Very friendly service, the food is served quickly and the atmosphere is very nice. Price-performance ratio is a bit high, but reasonable.

Wasn't really satisfied. Quite high prices for mediocre quality.

We've been regular customers for years, but today both the food and the service took us down a notch. My steak was very tough and hard to cut with a steak knife, let alone eat, and the baked potato inside was still raw. I told the waiter, he took the food away, came back and said that the steak and the potato were ok, but I could order something else besides beef and baked potato. I then said, I would have a turkey steak with fried potatoes, but no sauce and nothing with flour in it. After half an hour the waiter came with a plate full of fried potatoes and thickly breaded schnitzel with thick sauce on top. When I told him that wasn't possible, he said that's exactly what I ordered. That’s it for Rindocks.

I was at Rindocks for the first time today. There is a large selection and, above all, really good quality food. The service is also very good. We will definitely come back.

We were there for steak happy hour. The steak was good, but the rest was average fast food.

Unfortunately it was very busy and the staff was completely overwhelmed. I had to order my drink twice for it to come. The side dish for the steak was only served 10 minutes later and was lukewarm. The dessert we ordered didn't come at all. The steak was good.

Steak was almost English although ordered medium, dressing was missing from a salad, sour cream was also on the baguette and when we got home we had ice cream with raspberries on the bill but they were from the table next to us and how did they pay for it. And very loud. Unfortunately I can't recommend it any further.

HORROR VISIT! I NEVER write reviews but this time I HAD to. My husband and I reserved a table at Rindocks Bergedorf. We arrived at the restaurant and the first thing we said was we didn't have a reservation. Me of course, reservation confirmation shown etc. 1 minute after we ordered, the waiter who just served us brings alcohol to the table. (we are absolutely against alcohol) Should probably go to another table. It can happen, everything is okay. Then after about 35 minutes we are already nervous and hungry and ask ourselves where our starter: salad and bruschetta is. . Up until here everything was OK. We thought it could happen. Then our starter comes and in my salad AND in the bruschetta there are thick black whiskers and a short black hair. I almost threw up and had to quickly run to the toilet. After we told the waiter, he just said oh and quickly took it away. Then we wait another 30 minutes and nothing came. Neither our main course nor an apology or a: “we’re bringing you a new salad/bruschetta”. NOTHING!!!! Then we were annoyed and went back to the waiter and asked when the main course would be there. Then the manager seriously started arguing with us and said, “yeah, sorry, it happens, food is coming soon.” The food came afterwards. The fillet steak was really delicious! Baked potato not cooked through. Then we wanted to pay and there was the next discussion about the fact that we definitely won't pay the full price. Here came another waiter, of Indian origin, who really apologized so lovingly and clarified the situation so that we could finally walk out of the shop. Conclusion is, HORROR VISIT. The most horrible and disrespectful staff EVER. We will NEVER come to Rindocks Bergedorf AGAIN.

My visit to Rindock’s Bergedorf was a real experience! From the first moment I felt welcome - a wonderful atmosphere, warm hosts and service that left nothing to be desired. The absolute highlight was the beef fillet steak – grilled to perfection, tender as butter and full of flavor! Plus a fantastic side dish and a sauce that took the dish to a new level. You can immediately taste the high quality of the ingredients and the passion of the kitchen. The service was also simply top: attentive, friendly and always with a smile. Hospitality is very important here! I can only warmly recommend Rindock’s Bergedorf and am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for this wonderful evening!

The Bergedorfer Rindocks was a real full house and it was buzzing like a beehive. Nevertheless, there was a discussion regarding the Cocktail 2 for 1 promotion, which was conducted pleasantly to everyone's satisfaction.

Except for the fries, which are not my cup of tea in terms of style - everything is delicious, even the steaks are always as requested!

Food wasn't tasty, the fried potatoes were totally mushy, the bacon wasn't cooked through. The waiter barely understood us and on top of that we got a free night in the toilet because something wasn't right with the food. After an email to the restaurant where I described this, with no response, I have now decided to do the review. We won't be coming back and I can't recommend it either.

Unfortunately, my steak wasn't cooked through as desired. I also don't think it's nice that dogs are allowed.

I like the food. The selection is plentiful. The portions are also plentiful. Always been satisfied so far.

We were dispatched sooner and after I was asked if everything was OK and I replied: The citizen didn't taste that good and the roll was very dry. There was no reaction to that either. It's sad to deal with customers like that. So the Rindocks chain won't see me again.

We had a grill plate with three types of meat and rump steak. Both with fried potatoes. Everything was delicious but not great (the rump steak was great though and gets 5 stars). We'll definitely come by again. The prices are reasonable if you pay attention to the different offers. The service was good. But we had to wait too long until the main course was served after the starter soup.

Unfortunately, everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong, despite reservations we had to wait longer. No problem, but we were probably too old, because the two young girls who also had to wait had received champagne. The food was great except that we had a steak with vegetables, the steak came, the vegetables were supposed to follow but they didn't come. When we paid we had more dishes on the table than we had, ok the waiter gave us the money but then we didn't have any liquor at the end, it's not that bad but it's actually part of the end. We were there with 6 people and 4 had never been there before, personally I won't be going there anymore, it's a shame.

I really enjoy eating my medium skirt steak there, with baked potatoes with sour cream and 1 piece of garlic bread...the steak is always so delicious and tender...I can highly recommend it with a clear conscience. Also the colorful, mega-sized American salad with turkey breast...highly recommended.

The food tasted very tasty, I can't say anything. Unfortunately, service was a complete failure We ordered 4 steaks and they all forgot the salad. We were told that we should pay one dish less for it, but unfortunately that didn't happen and we still had to pay the full price. Very annoying.

The steaks were very tasty, we ordered 3, unfortunately one of them wasn't cooked to the desired level and the salad was missing from every steak dish. The pine nuts were missing from the ravioli, they promised to take some out as compensation, which didn't happen! In total we waited about 50 minutes for the food, cocktails and drinks took about 30 minutes. I think on normal days it's worth it, on "events" the staff/kitchen are overwhelmed. Overall, the food (steaks) was tasty.

Today we had burgers. Burger bun was very tasty and freshly prepared. Fries okay, the coleslaw wasn't to my taste. Service a bit inattentive. Ambience very simple and somewhat uncomfortable.

We had booked a table for six people at 7 p.m., but unfortunately there were no tables available when we arrived. We had to wait about half an hour for a table, but we were given a table in the passage where it was quite loud. The food was quite good, medium fried and of good quality. There were a few problems with the billing, which I found a shame that there wasn't even a small dessert or an aperitif on the house because of the long wait.

Unfortunately, our online reservation was apparently ignored and they wanted to place us in an uncomfortable room. We rejected that. After another 15 minutes we got a comfortable place. But we had to be very patient until we got the menu or order. Then we had a large beer instead of the small one we ordered and the starters were completely forgotten. But the main courses were very good. Staff seemed very overwhelmed.

Unfortunately only below average despite recommendation. Had a table for 4 people. booked online. At the reception they didn't know anything about a reservation. We were seated at a table of four. Here you could hardly understand your own words because of all the noise. Of the 4 dishes, one was served incorrectly. We only received all of our supplements when we asked. The waitress was very rude and unmotivated. She just shrugged her shoulders and made an annoyed gesture on her face. It was not stated what the 250g or 350g steak was. Contrary to the staff behavior, the food was okay. Will not recommend the store.

We were visiting Hamburg and eating here for the first time. The steaks were very good, the food was delicious, especially the salad was very fresh. The staff was friendly and considerate. Even a meal that was a little too spicy would have been served again by the staff without any problem. Unfortunately it is not easy to find a parking space.

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren hier wieder in dieses Restaurant, mal direkt Essen im Restaurant oder auch mal zumm mitnehmen. Es ist eigentlich bisher immer so gewesen, egal was man bestellt die Portionen sind mehr als reichlich und schmecken immmer sehr gut, vielleicht speziell die Salate mit dem Dressing sind sehr lecker.

For the price I've eaten much worse. But prices are completely reasonable. Clear 5+ stars and recommendation! We'll be back!

Went to Rindocks for the first time with my girlfriend. Ambience is okay, but we were seated in the corner where a large family was sitting next door, which made it very loud. 2 minus points: • Ordered Diet Coke (it was on the menu), received Coke Zero in a Pepsi glass. •Waiters could be much more friendly and ask questions. However, we really liked the food 5 stars!! When the waiter came, he didn't ask if we liked the food or anything else... he just asked if we wanted to pay with cash or by card and immediately typed in the amount... Yes, but he really didn't deserve the tip. Overall, we really enjoyed the food and would come back. A little tip for the waiters... you represent the restaurant, a bit of friendliness and small talk wouldn't hurt. When you come to the restaurant hungry and in a good mood, you feel like you have to leave the restaurant again.

So I wanted to make a reservation for 3 people, I called and said they would just come over. We were taken to a back room that looked like a closed company so private. The table was covered with paper. Oh well Food comb I ordered medium wear, the file was good but damn cold. When I asked the waiter about it, he told me that it was always like that and that it was normal. The butter didn't melt and I was very disappointed. But the steak was ok Give them another chance and hope that this time I get a place in the right restaurant ah yes the waiter said I should order medium rare then I get a hot plate what nonsense I just want to have a nice evening with what I got there I feel better at home and without kidding.

No no don't expect quality food.. Turkey schnitzel was ordered. The food was tasteless and tough; the only thing you could taste was old and cheap fats/oils. The service was unsafe and unprofessional; the plate was taken away without asking how the food tasted. The waiter had no answer to questions about the dishes and the oils or types of meat used.

We called two weeks ago and reserved a table for Thursday at 6 p.m. with the comment that we wanted to take exactly the offer (Sat Goose, see photo). When we arrived, they said we hadn't ordered the goose FULL and would have to wait until the kitchen was "a little quieter" so we could disturb them and ask if we liked the offer (which we did order on the phone). have). At 6:45 p.m. we were told that no, we couldn't have what we had ordered because there weren't enough geese. We then wanted to pay for the drinks and leave. Because after almost an hour of waiting and an empty stomach, we didn't want to waste our time there any longer. When we asked for the bill, a waitress came straight away and said that they suddenly had enough geese to give us the offer. So far we have always been very satisfied. Last Sunday we reserved a table for two people again. When we arrived we had a reservation, but they spent 5 minutes looking for a suitable table for us. Finally we were given a mini table in the middle of the passage. Unreasonable if you reserve early. When we declined the table we were told that we would then have to wait a good half hour for another table. This is not possible at all with a long-term reservation!!!

I've been here three times this week and have eaten very well each time. I can only recommend Rindocks.

We ate at Rindocks again today. As always, it was very tasty. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly service, especially from the only female service person. Always has a smile on your face, remembers your preferences and brings your favorite drink straight to the table with the menu. In summer you can sit outside on the shady terrace.

Very tasty, top Indian specialties

My fillet was a disaster. I wasn't asked how I wanted it and I forgot to say it. I had problems cutting the meat with the knife and it was NOT because of the knife! My drink was forgotten and the service came into the room a few times and unfortunately didn't see that I wanted to order. No one came to the table for the entire meal. The star for service is not for a friendly smile, which was probably not included in the price. But it was nice that I was offered a new steak to take away. However, I gave up on that. The food was well prepared.

Always great here :) You can also do a good lunch. The prices aren't too exorbitant, the service is good (except for the one female waiter who always seems to be in a bad mood for some reason), the food is plentiful and tasty and the building itself is pretty impressive (except for the Christmas lights outside - that's a bit "strange" :D). I can definitely recommend the store without reservation.

We spontaneously ate there today and had to wait a bit because the shop was full and we hadn't made a reservation. The service staff were very nice, the food was delicious, there was hunter schnitzel, rump steak and ripeye and the waiting time wasn't really long either.... would always recommend it Unfortunately my husband didn't take a good photo of the rump steak 🙈

Price-performance was okay. The food was tasty. There was a free nightcap at the end. Service was friendly. The place resembles a furniture storage room. The facility was pretty mixed up. Lots of screws and holes in the walls. And the door frames were in great need of renovation.
