It's not bad enough, only the service staff is too lazy to clean the shower and toilet, there is a lack of soap and toilet paper.

The toilets were very unclean, totally overpriced for 1 euro! There are two sinks, one of which was broken! The condition of the e-charging points is very annoying, there are 4 here, but 2 are defective, and it looks like it has been very, very annoying for a long time!

All the rest stops in Germany are so unimaginative and disgusting... and then €1 for the toilets... that's usury...

Yesterday I bought Fanta for the thirsty children on the way... unfortunately it was expired (for 4 weeks). Quiz question: Who turns around again on the highway and on a long journey home to complain??? After all, it's not supposed to be that relevant to health. The expired soda certainly shouldn't be sold for that price...

They're clean and pretty expensive. The fun costs €1 and you get a voucher. Unfortunately, you can only exchange one per purchase.

The toilet is too expensive The 1Euro voucher is also poorly regulated. I have four of this voucher and would like to have just one coffee, it says one item per voucher, it wasn't like that before. That's why it's a rip-off and only 1 star.

Stairs up to the hotel. There are clean sanitary facilities there! I'm happy to pay the requested 50 cents😁 There is also a (hiking) parking lot for the circular hiking trail around the dam.

The service was just fine, the sandwiches were delicious but incredibly expensive. The coffee was terribly bad. To be enjoyed only with strong dilution And a tiny paper cup full of this bitter broth costs 3.75 euros. That's really usury. I couldn't recommend this rest stop to anyone with a clear conscience

Went there today after a walk around the dam, sat down outside and waited a long time and then went in to order, the waitress didn't greet us attentively, even though there was very little going on. Won't come there twice.

Even the most perfectly maintained and sorted Serways rest stop could never receive more than 3 stars because the pricing policy is so obscene that a deduction of two stars is generally necessary.

Too few staff at the checkout, long waiting times.

We were there on a Saturday at around 6:30am. The toilets sagged like they hadn't been cleaned in days. Ladies, like gentlemen. Later on the A48 I stopped at a normal car park toilet, which was very old but not nearly as unkempt. The drinks in the “cooling rack” at the front of the shop were warm.

Rustic atmosphere, like it was left in the 80s. Pleasant coworkers!

Annoyed, dissatisfied staff who, with a lot of effort, were able to show a certain level of friendliness to the customer. Otherwise the usual cold rest house atmosphere with astronomical prices.

Basically this rest stop is okay. There are all the services you would expect at a rest stop (toilet, food, snacks, travel supplies, ATM). Unfortunately, the rest area can no longer cope with the traffic and is bursting at the seams. It is difficult to find a parking space by car, especially in the evenings, and almost impossible by truck. The narrowness makes traffic routing difficult to manage and you can easily accidentally end up on the motorway when looking for a free parking space.

Good food - prices expensive, it's just a rest stop. But the rest area is clean

Just around midnight, exhausted after a long journey, the restaurant closed. The women's toilets were open and acceptable, although the toilet seat cleaning was not working. All the men's cubicles were locked without anyone in them, so my husband couldn't get out. When we asked at the gas station shop, we shrugged and realized that our shift had just started and that we would let the boss know. Great, what good is that at the moment you're standing there? The euro was just gone. Only 25 cents are taken into account in the calculation and not 50 cents as posted in the toilets. Overall, a disappointment, which was also reinforced by the employee's indifference. A definite recommendation to continue driving instead of stopping here.

When I drive towards Cologne, I always take a break there.

Toiletten waren sauber. Parkplatzanlage hingegen nicht. Generelles Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war okay, halt Raststättenpreise. Wir werden hier wieder Rast machen.

Nach langer Fahrt kann man sich gemütlich entspannen und Erholung genießen mit Speisen und Getränke!!!

Pour un petit repas rapide ça passe ,l endroit aurait besoin d un petit rafraîchissement , idem pour les Toilettes et surtout un peu d'amabilité de la dame qui les entretiens..

Klein aber fein, personal freundlich, Preise sind groß

Einige Toiletten waren defekt ebenso war der Tuchspender für Hände abtrocknen defekt.

Musste hier einen Ladestopp einlegen, nur eine von zwei Ladesäulen war in Betrieb, die zweite ist wohl schon länger defekt. Für eine mittlere Tasse Kaffee musste ich unverschämte €4,79 zahlen. Dauerhafte Abzocke oder Weihnachtszuschlag?

War dort Frühstücken,Bedienung war sehr nett und gesprächig .Preis vom Frühstück war ok.Ich werde dort wieder einkehren.

Toilette Herren leider verstopft. 1 Ladepunkt defekt und gesperrt.

Toilettengang für 1€ und dann noch dreckig ohne Ende.

Freundlicher aufmerksamer Service, die Kassiererin hat mich darauf hingewiesen das mein WC bon auch für die Dusche verrechnet werden somit statt 3, 2 Euro kosten. Anschließend hat mich der Hausmeister kostenlos die Schranke Passieren lassen sonst hätte ich für den duschzugang nochmal 1 Euro zahlen können danke dafür. Aber die Duschen sind mehr als in die Jahre gekommen dafür gäbe es eigendlich minussterne, die 3 Vergebenen gelten nur dem Service

Небольшой паркинг вдоль дороги. Шумновато, мест немного. 3 км до магазина, на выходных можно прогуляться, по другую сторону автобана (есть переход)есть озеро возле которого можно погулять . Можно набрать воды, кран возле легковой заправки. Душ 3€, находится в мужском туалете, принимают 1 талончик sanifair. Оплата на заправке, нужно взять у кассира талончик с кодом, чтобы не платить за туалет. Персонал очень приветливый!

Ein sonniger Tag...kurzer Stop ...der typische Geruch nach alter Pisse und Desinfektionsmittel schlägt dir entgegen...halt ne deutsche Autobahn Tankstelle...is der Druck hoch dann ok...sonst besser weiterfahren

Wir hatten dort einen Stop gemacht und unseren Leckeren Kaffee getrunken und frisch belegte Brote gegessen sowie ein gekochtes Ei,und einen leckeren Bratklops alles von zuhause. 😋😋😋👍
