Hervorragender Service (Stefano und seine Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam), ausgezeichnete Qualität.

Herzliche Atmosphäre, Stefano ist ein wunderbarer und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Hervorragendes Essen, große Auswahl an Weinen, sowohl aus der Region als auch aus aller Welt. Wunderbare und entspannende Atmosphäre.

Wie immer ein toller Ort zum Essen! Das Schnitzel bestand allerdings überwiegend aus Panade. Bei einem Preis von 32€ etwas dürftig…

Wir waren mit der Familie – also Frau und zwei kleinen Kindern – sowie einem befreundeten Paar mit kleinem Kind im Waldschlösschen Dagobertshausen. Bei gutem Wetter draußen zu sitzen, direkt in Sichtweite des Spielplatzes, war ein riesiger Pluspunkt. Wir haben seit der Geburt unseres ersten Kindes vor über fünf Jahren nicht mehr so lange und so entspannt essen können. Das allein macht den Besuch schon besonders. Der Service war durchweg aufmerksam, freundlich und angenehm präsent, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt, aber klar im gehobenen Bereich angesiedelt. Das muss man mögen – für uns hat es gut gepasst, weil es trotzdem locker genug bleibt, um mit Kindern dort zu essen. Das Essen war solide und hochwertig. Die Zutaten sind frisch und gut gewählt, das merkt man sofort. Ein kleiner Punktabzug bleibt beim Spanferkel, das trotz vorheriger Nachfrage leider nicht knusprig war. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut zubereitet und geschmacklich überzeugend. Insgesamt ein schöner, hochwertiger und familienfreundlicher Ort, an dem man sowohl entspannt als auch stilvoll essen kann – besonders bei gutem Wetter draußen.

Draußen im Garten zu sitzen, in der Sonne etwas zu essen und zu trinken- einfach ein Traum. Tolle Qualität super freundlicher Service in einem traumhaften Ambiente. So stellt man sich ein Restaurant vor.

Wir hatten im Anschluss an unsere Standesamtliche Trauung einen wunderschönen Tag im Waldschlösschen Dagobertshausen. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Essen ist Spitzenklasse.

Richtig schönes Restaurant und eine tolle Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und Hochwertig. Preis Leistung stimmt auch. Sehr nette und freundliche Belegschaft.

Es gibt immer etwas besseres- vorab. Das was Küche und Keller aufgeboten hat, hat mir und den Gästen gefallen. Die Art zu servieren sieht man hier (D) selten. Verraten tue ich es nicht, macht es doch spannender. Aufmerksame Kellner im ersten Stock. Unten dagegen wurde der Erdbeerkuchen erst nach dem dritten Kellner. Auch beim Erbeerkuchen ist meiner Ansicht noch Luft nach oben. Vielen Dank nk für den schönen Tag.

das Restaurant muss man einfach erlebt haben, wir waren gestern Abend dort und ich muss sagen so eine coole und herzliche Stimmung da können sich andere eine Scheibe von abschneiden, das Personal ist eindach super und das Essen hervorragend.

Hier hat man das Gefühl, die Mitarbeiter stehen hinter ihm und meistern die anstehenden Tätigkeiten, egal ob Küche oder Service. Freundlichkeit, Zuvorkommenheit sind die Prädikate, die man als Gast erfährt und sich in der Qualität des Besuches widerspiegelt. Wirklich schönes Ambiente, eine leckere kreative Küche, weitgehend freundliches Personal, aufmerksam und spontan! Wir kommen leider nicht aus der Nähe, aber der Ort wird uns immer in positiver Erinnerung bleiben!

Preis-Leistung passt leider nicht ganz.

Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt. Ambiente, Service, Essen! Normalerweise würde ich von Frankfurt nicht so weit "zum Essen" fahren, aber mit einem Ausflug nach Marburg verbunden. Man fühlte sich im Waldschlösschen sehr gut aufgehoben. Sehr geschmackvolles Ambiente - hier passt alles zusammen. Man bleibt dem Stil des Haues treu. Essen mit der besten Spargelsuppe (meines Lebens) begonnen & mit dem Klassiker Schnitzel vom Kalb abgeschlossen. Leider war kein Platz mehr für ein Dessert. Abgerundet wurde das Essen mit einem Grünen Veltiner aus Österreich. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren wieder im Restaurant Waldschlösschen in Dagobertshausen essen und sind erneut begeistert! Dieses Mal haben wir uns für ein Menü aus der Spargelkarte entschieden – und es war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend. Der Spargel war perfekt zubereitet, frisch und geschmacklich einfach erstklassig. Auch die Beilagen und die gesamte Zusammenstellung des Menüs waren mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Qualität und Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service sowie die gemütliche Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Für uns immer wieder eine absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Salat war zu sauer, sehr kleine Portionen für viel Geld und der schwarz gekleidete Kellner hielt sich für was besseres. Da ist jede studentische Aushilfe beim Griechen netter und professioneller. Der Kellner machte sich mehrmals über meine Essensauswahl lustig. Beim Bezahlen fragte ich ihn nach dem Betrag, den er herablassend mit 900 € antwortete (es waren 94€). Sorry, für ein Lokal, was sich selbst für was besseres hält, so nicht. Die Speisekarte war früher interessanter

Der Abend war fantastisch, das Spargelmenü war großartig und hat uns allen sechs sehr gut geschmeckt. Korashys Service war tadellos 🙏🏻🤩

Wir waren zum 1. Mal da und sehr zufrieden. Die Kellner waren sehr aufmerksam und überaus freundlich und charmant. Das Ambiente war auch ganz bezaubernd. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. 2-3 zusätzliche saisonale vegetarische oder vegane Alternativen wären eine tolle Ergänzung. Vielen Dank für den schönen Tag bei Ihnen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Great location and fantastic weather with snowfall. The whole package was perfect. However, there is one point of criticism that was a bit off-putting right from the start. If I have a minimum spend requirement and have signed up for it, I don't appreciate being approached about extra costs when hosting a birthday party. This is obvious to everyone who books a venue with a minimum spend of €500. I would have preferred if, instead of mentioning the amount to several people, they had addressed the person who booked the venue. Otherwise, everything went well overall.

We went to Waldschlösschen today, just the two of us, to enjoy a lovely evening on my birthday. The decor is very nice and cozy. The service is excellent—attentive and friendly without being intrusive. We felt very welcome. The food and drinks are pricey but excellent. Everything was so delicious. A very nice evening. The negative reviews certainly belong elsewhere; we highly recommend Waldschlösschen.

Beautiful, romantic, delicious food, and extremely friendly service. I reserved a table after my wife and I had our civil wedding ceremony. I asked if they would decorate the table for the occasion. They immediately accommodated our request, and there were candles, some decorations, and small flower petals. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. We were so happy with our experience and will definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Restaurant – Highly Recommended We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at Restaurant Waldschlösschen. For our main courses, we chose the veal schnitzel and the fjord salmon – both dishes were fabulously prepared, perfectly seasoned, and of very high quality. The meal was accompanied by wine, ginger ale, and cola, all served impeccably. The service was first-class: very polite, attentive, and professional. You can immediately tell that the staff is well-trained, understands their craft, and enjoys their work. The desserts were also a real highlight: • the walnut crème brûlée was outstanding, • the chocolate cake was very successful, • and the Kaiserschmarrn deserves special mention – extremely delicious, but be warned: the portion is very large. Depending on your appetite, it easily serves two people, more likely three or four. All in all, everything was perfect. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We would love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend the Waldschlösschen.

A truly outstanding restaurant. We eat there every time we visit the Marburg area. The menu changes regularly and is always interesting. The taste, portion size, and presentation of the dishes have been consistently excellent. The seating with its unobstructed view into the kitchen, the atmospheric building, and the friendly service complete the experience. Since you almost always end up wanting a starter, main course, and dessert, and consequently spend a considerable amount of time there, charging stations for electric vehicles (for which you would pay) would definitely be a plus for guests.

Probably due to the Christmas rush, the menu was small but okay, nothing fancy. Personally, I would have expected a bit more in terms of taste. Still, I was satisfied, especially since I was invited, so I wouldn't complain.

We were a group of four and had dinner at Waldschlösschen, and it was outstanding! The welcome was very warm and friendly. The aperitif was fantastic, the food was superb, and the wine was delicious. Everything was perfect, except for one tiny criticism: the young man could have checked on our drinks a bit more often. Our glasses were frequently empty, but we asked, and refills arrived very quickly. We didn't deduct a star for that, though. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; the higher price is definitely worth it for the excellent food, drinks, and ambiance!

BOOM! It was absolutely fantastic! 10/10! The ambiance could have been topped by two things: 1) natural snow (that actually sticks) with a reindeer herd in the background, and 2) an alpine panorama/alpenglow! The food was excellent, a great set menu, and the main course was even better! Service: we felt completely at ease, like we were with good friends! Super friendly and very attentive—a perfect combination! That's exactly the kind of service I love. There is one slight downside, though: even the best evenings have to end sometime! My debit card was feeling a bit of a pinch by the end! Conclusion: 100% recommended! In my opinion, the Iglo is great value for money and an unforgettable experience.

The igloo is something special. We felt very comfortable. The Dagobertshausen Christmas market is simply a must-see and must-experience. We'll be there every year.

A perfect visit, as always. Although no table was available online, we were able to get a wonderful table for my wife's birthday. The table was beautifully decorated for the occasion. The service was calm and attentive. This is the kind of dining I envision. Thank you for a lovely evening.

The decor and Christmas decorations were very nice and harmonious; four out of five main courses were very good, one was too spicy and hot, so we could only eat half of it. The lack of lactose-free milk or alternatives was somewhat disappointing.

Service: Several glasses of red wine were spilled while being poured, including some onto my husband's white shirt. A spoon fell while serving cutlery and broke a glass. Another (used) spoon fell onto my dress while the table was being cleared. Otherwise, the quality of the food, the decor, and the ambiance were excellent. We would gladly return!

Is the Dagobertshausen estate with its Waldschlösschen (Forest Castle) just a dream? No! It's the dream!!! It's our dream come true: a romantic autumn visit in 2025. Upon our arrival and the warm welcome from the reception staff, we immediately noticed: the staff here are highly skilled and perform their jobs with passion, friendliness, and professionalism! Everything in the Waldschlösschen restaurant was decorated and set with an autumnal theme. - Fantastic! A true feast for the eyes, and we instantly felt at ease. We gave it our highest praise, and also for the very inviting estate with its historic ambiance and terraced grounds (which are truly unique). The beautifully maintained, park-like grounds are perfectly suited for many events (e.g., country outings). ... But now the question of all questions arises: Can the chefs' open kitchen arrangement live up to the hype? YES SHE CAN!!! - A dream come true! We were served magically arranged menus of the highest caliber. A delight not only visually, but also culinarily. A delicate interplay of flavors (a touch of sweetness with balanced acidity), subtle umami flavor, perfect cooking time, and beautifully presented portions. For us, this is cuisine of true "Michelin-star quality" at absolutely fair and affordable prices. The high praise is more than justified. The Waldschlösschen is worth every trip and should be at the top of everyone's bucket list or to-do list. Everyone should experience and enjoy such an outstanding experience, such a dream come true, at least once in their life. A fine interplay of flavors (a touch of sweetness with balanced acidity), subtle umami flavor, perfect cooking, and very appealing, elegantly presented portions.
