Da gibt es nicht viel zu erwähnen. Ne normale raststätte halt.

Duschen und Toiletten eine einzige Katastrophe. Fernfahrerdusche kostet 5 € !!! + 1€ am Drehkreuz dafür bekommt man das seit langem schmutzigste Loch an Duschen was ich gesehen habe.

Mittlerer Kaffee (also der war eig wirklich klein) kostet dort 5 eur und man muss ihn am Automaten selbst zubereiten und für ein Solero Eis, das kleine Pinke, wollten die 3,99. wirklich sehr teuer an der Tankstelle. Da ist sogar die Aral Tankstelle günstiger.

Es gibt auch diese Ausnahmefahrer, die wenigstens hinter einem Baum verschwinden... Wenn wir sie schon nicht stoppen können, dann sollen sie wenigstens zu Stars werden.

Ich habe selten auf einem Rastplatz so dreckige Toiletten erlebt. Alles "braun", Papier mit Exkrementen auf dem Fußboden und kein Papier auf den Toiletten.

Völlig überteuert alles, schlechte qualität.

Gute Tankstelle bzw. Raststätte Die Ausstattung ist gut, es gibt Snacks und Speisen und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Der große Kaffee für 4,20€ mach Abzug des Sanifair Guthabens ist absolut vertretbar heutzutage.

Leider ist ja die Abzocke durch Sanifair, Serways und Co entgegen der vor vielen Jahren getroffenen politischen Absichtserklärungen die Regel - aber einen EUR für diese zugesch... Toilette zu verlangen ist frech. Bei den Damen geht es noch, aber die Herrentoiletten sind unter aller Sau. Einen Wickeltisch gibt es nicht, dafür aber gleich zwei Spieleautomaten für die Süchtigen. Preise für Essen natürlich überzogen, aber wer kauft hier schon was... Besser meiden, wenn es geht!

Meine Beurteilung bezieht sich nur auf die Toiletten. 1 Euro bezahlt man aktuell, was man dafür geboten bekommt ist unter aller Sau. Man müsste eigentlich Geld dafür bekommen, dass man diese Toiletten benutzt. Wenn die Toiletten nicht gerade verstopft sind, sind sie anderweitig extrem dreckig. Man stolziert vorsichtig in die Kabine um ja nichts zu berühren oder anzufassen da es so dreckig und schmuddelig ist. Vom Gestank und was man auf den Toiletten alles zu sehen bekommt, fange ich erst gar nicht an zu reden. Das gilt sowohl bei den Frauen als auch bei den Männern. Einfach ekelhaft und gaaaanz weit oben auf meiner Liste der dreckigsten Toiletten! Da darf man sich nicht wundern das einige lieber ins Gebüsch gehen. Man fragt sich allen rechtens wo die Gebühren für die Toiletten hingehen? Also in Sauberkeit und Personal wohl nicht, anders kann ich mir den Zustand nicht erklären. Anhand der ganzen ähnlichen Rezessionen über die Toiletten, war der heutige Zustand anscheinend auch keine Ausnahmesituation. Nichtmal eine Servicekraft hat man vorgefunden, dieser man den katastrophalen Zustand hätte zeigen können.

Fürchterliches Sandwich. In der ungeöffnet Verpackung völlig durchgeweicht. Weggeworfen.Bockwurst war ok. Kein Verzehr in dem Kassenraum der Tankstelle erlaubt. Muss man also bei schlechtem Wetter im Auto essen.

1,00 Euro Toilettengebühr, dann muss diese Toilette auch sauber gehalten werden!!!

Parking is average, not large, for 15-17 cars. It is possible to move to the other side of the autobahn, there are two parking lots for 30-40 cars. In the direction from Cologne I did not find water at the gas station, in the direction from Cologne there is water at the loading dock. There is an exit to the city, 2.2 km to the shops Netto, Rewe, Kaufland, a little further to go Lidl. There is a store with Eastern European goods, called Delfín, Bismarkstrasse 122 (owner Dmitry Zakharov)

Shell gas station with truck parking. (Rather small. Quite noisy from the highway.) Tablets are available for 1 euro and showers are 4 euros (the shower is located in the men's tablet room, so you have to pay an extra 1 euro), so the shower costs 5 euros. (Average cleanliness.) Close to the town where there are grocery stores. (Overall, a good place to relax.)

Of the five women's restrooms, one was blocked, and two others were simply locked. Therefore, only two were usable.

Shell gas station. The employee, with his light blond, three-day stubble, exudes unparalleled rudeness. Every word he has to speak is too much for him. No "good day," "have a good trip," "please," or "thank you." Diesel costs 60 cents more than at the pumps next to the highway. Everything is neglected, dirty, and dangerous. Perhaps a health inspection should be initiated. Anyone who can should avoid this "rest stop."

It's just a rest stop, not to mention the food, but the fact that you pay to use the restrooms only to find them absolutely filthy, the toilet paper is out, and the toilet paper holders are broken. I asked the staff about it, but they shrugged their shoulders and didn't respond. Private conversations were apparently more important than such an annoying (paying) customer.

Unfortunately, there are some dirty and unkempt corners outside.

Restroom Situation The accessible restroom isn't just not clean, it's literally falling apart. The lock is broken, the toilet seat is practically just lying on the floor. Hand sanitizer and toilet cleaner are empty and broken. Inside (sanifair standard restrooms), all but two of the women's restrooms are broken and permanently locked. It's a real spectacle when a bus arrives. One of the two automatic entry systems was also set to "out of order." And you pay for that.... .

A rip-off like no other! It's understandable that motorway gas stations are more expensive than those in cities. But charging €2.199 at a branded gas station on a feeder road here, with a gas price of €1.679, is a complete rip-off, especially since it was the return route. Driving toward Hamburg that morning, it cost only €1.959 at the same gas station, just not for return traffic. That's what I call a rip-off.

We just returned from a vacation in France and found immaculate rest areas there. This place is truly a disgrace! Horrible conditions. I didn't let our children get out of the car here.

Motorway service station, expensive

It helps! But the service took a very long time even though there was no one there. The prices were high. And the receptionist was completely unmotivated, not a single smile. Too bad.

The rest area itself is very small, which wouldn't be so tragic if it weren't also completely filthy. The restroom facilities were also in poor condition; the floor was wet, and the smell was quite distinctive.

It's not the best rest stop on the road, nor the cleanest, but it's not the worst either. This is probably due to the congestion and overuse.

You don't expect much when you see the ambiance. Carelessly and outdated furnishings, bored staff who don't want to be there but remain polite nonetheless, sticky tables, and an absolutely irritatingly loud freezer compressor. The overpriced coffee was also much too hot, with no aroma left. At least it was strong enough to wake the dead, and so the drive continued as quickly as possible, away from this horrific rest stop. If this is the concept Serways uses to "generate" profits, I'll be bringing a thermos again soon. You don't have to put up with it.

The toilets are expensive and still not clean; you can only redeem a toilet ticket for goods. But it's hardly worth it, since the goods are all overpriced.

I can only rate the men's restroom. The seat isn't very clean and is torn. Otherwise, it's okay. I've seen much worse.

Anyone who wants to stop on the A1 should do so here. A well-maintained rest stop.

There were less than 10 people and we waited 45 min + to even get drinks. We ended up leaving without having had anything to drink or eat. Stay away! There is a McDonalds 10 min further down the highway. You are better served there.

A great place, the truck parking lot is a bit small, but the area has great potential. It's a great place to spend an active break. The views are amazing. The staff at the station are competent and speak English!

Toilets unclean, no towel paper available, entry terminals do not work, staff called from the rest stop were extremely rude and within a very short time loudly argued with some toilet users, refused to hand over the voucher after the machine opened, despite having inserted a €1 coin. It's okay. A clean toilet is worth a lot. You get something to eat but the cashiers and employees could generally be friendlier. They're not unfriendly, but saying the time of day would be nice.
