didn't have the slightest bit of fun at work. Now about my food. The price-performance ratio is truly a disgrace. Apart from the fact that the burger is very small for €14, the taste and quality were almost subpar! “Once and never again” sums it up quite well.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant and loved it! The drinks were excellent and lovingly decorated with fresh berries, a real eye-catcher and tasted great. My wife chose the “Matterhorn” burger, where she received lettuce leaves instead of the bun. A great option that was also incredibly tasty! I personally tried the Double Smash Burger, which was cooked perfectly - crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The caramelized onions combined with the BBQ sauce were a little too sweet for my taste, but that is of course subjective and by no means a reason to deduct points. The service was extremely friendly, attentive and, despite the full house, quick and effective in fulfilling our wishes. Particularly noteworthy is the price-performance ratio, which was really convincing for us as Swiss. All in all a fantastic experience, we will definitely be back!

Arrived and seated at 10:45 p.m. When we arrived we asked if there was enough for a quick burger and was confirmed yes. At 11:05 p.m. a waitress finally came to our table and told us that the kitchen was closed. We then moved on without ordering.

The order was taken quickly, but unfortunately we waited 50 minutes for the food. The fries were only lukewarm and way too salty. The service was very attentive. If you can't keep up with the orders, in my opinion you shouldn't accept any more guests. The whole time there was food in the food bank that wasn't picked up. The owners should urgently hire more people, there are food runners in every larger restaurant. I feel sorry for the service staff, the criticism is only aimed at the management. It was to be expected that it was very loud.

I really enjoyed this place today. Was here with my wife and the burgers were on point. Dipping the sweet potatoes fries into the truffle mayo sauce was a finger licking good. The service was excellent! Dýlan, with his kindness and professionalism made our visit even more special.

The store is not recommended. The burger was served cold. The fries were also only slightly warm. The cola was stale without carbonation. When I asked if I could get a warm citizen, I was listened to, but I wasn't served another burger. After 20 minutes of waiting there was still no burger at the table.

We were there for dinner as a family. We were served very friendly and were surprised by the varied types of burgers and fries. Everything tasted very good and the price was very fair. We'd love to come back!

An extremely positive compliment to the tall waiter with the curly hair. He is very open-minded and accommodating and seems very authentic. A young man who was made for gastronomy. The burgers were excellent and the cocktails were wonderful too. You will definitely see me again.

Mein Besuch im Burgerheart war leider enttäuschend. Beim Hereintreten fühlte es sich eher wie ein Club an als ein gemütliches Restaurant, was die Atmosphäre nicht besonders einladend machte. Die Bedienung war zwar nett, wirkte aber desinteressiert und liess uns lange auf unser Essen warten. Die Pommes waren gut, aber der Burger selbst war klein und für den Preis nicht überzeugend. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist der Preis für ein 0,4-l-Getränk: 6 Euro sind wirklich überzogen. Insgesamt hatte ich mir mehr erwartet und hoffe, dass der Service und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis verbessert werden.

Wenn man in das Restaurant hineinläuft fühlt man sich wie in einem Bordell. Am Tisch angekommen muss man einen QR-Code scannen um das Menu zu sehen (freies w-lan steht zur Verfügung). Die Menu karte bietet einige tolle Bundles. Das Getränk fanden wir jedoch mit 6 Euro zu teuer, das Easy Bundle mit Burger und Pommes für 9.90 Euro jedoch gerechtfertigt. Das Personal hat in unserem Fall etwas lange gebraucht um die Bestellungen aufzunehmen. Danach gab es etwa 10 Minuten Wartezeit in einem komplett leeren Restaurant. Als das Essen angekommen ist, hat das Personal ein Getränk leicht ausgeschüttet jedoch sich sofort entschuldigt und sich darum gekümmert. Das Essen war sehr lecker und gut Portioniert. Das Zahlen ging reibungslos und sehr einfach.

Wenn man ins Restaurant eintritt fühlt es sich an wie in einem Bordell und nicht einem Restaurant. Wir waren am Mittag dort aber der ganze Raum war lehr, niemand ass dort. Das Menü ist auf einer Internetseite aufgeführt und mit einem QR-Code einsehbar. Das aufnehmen der Bestellung dauerte meiner Meinung nach zu lange und nicht reibungslos. Danach warteten wir ca. 10 Minuten bis das Getränk serviert wurde. Dies wurde aber ein wenig verschüttet aber von der Bedienung wieder aufgewischt. Leider wurde keine Saucen (Ketchup oder Mayonnaise) bereitgestellt. Die Preise der Bundles finde ich sehr fair aber ein Icetea oder eine Cola für 6 Euro ist viel zu viel. Das Getränk kostet fast so viel wie ein Bundle mit Burger und Pommes. Zahlen lief ohne weitere Zwischenfälle und wir konnten mit Karte bezahlen.

Very nice restaurant, super nice waiters and the burger was also great. The homemade lemonade wasn't exactly my thing, but maybe it was a matter of taste.

In short: what was good can be said more quickly than what was bad! Cool atmosphere, the food was okay. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks and over 45 minutes for our food, the burgers and fries were lukewarm/cold for all four. We complained, we got a shot on the house. But are they on the invoice? After we complained, we received a corrected invoice. There was no apology until the end! It doesn't work at all! It was the first and last time - not recommended at all.

Update: Smashburger very good, also smashed. Service nice but still slow. Put more waiters to their horns. The poor can't do it at all. Smashburger only without smash. Still tasty. Still waiting for my Helles….. still waiting for 2 Helles (1h)

My Spanish friends came to visit me and I brought them here for lunch. We had a very nice time at BurgerHeart. Right from the start we were welcomed and served in a very friendly manner. There is a diverse menu and we were helped with questions about some dishes. We all really enjoyed the food, for example the portions of (sweet) potato fries with a variety of sauces. I've known BurgerHeart for a long time, have only heard good things and am happy to recommend it!

I had something to eat in this shop with my work colleagues today. The ambience is great, the food is very satisfying. Unfortunately, these two points are ruined by the service, because if the service doesn't fit, everything doesn't fit. Since we have a relatively short lunch break, we asked when we ordered to bring our order forward so that we could be back at work on time. According to the waitress, this shouldn't be a problem since the restaurant had hardly any visitors at the time anyway. The food and drinks also came relatively quickly. When we asked if we could have some sauce with the fries, there was no response at first. It was only the second time we chopped that something was brought, but this was already a bit late. You could order an espresso with the menu, which we would have liked straight away, but the espresso was only served when we were already at the checkout to pay. Please train your workforce a little better. It wouldn't be a problem if the place was really busy, the fact that you could actually see that we were one of the few guests made it a very disappointing experience. So lunch during your lunch break, if you don't have a lot of time, you shouldn't go here, despite the good menus and offers.

The food, the service and the ambience – simply great! No joke, I'm really amazed at how they managed to create such a damn good burger. So, the food was really great. The burger we ordered just fell apart in our mouths - that's how it has to be! And the fries? Brilliant! Neither drowned in salt nor boring. It was just right. Regarding the service: I have to particularly praise the bartender. His cocktails? Top class! And best of all, he fulfilled all of my special requests. Best man, honestly – the guy is a good guy! The atmosphere was really nice, like a lounge. You could chat in a relaxed manner while enjoying your cocktail or food. That's why I give it the deserved 5 stars in all categories!

The music is playing very loudly, which is a bit uncomfortable because you can't have a good conversation. The food is very tasty but half of our order was delivered incorrectly. But everything was exchanged. The waitress patiently accepted our special requests.
