Super Service, nette, freundliche Bedienung und absolut schmackhaftes Essen. Trotz großem Andrangs wurden wir freundlich und zügig bedient. Sogar ein Absacker auf Kosten des Hauses wurde uns angeboten... das ist gelebte Kundenfreundlichkeit. Jederzeit zu empfehlen!

Very courteous service. Pizza, pasta, bruscetta or pizza bread with garlic cream… you can't go wrong here. Yummy. There is simply nothing to add to that. We would love to come back.

Very great restaurant, very inviting and cozy inside and out. As a starter I ordered a pizza roll and what can I say it was simply super fluffy and delicious. Then I had the pasta with the shrimp and it was simply delicious! It felt like a luxury restaurant. The service was also great. We were welcomed straight away and shown straight to our table. Overall very great! Compliments to the team👌

The restaurant is really nice and the pizzas are delicious. We are Italian ourselves and live in southern Germany, where life is not necessarily that cheap. However, I have to say that the prices for the relatively small pizzas are outrageously high. I have never paid 12 euros for a margarita pizza anywhere and have never seen pizzas on a menu that cost more than 20 euros. Even if the pizzas are really tasty, the prices are simply overpriced!!

Tolles italienisches Restaurant, etwas versteckt in zweiter Reihe. Die Einrichtung ist super modern und die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Pastagerichte , die wir hatten, waren echt lecker und reichlich.

We were looking for a restaurant and hadn't made a reservation in advance. After 2 cancellations around the market square, we ended up at Amici. We received a very friendly welcome and pleasant service. The food (tomato soup, pizza, tuna salad) was very tasty.

When we asked for a table for 2 (without reservation), we were given a table by the window at 8 p.m. Nicely furnished and with very comfortable chairs. The waiter came after about 5 minutes and took our order. The food was served in a friendly manner after about 15 minutes and was very tasty. We liked the whole ambience and the good price-performance ratio. We would eat there again at any time.

Delicious, but really delicious, food. Cozy restaurant with very friendly employees. We were so positive about it that we ate there twice in one week. This is against our principles because Wernigerode has many restaurants that need to be tried, but we made an exception for this restaurant and we will definitely come back on our next holiday..someday..again.

During our 5-day short vacation in Wernigerode we discovered this great Italian restaurant. We were brought to the table by a very friendly and attentive staff. The beautifully designed interior is also very nice. The food was A1. That's why we came here again the next day. I can only welcome the fact that dogs are not welcome here, they don't belong in a restaurant. There are certainly enough options here where they are also welcome.

We spontaneously went to this restaurant because a friend recommended it to us. Large terrace and plenty of seating inside. We didn't wait long for our meals. The service was excellent, very helpful and open, as we had a wheelchair user with us. The atmosphere was cozy and we laughed a lot, we can only recommend it. We went to the pizzeria for the first time today and we really liked it. Food was brought quickly and tasted delicious. We found the service to be friendly and the restaurant to be nicely designed. Nothing should stop you from visiting again.

We discovered this restaurant 4 years ago and were thrilled even then. Today we finally managed to visit again and the quality remained the same. We were there with 13 people. The food came quickly and we were all able to eat together. Otherwise everyone was very happy!

We recently stayed at Amici for the second time and were very satisfied again. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly. I know quite a few good pizzerias, but in comparison I would undoubtedly give this one first place after both visits. Update April 2024: We now visit the Amici every time we stay in Wernigerode (most recently a few days ago). The food is always a highlight. You can immediately tell that the kitchen loves the craft and wants to pamper the guests. But also a big compliment to the staff, who always served us very warmly and courteously. You more than deserve the 5 stars!

Full stars, we can only recommend it. Above all, child-friendly ♡ The kids really enjoyed it and so did the adults. The price is fair and it's plentiful, so you'll be full. The staff was super friendly. Keep it up.!

To put it briefly: the pizza, the calzone, the pasta - perfect. Really. Really good. The waiters are Italian nice, the atmosphere is good. Over there. Were there three times in a row - why change something on a short vacation if it suits you? 😉

The ambience seems fresh and the conversion from the previous Asian restaurant to an Italian restaurant was really successful. Alles okay soweit,ohne Bestellung einen Tisch für 2 Personen. Doch entgegen dem wie hier viel beschrieben haben, wirkte das Personal eher genervt und gestresst. Auf den Toiletten (M und W) hätte man schon einen zweiten Mülleimer gebraucht,da dort soviel Papier herum lag.

Hatte ich in der Kombination das erste Mal und bin absolut begeistert und froh über meine Wahl. Dieser Italiener vereint italienisches Flair mit italienischem Hochgenuss.. sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal in diesem Restaurant. Nett empfangen, hat man uns zu einem Tisch gebracht. Wir hatten kaum unsere Sachen abgelegt, wurden schon unsere Wünsche erfragt. Für den speziellen Pizza Wunsch meines Mannes, kam der Inhaber selbst. Fazit meines Mannes: "Ihr habt einen neuen Stammgast." Mein Salat, der mit leckerem, noch warmen Brot gereicht wurde, war ebenfalls der Hammer. Insgesamt stellen wir uns einen Italiener genau so vor: Italiener, die uns bewirten, Italien Flair in der Innenausstattung, Italiener Musik und Essen, welches voller Italien steckt. Hätte gerne komplett bewertet aber leider sind Hunde dort nicht erwünscht. Schade! Essen für 7 Personen hätte sich sicherlich auch gelohnt.

Wir waren das erste Mal dort und können nur gutes berichten, freundliches Personal, leckere Pizzen gegessen, die Pizza Staggioni (4 Jahreszeiten) war halt mal anders angerichtet, als man es sonst kennt, sehr lecker 😋 Ebenfalls die Pizza mit Parmaschinken und Rucola. Der Pizzateig war am Rand etwas dicker, wir mögen das, ist halt Geschmackssache.... Danke für den leckeren Limoncelli beim Bezahlen, gerne kommen wir wieder bei einem Besuch in Wernigerode!

Die Portion war etwas klein (180g Steak) für fast 30 Euro. Aber es hat richtig gut geschmeckt. Der Service war schnell. Es war sauber und geschmackvoll innen. Wir haben draußen gesessen, das war auch gut.

Völlige Enttäuschung, 1 Stunde Wartezeit allein bis zur Vorspeise. Viel zu kleine Portionen, für 14€ als Hauptgericht 2 Cannelloni ist eine Frechheit. Nie wieder 👎🏻

Was soll man sagen,ein schöner Tag sollte gut ausklingen. Was dann passierte war ein absolutes Fiasko. Reserviert für 5 Erwachsene und drei Kinder um 18.30, nach ca. 25min erste Bestellung 15min später waren die Getränke am Tisch. Dann weitere 20 min kam die Vorspeise, leider fehlte eine Tomatesuppe die nie auftauchte. Es vergingen weitere 40 min und nach Beschwerde bei Chef, der meinte in der Küche wäre was nicht so gelaufen (später gekommene Gäste haben ihr Essen bekommen) kam die Bestellung. Superpeinlich war das in der Tortellinie Penne ein Stück Alufolie war. Es kann immer was schief gehen, aber mehr Aufmerksamkeit dem Gast gegenüber wäre schön gewesen und nicht erst als das Kind in den Brunnen gefallen war. Übrigens, die Speisen waren gut.

Ansich sind sie hier sehr nett was mich bloß gestört hat ist das dass Fleisch was ich mir bestellt habe noch roh von innen war und die Nudeln waren noch zu fest.

Waren gestern zum ersten mal in der Pizzaria Amici und wir waren sehr begeistert. Wir saßen abends draußen, eine tolle Atmosphäre. Prompte und nette Bedienung. Essen ist sehr sehr lecker. Ortsübliche Preise. Gehört nach meinem ersten Besuch zu den Top 5 Italienern in dem ich gegessen habe. Vorbeischauen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall
