Very good food... I had the pide with sucuk. It was really extremely tasty. Lots of cheese, well seasoned, and there was plenty of home-baked bread with spread, which wasn't even ordered. The service was also very good. I can really recommend everyone to come here!

I was a guest in your restaurant today and would like to share my feedback with you. Unfortunately my visit was overall disappointing. The food did not meet my expectations and the service was also unsatisfactory. The waiter was rude and disrespectful. We called him three times to pay but he ignored us. His behavior completely spoiled our mood. We had previously asked if we could pay by card and still planned to tip. However, it seemed like the waiter assumed we wouldn't tip and behaved accordingly. In my opinion, this behavior is unacceptable and has a negative impact on the overall impression. For these reasons I will no longer visit your restaurant nor recommend it to others. I hope you can avoid such situations in the future

The store is really 10/10. They have the best Lahmacun in Hamburg! Neither Lokmam nor Pamukkale can keep up with that... Kebab skewers are tasty here anyway and side dishes like Ezme, bread and sauces are also great. The only thing I don't like is the kebab, it's somehow a bit greasier and doesn't taste that good to me. I don't know if it's the sauce or the kebab meat.

The food (Adana skewers and Sucuk Pide) tasted very good, the skewer was juicy and well seasoned, the pide was also very good. Overall good quality of ingredients at normal prices. The quality of orders is also good. Card payment is possible. Reservations should be made at popular times and for larger groups. Finding a parking space on Steindamm is difficult.

Good Turkish food that is prepared fresh and of good quality. Large selection of dishes. Service is simple but good. Luckily *no* kebab shop atmosphere.

We just wanted to grab a quick donner and a lahmachun. Unfortunately the service was extremely bad as 3 waiters simply ignored us. We got the drinks and when we spoke to the waiters after 20 minutes, all we said was "Yes, yes." receive. After 30 minutes, new guests had already received their food and we simply didn't have the time or desire to wait any longer. After the waiter ignored us again, he cheekily wanted the full purchase price. We complained, then we were blamed for not reporting. Although they saw us several times, spoke to us and decided to ignore us, they also had problems with the exhaust air, so we were allowed to leave the place hungry after 40 minutes with our hair and jackets smelling of food. Deficient in all respects.

For starters we ordered Kellepaça soup and Lahmacun, Lahmacun was on my list of the best, it was crispy and very tasty, the soup was served very good and quickly. Then we had Urfa kebab and doner kebab, it was really delicious, the grilled taste came from Urfa and the ratio of spice taste and salt was very good. For dessert we ordered baklava, it was just like in Turkey, it was crispy and the sugar ratio was right. I would also like to thank Mr. İlhan for his friendly service. I recommend As Urfa Restaurant and will come again. Thank you very much!

Ordered from this kebab restaurant via Uber eats. Unfortunately, despite additionally ordering "without salad", the delivery came with salad. Plus very little meat with fries. Especially since the food was only somewhat warm to lukewarm, instead of hot as you would expect from other kebab shops. Of course this can happen via delivery, although if you use a proper insulated delivery box this case would not happen. The veal was a bit dry and not juicy like you're used to from others. The positive thing was the curry sauce, which was very tasty.

I can't say anything about the plated dishes, they could be better and they were friendly there too. But the kebab I picked up was one of the worst I've ever had. Tasteless meat, soggy bread, indefinable salad, there was really nothing wrong with it. I don't like to throw food away very often, but this kebab went in the bin after two bites.

I requested Durum with rice. It was super tasty and i liked it. Priced 17.5 with all those foods i think it was so worth it. Updated: I had my second rice and meat. It was super tasty i dunno how but it may be the best meat from the kebab store i ever had

It is not a hygienic environment. Toilets and corridors are very dirty. The pieces of tripe soup are chopped a little large, but they have a good taste and consistency. The service is good.

We had dinner here today. Central location about 5 minutes walk from Hamburg train station. Get a table at the back of the restaurant with children. The waiters were very friendly, quite large and tasty portions, price performance was okay.

We have visited the restaurant several times and have always been satisfied until today. It started with a long wait for the menu and the ordering itself, I could understand it because the restaurant was completely full, but other guests who came after us were served before us. I witnessed when a young lady sat down at the free table she was waiting for and was immediately prompted by the waiter to move and make room for women with children. The lady was not there alone and was accompanied by other people, so she refused to move to another, smaller table, saying that she was the first at the table. The ladies with the children came and wery unfriendly told her she needs to move out of the table, after that the young lady left angrily. I really have to say that I found it inadequate that such behavior is tolerated in a restaurant, if a larger group of people with children wants to be guaranteed a good table, why doesn't they reserve a table in advance?… The service was very unfriendly, in a hurry, one-word answers and arrogant. The food was ok, but after the behavior of the waiter, we changed our plans and left the restaurant without dessert and our favorite tea. When, after an unpleasant experience, we decided not to tip the waiter, because we didn't think he deserved it, he threw the bill on the table and left without saying goodbye. It should also be noted that at other times we don't really skimp on tips and we like to leave more than 10% of the amount we spend to the waiter. Unfortunately, thanks to the behavior of the staff, we probably won't be back.

Unfortunately, doner kebab is not my thing. There are definitely much better ones out there, I didn't like the meat. You can also just get Ayran out of a plastic cup from the supermarket and not freshly prepared yourself. There are better kebab houses on the Steindamm.

I wanted to order take away and some waiter was extremely rude and said I was standing in the way. There is nowhere to wait and the employees are always trying to squeeze past you. No recommendation Very uncomfortable. Doner tastes ok

We ordered where we were staying. The service was very fast. But on the first call, they kept redirecting me to another friend. They were friendly though. I deducted 1 point from the food because even though I said I didn't want Eisberg 3 times, they put it on all of them. Would I choose it again? Yes! It was quite delicious.

I was just there. A very arrogant waiter brought the menu first and said arrogantly because I chose soup from the menu; “You didn’t have to ask about the menu for soup,” he said. I didn't care why I had to pay 10 euros after waiting forever. It's rare to see something so disorganized. The area is absolutely terrible, the ambience has rocked down. If the kebab wasn't for my wife, I would have skipped eating it.

Due to the good reviews near the train station, the kebab was tested here. Finally real veal from a spit without an excessive amount of minced meat. Unfortunately, I wasn't asked what type of salad I wanted on the kebab. This is definitely not good. For €7, the amount of meat is not appropriate in my opinion. The doner kebab walk-in customers are actually just processed here. Therefore only three stars.

I arrived at the central parking lot at 2 am. The parking lot is closed. Wait until 6:30 am. I found the only cafe that had excellent reviews and was open until 5:40 am. It was very scary to walk among the dirty streets. There are drug addicts and beggars everywhere. I came to the cafe, ate deliciously, and warmed up with tea. I sat there for 3.5 hours. Thank you very much to the people who work in this wonderful establishment. I really wasn’t scared with them and I calmly survived the night until the morning bus. I am very glad that I chose this cafe)

Very, very tasty Super friendly and helpful

I walked by this place on the way back to my hotel after work and saw charcoals and meat on a stick and knew I had go in. I had the spicy lamb and it was very good. Very juicy and flavorful, though it could have been spicier. The star of the show though were the sauces in the picture. The red salsa looking one was sooo good. It was definitely made with fresh ground spices because it just exploded with flavor. The cheese dip was also amazing. The dense but soft bread definitely worked well with dipping into those. The waiter was so friendly and warm. It felt like he was personally welcoming me into his restaurant. He referred to the food as Kurdish, not Turkish, so a slightly different take on that region's cuisine. Overall A+ experience for me.

The food was great as always, only the waiter (older gentleman) on the top floor was very unfriendly at the end because we couldn't give him much tip, he gave the tip back, we gave it back to him. I don't know how much his expectation came true. We would have to pay a lot for the food. The waiter didn't even say goodbye to us, his looks were just mean.

I was there with my family on Saturday. The service was extremely unfriendly. The waiter spoke to my mother in such a disrespectful tone. When we placed our order, he pulled the menu out of my sister's hand as she wanted to look for dessert! My sister, a grown-up young woman!!! Our food was served relatively promptly after we ordered. The portions were very small! So I thought I had a children's plate in front of me. I had to wait forever for my fries, which felt like a handful. During the meal the light went out several times and we were literally sitting in the dark! When we wanted to pay we had to wait forever. I had to keep pointing out that we wanted to pay. Conclusion: you could once visit this restaurant with your family, but those were the days. Waiters should treat their customers more respectfully. For us it was the last time here.

Unfortunately no longer recommended. I wanted to swap bulgur for fries on the kebab plate. I was told it wasn't possible. Then I wanted to take something else. Then the gentleman said it's okay with fries. Got my kebab plate without bulgur and fries. After I asked, I got fries in exchange for attention! - 6 euros extra charge. In the end a kebab plate with fries cost me 22 euros... Quality? Unfortunately, a foreign word. Dry meat, expensive and unfriendly. A few years ago Urfa was a hit in Hamburg. Unfortunately not anymore today... What a shame

I rarely felt like I was an enemy when buying kebab. The "boss" who served us was so rude, I hope he's okay. I don't want to say anything about the food because neither my Dürüm nor my colleague's kebab had sauce on it. That was just part of my adventure in the "Kebab Land of Nightmares", but you're welcome to try it out for yourself if you like it.

The veal in my kebab bag was super crispy and well seasoned. Definitely the best doner meat I've ever eaten. The bread was nice and crispy and the portion was large compared to other “normal” kebabs. Sauces very tasty and well distributed. I can only highly recommend it
