We got schnitzel with fries a few days ago!! They were delicious too 👍 But the cleanliness in the restaurant leaves much to be desired 🥲 Very dusty about everything 😡 not written On the Teke the hodgepodge of dusty and not clean things is not nice to look at, it's a shame 🥲 It's a shame because the food is actually good! But that's not good unclean!!

Anyone who loves very good schnitzels will love the schnitzels from Anglerheim. Freshly pounded and fried in the pan. No ready-made schnitzels from the fryer. A quaint, rather inconspicuous restaurant. Nice, attentive service. We really enjoy coming here!

The best schnitzels, perfect... Update: Depending on your mood, sometimes better or worse. Ambience needs renovation, light is missing....

Delicious schnitzel. Good portions.

Good restaurant with nice service, who were friendly and gave their best despite being busy. The view is beautiful, the atmosphere is like a clubhouse. Unfortunately there is no fish at all in the angler's home, but we still found what we were looking for and everyone was well fed. There was a bowl for our dog, which was also freshly filled. Price performance is definitely right here.

Kind of a quaint shop with an older interior - but the schnitzel, friends... Soo good, with perfect fries, large portion, was really tasty. And now in summer you can sit on the terrace. So it's great for people who pick things up themselves or who don't mind the ambience. The food is really good :)

Very nice restaurant and very good food! The schnitzel at the Anglerheim was always recommended to us and our expectations were one hundred percent met! The schnitzel was great (if you're hungry, go for the small schnitzel) and the mushrooms were also excellent. The terrace is very cozy and the peace and quiet together with the view over the Lahn are perfect. Definitely coming back!

Very tasty food and very nice hospitality. We had a lovely evening in the fishing lodge. The food was generous and well seasoned with lots of sauce. A nice new discovery for me! We would like to come back soon.

You should write descriptions of impressions here... More like a warning. Uncleanliness is very important here, as leftover food is disposed of in the entrance area. You are assigned a table that is totally dirty and untidy. Open fuse box, dirty aquarium and dust everywhere. I could write more...... Ultimately, it's actually a case for the health department.

Unfortunately I have to give one star. They don't deserve any... Dirty, unfriendly! I waited over an hour for my schnitzel. I will inform the trade inspection office. Very disappointed!!

Lots of different schnitzel dishes on the menu, homemade salad sauce, simple clean furnishings, tip-top toilets, very reasonable prices, the extra charge for fried potatoes is also okay, service is very friendly and accommodating, I can only recommend this restaurant

The food was very good, the service was very friendly, but it has to be said that the owners seemed quite rude. Furthermore, you would have to think about the furnishings, which are very run down and there is no ambience. We'd love to come back.

Yesterday we were at the Anglersheim as part of our annual general meeting. We all had a starter + main course. The starter came after about 30 minutes. The main course after another 50 minutes. In the meantime, however, there was plenty of liquid food. We were the last table at the time (11 people). The food was good and plentiful, everyone enjoyed it. It's a shame: there was no steak, for example, so we switched to schnitzel. Unfortunately, dessert was also “out”. Therefore deductible when eating. Whatever is on the menu should also be available to order. Afterwards there were all sorts of things from the herb garden. In summary: If you want to eat well and like it rustic, you will find a solid restaurant here. We would go again. Price/performance absolutely ok! Gutes braucht seine Zeit und dafür nehm ich sie mir. Sofort gerne wieder.

Super lecker. Nur wie woanders auch Personalmangel. Und Stammkunden werden zuerst bedient.Die anderen Gäste warten sehr sehr lange. Schade

Super lecker! Ein uriges Restaurant, wie man es sich vorstellt und riesige Portionen!

Das Essen war Okay, mehr aber auch nicht..der Service war überfordert...Getränke vergessen und unsere Essensbestellung wurde auch verlegt..nach ca. 30 Minuten hatten wir unser 1. und letztes Getränk...auf das Essen haben wir dann 1 Std. und 20 Minuten gewartet.. wenn das Lokal voll gewesen wäre absolutes Verständnis für Chaos aber nicht bei 4 Tischen mit à 2 Personen..

Leckeres Essen in nettem Lokal. Wir haben mit einer großen Gruppe dort gegessen, das Essen war gut, das Personal sehr nett und sehr bemüht

Sehr leckere Schnitzel. Ich kann das Schnitzel „Hessische Art“ empfehlen. Außerdem ein sehr schönes Ambiente direkt an der Lahn.

Reklamationsbearbeitung ist nicht deren Stärke. Keinerlei Wille den Gast zufriedenzustellen. War alles mal besser.

Immer wieder gerne ins Anglerheim. Lockere Atmosphäre mit schönen Ausblick, wenn man auf der Terrasse draußen sitzt. Kinder sind willkommen. Service( junger Mann) sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Essen bürgerlich sehr lecker!! Leider eine kleine Ausnahme. Der grosse Salatteller ist nicht vielfältig, zu einseitig mit fast nur grünen Salat, was sehr schade ist.

Wer Schnitzel mag wird dort nicht enttäuscht

Hier muss man eine halbe Stunde vorher sein Getränk bestellen. Das Essen wird falsch geliefert, dauert 1,5 Stunden bis es gebracht wird. Leider überfordert.

Der Burger war hervorragend! Fleisch, Brötchen und Belag - alles sehr lecker!

Gutes, günstiges Essen, dass allerdings erst 90 Minuten nach der Bestellung serviert wurde, obwohl der Gastraum nicht voll war.

Nicht durch den Namen "Anglerheim" täuschen lassen! Es ist ein richtiges Restaurant oder so etwas wie eine Dorfgaststätte. Das Essen ist super! Die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Wehrdaer Feld und die Lahn ist klasse und sogar überdacht. Wer handwerklich gut gemachte Hausmannskost und herzlichen Service schätzt sollte hier unbedingt mal essen gehen. Es gibt für jeden das passende Gericht aber KEINEN Fisch!

Ich sage nur "Der leckerste Fisch ist der Schnitzel." Die Schnitzel sind aber wirklich sehr lecker.
