Update: We ate there again yesterday. They went to great lengths to prepare something suitable for my wife, who has gluten intolerance. So they had fried chicken with fresh vegetables and rice in a specially mixed sour-spicy sauce. For me duck with fried noodles and fresh vegetables in spicy peanut sauce. Both super delicious. About four weeks ago, for the big railway anniversary and afterwards a tour of the city, I ended up here again in search of lunch. I ordered duck with vegetables in yellow curry at the counter and took a seat in the beer garden. Immediately there was a lot of busy cutting and sizzling in the kitchen and a few minutes later there was a bulging plate in front of me. The food was very good, the vegetables were crunchy, the curry was slightly spicy and the duck was crispy. Staff is friendly and attentive. The beer garden in the inner courtyard makes a somewhat untidy impression, but you can sit comfortably and protected here. A bird aviary and an aquarium (koi tank) provide relaxation. A look through the open kitchen door showed me a neat and clean kitchen. Five years ago: Traveled to the chocolate festival and went to a restaurant/snack bar for the first time with our young dog. We had to try out how our dog behaved when eating out. The fast food restaurant was empty, looked inviting and reasonably priced. We ordered pho soup and fried noodles with crispy duck from the quick service. After a short time the drinks arrived at a pleasant temperature. The food followed shortly afterwards. The soup tasted absolutely great and was rich with tender meat and crunchy vegetables. The noodles were served a minute later. A generous plate of deliciously seasoned noodles, fresh vegetables and the crispy duck were definitely worth the money. Sweet chili sauce was served in a liter bottle. The quiet atmosphere made it pleasant for us and our little four-legged friend also found peace after the hustle and bustle on the streets.

Ordering is quick and usually without complications. Simply read the number of the dish from the menu and name it. The food was prepared quickly and we were able to take it with us. It was still hot until we got home. Soup was well packaged and the cup was placed on extra cardboard so that nothing could tip over during transport. The ambience itself is quite nice, lots of cherry blossoms in the middle of the room. Otherwise decorated in Asian style or like almost all Asian snack bars. What I didn't find so nice was that there were two men sitting in the middle of the room, at the table in front of the counter, who obviously belong to the store. They drank their beer there at lunchtime and played on their cell phones. Unfortunately it didn't seem very inviting. We then waited outside until our food was prepared. Spring rolls, sushi and tempura were ok. I think the price-performance ratio is right.

Great address. Very different from what we are used to in the Netherlands, but for an evening of not so expensive and delicious food, it is highly recommended.

Ordered for the first time last week! The delivery time is a little long, but everything is warm and fresh, rarely eaten so well. Gladly again

I love love love this place. I've been there off and on for years. When I lived in Wernigerode for school, we had our Sushi Tuesday. Today nostalgic gold. Food super tasty and fresh. You can sit comfortably on site. I recommend this store to everyone I know. The best sushi price-performance ratio I know🌞🤘🏻 Recommendation: number S27

As a Berliner, I have eaten many rice pans, but never one this bad. Rice and vegetables burnt and endlessly. Taste-wise a disaster. And that for 16 euros!!!

As regular guests, we can only praise it - excellent food, great value for money and the friendliest staff ever 👍☺️ We sat in the beer garden for the first time and found relaxation there - small note: overall you could keep things a little more orderly 😬 but we'll come anyway gladly again 🫶🏻

We were very impressed by the friendly service and the quality/taste of the food. However, there is still room for improvement when it comes to the ambience of the beer garden. We felt very welcome and comfortable. We would like to come again.

We ate at the Hungś Food House several times during our stay in Wernigerode. The snack bar is a bit far away from Breite Straße 102 (pedestrian zone), so don't give up and keep walking, it's worth it. Completely satisfied with the price/performance ratio, they also offer delivery service (according to the menu). Food delicious, portions large, service more than friendly.

One of the waitresses was very unfriendly... condescending, a bit insulting, which is a reason for me to avoid this restaurant in the future.

We eat here often and have been satisfied every time. Good food, good quality, normal prices and excellent, friendly, courteous service! Many other restaurants in the area should follow this example! Simply good!

Great restaurant in a very good location. Especially if you would like to be delivered or have food to take away. The quality of the food is really very good (the sushi has a good price-performance ratio). Delivery is also possible during the week at lunchtime. You get what you pay for, clear recommendation for quick Asian cuisine.

Very polite employees! Very tasty food! The owners welcomed us despite the lunch break, assured us there was no problem and that they were happy to welcome guests, even at this time. Just great! Everyone was very polite to each other.

Leckeres Essen wenn es mal schnell gehen muss. Hauptsächlich zum mitnehmen. Preis Leistung Top mit großer Auswahl (auch an Sushi) und frisch zubereitet.

Das Essen ist lecker , leider kann man nicht vorher sehen wo Pilze drin sind. (Ess ich leider nicht ) sonst aber sehr gut und preiswert. Ambiente wirkt ein bisschen zusammengewürfelt jedenfalls die Möbel .

War jetzt nicht so super. Was dagegen zu empfehlen ist, ist der Asiaten beim Ecenter Wernigerode.

Kleines Restaurant mit einem schönen Ambiente und netten Personal. Das Essen war reichlich und hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Unser Lieblingsasiate in Wernigerode, wir waren mehrmals da. Die Bedienung ist superputzig, ich hätte die junge Dame am liebsten adoptiert. Essen sehr schmackhaft, Preise niedrig, Ambiente...es ist halt eher ein Imbiss als ein gehobenes Restaurant. Preis-Leistung 10 Sterne!!

Überraschend gut! Als ich den Laden das erste Mal gesehen habe, hätte ich nicht gedacht dass das essen hier so gut schmecken würde. Nachdem wir aber die 2 Tage zuvor in anderen Restaurants in Wernigerode sehr schlechtes Essen zu total überhöhten Preisen bekommen haben, haben wir Hung's Food House doch eine Chance gegeben. Und wir wurden positiv überrascht! Der Service war sehr nett, das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet und hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Bei einem Preis von 8€ für mein Gericht war ich wirklich mehr als zufrieden und würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Hervorragendes Essen! Von Außen ist dieses Restaurant ganz unscheinbar, aber es lohnt sich wirklich! Essen kommt sehr schnell, ist sehr lecker, die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und die Preise sind absolut in Ordnung. Ich war hier 2x mit meiner Freundin zum Abendessen und wir waren höchst zufrieden. Beim nächsten Urlaub kommen wir wieder!

Ich war mit meiner Frau am 29.04.2023 hier, wir kommen aus Hamburg und sind wirklich positiv überrascht vom Essen und das Drum herum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auch immer mit einem netten Lächeln im Gesicht. Preislich ist dieser Asiate auch sehr zu empfehlen. Deshalb gibt es auch 5 Sterne von mir

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, das Essen war sehr lecker und preiswert für die große Portion. Hätte gerne den Reis separat gehabt und nicht alles auf einem Teller. Das Ambiente ist etwas kühl, das könnte gemütlicher sein. Insgesamt ist es zu empfehlen.

Gutes und günstiges Sushi, große Portionen. Lieferzeiten dauern jedoch oft sehr lange (>2h), also besser früh bestellen. Kann ich empfehlen & wenn ich in Wernigerode Sushi will, dann immer von Hungs :)

Gute Portionen freundliche Bedienung

Heute für 4 Personen bestellt, Sushi und warme Speisen. Es wurde eine Portion Sushi bei der Lieferung vergessen und am Telefon wurde mir versichert in unfreundlichen Ton, das das ja nicht sein kann, sie hätte ja die Rechnung vor sich liegen. Schade nur das man keine Rechnung mitgeliefert bekommt. Desweiteren besteht das Sushi mittlerweile mehr aus Reis als aus was anderem. Absolut keine Empfehlung mehr und meinerseits werde ich dort nichts mehr kaufen. Offenbar habt ihr es nicht mehr nötig Kunden zufrieden zu stellen.

Hat halt Bistroflair mit viel Laufkundschaft. Aber Preise moderat. Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Personal sehr nett und bemüht. 👍🏻

Große Portionen, freundlicher Service, leckeres Essen

Fantastic, well priced and quick food. The service was super friendly and helpful! I enjoyed a tasty vegetable soup and a Thai chicken curry with rice which was delicious. I will be going back!
