Royal Indische Küche 3 in Düsseldorf

Habe bei Lieferando bestellt. Extra angegeben - leicht scharf. Mein Lamm ist so scharf, dass mir Schweiß runterläuft. Absolut nicht genießbar. Konnte trotz Hunger nicht mal 1/3 der Portion essen. Sowas geht gar nicht.

Ich bin hier Stammkunde und bestelle immer mein absolutes Lieblingsgericht „Kofta vegan“. Dazu veganes Naan Brot mit Knoblauch. Auch die vegane Linsensuppe kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Der Inhaber ist unglaublich aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und wirklich an der Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste interessiert. 10/10

Sehr leckeres Essen, sehr gute schärfe, hatten zwar eine etwas längere Warte Zeit, aber wurden darüber früh aufgeklärt. Service war auch sehr gut und freundlich. Gerne Wieder ☺️

Das Essen war insgesamt okay, aber leider nicht überzeugend. Der Reis war wie üblich in solchen Gerichten in Ordnung, ebenso das Gemüse und die Hähnchenstücke. Allerdings war eine ungewöhnliche Soße dabei, die sehr an Ketchup erinnerte und mir persönlich nicht geschmeckt hat. Außerdem hatte das Hähnchen viele Knorpel, was beim Essen unangenehm war. Das vegetarische Linsengericht hat uns am besten gefallen – das war wirklich lecker. Trotzdem haben wir das Essen nicht aufgegessen. Insgesamt war es für uns kein gutes Erlebnis, und wir werden dieses Restaurant wahrscheinlich nicht noch einmal besuchen.

Hauptgericht (Biryani) war soweit ganz lecker, aber Star der Show war das Garlic Naan, dass länger als mein Unterarm und meine Hand zusammen war 10/10 allein dafür schon 5 Sterne

Erstes Mal dort bestellt – und definitiv auch das letzte Mal. Die Lieferung über Lieferando hat fast 3 Stunden gedauert. Zudem wurde die Bestellung unvollständig geliefert. Während der gesamten Wartezeit war das Restaurant telefonisch nicht erreichbar, weder zur Nachfrage noch zur Klärung. Trotz allem wurde der volle Preis berechnet, keine Entschädigung, keine Rückmeldung Ein solcher Service ist absolut inakzeptabel. Eine echte Frechheit und keinesfalls zu empfehlen.

Sehr authentisch indisches Essen, wir haben dort wiederholt bestellt und sind bis jetzt immer zufrieden gewesen.

It's listed as "Beef Bowl" on Lieferando. The food is a joke: three incredibly thin strips of sausage in one bowl, five tiny strips of chicken in the other. I ordered different dishes, but received the same thing except for the "meat." Each had a slice of processed cheese on top... Pathetic. Unfortunately, I only noticed too late that Beef Bowl no longer has a location in Düsseldorf (according to their website). They're a complete rip-off!

Disgusting place, honestly. The food takes forever. I ordered at 6:30 pm and it didn't arrive until 9:00 pm. Absolutely outrageous! To top it all off, they don't answer the phone when you call to ask where your food is.

I have to say, Royal Indian Cuisine 3 completely won me over! The food was delicious—truly aromatic and fresh. The delivery arrived super fast, and most importantly: everything was piping hot! The delivery time of 1.5 hours wasn't great, but at least they apologized. Unfortunately, the dishes were mixed up regarding spice levels. The dishes themselves were very tasty.

I ordered online from this restaurant and the delivery time was 1 hour and 30 minutes but I called them and asked if they can deliver the food faster to me and after 15 minutes my food got delivered and it was hot and delicious. I really appreciated it.

One star is one too many! We ordered, and after two hours, no food arrived. The app said the shop was closed. No one was available by phone! How can a shop like this survive?! We advise against ordering from there!

It is an absolute mystery how this place has any positive ratings. Delivery took 2!!! Hours, even though it's just 2.5km away from my location. I had ordered the dhal extra hot and it was watery and tasteless. The 'onion bhajia' were basically third rate onion rings (see photo) and the chicken was completely overcooked (dry and tasteless, although again it was supposed to be hot). Haven't had a frustrating experience like this in ages. Very, very, very disappointed.

Absolutely delicious and authentic Indian cuisine, prepared with just the right level of heat to suit your preference. The staff go above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable, and are wonderfully accommodating to native English speakers.

The food is delicious but sometimes very salty. Delivery time is a disaster. The delivery time was indicated as 50 minutes, but after more than two hours, the food still hasn't arrived. No one is available by phone.

Glasses were unwashed, cobwebs in the corner, the table still had crumbs on it. Sorry - but I don't understand this restaurant's 4.7 star rating! The papadam (see picture) tasted very stale and no longer crunchy. There was only one sauce. Biryani rice was ok but chicken very tough. Very large portion for that. Price is also cheap - but definitely NOT worth recommending, I'm sorry 😔Even if the staff seemed friendly.

Even if you order "not spicy", it is spicy. The cutlery comes sticky/unwashed. There are cheap transparent covers on the tables. The windows are totally dirty, which is particularly noticeable in the sunlight. Cobwebs hang in the corners. The men's toilet has no light, no towels and no working fan to dry your hands. The buffet is not available from 4 p.m. as written outside, but only from 5:30 p.m. At least the food generally tasted delicious. Otherwise the restaurant is one thing above all else: poorly managed.

We celebrated Valentines day there with a beautiful ambience💕 We had Buffet with unlimited drinks 🍸 😋 The Food was really good and tasty 👍 We mostly loved the noodles,chicken manchurian,mango Lassi and biriani 🤩 The service was awesome and restrurant owners are very humble and supportive and we would expect that they would also allow card payment in future 👌 👏 But overall it was an awesome experience 😎 👏 🙌

Absolutely disappointing. The opening offer initially sounded tempting, but the reality was a mess. You are forced to order a drink that was not announced anywhere beforehand. Then I was squeezed into a table with strangers – zero privacy. The selection was tiny, cutlery was constantly empty and you had to use the same plate over and over again, which is simply unhygienic. You were only allowed to stay for 40 minutes, which made the whole visit stressful. The ambience was subpar and the owners don't seem to understand the concept of 'all you can eat' at all. Save yourself the visit – absolutely not recommended!

It was our first time here and overall we were more than thrilled! All the products we tried were of excellent quality and tasted at the highest level. We were particularly impressed by the naan bread, the many types of rice, the different meat dishes and the sauces - everything was perfectly prepared and incredibly tasty. The selection was a bit limited, which is completely understandable for the price we paid as it was an opening offer. This did not harm the quality or the experience in any way. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive and accommodating. Despite the large number of people, a place at the counter was quickly and easily organized for us, which we really appreciated. The atmosphere was pleasant and all service was professional and warm. This restaurant deserves more than five stars – both for the quality of the food and the hospitality. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to everyone!

We ordered here today and have to say that we are extremely disappointed. The food only arrived after 1.5 hours. The “salad” was warm and was actually just coarse vegetables. The lamb we had was dry and had lots of pieces of fat. The whole thing tasted like a ready-made spice mix. Unfortunately the taste and consistency of the chicken is exactly the same. We found the naan bread okay and the lentil soup even tasty. We don't understand where the good reviews come from. Unfortunately very disappointing.

The food was great. Due to illness, the poor guy was alone, which took a bit of a toll on the service. But what we got there was absolutely great and a lot of food.

After trying to reach someone for over half an hour, I was told by phone that the order was on the way, and by then about 1.5 hours had already passed. (At 12 min travel distance) 45 minutes later the food was finally there, lukewarm and not as ordered. In total, everything took over two hours, never again!!

So we ordered here. The driver then also called as he was wondering about the delivery location. He then drove to Hilden anyway. Thanks for that! Food is very normal but ur is expensive. Service very poor it takes almost 3 hours for delivery. The Resturant cancel the order from the application that I ordered from it and he asked me to pay them cash but already I did the payment when I did my order and I paid by credit card. I think I will never repeat the order from them at all

In terms of food, for me it's the best Indian in all of Düsseldorf Yes, delivery times are very long on weekends but I think that's because of Leferando. If you know that, you can adjust to where you live further away and are always delivered. Vegetarian tikka masala is great

Incomprehensible! Please never order here! The food never arrives even after 1.5 hours of delivery - even though 40-50 minutes were promised. The boss of the shop is unfriendly to the point that it doesn't work anymore! Call someone names on the phone!

The meat in particular is of very good quality and tasty. The deliveries arrive warm and you can contact the restaurant by phone at any time. Both the owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We waited 1.5 hours and there was no response to calls. When we finally got it almost cold, we discovered that salt is apparently unknown in this restaurant. Very bad Indian food. In 2 out of 4 dishes the right ingredients were missing, such as nuts or fruit. The sauces were absolutely identical, totally tasteless and had no interesting spices whatsoever. And the mint sauce tasted like artificial mint and was neon green. Never again.

According to Lieferando Page, the ingredients of Royal Biryani did not include shrimp so we ordered the Royal Biryani but it turned out to be loaded with shrimps. You should show all the ingredients you put in your food.

Recently I have ordered food from Lieferando and food was delivered in time but the food was not cooked properly. It seems they have prepared in ahurry.I hope they will improve.

Wir hatten hier zum ersten mal Bestellt. Zwei Gerichte ein Snack und Garlic Naan Tandoori. Der Reis war sehr trocken. Das Gemüse sehr fad. Das Chicken Tikka war eine Zuckerbombe. Das Brot schmeckte nach absolut nichts. Die Garlic Sauce war denke ich schon schlecht. .

Zu erst haben wir uns geärgert, weil die Bestellung unvollständig war und teils zu scharf gewürzt war. Nachdem wir telefonisch durchgekommen sind wurde alles bemängelte kurzfristig neu geliefert. Das war ein sehr guter Service! Einzig in der Grillplatte zu viel Knochen. Deshalb für das Essen nur 3 von 5 Sternen.

Ich hatte das Gericht: Chicken Palak Das Gericht wurde durch eine Verwechslung ohne Hähnchen geliefert, nach Anruf wurde mir dann das richtige Gericht geliefert mit einem Mango Getränk als Entschuldigung. Geschmacklich waren beide Gerichte sehr lecker und würde ich wieder bestellen, die Freundlichkeit und der Kundenservice war für mich sehr freundlich und da könnten sich andere Lieferanten etwas von abschneiden. Die Wartezeit war hoch, aber das Essen war beim ankommen sehr heiß und frisch, deshalb könnte ich empfehlen grundsätzlich etwas früher zu bestellen als normalerweise :)

Um 18:15Uhr essen für 20Uhr Lieferung bestellt. Ankunft 20:45Uhr. Essen war kalt, ein bezahlter Mangolassi zu wenig, bei den Vorspeisen was vertauscht und Entenfleisch trocken. Wer nach 45min Verspätung die Hälfte falsch liefert der kann halt echt garnichts.

Das Essen wurde über Lieferando bestellt. Die Lieferung war schnell und das Essen lecker! Empfehlenswert!

Übelkeit, Erbrechen… die ganze Nacht. Irgendwas war im Lamm oder die Küche legt nicht viel wert auf frische Lebensmittel und Hygiene

Heute haben wir zum ersten Mal hier bestellt. Lieferzeit schneller als angekündigt, für einen Sonntag aber etwas länger, was aber in Ordnung war. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und war gut gewürzt. Das Naan war top, nicht zu dunkel gebacken und wirklich gut und reichlich. Wir werden sicher wieder bestellen.
