Mis Kebap in Hamburg

Unfortunately, there's no vegan döner here, even though it's 2025. I just made up my Google account name back then, but it's sadly fitting in this case. I'd be happy to change my review if they offered decent vegan options that weren't limited to raw falafel. The staff were otherwise friendly, but that doesn't change the fact that they don't offer vegan options.

We've now waited three hours for our food order, and after four calls without anyone answering the phone, we received a call back and canceled the order because the driver still wasn't on his way. Definitely not recommended! This was also our last order! We're, of course, demanding a refund through Lieferando. Anyone who operates like this doesn't want to make money.

Not recommended for ordering, as the kebab arrives ice cold. I've had no problems taking it out, but train your employees! There are two employees, but one in particular, who stares at me every time, looks me up and down, and smiles strangely, and that's truly unbelievably unprofessional! As a woman, you feel very uncomfortable, and many of my friends have the same problem there. It's a shame, as the kebab tastes really good, but you've lost me as a customer.

The food and service are okay. Tables and floor are not cleaned properly. Streaks everywhere. The exterior isn't inviting. But it's adequate for takeaway. The overall rating of 4.2 is excessive.

I just bought a jumbo kebab. It only took me a minute to get home... what can I say - Ice cold, and for €10.50. It's NOT OK. I called right away and reported it. No response. Unfortunately. NEVER AGAIN. Never experienced anything like this before. This isn't in the spirit of immediate pickup. Too bad.

It's always delicious, without exception. My favorite is the falafel durum with garlic sauce and spicy. It's always fresh, the guys are super fast, and deliveries are reliable. However, for deliveries, I would like to see packaging for dishes with fries that keeps the fries crispy. If necessary, for example, with a doner kebab with fries, put the fries in a separate cardboard box; that works well for others too :) Please keep up the good work, guys!

Very tasty food, mostly with doner meat, but also others. Super fresh and decent portions. Always very friendly staff. They're not very good at making currywurst and croque, but they're not available in Turkish cuisine anyway.

Not really recommended, it was better at first. Now only the order is taken and unfortunately one employee is particularly unfriendly. He is easily distracted by other things and as a paying customer who pays €8 for the kebab, I don't care. It's a shame, you used to be really good. It was my last kebab there.

Yes, how should I say it best? You could eat it, it was cold, which is difficult with a kebab. Service, yeah. When it comes to advice on sauces, it's pretty subpar.

We ordered from the store. The food came after 1 hour and 20 minutes (we live 15 minutes away). The food was completely cold and the fries were soggy. For the kebab plate, the salad consisted of cabbage and iceberg lettuce and 3 red onions. An ordered item was NOT delivered at all and the drink was delivered incorrectly. We tried to reach the restaurant for over 30 minutes and always only got the voicemail. We wanted to test the food when it was delivered to check for temperature and completeness, but the delivery person quickly left. The food is of no quality and the service is an absolute disaster! It's better not to order there and rather spend your money at a store that at least answers the phone when customers want to get in touch to have the service delivered later!!

The kebab used to be better. Last week I bought a kebab plate for 13 euros that neither tasted good nor was worth the money. 13 euros is far too much for such poor quality. If I could, I would give it zero stars

I also ate a small plate of kebab there 6 days ago, the veal was cut off far too early and wasn't even remotely crispy, the shop staff was unfriendly, while there were 4 customers at the counter, one of the employees went to smoke outside, the other employee also ran away to make a 10 minute phone call. Salad also didn't taste as good as you're used to. Just go after the women who walk past the store. I cannot recommend this store at all and will never visit this store again because it is way too expensive for what little you have on your plate!!

Staff very nice, but prices very expensive for this quality. Unfortunately, only very small portions and a lot of fat in terms of taste.

Great kebab shop in the Mendel Passage.

I had broken glass in my kebab!!! I had a kebab menu with a Fanta, halfway through the kebab I had a shard of glass in my mouth. I was given the all-clear in the hospital and luckily for both sides everything was fine. The €35 for a taxi to the hospital and the inedible kebab were also annoying. To the kebab shop: I hope you checked all the ingredients for glass after our phone call. Please check everything 200% by tomorrow at the latest

It's hard to get a good kebab in Bergedorf/Lohbrügge. Mis Kebap is definitely one of the better shops. There are many sauces to choose from and the option to eat on site. The kebab bread is quite small, but is filled relatively well and the meat is not economical here either. Sometimes the meat isn't grilled long enough. The staff are friendly and there is nothing else wrong with the service. Parking is not a problem here either, as the store is located in the small Mendelstrasse shopping arcade and there is a large parking lot.

Doner kebab was tasty, but relatively small. I think it's almost audacious to charge €8 for this. We will eat elsewhere in the future.

Doner itself is pretty tasty. Sometimes there is a lot of salad and little meat. Apparently a chef likes to save money :) What's really terrible is the delivery. Not only does delivery always take longer than an hour, but the delivery people constantly forget the drinks. In 3 out of 5 deliveries the drink was not delivered.

Doner kebab was listed at a different price on the website than in the store, the sauce was very good, the meat was a bit tough, fast service, good selection but the price for some dishes was already at the limit.

Is my favorite kebab shop in Bergedorf :) I will definitely recommend it!

I was there again today (2/23/24). The kebab now costs one euro more, i.e. 8 euros, previously 7 euros and is only half the size!!!!!!!!! You probably have to adjust the price, I can understand that, but I think cutting the kebab in half is a bit cheeky. I'm out of there for now.

Very nice and friendly supplier. The food is very tasty and the vegetables used to prepare it were fresh.

I have never experienced such an unfriendly delivery driver. Incredibly cheeky. The food was also completely cold and there was very little meat on the kebab. Never again.

Einen wirklich leckerer Dürüm bekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Kann ich wirklich empfehlen & der Dürüm war ausreichend groß:-)

Der Betrieb macht einen ordentlichen und sauberen Eindruck. Natürlich ist alles teurer geworden, habe aber erhalten was ich erwartet habe. Die Lebensmittel machen einen frischen Eindruck. Es hat mich nichts überwältigt, es war aber okay! Also gut aber nicht der Knaller 😉

Ein solider Döner Shop. Klar gibt es bessere, aber für unsere ecke hier ist dieser hier TipTop. Gehe gerne dort Essen. Kann ich zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Sehr freundliches Personal döner top

Vor 3 Monaten einer der besten döner Hamburgs gewesen leider sind die letzten 3 Bestellungen Katastrophe der döner triefte vor Fett das Fleisch Kalb Stein hart sehr enttäuscht soßen bei extra nicht berücksichtigt war meine letzte Bestellung. Positiv der Fahrer supper nett bekam auch immer sein Trinkgeld.

Qualität und Service stimmen hier

So ein einzigartigen Döner habe ich lange nicht mehr gegessen. Von der Soße bis zum Fleisch ist alles frisch und geschmacklich ein Erlebnis. Wer wirklich ein Döner essen möchte mit einem lächeln im Gesicht ist Mis Kebab die Laufstelle die man definitiv nicht verpassen sollte. Immer wieder gerne.

Mir hat der Döner hier sehr gut geschmeckt, vor allem das Hähnchenfleisch war wirklich schön saftig.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, wir haben nicht dort gegessen, sondern zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Was wirklich gestört hat, dass sich das Personal auf türkisch darüber lustig gemacht hat, das wir Croques bestellt haben und keinen Döner.

Bester Döner in ganz Lohnbrügge/Bergedorf. Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und für einen kleinen Plausch finden sich immer ein paar Minuten. Der Döner ist immer frisch und die Portionen richtig gut.

Schneller und netter Service, sehr leckeres Essen

Fleisch und Soßen sind Geschmack sein Onkel. Für 5 hatte es nicht ausgereicht, weil 5 müsste ich kommen beim Essen. Aber dufter Schuppen. Gerne wieder
