Decent, typical Augustinian restaurant and beer garden. Good beer and good food!

I've been coming for many years and I'm mostly satisfied. Service is good. Food varies, sometimes very good and sometimes not so great. You can hardly find parking spaces. but the bus stop is right in front of the restaurant! 9/16/23 very good Oktoberfest menu

A little long to take the order, but otherwise it was very good. Typical, with varied and excellent dishes, not too expensive.

I have known the Swiss court since I was a child. A rustic piece of Bavarian tradition that is very rare these days. You should enjoy it while it still exists in Munich.

The beer garden is very nice and there is enough shade from many trees. The food is very tasty and the staff is quick and friendly.

I've been back after a year now and everything is still as excellent as the first time I visited. The service lady is friendly and quick, the food is excellent, the place in the shade is pleasant and the Augustiner non-alcoholic is recommended.

Whenever we were in Munich, the Swiss court was an integral part. Unfortunately the last few times have been pretty disappointing! You rarely saw the service and then you forgot half of it. Half of the food we ordered was no longer available. However, we were only informed of this after we had placed the order and had waited for quite some time. The food just tasted bland and left a lot to be desired. SHAME! We will now change our local restaurant and enjoy the food somewhere else!

It was one of my favorite places, but unfortunately the prices have risen sharply in the last few months. 3-4 months ago we came with friends and children, and there were many small dishes for the children at one price from 6-7 €. Now they have removed most of them and only offer two (fish fingers and nuggets) for €9. The rest of the menu has become about 20% more expensive in just a few months. Unfortunately we will not visit this restaurant again.

Dinner at the Schweizer Hof in Munich Pasing after a journey of over 600 kilometers from the Rhineland to Munich. Our son had reserved a table. We didn't need a reservation because the weather was so nice under a Bavarian blue sky that we were able to go to the large beer garden, where you don't need a reservation. The food and drink menu is varied, even in the short version that is available on the tables in the beer garden. So my wife was able to enjoy a blackcurrant juice spritzer. I made do with Augustiner Hellem, which had just been tapped at the oak border and was pleasantly cool, but only after a long wait for the second one. We had vegetarian food three times, which certainly speaks for the diversity of the menu in a "traditional Bavarian" restaurant. The food was good, my Käsespätze tasted unusually delicious, like cheese. The last time we were there, we sat inside, it felt like Everything was a bit better than yesterday. Nevertheless: you can eat well and comfortably, along with many others who also see it that way.

The new hyped Augustiner non-alcoholic is also available here. Unfortunately parking is difficult in the area. It's best to look for something in the side streets.

The guest room and toilets are clean and well maintained. We were very satisfied and would like to come back for dinner.

We ate there as a group yesterday. I ordered a dish with beef brisket, horseradish and vegetables. Unfortunately the quality of the meat was a disaster. About 90% of the meat was simply inedible no matter how hard I tried. My companions also complained because the salad portion was far too small. The waitress took note and nothing happened. We're never going there again!

We go there at least 3 times a year. The food offered is always at the Top! Right relationship between substance and taste. You can see that the expert hand of the owner is there and his collaborators are equally good. Mein Frau hatte heute telefonisch um eine Reservierung am kommenden Sonntag für 3 Personen um 12 Uhr gebeten. Am Telefon war eine sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin, die ihr mitteilte, dass die möglichen Reservierungszeiten nur 11:30 Uhr oder 13:30 Uhr sind. Meine Frau überlegte noch einen Moment. Dann kam die Ansage: "Sie MÜSSEN sich entscheiden." Nein, müssen wir nicht. Wir gehen halt woanders hin, wenn man im Schweizer Hof meint, man müsse Gästen den Zeitpunkt des Restaurantsbesuchs vorschreiben. Sehr schade, dass aus der einstigen Pasinger Traditionsgaststätte jetzt ein Lokal der Abfertigungsgastronomie geworden ist.

Very good Bavarian cuisine at moderate prices in very good quality. Nice little beer garden, almost free of tourists. Augustiner beer in chilled beer mugs, very tasty! All in all, a great location, we can only recommend it.

Here you are treated to Bavarian delicacies and they taste just great...super good. When I go to the Schweizer Hof, my favorite thing to eat is the pork knuckle with dumplings and white cabbage salad. Perfect for me, the best. Went to Pasing in the courtyard for the first time today, we really liked it, really nice, cozy, typically Bavarian, not too overcrowded, the food was super tasty, of course the prices were a little cheaper, but the portions were decent :-) , would love to come back even if it's just a glass of beer ;-)

The food is delicious. We particularly liked the changing menu. That's why we stayed here several times during our stay in Munich. Service was always very nice too. However, you should make a reservation on the weekend. We'd love to come back.

Our go-to standard for a quick, down-to-earth dinner. Just go and have a good Bavarian meal. The quality of the food is impeccable, the meat dishes are of very good quality. The soups are rather bland, you can save that. The service is Bavarian, robust but good. The ambience leaves a lot to be desired, but it is clean. The innkeeper probably thinks it's traditional, but there's a lot more going on these days. We still come back again and again because the food is simply good and inexpensive!

Unfortunately, everything has deteriorated greatly. The food is below standard. The service seemed listless and unfriendly. She looked at us in surprise when I wanted to ask her something. She also barely understood German. It's a shame because the farm used to be great. But now, never again.

Always perfect since I was a child! We arrived at 6pm without a reservation and the place was packed. We got our drinks and food very quickly and even faster. Also great for vegetarians!!

If you feel like having to force the waiter to take orders, wait forever and justify having failed food returned, this is the place for you! It's good to be brought down to earth and realize that you shouldn't expect good service when you get poor value for money. Although the ambience is dated, you can get to know the latest trend, unchilled Prosecco. The visit invites you to participate. Instead of packing up the leftovers in the dirty kitchen, the staff are happy to bring you boxes and you can do things yourself. The coffee beans are probably flown in fresh for each coffee, otherwise the waiting time cannot be explained and who wants to drink coffee together. To be fair, it was busy and the coffee is really good.

Went to the Schweizer Hof again yesterday and was unfortunately very disappointed. You would have to take the cheeseburger off the menu. And you can only wonder about the price. The meat was so dry and not edible. And for almost €19 I don't think that's justified. I hope that changes soon because otherwise I won't be able to come to you personally anymore. Greetings Markus

Roast pork was great, the dumplings we made ourselves were also great. Service: very, very friendly. Just as Bavarian-friendly as you would expect from a traditional restaurant. The vegetarian selection also tastes great.

March 25, 2024 Were here from 3-5:30 p.m. Great welcome and the waitress Ruth was very friendly and attentive. Due to a shift change, we were assigned another waiter. However, he didn't show up at our table for 40 minutes, nor at the tables next to it, so we left. Sad that he ruined Ruth's really great service so much. We would have liked to drink something more. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy. The food was very good.

The Swiss Court in Pasing. I've known this guy for 20 years. This time we always had to wait forever for service, in the beer garden it's usually much quicker. Despite everything, there is very tasty food and drinks here. The price-performance is completely fine.

Incredible behavior. I reserved a table for two people almost a week in advance and this was guaranteed to me. Unfortunately, I came alone in the evening because my friend sprained his ankle in the stadium shortly before and so preferred to go to the hotel. After being sent back and forth several times (the staff was hopelessly overwhelmed), I was directed to a table where 3 people were already sitting. I said that I had reserved a seat, but that I certainly wouldn't sit at a table with other people. The waiter's response was that you couldn't give a separate seat for a single person. I didn't want to enter into any further discussion and left the restaurant. The guest is not king here, it's all about profit. The best thing would have been to stack the guests on top of others. Such insolence has never happened to me before. This behavior was, is unacceptable for me!!!!

Unglaubliches Verhalten. Ich habe eine knappe Woche vorher einen Tisch für 2 Personen reserviert und dieser wurde mir auch zugesichert. Am Abend kam ich leider alleine, weil sich mein Bekannter kurz davor im Stadion den Fuß verstauchte und deshalb lieber ins Hotel fuhr. Nach mehrmaligen Hin- und Herschicken (das Personal war heillos überfordert) wurde ich an einen Tisch verwiesen wo bereits 3 Personen saßen. Ich sagte, dass ich einen Platz reserviert habe, mich aber sicher nicht an einen Tisch mit anderen Personen setzen werde. Die Antwort des Kellners war, dass man für eine einzelne Person keinen eigenen Platz geben könne. Ich wollte keine weitere Diskussion eingehen und verließ darauf das Lokal. Hier ist nicht der Gast König, sondern es geht allein um den Profit. Am besten hätte man die Gäste noch auf andere gestapelt. So eine Unverschämtheit ist mir noch nie passiert. Dieses Verhalten war, ist für mich nicht zu akzeptieren!!!!

Great experience! Nice old restaurant, not retro style, friendly, alert service, very tasty, high quality and at the same time plentiful food and fresh draft beer. Everything at very fair prices for Munich. Back soon! We had cordon bleu, crusted roast, Edelstoff and affogato.

Absolutely top-notch as a Bavarian restaurant. The split up dining area is neatly divided up into smaller compartments. Still a proper 'Wirtshaus' atmosphere but less noisy than so many beer halls with only one big room. Capable and relaxed staff that serves everything quickly. The selection of meals is pretty traditional but still offers vegetarian options. Just one sheet with dishes - which speaks for the focus on seasonal and optimally prepared food. Meat choices are only from responsible and local sources. Comme il faut! Prices are too low for the standard offered would be my only complaint.

In the summer we once ate in the beer garden of the Schweizerhof. The food was good and the service was friendly, even though it was busy. This time it was emptier, but the service was unfriendly and the food left a lot to be desired. Salad leaves without dressing, tasteless meat and the drinks were served well below the calibrated mark. We were pretty disappointed.

Auch das Personal hatte kein Interesse nach einer Lösung für beide Seiten zu suchen - Antwort: „Brotzeiten gibt es nur im Sommer.“ … what ????

The Schweizer Hof is an authentic Bavarian inn in Munich Pasing. You can feel that the landlord and his team put a lot of heart into what they do and work with good regional products. Very good food at reasonable prices. And don't forget the delicious Augustiner beer.

We paid a total of €62 for three meals and all the dishes were cold. I won't be visiting this restaurant again. I've been a loyal guest for over 20 years. I can advise anyone not to go in there, it's an absolute no go

We were here today for the first time and certainly not for the last. Even if we don't know the other conditions, I assume that Andrea is the pearl of the restaurant. We have rarely experienced such friendly and attentive service. We were four adults and four children. Andrea was totally sensitive and took care of everything lovingly the children's needs taken care of. The food was excellent and arrived also super fast. Schweizer Hof truly impressed me with its outstanding beef selection and delectable vegetarian options. The variety on their menu ensures there's something for everyone. The highlight, however, was the dessert – absolutely awesome! The combination of flavors and presentation was a delightful end to a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend for a satisfying culinary journey.

Really quaint Munich tavern. Very personable, attentive and friendly service. But the food!!!(Liver dumpling soup, crusty roast with bread dumplings and coleslaw) The soup came to the table lukewarm and the liver dumpling was half raw. The crusty roast was dry, the crust was almost non-existent and the bread dumpling was completely overcooked. The coleslaw came out of the bucket. What a shame!! But at least the Augustiner tasted good.
