I wanted to try the kebab because I'd heard a lot of good things about it. The meat was okay but nothing special, the salad and vegetables were really okay, the bread was also okay, and the cocktail sauce was really tasty. Service was really bad; you feel like you're just being rushed off the counter. The shop itself made a good impression, and the restroom was clean. There's plenty of parking. At €8, I found it a bit expensive for just under 300 grams. I would go there again, but not for that price; it's worth a maximum of €5. I give it 5/10. It could be much better.

The SIS Kebab Döner in Bergedorf is simply unbeatable! 🌯 The vegan kebab is the best in all of Hamburg and the surrounding area – incredibly delicious and made with super-fresh ingredients. The homemade bread, baked fresh on-site, is a real highlight. Add to that the always friendly service, a very clean shop, and excellent value for money. My conclusion: If you eat here once, you'll definitely come back – absolutely recommended.

The best Dürüm and Dönər in Bergedorf!

For the price of €15 for a kebab plate, I'm used to completely different portions. The value for money isn't right at all.

Today was my third visit, and the same unfriendliness at the checkout as last time. No reply of "Hello," no eye contact, just a hectic checkout. Today, a dinner plate instead of a paper bag cost me an extra €8! I ordered an Adana kebab in bread for €12 and asked that the whole thing be served separately on a plate – salad, kebab, and bread – rather than squashed into a bun. The cashier said that wasn't possible. I would have to get an Adana plate for €20. When I explained to him that an additional side dish like rice or fries would be too much for me, he continued to insist on paying €20. Gritting my teeth, I paid this amount, eagerly anticipating what was now waiting for me on that plate. The plate arrived – with exactly the amount of salad that would normally be found in the bread, a skewer, and a gaping void on a quarter of the plate! The same amount of bread was served with it. However, there was also a quarter of a tomato and a green pepperoni. Sorry, I consider this a complete rip-off and a world away from customer service! Once again, I felt unwelcome here as a native German – but quite welcome as a German cash cow. It's striking how courteously their own countrymen are treated in this place. Today was my last visit to Sis Kebap.

The last kebab I had had a ✋️ large loaf of bread, which is very cheeky...and that's not an isolated incident. Raising prices or not, the quality should remain the same or improve. It's like that with every kebab shop...they start off well and then they take advantage of the "stupid" crowd. I prefer to go to Billstedt, where you can still get quality!!!

Don't go there if you want to get food poisoning. The food should be digestible, which is crucial. My brother ate a kebab there and then just hung over the toilet about six months/year ago. A friend of mine was there recently and is now sitting at home with food poisoning. When he told me where he had eaten the kebab, I was shocked to find out it was the same as my brother's.

Well, I'm pretty disappointed. You pay €8.50 for a kebab box, plus €2.50 for a small can of Ayran (which costs €1-1.5 elsewhere) - so a total of €11. The waiting time was about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the service at the checkout was very unfriendly: no hello, no thank you, no smile, just quickly checking out and stopping by while talking. There was a lot of hectic activity at the counter, people were constantly shouting about who had ordered what - it seemed very disorganized. The taste of the kebab box was okay, but nothing special. Overall, unfortunately not good value for money. Hence 2 stars.

Even when there are hardly any customers there (like on our last visits), relaxed or attentive service doesn't seem possible, even though there are enough staff behind the counter. It's a shame how things turned out.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a failure for me, the amount of meat was pitiful in my friend's case, practically trace amounts. cold kebab, not heated in the toaster. There wasn't much traffic. Some kind of sour sauce, instead of spicy. Not only did I like it, but when I was throwing foil and tissues into the basket, someone just before me threw half of the durum döner... I also don't recommend it, unless Poles are served here in a special way, for me it was the vegan and cold version...

I mean, I saw that they put meat on it, there are other customers there who order something and how am I supposed to know that this kebab is for me if I order something vegetarian and all I see is something being sliced ​​off the spit? They then gave me a nine, but I'll never go there again! Very unfriendly and way too overpriced!!! No animals are fed here.

The food doesn't even arrive after 1.5 hours, even though the delivery time was set at half an hour. It's sad to have to rely on Lieferando. Good, loyal customers are lost this way.

When the driver finally found us after a long search, he seriously demanded 27€ for 2 kebabs, which was no longer hot due to the long search for our address. We are easy to find in Randersweide, with advertising boards on the fence. He admitted that he found it extremely expensive and that it also included a €2 delivery fee. The kebab itself was good, but not worth €12.50! That's just usury! We definitely felt ripped off, but since we hadn't asked for prices on the phone, we grumpily paid...

Today for an 8€ one of the worst kebabs I had eaten. They didn't even know how to cut it from the skewer, the meat was still raw and sliced ​​much too thin, the sauce was simply slapped in the middle and the kebab wasn't even full.

Pretty above average. The Dürüm was good how you'd wish a Dürüm to be with fresh tasting ingredients, not quiet perfect but above the rest for sure. The ambience is also welcoming and open. Overall a good experience.

We ordered from Sis Kebap today and the first time the food arrived 20 minutes later than agreed. Until then everything is still acceptable. Unfortunately the order was wrong, we ordered a lahmacun with iceberg lettuce, we got a lahmacun with onions, tomatoes and cucumbers. After another call with discussion, a new Lahmacun was to be brought to us. After 40 minutes the driver came back without Lahmacun and handed us €10. I ended up eating alone and my partner hadn't eaten. I think mistakes can happen, but you also have to be able to show insight and own up to your mistakes. Customer service? None!! Instead you have to be shouted at on the phone and told that we can never order again….great advertising. It's better to lose a customer (or several...) instead of accommodating the customer and ignoring the €9.50. Well, everyone as they think. I will no longer order my kebab there, although I was always very satisfied, as the kebab is 5 minutes away from us.
