Artemis in Hamburg

Wollte Cocktail-Soße, hab scharf bekommen. Viiiieell zu scharf und ungenießbar. Fleisch ist roh und Brot auch kacke. Nicht empfehlenswert!! Ps. Wir wollen Schadensersatz

Ich muss leider mal etwas Dampf ablassen… Mein Partner und ich wollten uns eine Platte für zwei Personen zum Abendessen mitnehmen (für knapp 50 €). Leider fing es schon damit an, dass auffällig wenig Fleisch auf der Platte war. Erst nachdem mein Partner freundlich nachfragte, ob das tatsächlich für zwei Personen gedacht sei, wurde noch etwas ergänzt – allerdings inklusive Augenrollen und einem abwertenden Kommentar auf Türkisch zum Kollegen, der alles andere als freundlich klang (ungünstig nur, dass mein Freund etwas Türkisch versteht…). Geschmacklich war es okay, aber insgesamt hat für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht gestimmt. Schade!

Nix besonderes, aber für Hamburg gut. Portion auch echt relativ groß und mit Ayran im Angebot für 6 Euro! Danke Mümmel!

Ich hatte ein Thunfisch Pizza für 9,90 groß und reichlich belegt! Hatte ich am 18.4.2026 mir hatte sie so gut geschmeckt, dass ich sie mir am nächsten Tag noch einmal bestellt hatte. Wiederum gut und lecker. Ein Restaurant hauptsächlich zur Mitnahme von Speisen und Getränken. Speisen und Getränke können jedoch auch ohne Probleme dort verzehrt werden. Tische bis sechs Personen. Drinnen und draußen! Preise sehr zivilisiert. 1 Coca-Cola z. B. um dort zu verzehren kostet 3 Euro dafür bekommt man anderswo lediglich ein kleines Glas.

So, I ordered food for dinner. First of all, the delivery guy couldn't find my mailbox and ring the doorbell, and when I opened the door, everything was worse than I had imagined. The meat was dry, there was hardly any sauce, and I still have to pay €17.50 for that.

Most of the staff are inexperienced. That's why they can't get anything right. I gave them one last chance today and was disappointed. The chicken doner is served half-raw. Absolutely unappetizing. This has happened frequently. Or, often, the doner bread is filled with lettuce first and then the meat!?! Your products are fine in themselves, but the staff can't handle them.

Very unfriendly. I've been here many times, and I came back today and sat down at my table. I waited 20 minutes, and no one came. Then one of the employees walked by. I politely asked him if I could order something. He said, "Yes, you have to get up and go to the front, say what you want, and you'll get it." Haha, just totally rude.

The food was truly delicious, with attention to detail evident in every plate. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and we felt very comfortable. The salads were incredibly fresh, and the ingredients were clearly high-quality. I highly recommend it for its flavor, service, and ambiance. Don't miss out on a visit if you're ever in the area!

I'm really disappointed. The meat tasted absolutely unpleasant; it seemed old and had a strange texture, as if it had been around for days. Furthermore, the meal wasn't complete; the sauce was completely missing. On top of that, the food was only lukewarm when it arrived. Unfortunately, the delivery driver was also very unfriendly and seemed annoyed. This is definitely not how I expect a delivery service to be. It's a shame; we won't be ordering from here again.

The lamb cutlets are incredibly delicious and juicy, the rice is deliciously buttery! Fresh salad! And above all, amazing service! We'll definitely go back!

Never again! 😡😡 I ordered a dürüm döner once, and it was 80% salad with no meat. I called to complain, and 15 minutes later it was the same thing. 🤦 And it was cold, too! 🤦 One star only because I couldn't give it any other way.

One of the best kebab shops in Billstedt. Great atmosphere, very nice and friendly staff, top-quality food, and extremely good value for money. Here, you get really large portions for your money.

Unfortunately not trustworthy owner. There was an offer on the website saying "Buy 1 get 1 free" The owner just canceled my order and said no it's not possible. He said the offer is only valid if you buy the same thing twice he can offer me the third one for free. I explained it, the website said “Buy 1, get 1 free” and I already paid. His answer: I don't have much profit, this and that costs me so and so much, so he can't make the offer. But he placed the offer himself on the Über Eats website. Simply incredible!

Just disgusting loading!!!! Never again don't recommend it!! Food wasn't even finished!!!! Taste disgusting salad like paper!!! Zero quality!!! No respect on the phone!!!

Unfortunately a bitterly disappointing experience. We ordered two doner kebab boxes (large), but the quality left a lot to be desired - the fries were soft and undercooked, the meat was barely seasoned, and the sauces were watery and tasted rather bland. Overall a maximum of 3 out of 10. We also had two Kazandibi as dessert, but they weren't convincing either. The cinnamon layer on top wasn't part of it and didn't taste good at all and had a greasy consistency, which unfortunately didn't make the dessert particularly tasty. Too bad! For almost €30, that's really sad. We had hoped for a lot more - there is definitely still room for improvement! It was the first and last order for us.

We got 4 pommdöner today. Unfortunately this kebab didn't taste good at all. None of us. So it's edible - but the taste is rather lower class.

Very tasty lamb chops, delivered quickly, we all liked them very much. ❤️ On December 30th Ordered. Came quickly 15 minutes. Fries too salty. Large salad €5.90 no olives or cheese in it. Not ok.

Inconspicuous but very tasty Dürüm, for €6.50 it's a great price and tastes good anyway, the staff is friendly, there's plenty of drinks to choose from

I would prefer not to write anything here because when I think about this place I immediately get in a bad mood. However, I want to warn everyone who reads this because the kebab doesn't taste good. I also paid more than I should, the boss charged me for a large fries, but I ordered and received a small one.

I ordered food and the chicken is partly raw, that's not possible, the chicken can't be raw. Instead of tzatziki, get some watery yogurt sauce. Very cheeky and then over an hour late

I would prefer to give 0 stars... I ordered there today and I really regret the order. Due to the storm the order arrived 1.5 hours late. I still understand that. I find it an absolute disgrace that a meal is then delivered that is partly raw (chicken from a rotisserie) and a tzatziki sauce that is not and is absolutely watery! I will never order here again and can only advise against it.

It's a shame it used to be better, the kebab tasted bland and there was something missing. Unfortunately the benches were not clean.

Deadest kebab Hamburg's raw fries, meat is raw, sauce is water. I order small fries, the boss says I ordered large ones. Never again

As a professional kebab tester, I have to say that this was my worst kebab experience in all of Hamburg! The taste of the meat was of the lowest quality, the bread was not crispy and the vegetables were not at all fresh. The high prices cannot be justified for the quality either. Too bad!

The kebab meat in my kebab box was absolutely inedible. One half is brutally dry, the other is just fat and gristle. The pide, on the other hand, taste very good. But with the best will in the world, please don't eat any kebab there... D:

Doner doesn't taste like anything. Absolutely bland. I almost thought I had covid. No matter whether the positive reviews are all bought or whether the owner has a lot of bad reviews deleted, but no one would have left 5 stars for the kebab I ate. Even a kebab from the fridge from 3 days ago tastes fresher and has more flavor. This is by far the worst and most boring kebab I have ever eaten.

I was traveling with the family and was extremely hungry and spontaneously stopped along the way to get something to eat because it didn't look bad from outside. An isken dish is definitely with toasted bread, warm yoghurt and tomato sauce and then some kebab on top but what we got was old bread that you could chew on 1000 times, hardly any yoghurt on it and it was cold too. So just took it out of the cupboard and poured it on and then put a lot of kebab on it, it actually looked more like roasted onions on top when I politely asked him for it. Maybe more yoghurt and kebab, we only got yoghurt and it was cold again and you could tell they weren't happy and we shouldn't have asked so they felt like they were being offended. It's a shame, because as a business owner something like that shouldn't happen, he has to go the extra mile and admit his mistakes. The fries were super salty, dried and simply popped them on the plate when the waiter put the plate on the table for us, and all the fries are nice to the side. The fact is no thanks never again and I advise the business owner to get his teeth done and maybe listen to the dishes on YouTube, not always just collect the money, but also offer something in return...

5 years ago: I often get kebab there and find both the meat and the spicy sauce very tasty. Everything looks clean and the staff are friendly. However, I would be happy to have another sauce to choose from. Update December 23: Dürüm kebab is smaller than before but now costs €6.50 and didn't taste particularly good. Still just tzatziki and hot sauce. We ate about 5 of the fries and threw the rest away because they tasted terrible. If we had eaten there, I would have said something, but who wants to go there again... The only pro: you can pay by card.

We just ordered there, We were also surprised that the delivery was so quick - but unfortunately we were very negatively surprised! We ordered the köfte burger menu and were very sad about how it was delivered! NO BREAD BUT STONE!! You couldn't even bite into it because it was so old and hard. We never actually complain because it can happen to anyone. But unfortunately that didn't work at all... instead of coming to meet us, they insisted that it was normal and hung up. Very disrespectful. Won't be placing any more orders there!!

Worst döner I've ever eated in Germany. The stuff and the service are alright, but the food is just blend. Every ingridient is tasteless.

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist unterirdisch! Ja, alles ist teurer geworden, aber der hier angeschlagene Preis ist deutlich übertrieben für das dann gebotene Essen auf gerade einmal unterdurchschnittlichem Niveau. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Der Laden sieht absolut top aus. Habe lediglich Pommes bestellt und diese waren leider weder frisch noch lecker. Ich würde mir wünschen das alle Speisen frisch zubereitet werden und nicht auf Masse produziert.

Sehr netter Service und eine recht schnelle Zubereitung. Das Essen selbst macht satt und schmeckt sehr lecker.

Wir haben uns eine Grillplatte für 2 Personen mitgenommen. Richtig gut verpackt, also kein Problem es vor Ort zu bestellen, aber es gibt auch einen Lieferservice, den wir auch schon mal genutzt haben. Das Fleisch ist sehr lecker, der Salat knackig frisch und die Soßen schmecken auch sehr gut.

Gutes Fleisch und sonst OK. Der Grillteller schmeckte echt gut, die Saucen ebenso. Die Bedienung war etwas „lustlos“ und die Preise leicht überhöht, passten nicht zur Lage und Ambiente.

Essen war okay aber preislich sehr teuer. Ambiente leider auch nicht allzu ansprechend.

Von außen betrachtet wirkt es wie ein Imbiss. Wer ein Restaurant erwartet, ist hier falsch. Aber, wer einfach nur gut essen will, hinein in die ,,Gute Stube"! Unser Gericht, Hähnchenspieß mit Pommes und Salatbeilage, war sehr lecker. Das Fleisch war top gegrillt, saftig und klasse gewürzt. Die Pommes waren knusprig, gut gewürzt. Die, zwei verschiedenen, dazu gereichten Soßen, kommen mit gegrilltem Brot vorab, sind ebenfalls klasse. Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis ist einwandfrei! Da ich die hier ,,nur" das Essen und die den Service bewerte, gibt's für das Artemis die volle Sternchenzahl. Wer sich etwas Zeit nimmt und die Jungens hinterm Tresen ein wenig beobachtet, dazu mal ein Auge auf die Drehspieße wirft, wird sehen, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail, gute Waren zu einem tollen Gericht verarbeitet werden.

Habe heute einen Jumbo Dürum bestellt, wurde schnell geliefert die Größe war sehr gut. Geschmacklich sehr lecker immer wieder gerne.

Unser Lieblingsrestaurant in der Umgebung. Sehr leckeres Essen, unsere Empfehlung ist Adana Dürüm. Döner Box, Döner Tasche oder normale Dürüm schmecken auch ganz gut. Außerdem kann man hier mit Kreditkarten bezahlen. Top!

Ist ein guter laden nett und die türkische Pizza ist super lecker der dürum auch so wie der Pommdöner

Wir haben gut gegessen, Gyros mit Pommes, Steakteller mit Reis dabei war auch ein Salat, ein Hacksteak, Lammkottlet, Huhnsteak. War gut besucht, besonders von Kindern, die alle nach Schulschluß ihre Tüte mit Fleisch + Pommes kauften. Es waren aber auch Erwachsene da.

Sehr freundlich, Drehspießteller sehr lecker. Liefert schnell. Scharfe Curry Sauce ist mega lecker.

Ich habe dort schon häufiger mal einen Döner gekauft und finde es dort nach wie vor lecker. Die Leute sind nett und es geht meistens schnell.

Ich habe hier früher sehr gerne gegessen und wir haben öfters was mitgenommen. Aber nach und nach wurden die Portionen immer kleiner und mittlerweile werde ich von zwei Dönern nicht mehr satt. Daher holen wir hier mittlerweile nichts mehr.

Nette Leute am Telefon, punktgenaue Lieferung. In der Bestellung war mehr drin als angegeben, Grillplatte für 2 Leute hat für 4 gereicht und es ist noch was übrig geblieben. Ich werde hier öfter bestellen, sehr zu empfehlen

Ich habe jetzt ein paar mal hier bestellt und muss sagen das von der Lieferung bis zum Essen alles super ist. Das Essen kommt in schön großen Schalen und ist noch warm und es schmeckt sehr lecker. Der Laden ist auch bei Bestellungen sehr kulant. Ich kann Artemis nur jedem empfehlen.
